Yes, prior administrations started this mess. But, it has not stopped and is growing.
      We can not ignore facts.
I guess I think we ARE supporting PT by continuing to focus on this and the invasion. PT has few around him who support stopping this takeover. Without our voices he has less leverage. IMO.

“In just a few decades, Minnesota has gone from being approximately 99 percent German, Dutch, Finnish, Danish, and Polish to 20 percent African immigrant, including at least one hundred thousand Somalis. And that’s not counting the Somalis who have recently left the country to fight with al Qaeda and ISIS. One hundred thousand is just an estimate. We don’t know precisely how many Somalis the federal government has brought in as “refugees” because the government won’t tell us. The public can’t be trusted with the truth. Since becoming more multicultural, Minnesota has turned into a hotbed of credit card skimming, human trafficking, and smash-and-grab robberies. Mosques have popped up all over the state—as have child prostitutes and machete attacks. Welfare consumption in Minnesota has more than doubled on account of the newcomers—only half of whom have jobs. Those Somalis who do have jobs earn an average of $21,000 a year, compared with $46,000 for the average Minnesotan. (Consider yourself lucky, Minnesota: In Sweden, only 20 percent of Somalis have jobs.) Eighty percent of Somalis in Minnesota live at or below the poverty line. Nearly 70 percent have not graduated from high school, compared with only 8.4 percent of non-Somali Minnesotans.” – Ann Coulter, ¡Adios, America!: The Left’s Plan to Turn Our Country into a Third World Hellhole

rick, I am a little unclear how we go about preventing this takeover.
The few people I know who have attempted to stem the tide in their immediate neighborhood have discovered that the bureaucratic/legal steps necessary to promote this danger have been taken and approved, well before any Town Hall meetings are announced…meetings where citizens may voice objections.
This reality was plainly illustrated in a video ^^^ which demonstrates this very process.

I live in a small enclave which may have a pre-emptive chance (we’re working on it) to head this off, as it is not yet an issue…But in far too many States and Counties, nothing of any import is being done to stifle this insidious pattern.
And the jurisdictions where little is being done are high population areas, the un-American population is increasingly unassimilated, and there is little regard for the danger of allowing this invasion to go unchecked.
Not so sure what do actually DO about this takeover, the tactics of which have been honed for decades if not centuries.
But how our Country will respond to THIS invasion is, at the moment at least,
uncertain…we are not doing do well on our Southern Border where our “representative” form of Government is by no means representative.
              I am a bit stymied.

It’s absurd, and fascinating at the same time watching the cherished fabric of Our Country being ripped apart by special interests and an invading illegal immigrant populace.

    Past Presidential cabal conspiracy cracking?

“CHICAGO – After being contacted by a former senior Obama administration official, the Chicago-area’s top prosecutor last month requested that the city police turn over their investigation of an alleged attack on “Empire” actor Jussie Smollett to the FBI, according to texts and emails released by the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office.

Tina Tchen, who worked as former first lady Michelle Obama’s chief of staff during her time in the White House, first contacted Kim Foxx by text on Feb. 1 and said the actor’s family had “concerns” about the investigation, according to the communications. Tchen, a Chicago-based attorney, is also the co-founder of the Times Up Legal Defense Fund.

At the time of the correspondence, Smollett was still considered by police to be the victim of an assault. The actor was later charged with disorderly conduct for filing a false report for allegedly staging an attack to make him look like the victim of a brutal hate crime.

“Spoke to the Superintendent Johnson,” Foxx emailed Tchen on Feb. 1, referring to the city’s top cop, Eddie Johnson. “I convinced him to Reach out to FBI to ask that they take over the investigation.”

Foxx also texted with one of Smollett’s relatives, whose name was redacted in copies of the communication released by her office.

“Spoke to the superintendent earlier, he made the ask,” Foxx wrote. “Trying to figure out logistics. I’ll keep you posted.”

The relative responded, “Omg this would be a huge victory.”

“I make no guarantees, but I’m trying,” Foxx replied back.

Foxx recused herself from the investigation before Smollett was charged. Her first deputy, Joe Magats, is overseeing the case.”

Maybe we can crack who the FBI contact was?

A few things don’t make sense about this story. First, we know that the FBI didn’t take the case over, so was Foxx lying to protect the investigation, or did Johnson lie to her and keep going with it? Second, did the family want the FBI to take it over because they didn’t think Chicago PD was competent and wouldn’t find the attackers, or because they were worried that Chicago PD was competent and would figure out that it was a hoax? If so, did they think they had a better chance of squelching a hoax investigation in the FBI than in the Chicago PD? If so, why? Sounds like some Internal Affairs folks have something to chew on. Was there a coverup conspiracy at the Cook County DA? Are there people compromised at the FBI?

“congress has enacted specific policy” . . . Yes. Exactly correct. Congress has fully enacted a specific policy that requires the construction of effective measures of border control . . . and a President signed that policy making it into law . . . but another congress decided to thwart that law by not providing funds.

Yet another congress (with Presidential signature) has enacted a specific policy concerning National Emergencies that allows a President to declare such and use funds and manpower, as specified by law, to respond to that emergency.

There is no presidential overreach and no erosion of congressional authority. If the National Emergency law itself is unconstitutional, it is more than passingly odd that it has not been addressed by either congress or the courts over the many years that it has been in effect and in use by several Presidents.

