Do you think this could work/help Democrats?

    – A team of Chinese scientists recently inserted copies of a human gene believed to be associated with intelligence, into the brains of rhesus monkeys in an attempt to narrow the intellectual evolutionary gap. And according to their results, monkeys who were introduced to MCPH1 showed “remarkable” improvements in short-term memory.

Know many who say “I didn’t vote for him, but will next time” or “held my nose, and voted for him, but now so GLAD he is our POTUS!”

STILL looking for the one, other than Ann Coulter, who says ” I voted for him, and I So regret it!”

So, thinking 63 million is REALLY low, as a # representing his support.

I woke up to a Dem Party that is still spinning obstruction. I see clips of ABC News’ Jonathan Karl yesterday telling George S. that there is still a strong argument to be made for collusion as he has found examples in the report that suggest there were still many contacts with Russians by members of the campaign team!

I went to bed last night having heard that Stenny Hoyer said it was time to move on and there should be no more talk of impeachment. This morning, after being attacked for his statement by a female primary challenger, he has backed off that statement. AOC is preparing impeachment papers.

I wish for Barr to move very quickly…or for POTUS in declassifying….rabid animals don’t get better. The invested networks and reporters who’ve been proven wrong are not turning back. They’re rabid. They have to be put down.

Further, it’s clear to all of us that Muellar did everything he could in that report to continue to sew seeds of doubt in part 2.

Now, we know he is going to testify. This will be his chance to double speak in Comey code and give the rabid animals even more ammo. He gets another chance to do in POTUS.

To make sure he doesn’t do this, Mr. Barr has to act.

I just flipped on CNN to assess the waters… they’re painting a picture that Barr is covering up for the President, despite Mueller’s wishes.

          Good grief.

I’ve never seen such emotional and intellectual immaturity as what I’m seeing in our country since 2016. Are there no grown ups left?? How in the World did we ever sink so low so fast? Many occupying positions of power and influence seem to be spoiled children, incapable of managing to the middle, letting emotion and personal preference shape their World views and the decisions they make.

In the days after 9/11, the US was the most united I’ve ever seen it. Ten years later, it was forgotten and twenty years later, unimaginable.

I try to keep in mind that CNN is nothing more than the Mouth of Soros, a voice for the money that is trying to shape and steer our destinies… but man, it’s a tough pill to swallow that so many people take it in without question.

Soros has poured money into multiple district attorney races. In Texas, the first stop for election/voter litigation until the last 2-3 years had been the district court. The Texas Office of Attorney General’s always had the ability to take a case. They used to push those complaints back to the counties. It was because of budgetary considerations. The cases would die because they were radioactive to the DA’s. Most incumbent DA’s could not afford to be seen as denying the right to vote for (almost always) a minority member. Finally, an activist started his own investigations and began taking cases to the AG’s office. Some of those cases involve public corruption with the greatest impact in local elections (where many corrupt actors got their feet on the career ladder.)

For any Texans who would like to help continue the initial work of digging out such corruption:

    http://directactiontx.com/

Now the Democratic Socialists of America are getting quite active in Texas. This is no time to be complacent. Texas has a greater than average proportion of the college students in this nation compared to other states.

Pro-ISIS dark web channel teaches how to attack the West

Islamic militants received information on a pro-ISIS channel via the dark web that describes in detail how to secretly obtain weapons and put them to use in jihad attacks on the West.

A report from the Middle East Media Research Institute (MEMRI) said the information was provided in English on the encrypted communication app Telegram and reveals everything one would need to plan a revenge attack, Fox News reported.

MEMRI confirmed that at least part of the message was written by a notorious ISIS operative, who wrote, “Finally you can buy all weapons that you need to make unbelievers bleed inside their cities!! You can even buy Frag grenades and all type of ammunition. And remember that: a disbeliever and a believer who killed him will never be gathered together in hell.”

The message provides step by step details on accessing the Deep Web through an anonymous trail using the TOR browser, anonymous email service, and cryptocurrency to ensure secrecy and encryption during all online browsing and transactions.

The first question the message asks is, “Do you live with unbelievers in the same country, the same city, in the same building?

2020 Democratic presidential candidate Kirsten Gillibrand is set to sign on to a policy proposal penned in part by a Marxist think tank best known for serving as a de facto Soviet mouthpiece during the Cold War.

BuzzFeed reported Tuesday that the New York senator will endorse a new report recommending steps to reduce the racial wealth divide, including policies such as a commission to study slavery reparations.

