tax actions, “immigration” policies, EPA issue re regulations, DOJ focus on invading criminal, not to mention emphases on Trade and the 2nd Amendment…and so forth.
Trump has acted in many spheres, thereby picking up support from various people who have strong feelings, perhaps, ab only one, or a few, of these issues.

The more they attack him in their witch hunt, the stronger he becomes and the more the people rally to him.

This is great news. It’s also heartening to hear that, I think it is, more black Americans are coming to support him. They see that POTUS has worked to uplift their communities, despite the false rhetoric of the left.

African Americans are NOT the unthinking bloc Democrats have always assumed them to be. You know what happens when one ‘assumes’ something. Democratic Party has been taking its base for granted too long. Dems are making REALjackasses of themselves (as opposed to simply having a jackass symbolize their party, by not caring about AA CITIZENS. All their talk about Dreamers/DACA. .. AA children dream too. All the Dems’ concern about illegals receiving food, shelter, healthcare, and on and on. African American citizens need the same, but Dems don’t focus on their needs. AAs clearly see that POTUS cares about American citizens, no matter their skin color.

CEO of Starbucks Co., Kevin Johnson already issued an apology thus opening the door for multi million dollar lawsuits and tons of more of these incidents at all their stores by people wanting to get rich. He should be fired.

        http://www.rasmussenreports.com/public_content/politics/general_politics/april_2018/few_praise_comey_s_tenure_at_fbi_more_want_him_prosecuted

Forty-six percent (46%) of all voters believe Comey should be prosecuted for leaking information to the media at the time he was director of the FBI. That’s up from 41% last June following Comey’s admission under oath to a U.S. Senate committee that he leaked memos of his private meetings with Trump as FBI director to The New York Times through a friend.

Just 34% disagree and say Comey should not be prosecuted, down 13 points from 47% in the previous survey. Twenty percent (20%) are not sure.

They have hit the POINT OF DIMINISHING RETURNS!

Military Intelligence has all of the information. Under a 1950’s SCOTUS decision called Reynolds, in times of emergency, MI is the designated lead over all intelligence gethering. ALL of the others make POTUS aware of what they have. That’s what is going on. One of the 3 letter agencies leaked the tarmac meeting to a local Phoenix reporter who took photos, while the 3 letter agency made tapes. Trump has all of this, and Comey’s interview has governed the timing of it’s release. The FBI had no clue how the tarmac meeting was leaked, and went into a total panic, according to Judicial Watch.

There is a message in this from our military. ‘We have your back!’ The SCOTUS decision about Military Intelligence was made when Ike was President.

Larry Schweikart has provided an update on Voter Registration Changes from the Battleground States!

*Note: Voter numbers rise/fall monthly: in most cases both parties fall prior to the “hot” election time. These numbers are NET gains or losses. He cannot track voter registrations in states that do not register by party. These include VA, OH, GA, MI, MN, TX and WI.

**All numbers measured against Nov. 2016

AZ: For the first time since Nov. 2016, Democrats failed to increase. Republicans have increased every month. Republicans currently have gained 28,000 gross, but have a net 29,000 advantage.

CO: Still holding at Republicans minus -1,000. Interestingly, Independents are off big, minus -161 since Nov. 2016.

DE: Still holding at Republicans minus -1,000 and no real movement for several months.

FL: Republicans net plus +78,000 after a couple of months of slowing down. The Republican advantage since Nov. 2016 has accelerated.

IA: Republicans net plus +11,000 since Nov. 2017. Republicans already held a big advantage in 2016, now have a net 48,000 edge in registrations.

ME: Republicans minus -1,000. Virtually no change. Both parties lost about 10,000 off the rolls. This can be a PDJT state in 2020 but Republicans have to dig in.

NH: Republicans net plus +7,000. Still a good gain, but down just slightly from plus +8,400 late last year.

NC: Republicans net plus +70,000. Another state where Republicans are steady or gaining since Nov. 2016.