Romney, as usual, is an ignorant and posturing POS.

Congress and the Judiciary act with impunity to obstruct the President’s initiatives. The Constitution is becoming irrelevant as an enforceable framework for guiding the nation.

The courts have succeeded in delaying indefinitely key elements of the President’s MAGA platform, and are newly emboldened to continue by Roberts’ defection to the left. Moreover, RBG need be kept on life support only another nine months to prevent the President from nominating a new Associate Justice during an election year. In the meantime, Roberts will remain as the negative swing vote.

Then, there are the FBI and DOJ which continue to ignore imposing justice on some of the most lawless citizens among us.

The Executive branch has been isolated with the help of the President’s own party members. EOs are time-limited band-aids, and they are easily impeded by leftist judges.

IMO, the President knows but does not enjoy the reality of the looming necessity to figuratively burn down DC in order to save the country. I am confident he knows at what point it will be necessary and that he will do it if the time comes, with great support from patriots nationwide. I choose to view any such political cataclysm as the glorious re-birth of our Republic.

It got that way via 40-50 or more years of brainwashing several generations of American youth and the importation of upwards of 30 million or more foreign, destitute peasants who have no intention of assimilating and every intention of being dependent upon the ever-growing, ever-intrusive central command and control government, all while subsuming and replacing whatever is left of our heritage and culture. Why hasn’t the Executive Branch (or anyone who claims to be America First) made any attempt to stop this Ripoff of English Speaking US Citizen Taxpayers?

This Ripoff applies to any who are Refugees, or given Temporary Protected Status, or any other “exceptioned” individuals.

    https://www.ssa.gov/OP_Home/cfr20/404/404-1564.htm

“(5) Inability to communicate in English. Since the ability to speak, read and understand English is generally learned or increased at school, we may consider this an educational factor. Because English is the dominant language of the country, it may be difficult for someone who doesn’t speak and understand English to do a job, regardless of the amount of education the person may have in another language. Therefore, we consider a person’s ability to communicate in English when we evaluate what work, if any, he or she can do. It generally doesn’t matter what other language a person may be fluent in.”

    https://www.disability-benefits-help.org/faq/non-english-speaker

    “Disability Benefits for Non-English Speakers
If you are unable to speak, read, write, or communicate in English, you may be less able to perform certain types of jobs. Your RFC may determine that your disability makes it so that you can only perform sedentary work, such as an office setting or customer service job. If you do not speak English and never went to school, or even if you went to school in your native language, there may be no type of sedentary job that you can perform.
The SSA will approve you for disability benefits based on your inability to speak English if you are 45 years old or older. They will not take your education level into account, as your inability to speak English counteracts your level of education. Your age is taken into account because it may be more difficult for an older person to quickly learn a completely new language to the point where they are able to successfully find a new job, while also dealing with the other effects of their original medical disability.

    Non-English Speaker Examples
A 55-year-old non-English speaking man who has only worked on construction sites is diagnosed with a degenerative spinal condition. The man does not qualify for disability benefits through the SSA’s Blue Book for his spine condition, and his RFC assessment determines that he may be eligible to work a sedentary job. As the person cannot communicate or read and write in English, the SSA finds that he can’t be expected to qualify for any sedentary job and approves his disability benefits application.”

Bless and protect Donald Trump, Mike Pence, all incoming Cabinet Members and Aides to the President, all lawmakers who uphold Biblical principles, law-keepers in all branches of the military and in all law enforcement agencies and ALL of their families, and work your good and perfect will in their lives this day, so that they will lead spiritually fruitful, spiritually productive lives, and as happy, healthy, and long as you have appointed with your good and perfect will, free from malevolent interferences.

The best floor speech I heard today was by Senator Lankford (OK).

He said the 10 places where Trump wants to build the wall was based on the border security study and a report
of the top 10 spots where illegal drugs are entering the country between ports of entry.

The emergency order is primarily about stopping illegal drugs from entering our country that have killed 70,000 Americans last year alone. There has been a 269% increase in deadly drugs crossing border in the past two years. Clear emergency exists.

He said there are currently approved funds Trump can access.
–$1.37 billion congress just authorized fir specific locations
-$600 million approved in one fund that can be used for any law enforcement activity
-$4 billion in a counter narcotics fund which specifically said can be spent on roads and walls to prevent drugs from crossing border.

The EO is actually for funding which may not be spent until next year for the emergency, but needs to be secured now.

Repubs opposed to the EO are looking beyond the current questions at hand, is there a national emergency and does the president have statutory authority to act on it (both answers are yes).

They are adding a third question. Should the president have statutory authority as it now stands (the law passed in the 70’s). This is a separate issue that should be debated at a later date.

Good for Lankford. Maybe he is listening to constituents because he has been an immigration squish in the past. On top of that, he has been doing quite a bit of ankle biting on the President.

Pelosi backs lowering voting age to 16

I myself have always been for lowering the voter age to 16,” said Pelosi, D-Calif. “I think it’s really important to capture kids when they are in high school when they are interested in all of this, when they are learning about government, to be able to vote.”

Luckily for us, the RINOs are still the chickenchits they’ve always been. 59-41….with Tillis a last minute supporter. A ‘stern’ warning to POTUS, but they’re still too afraid to cross the line. Good.