“A draft of the report, titled ‘Ten Solutions to Bridge the Racial Wealth Divide,’ will be jointly released this week by the Institute for Policy Studies, the Kirwan Institute for the Study of Race and Ethnicity, and the National Community Reinvestment Coalition,” they report. Gillibrand told BuzzFeed News that she was “proud” to support the document.

One of the organizations Gillibrand is “proud” to partner with, the Institute for Policy Studies (IPS), was infamous during the Cold War for its defense of Communist governments and for its kneejerk support of the Soviet line.

    Observations from a smaller branch.

PMI: Purchasing Managers Index. Is a survey of purchasing managers conducted in two forms. Flash before the primary news releases of the month and final. My favorite is flash simply because it precedes government numbers. I think of it as a very good leading indicator as to where we are going economically. It also covers both manufacturing and service industries.

An index reading of 50 or above shows an expanding economy , below 50 shows a contracting economy. Every major country has its version. I follow the trends over a three month period as a rule, monthly blips either way are of less concern. The survey ask about business conditions including employment, new orders, prices, production, inventories and supplier deliveries. This is the Flash version.

    U.S.
    Manufacturing:
    April: 52.4
    March: 55.3
    February: 53.7
    January: 54.9

Marches flash version was 52.4 the final revised up to 55.3.

    Services:
    April: 52.9
    March: 54.8
    February: 56.2
    January: 54.2

expect upward revisions in the final PMI

    Comparing Some E.U. Numbers.
    E.U. As a whole:

    Manufacturing:
    April: 47.8
    March: 47.5
    February: 49.2
    January: 50.5

That’s 3 months of contraction on the board.

    Services:
    April: 52.5
    March: 53.3
    February: 52.3
    January: 50.8

    Link:

    Germany.
    Manufacturing:
    April: 44.5
    March: 44.1
    February: 47.6
    January: 49.9

That flushing sound you hear is the German manufacturing industry.

    Services:
    April: 55.6
    March: 55.4
    February: 55.1
    January: 53.1

    France:
    Manufacturing:
    April: 49.6
    March: 49.7
    February: 51.4
    January: 51.2

    Services:

I track China but I think information coming from their government isn’t reliable. What we do know for certain is that their exports to the U.S. dropped 10% last month.

Looking at all of the Asian countries we can easily see a slow down as their central banks are going on an easing spree. Asian exports of electronic components have fallen to an average of -10%. Most export their components to China for assembly.

Australia’s exports of coal, coke and briquettes was down 760M or 13%. their largest customer is China. But nothing definitive on that, only inference.

So admittedly not sure but things don’t look good for them right now.

Call me crazy but I still think Michael Cohen is a double agent. He’s the worst rat ever. Flips on his boss and then goes to jail while his boss goes free. Little nugget about how Buzzfeed got the fake news about his being told to lie by President Trump turns out to be based on a FBI 302 if I’m interpreting things correctly. Hmmm…

    Liked by 1 person

    • Hmmm... says:

I’ll follow that up with the evidence that supports this theory:

      1. Cohen stung CNN with a major fake news blunder through Lanny Davis

      2. Cohen’s testimony in the house was overall a giant win for President Trump. He exonerated him of collusion and FEC violations (that big check with his signature would be exhibit 1A for the defense) as well as striking Melania. He did call President Trump a meanie and a racist but overall for a rat that is a strikingly poor performance and as I said before it netted him a prison sentence while the guy he “ratted out” walks free.

      3. This weird and hastily thrown together press conference from Burr and Warner seemingly acting in the President’s interest: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3L7_Ejqmjsg Given what we know about these two there is no way they were trying to help the President. They were tipping off the bad guys.

      4. The hasty departures from SDNY of a couple of prominent guys there.

      5. The Cohen tapes of President Trump asking for a coke. Remember the hype for those tapes?

      6. The buzzfeed story sting. They are now on record saying two senior law enforcement officials were quoting from “notes” (my guess is 302s). Maybe Flynn’s 302s weren’t the only ones that were doctored…

      7. Even Adam Schiff isn’t buying his crap anymore. He is not responding to the offer of more Trump docs. Remember Cohen burned Schiff the last time about his pre-testimony meeting.

Crazy theory and some 4D chess type optimism but this story has never smelled right to me from the beginning.

And the egregious acts committed by his ‘team’ were done ‘in his name’,
        And so he OWNS them.

Prosecutorial misconduct, from subornation of perjury, coercion, misprison of felony, concealing exculpatory evidence, obstruction of justice, violation of constitutional rights, MULTIPLE counts, could get the whole team losing the law licence and enough prison time that they would NEVER daylight. And thats, without even going into treason/sedition.