NM: Republicans plus +11,000. Democrats gained 1,000 back since Feb 2018 but nonetheless this is an important gain for Republicans. Still a ways to go to overcome the Democrat advantage but this moves NM into tossup territory if trends hold for 2020.

NV: Republicans net plus +38,000. Big movement! Nevada Democrats have lost a whopping 38,000 off their rolls since Nov. 2016.

PA: Republicans net plus +82,000. Significant improvement since 2016; slipped some from high of +105,000 in mid-2017. Democrats continue to lose voters in PA, down in real numbers of 127,000 since 2012.

CONCLUSION: No battleground state that PDJT won has seen an improvement in the net voter registration changes since Nov. 2016 for Democrats. There have been HUGE improvements for Republicans (NC, IA, FL, PA and AZ). Right now he would take NH in addition to his 306 Electoral Votes from 2016. NM and NV are too close to call. PDJT’s margins in NC, PA and FL would be much larger.

In states PDJT lost (CO, DE, ME) there have been extremely minor changes. In both AZ and IA, red states, the Republican majorities have grown (so much for “Muh Blue Wave” in AZ). FL is within range of being a red state by 2020, or dead even.

  8. The Comey interview is frightening in many aspects (deranged narcissist running FBI) but also serves as a prime example of what the deep state bureaucracy is all about. These people ultimately believe it is their job because of their “values” to make the decisions for the country. They do not believe voters are capable of making good decisions so they run it all behind the scenes. If we elect someone based on policies they don’t like – they see it as their duty to “fix it”.

I don’t even think they care whether voters can make good decisions or not. Their philosophy is control. Period. Gohmert Speaks on House Floor about FBI Raid on President Trump’s Attorney

Rep. Louie Gohmert (TX-01) once again spoke on the House Floor about his concerns regarding Robert Mueller and the serious need to form a second special counsel to investigate his very troubling actions related to the investigation into Trump’s ties with Russia -which have clearly proven to be nonexistent.

Gohmert stated, “from my questioning of the man and from my research, from questioning the man during judiciary hearings, I believe [Mueller] has done more damage to the FBI than all of the FBI directors put together.”

I spoke about the fact that the Democrats, Mueller, Comey, MSM etc. have hit a Point of Diminishing Returns. Every new action or attack will only build our President’s approval and more importantly allow Republicans to hold onto the House and gain 5 to 7 seats in the Senate. The changes in polling numbers over the past month and a half have been brutal for the Democrats.

      From the article linked above:

Despite constant attacks by the liberal media President Trump now holds a 51% approval rating according to the latest Rasmussen poll.

A recent study found that 90% of the left-wing media coverage of President Trump was negative in 2017.

Barack Obama had a 47% approval rating on April 16, 2010 despite having around 90% favorability from the liberal media.

      From the article linked above:

A 10-point Democratic lead among all adults narrows to 4 points among registered voters and 5 points among those who say they’re both registered and certain to vote; neither of those is statistically significant. In January, by contrast, Democrats held similar margins in all three groups – 13, 12 and 15 points, respectively.

Self-reported registration is one indicator as it is less a measure of actual registration than of political engagement. The share of Democrats and Democratic-leaning independents who report being registered to vote has slipped from 84 percent in November to 79 percent in January and 75 percent now. That contrasts with 87 percent among Republicans and Republican-leaning independents, up slightly from 82 percent three months ago.

Further, among Republican likely voters, 95 percent say they would vote for their party’s candidate, which is up from 89 percent in January and now matches the level among Democrats, 95 percent.

        Polls don’t matter.

While MAGA is in track for great success, and the Dems have no message other than impeach Trump, the left is without peer in ballot box stuffing, voter fraud, and general electoral malfeasance. They’ll be turning it up to 11 for the midterms.

Not only do polls not matter, as far as Democrats are concerned, neither does the will of the voters.

