Senator Graham Explains How Easy it Would Be for FBI and DOJ to Find Flynn Leaker….

In a May 2017 testimony to congress former Deputy Attorney General Sally Yates explains the details surrounding her engagement with White House legal counsel Don McGahn.  However, for the purposes of truthful discussion, the important part of the back-and-forth between Senator Graham, Sally Yates and former DNI James Clapper is not the aspect about Flynn or McGahn.

Listen carefully to the first three minutes; specifically the part about the Flynn transcript leak to the Washington Post.  Notice Graham outlining how easy it would be for the intelligence apparatus to find out who: (A) unmasked the Flynn communication; and (B) likely then leaked the Flynn communication.  Pay close attention:

Now ask yourself…. If Graham, Yates and Clapper are correct; if there is a paper trail; if it would be essentially a simple process to discover that detail; then WHY hasn’t that been done?

Attorney General Jeff Sessions and DNI Dan Coats made a big deal of stating they were committed to finding out who would leak such critical and sensitive ‘top secret’ information.  And Graham tells everyone how easy it would be to do… and Yates and Clapper agree… So, why wasn’t it done?

Want to drain the swamp?  Start there !

The uncomfortable truth is: they don’t want to find out… and they never did want to find out… so they didn’t.

Co-dependent no more.

Yet, for some apparent reason, we anticipate this same DOJ/FBI and intelligence community, who didn’t go through the simple process to discover who unmasked the Michael Flynn wire-tap, will suddenly develop some virtuous intent around Michael Horowitz, Matt Whitaker and John Huber?…

Color me skeptical.

Based on Linda wanting MBS taken out, Rand Paul screaming that the Senate Gang of Eight left out 90% of Senators from Gina Haspel’s report, and Jack Posobiec reporting that Mueller is going all out now to remove PT, we will need some heavy lifting to expose the unmaskers and leakers.

    • Did Jeff Sessions become part of the “Insurance Policy” with his recusal, failure to find the leakers, and the Huber appointment? Was he a Trojan horse? Remember, he endorsed Trump on 2/28/16, well on his way to the nomination, and I’m sure there were some promises made that he would be strongly considered for Attorney General with that endorsement. Just say’in.

I think so as well. Color me optimistic, but just because WE don’t know doesn’t mean it hasn’t happened.

I say this because, just as we didn’t know all of the actions by the black hats prior to the election, we very well may not know all of the actions by the white hats that have been happening since.

Much good has already happened that we do know…for example, Obama’s DOJ and FBI have both been gutted of the black hat leadership – and without any serious political blow-back. The reasons for their removals have been crystal clear.

It seems to me the question is not why didn’t they find out who leaked it but why didn’t they reveal who leaked it.That was the really explosive piece of information -so much so that to reveal it risks bringing down the entire structure.

KILMEADE: “If Kislyak talks to Flynn and Flynn is on the other side, Flynn is an American, we should not have that name unmasked, correct?”
    STRASSEL: “Well, right.”
KILMEADE: “Then how does ‘The Washington Post’ get it?”
STRASSEL: “Well, there is two aspects. There is what the Obama administration was doing with the unmasking, which is there some ugly things going on there, and we still don’t have all the answers to those questions. But then someone leaks the name. And that’s just a flat out felony, punishable up to 10 years in jail. And again, there seems to be no interest in the special counsel’s office as to that crime and how Flynn’s name got out there in the first place.”

No interest because it wasn’t part of Mueller’s investigative “mandate”.

This list of these items is so shockingly long
      Leaks of CP FISA
      Ohrs’ involvement
Russian info to foreigner Steele under consignment by DNC (i.e. “collusion”)
      Podestas’ FARA violations
      FISA violations
Confirmation of DNC infiltration: hack or leak.
Multiple unmaskings (Eg: Who leaked Flynn’s name? Who unmasked in Power’s name since she claimed she didn’t do it)
Interviews of Steele, Mifsud, Halper, Deripaska, Sater, Assange, Veselnitskaya
      etc….etc…..etc….

Wouldn’t it be wonderful if Whitaker in his opening statement to Schiff’s HPSCI (he will be subpoened to testify 5 minutes after Shifty takes over) would lay these all out…..and then announce he was appointing a NEW Special Counsel to look into these things that Mr. Mueller was not authorized to investigate.

“I’d like to thank Mr. Mueller and his Special Counsels office for their dedicated work in their pursuit of the truth. I would also like to apologize that his his mandate was limited in such a way that he was unable to pursue investigative leads his team uncovered.
Therefore I am appointing a NEW Special Counsel with a clearer mandate to look into those…….”