As an advocate for President Trump Kellyanne Conway’s job is to convince others that his policies and actions are the best course for our nation. She cannot even convince her own F’ing husband or make him keep his big mouth shut. This has gone from an annoyance to full blown PIA. There are hundreds of others who could do what she is doing and without the drama. It’s time for Kellyanne to go.

I think KellyAnne’s situation is indicative of a lot of American households since the election. Let her husband embarrass himself, while she sets an example of doing all the right things; raising her children with their father, doing her job, defending what she believes in. After what we have watched the president go through, why shouldn’t we be supportive of someone who is so supportive of HIM? It was obvious during her presser yesterday.

Because Kellyanne is traditional she will follow in the footsteps of famous saints like Saint Rita and Saint Monica who suffered under unrighteous spouses, but eventually their virtue won them over and they triumphed.

Now if he beats her then she will have every right to leave…but I pity him if he was to beat Kellyanne as Trump would quickly see the marks and woe for George.

He is an annoyance, to be sure. But thats ALL he is, unless we give him importance.
The idiots trashing POTUS are LEGION.
Those able and willing to vocally and publicly stand up to the bullying press, and DEFEND the POTUS, are unfortunately few.

WHY would we think such a trade is worthwhile? i.e. Potus looses a valuable and RARE asset, and her husband being irrelevant (cause she is no longer with the administration, means there is ONE less trasher of the POTUS, while there are still millions to take his place?

How is that a good deal, for us, Potus or MAGA? Its NOT. This is just part of a larger program to deny him surrogates, or defenders; to marginalise him.

They were proud of themselves, while the rest saw them as obsessed with sex and obnoxious.

Those who see racism are the racists. ANd because they have not been taught the RECENT debacles of Rhodesia/Zimbabwe and South Africa they somehow think that ‘reparations’ from a nation that had slaves for one of the shortest time periods – and GOT those slaves from a nation that captured, enslaved and sold their own and to this day has monumental slavery (Africa) – is going to end well.

Polling Zimbabweans they quickly missed the ‘whtie’ rule after Mugawbe reduced a thriving nation to ignorant, fearful, barbaric, starving rubble….a nation the left leaves wholly alone, sometimes praises, even though one of its biggest draws now is big game hunting.

When words are redefined and people teaching are themselves activist, raging, self-loathing tyrant wannabes, we get this.

Fulton Sheen, in his wonderful homily on Good FRiday, speaks about the three types of people who were at the cross. The haters, who watched and salivated, fascinated and self-righteous (Caiaphas, who ranted that Christ had convicted himself by admitting to being God…because to the mind of Caiaphas, the Messiah who he anticipated had to conform to the more governmentally and doctrinally ‘correct’ and comfortable version), the sympathetic who need no explanation and the indifferent.

ANd he mentioned how often the indifferent turn out to be those who end up being persecutors.

Politics has been injected into everything and so racism is a political stunt. There is no doubt that the present movement is for money and power, as the lowest unemployment, the rising wages and the opportunity are present that were not under our half black heretical ex-president.

It is not an end to racism they want, as anyone who does not agree with them is immediately ‘color dismissed’ as disinherited, unworthy of being a member.

REparations for them mean vengeance and advantage over those they label as enemy.

          • Only of all those the Catholic church is the only one publicly squirming and writhing and making efforts to repair. There is neither complete self-loathing by the true believers, nor is their complacency.

the state of mind in the Catholic church is that the truly faithful are humbled by their own sin and so their rage at the corruption is tempered by their knowledge of this. They chomp at the bit to prosecute, but at the same time understand that they have to pause and think about throwing stones or descending into the mob violence of the PC, socialist and islamofascist.

There are beautiful, wonderful examples of Catholic courage, humility and charity to be found….I’m having a hard time saying the same of any of the other three.

Reading Barr’s June 2018 opinion on Mueller and the investigation.

    He does NOT like Mueller.

Refers to Mueller’s desires to change the interpretation of Obstruction laws as “veering into novel, unsettled or contested areas of the law, that indulges the fancies of overzealous prosecutors.”

    WOW. Strong words against Mueller.

His basic premise is that to charge for obstruction, a real crime must be committed. I.E. Destroying evidence, tampering with witness testimony… inherently bad acts, where the only motive was to prevent information from being shared.

Barr goes on to say, Mueller can NOT use Comey’s firing for Obstruction, because it is a perfectly lawful, and constitutional power granted to the President. He can not be charged with exercising legal rights.

