Wednesday May 23rd – Open Thread

Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be thy Name. Thy kingdom come. THY WILL BE DONE, on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread. And forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us. And lead us not into temptation, but DELIVER US FROM EVIL.

For Thine is the kingdom and the power and the glory, forever and ever. Amen †

the Comey-led FBI lost the chain of custody for one of Hillary Clinton’s email servers during its supposed investigation.

A Dell Poweredge 2900 (one of Clinton’s email servers obtained from Platte River Networks during the Clinton investigation) was initially received by the FBI on August 12, 2015. It was then transported to the FBI Operational Technology Division (OTD) the same day. But when one of the Special Agents working on the investigation went to retrieve this server on October 20, 2015 – presumably for review by the Filter Team – “he discovered the original chain of custody was missing.” In fact, they created a new chain of custody starting that day, but the preceding 2 months were completely unaccounted for.

In short, this document confirms that the FBI cannot account for the whereabouts of a significant source of evidence for a period covering more than two months. The chain of custody in a criminal investigation is critical. It ensures there is no tampering with the evidence. But for two months no one knows where this server was or how it was secured.

Eighty-nine year old woman earns her degree from Liberty University

LYNCHBURG, Va. (WDBJ7) — While putting her 12 children through school and working full time to provide for her family, Ella Washington, 89, never abandoned her goal to continue her education.

On Saturday, she walked across the stage at Liberty University’s Commencement as the oldest graduate in the Class of 2018, earning her associate degree in interdisciplinary studies, according to a Liberty University release.

Washington grew up in rural North Carolina during the 1930s, when education came second to working on the family farm. She dropped out of school in the sixth grade.

But when she got married and had children of her own, she wanted more for them.

“She has always been a lifelong learner,” said Washington’s daughter Ellen Mitchell. “Her desire for learning and for pursuing an education became a family tradition. She taught all of her children how to read, write, and do math prior to their beginning school, just as her grandmother taught her and her siblings.”

Washington enrolled in an adult education program and earned her GED diploma in 1978 at age 49. She had always wanted to go to college, however. In 2012, she enrolled in Liberty’s online program after a recommendation from Mitchell.

“Liberty is a great university,” Washington said. “I would recommend Liberty to anyone because I did well.”

But she isn’t stopping at her associate degree; she is already working toward a bachelor’s degree in history at Liberty, the university says

“To me, history is a great subject,” she said. “Everybody should know their history and learn more about it. A lot of people don’t know much about history. There’s nothing wrong with learning more.”

She moved to Washington, D.C., as a young mother and had a variety of jobs, ranging from a custodian at the Pentagon to an office assistant to a certified nursing assistant at an adult daycare. She was still working up until about six years ago.

“Coming to D.C., there weren’t many opportunities for a poorly educated black woman,” Mitchell said. “But she worked hard doing whatever she could to make sure we were taken care of.”

Mitchell said it was her mother’s drive to better herself that has always inspired her children, who also worked to make education a priority in their lives.

“My mother is a remarkable woman,” Mitchell said. “I learned how to be strong because of her example. Now, she has set the bar for her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.”

Washington said her advice to her fellow Class of 2018 graduates would be to keep their sights set on using their education to the fullest.

“Education will help you make the best life for yourselves and those who come after you,” she said.

I just think Bezos got too big for his britches, you know there are alot of local businesses that can offer ‘quality’ or ‘cheap’ products/services too.

My telephone man says “Stick a fork in it, we not making Bezos richer, Walmart(his competition) will do and we get cash back instead of paying em”

Bezos is another in the long line of dictatorial leftists who actually take joy in stabbing in the back anyone not onboard with their leftwing agenda. Granted he likely does not know of this incident, but workers get their cues from leadership; they don’t make up rules and regs without supervisorial consultation. The buck stops at Bezos’ desk.

And to think this dictator is involved with providing services to our governmental entities! As part of the Swamp, Bezos/Amazon’s participation should be terminated immediately if there is a way to do it without penalty.

Hopefully Treepers will cut off Amazon asap.

I think Bezos sees President Trump coming and is preparing for the end of his reign. I wouldn’t be surprised if the audit of the Pentagon uncovers nasty things about Amazon. I wouldn’t get comfortable if I was in Walmart either, or any of the Cable, Media, or conglomerates of any sector. Unions in government should be abolished too. Roosevelt was right.

F.D.R. Warned Us About Public Sector Unions

I think the end of government unions will start with the VA. The Veterans have been abused horribly by these people.

President Trump keeps his word, and he did say that he doesn’t think we should end monopolies.

Look how long these politicians have been in office and how long Walmart and Amazon have been wiping out middle America. How long the Bushes and the Clinton cabals and their lying, bureaucratic ilk have been in power.

We didn’t get into the Globalist cabal by ourselves, large corporations and crooked politicians have replaced most of our products and jobs with or without our consent.