The Watergate burglary was suspiciously compromised from start to finish: the Cubans had been telling the Repubs that the Demoncrats had been taking contributions from Fidel Castro and the evidence would be in the DNC headquarters there. But when they broke in, a series of weird events led to their being discovered by that security guard, and that set up the excuse for the witch hunt that followed.

They went from editing his reports, tko simply blocking the I.G.’s release of reports, entirely.

HOW they have been able to do that, is unclear, but they have. I have read SD excellent summaries, but writing a summary, and classifying material in an I.G. report is one thing, blocking is quite another.

To not reveal classified information you have to deny knowledge of classified information.

Not say, “That’s classified so I cannot acknowledge nor confirm its existence’, because that directly reveals it does exist, but say ‘Don’t know you are talking about” or “never happened”.
Like Flynn did. So FBI says Flynn lied when we was not in a position to casually reveal the information exists.

If Flynn said I cannot disclose because it is / may be classified then he would have revealed that it exists to somebody not qualified to know it exists.

The ONLY way to start to battle this corruption is to have STRONG leaders in place who are willing to clean house, and then suffer the slings and arrows that will come their way. It has to start with a few who are willing to go all the way, and then, maybe, others will follow. Are there ten righteous people left in all of the Swamp? Time will tell,……if we have any time left.

My brother worked in that cesspool for 30 years and knows first hand the steaming pile of refuse that is DC. He was openly mocked by colleagues and bosses for being a right of center Christian. On one occasion there was a “code red” where he worked. Everyone had to hurry to a safe room until given the all clear. He noticed that all his coworkers had huddled behind him, so he asked what was up. They told him that they hoped he had broken the rules and brought one of his guns to work and would thus protect them from the “man with a gun” which caused the alarm. These same double minded piles of mush would have turned on him in a heartbeat if they ever saw a gun on him. DC is occupied by evil/stupid people who hate us. But in the case of FISA-gate, Rosenstein has a personal incentive to disclosure because he claims that he was “misled” in his briefings by the FBI/DOJ on the Carter Page FISA.

So in that case, institutional protection will take second to the personal vindication of RR.

My guess is all the “bad apples” have already left the FBI/DOJ, so I guess we will get a NSD mandatory “training” on the Wood’s Procedures – and the Swamp lives happily ever after.

(Departure of Priestap is likely related to OIG FISA, IMO)

This questioning sounded like a Pas de Deux with Lindsey not asking the important question: “what have you done about this obvious breach of the unmasking rules that resulted in this improper leak of classified material to the Press?” Followed up by: “why are you wasting the time of President’s Counsel with this trumped up concern when your own Department is leaking like a sieve?

Instead, he defers to her and allows her to use the “Classified Material” rubric to avoid what she wanted to avoid, while sticking the knife into McGahn and Flynn with a barely suppressed smile on her face. I say “barely suppressed” because at 1:18 she couldn’t help herself. She let through a smile after invoking Secrecy. Why could she act in such a contemptuous way? Because she knows what BS it is and how public “examinations” by Camera-hogging Senators never get anywhere near the truth because of: 1) politicians’ need to preen; 2) the five (or however many minutes) minute alternating Dem and Repub examination rule; and 3) the ability to fend off any uncomfortable question with the “classified information” invocation

From the article: “I didn’t hear anything to believe that she did anything illegal.”

That the actions of public officials can be blatantly unconstitutional and yet not be illegal is a flaw in the system that will ultimately bring about its demise.

    @Sundance
Read Flynn’s plea agreement and you will find your answer to that question. Of course, the bad guys wont do it because they wish to hide their wrongdoing.

Why would the good guys not want to bring this out? Read the plea agreement. It states that Flynn will cooperate with everything he knows about ANY wrongdoing. (paraphrasing).

What is Flynn’s background? Who did he work for? Do you think maybe Flynn might have knowledge of wrongdoing? How would that knowledge be translated into evidence in a court of law legally?

  40. I see few folks losing patience with President Trump. I too feel it that way at times. For those who have not noticed the subtle, but definite change of tone post election from our President, I would suggest they pay attention to this change.

I am not the one to read too much into anything (but I do notice very subtle changes in a person behavior and there is something definitely going on with President Trump post election), and, frankly as of today, my POV is – this is all dog and pony show going on in DC use to target few specific individuals. Everybody know that there is nothing against President Trump and Rush accurately identified it way early in Mule-err shenanigans that this is tax payer funded opposition research against President Trump by his opposition (his word is democrats but changed it to “opposition” looking at republicans who are not on Trump train)

Lastly, for all the skeptics, so far President Trump has not reneged on any of his promises and if my memory serves me right then he did promise to be a law and order President. I know it is easy to lose hope and especially now since we are already (almost) half way through his first term. But we all know that he is the only President who can entertain Xi in Mar-A-Lago (maybe even play golf with him). have beautiful dinner over a beautiful cake and drop missiles over Syria without missing a smile in his negotiations with one of the most powerful opponent of this nation. And this is not just one example in past two years that we have seen President Trump exhibit such coolness. I would be worried if that was the only time. It is second nature for him to multi-task. I think I am still going to go to sleep tonight with my trust in President Trump intact.