He even says Mueller also has no right to conclude that a President of the United States is not allowed to influence opinions with public statements, as the US Constitution places absolutely no limits on the President’s Supervisory Authority. Further, the President inherently has no “conflict of interest” on any matter, since an application of such an absurd limit, would impermissibly “disempower” the President from supervising cases that he has full constitutional power to supervise.

    https://assets.documentcloud.org/documents/5638848/June-2018-Barr-Memo-to-DOJ-Muellers-Obstruction.pdf

Barr is no doubt a white hat.

he is no fan of an “overzealous prosecutor” that veers into totally gray areas of law to indulge his own fancies and destroy the the entire nature of the Executive Branch.

Barr certainly would not want to be known as the Attorney General who allowed the Constitution to be destroyed by not protecting the Constitution with the Rule of law. I believe Barr wants to be known throughout history as the Attorney General who saved the Constitution, the United States and our way of life.

Continueing to have Rosie and Mueller on the payroll is a decision for Barr, and he may have a very good reason to keep them around, a little while longer.

Yesterdays press conference was a good example. In addition, PDJT can let Barr do the attacking and destruction of the miscreants, while he stays above the fray.

I too long for blood. These people MUST be DISCREDITED, utterly ruined, in every way, prior to walking the 13 steps.
It has to happen in just the right way, or the Nation will be destroyed, even as they are.

House Majority Leader Steny Hoyer (D-MD) on Thursday evening backtracked on his position that impeaching President Donald Trump after the release of Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s report would not be “worthwhile at this point” after his left-wing primary challenger called him a coward and stated that she was “in favor” of impeachment.

Amnesty invasion: Over 750K work permits handed out to largely bogus asylum applicants
    Daniel Horowitz · April 16, 2019

    https://www.conservativereview.com/news/amnesty-invasion-750k-work-permits-handed-largely-bogus-asylum-applicants/

    Excerpt:

During a campaign rally on August 31, 2016, Donald Trump promised to “immediately terminate President Obama’s two illegal executive amnesties in which he defied federal law and the constitution to give amnesty to approximately five million illegal immigrants.” Unfortunately, almost three years later, not only is the DACA amnesty alive and well, an entirely new amnesty for hundreds of thousands of bogus asylees, which is fueling the core magnet of today’s border invasion, is growing like wildfire. The million-dollar question is why is the administration continuing to give hundreds of thousands of illegal immigrants work permits?

A quick glance at USCIS data on the number of work permits issued by this administration for various categories of migrants shows that nearly 750,000 employment authorization documents have been issued to “asylum applicants” for FY 2017 and FY 2018.

While Trump wasn’t president for the first few months of FY 2017, the number of work permits issued for “c8” status, which means those who are enjoying catch and release pending their asylum claims, topped 403,000. In FY 2018, that number was 345,048, which is still well above the levels during Obama’s second term when he began offering this amnesty program in large numbers and applying it to people who didn’t deserve it.

Once again, our laws on immigration aren’t broken, the problem is what the executive and judicial branches have done with them. Asylum was clearly intended for isolated individuals with particularized persecution. Obviously, for those people, it made sense to offer a path to a work authorization while they are in the country pending their asylum claim in immigration court. But even for legitimate claims, this was a discretionary program, as indicated in the above USCIS chart.

As it states in 8 U.S.C. §1158(d)(2), “An applicant for asylum is not entitled to employment authorization, but such authorization may be provided under regulation by the Attorney Genera,” after 180 days. The administration is under no obligation to issue such permits, even when there are prima facie legitimate claims. How much more so when this is one mass fraud with almost none of them being legitimate asylees and coming in through mass caravans. Why in the world would the administration continue this policy and even grow it as the flow expands?

The tragic irony is that the work permits are precisely the reason why most of these migrants are coming. Think about how our laws have been bastardized. There is a discretionary option to offer work permits to those who come for legitimate persecution, yet this administration is treating the work permits as mandatory for those who are scamming our asylum system … precisely so they can obtain work!

That may be difficult advice for the WH to follow considering the Fake News has other ideas and has no plans of taking a break. This hour the front page of the MSN newsfeed contains the following headlines and links:

“Analysis: Report is a brutal indictment for Trump.” NBC
“Report leaves shadow over Trump presidency.” USA Today
“Mueller Report: Trump uses profanity.” Washington Post

These are the headlines and stories that are translated and passed around to media outlets and millions of computer and phone users around the world.

And to just think yesterday all the crybabies in Congress and the media complained about Barr trying to control the narrative.

Niagara, maybe President Trump needs to direct his White House Counsel and DOJ to form a specific group to handle all of these harassment activities/subpoenas from his opposition political party in the House of Reps. Committees, and elsewhere. It is unConstitutional to impede and harass a sitting President to the point that he has to continually defend himself – that affects his ability to perform his duties, AND makes him appear weak to the world and our enemies…..which makes us ALL appear weak.

I think what’s been most disconcerting in this entire affair is that his opposition doesn’t give a damn about how it makes us appear on the world stage, nor do they care if it gives aid and comfort to our enemies.

I suspect it might make a worthwhile pivot to focus on how their obsession is providing comfort to those abroad who wish to do us harm.

As far as challenging Congress, I think you are right. On many occasions they have clearly overstepped their Article I authority, and it’s time to have the courts slap them back to reality.

I’d start with the plan to keep Congress perpetually in “fake” session to block the President from making constitutionally permitted recess appointments.

    United States

In the United States a private person may arrest another without a warrant, for a crime occurring in their presence. For which crimes this is permitted may vary state by state.[77]

    Common law

Most states have codified the common law rule that a warrantless arrest may be made by a private person for a felony, misdemeanor or “breach of peace”.[78] “Breach of peace” covers a multitude of violations in which the Supreme Court has included a misdemeanor seatbelt violation punishable only by a fine. The term historically included theft, “nightwalking”, prostitution and playing card and dice games.[79]

The talking heads and reporter repeatedly say “vigilantes”, not militia, not a group of concerned citizens, not “Americans feeling threatened” and defending their homeland……

The governor of NM and the ACLU say this is illegal and must be stopped, but do not say the illegal aliens are illegal and must stopped.

The ALCU says ‘Trump’, his policies, and these law breakers are racist and white supremacists, but what is their proof of that accusation. How do they know all those citizens were white or “supremacists”? Were all the illegal aliens “illegal supremacists” or “racial supremacists” or “people of color supremacists” or “central american supremacists” or………..

This was a rather one sided presentation of what happened at the border. Does that mean they are “media supremacists”? Since I have I now beat this supremacy topic into the ground like a dead horse, am I now an ” adnauseam supremacist”? (grin)

    Well. looky here, no surprise:
    680AM WPTF, Raleigh:
Gov. COOPER of North Carolina VETOED the “Born Alive Act” that was passed by BOTH houses of the state legislature. This bill would guarantee that a child born alive after an abortion procedure would be taken care of medically and that any doctor or nurse who refused care to the child would be prosecuted.
Here’s the kicker: the female REPUBLICAN state senator who sponsored the bill said that she “didn’t understand why the Governor would do this” in his vetoing the bill.
And there’s a BIG clue behind the reason why both North Carolina state houses NOW have a razor-thin “Republican” majority after the 2018 elections. This woman can’t figure out why a DemocratCommunist governor would veto a pro-life bill!
And to compound the situation, it NOT a done deal for the state legislature to override the veto.

Concerned, I don’t understand it either! We already have laws in place which state that if a mother dies in childbirth and there is no relative or father, the newborn becomes a ward of the state – an orphan. He/she is then put in foster care and made available for adoption. SO, if a birthmother has already signed away her legal right to keep her child (abortion consent), but the child survives the abortion, isn’t he/she automatically a citizen of the USA and the state he/she resides in? Doesn’t the clinic legally have to keep the newborn citizen alive until paramedics arrive to take the baby to the nearest hospital? It seems simple to me….I don’t understand murdering the baby once it’s born AT ALL.

I can’t stand Cooper—–but his veto rationale is sound. He said the bill was un-necessary because NC already had a law prohibiting infanticide. Not caring for a child who survived an abortion would be infanticide and is already illegal.

All the dust of the false witch hunt is settled
Except that you will stir up more
Hundreds of pages were written with ‘he said she said’
Malicious implications planted for rumor by the score

But what is coming for you now
You will weep when you realize
The massive evidence against this coup
Will send you fleeing with fearful cries

WE have your side of cowards panicking
And ratting each other out as they always do
Because in the end there is no unity there
“Me, me, me” is the only belief of you

In our country’s beginning treason was punished
And it was done so as to teach
    There are severe consequences
For those who undermine and overreach

On our side we respect our brave
On your side your respect is quickly disproved
We know that they died for this nation as it was founded
Such bravery for a cause leaves you unmoved

PRESIDENT Trump could have fired them all
And justifiably wanted to do just that
YOU all have been gleeful at anticipating his death
America fortunately will not imprison you for a ‘chat’

You stalk and harass and lie and attack
You demand your election results all be respected
Yet you have the intolerance of your middle east peers
All opposition must be silenced not just rejected

The day is coming when your wails will change
The cries for Trump’s life are going to end
Because you are shortly to be on the run
To you America has a powerful justice to send