Just a reminder in case people are unaware of this about President Trump (video below) –

And his DOJ is doing nothing about SpyGate, UO, the Clinton Foundation, or NGOs and employers abetting illegal immigration. Let’s not pretend this is an extra special chess game, Trump’s for the taking. Nothing is happening and no changes are being made. Whitaker has not exactly sprung into action. “Stop prosecuting non crimes (Mueller) or we’ll prosecute real ones” is being a loser, sorry.

I call Trey Gowdy, Lindsay Graham, Tim Scott’s office regularly. My question is. Who spied and leaked Flynn’s phone call to the Washington post? Still waiting for an answer like the skeleton meme. I am SC and I dont trust Trey, Lindsey, Tim Scott or Nikki Haley. They know. I know they know cause I told them, along with my family, my friends, CTH, and every conservative blogger. They all know exactly what the deep state is doing. They scared of the deep state because they are benefactors of CoC. Trump knows too,…. Thank God for that.

Who is protecting him? Not sure I would like the answer anyway!

I just write them. Here is what I sent to our new AG. Hope the DOJ employees give his staff his correspondence. I hope…..for change…..without Obama.

    Dear AG Whitaker,

    Congratulations and best wishes.

Now that the Flynn issue is done. Americans are still waiting to hear about the one crime we can expect to be solved in the DOJ/FBI 2016 Election.

Specifically the part about the Flynn transcript leak to the Washington Post.

Sally Yates May 2017 testimony given to Senator Lindsay Graham exposed the ability to solve this crime. Senator Graham outlined how easy it would be for the intelligence apparatus to find out who: (A) unmasked the Flynn communication; and (B) likely then leaked the Flynn communication.

Now that Bill Priestap is exiting, perhaps some ‘fresh eyes’ in Counterintelligence can get the job done. Attorney General Jeff Sessions and DNI Dan Coats stated they were committed to finding out who would leak such critical and sensitive ‘top secret’ information.

    So how is that going?

America is still waiting for the DOJ/FBI to solve the crime.

    Good luck and God Speed,

    Donna

  46. There is a common thread to all this “Insurance Policy” to all this FAKE-RUSSIAN-COLLUSION-HOAX and that person is [DIRTY Robert Swan Mueller III.]
    1) Remember that the then acting DOJ AG Sally Yates (Who is BFF to DIRTY Mueller Team Pitbull Andrew Weissman) had told OIG Mike Horowitz that he could NOT investigate the National Security Division (NSD) Portion of the DOJ and REFUSED to enforce Pres.Trump’s TRAVEL-BAN.
    2) John P. Carlin, was the Cyber-Security-Guru of the NSD, worked for DIRTY Mueller as Chief of Staff and Senior Counsel while at the FBI.
    3) John P. Carlin signed the first FISA Warrant knowing he lied about Carter Page being a Russian Spie on March 11, 2016.
    4) John P. Carlin resigns Oct. 15, 2016 to help Benjamin Wittes of “Lawfare” construct Legal Advice for ALL the Criminals at the DOJ & FBI
(John P. Carlin) is the one who UNMASKED Gen. Flynn’s Name.

Let’s face reality. The elites, who violated the compact by trying to negate election results they didn’t like, are not going to be punished or held accountable in any way for their attempted coup, like it or not. At best, some of their useful idiots from within in the bureaucracy, have lost their positions of power but not a one will see as much jail time as Papandopolous. The authoritarian alinskite globalists control the process and that’s it, like it or not.

I would say that the vast majority of Americans would say that there are way too many things that are FAST, EASY, INEXPENSIVE and more in line with COMMON SENSE than anything done in government.

The SWAMP goes out of their way NOT to find solutions, NOT to cut budgets, and to say NO, NO, NO to everything that would be of benefit to the American people. How much did we spend on P{OS Obamacare websites that didn’t work and were grossly unsecure and a hackers dream come true?

I don’t think we will ever see the full price tag on that fiasco, though I had hoped that whatshisname in OMB would have dished this all up by now. I for one am VERY disappointed that there are not more educational speeches from the admin reps on the destructive practices of their predecessors, and Congress, and what they are costing us still. For instance, the Obama $$$TRILLION$$$ bailout that has never ended, and goes on year after year….

It would be so easy to get all of this out to the public, the only reason not to is to protect “sources and methods”. Yet what they are really counting on is “the stupidity of the American voter”. 😉