Trump’s slogan was not really America First, but American First. He modified it to America First, not America Alone. What we are seeing is that there is an America Alone crowd that includes Ann Coulter, Alex Jones and Michael Savage. They are having trouble right now. They thought they were the real America First crowd, but Trump has sized them up, and knows that a lot of people in the rest of the world want America First, too! So, it’s clear some of Trump’s voters were really only for America Alone. They are going to have to open their eyes and broaden their thinking pretty soon now, cause Trump is leaving them behind. His motto is America First, not America Alone. That’s also a message of world peace and world prosperity, which will kick the stool out from under the Globalists who have now got the rope around their necks, like Merkel and Company. Their days in the sunshine are dwindling.

“The Last Refuge is a web-based journalist with a penchant for deep-diving on stories that are generally ignored by the mainstream media.

For example, The Last Refuge was the first journalist to strip down the shooting at Douglas High School, and expose how the shooting was actually a failure of leftwing Broward County School policies. The Last Refuge generally writes at the Conservative Treehouse, but every now and then he gets his thoughts down on Twitter first, revealing what he’s seeing in the news and tying stories together.

He did just that with the recent story about the possibility that President Trump’s lawyer Michael Cohen had lied and had visited Prague in 2016.

What the Last Refuge argues is that this story doesn’t prove Cohen did something wrong, but instead proves that the FBI and the DOJ were using a leftwing research firm, FusionGPS, to launder illegal intelligence and give it back to them in a sanitized form.”

I don’t believe this about Petraeus, particularly as described by a guy like James Comey.

Petreaus was set up. He was nominated by Ozero to give his “administration” the petina of credibility re: foreign policy in the runup to the 2012 election, the day after which he “resigned”.

      Who preceded him?

      John Brennan

      Who replaced him?

      Leon Panetta

And yet, I’m supposed to believe that Petreaus was the weasel in this henhouse??

I make NO excuses for Pettraeus, he knew better.

My point is HRC DID MUCH, MUCH, MUCH more, and there is a HIGH probability her email information WAS compromised.

It’s not just the classified material, or the top secret material. I guarantee you the Ruskies, et al, being able to read even her unclassified emails in real time was an intelligence treasure trove.

Very interesting analysis of our president by Victor Davis Hanson: The Tragic Hero. He compares the president to the heroes found in Sophocles, in World War II, and in assorted Westerns.

    See:

    https://www.nationalreview.com/magazine/2018/04/30/donald-trump-tragic-hero/

The author sees the president as sacrificing himself for the task of ending the Swamp State, and is therefore a tragic figure in the original meaning of the word in Greek.

Yes, I know it is in National Review, but Mr. Hanson has been very much on the president’s side!

    An excerpt:

“…Perhaps we could not withstand the fire and smoke of a series of Trump presidencies, but given the direction of the country over the last 16 years, half the population, the proverbial townspeople of the western, wanted some outsider, even with a dubious past, to ride in and do things that most normal politicians not only would not but could not do — before exiting stage left or riding off into the sunset, to the relief of most and the regrets of a few.

The best and the brightest résumés of the Bush and Obama administrations had doubled the national debt — twice. Three prior presidents had helped to empower North Korea, now with nuclear-tipped missiles pointing at the West Coast. Supposedly refined and sophisticated diplomats of the last quarter century, who would never utter the name “Rocket Man” or stoop to call Kim Jong-un “short and fat,” nonetheless had gone through the “agreed framework,” “six-party talks,” and “strategic patience,” in which three administrations gave Pyongyang quite massive aid to behave and either not to proliferate or at least to denuclearize. And it was all a failure, and a deadly one at that.

For all of Obama’s sophisticated discourse about “spread the wealth around” and “You didn’t build that,” quantitative easing, zero interest rates, massive new regulations, the stimulus, and shovel-ready, government-inspired jobs, he could not achieve 3 percent annualized economic growth. Half the country, the more desperate half, believed that the remedy for a government in which the IRS, the FBI, the DOJ, and the NSA were weaponized, often in partisan fashion and without worry about the civil liberties of American citizens, was not more temporizing technicians but a pariah who cleaned house and moved on. Certainly Obama was not willing to have a showdown with the Chinese over their widely acknowledged cheating and coerced expropriation of U.S. technology, with the NATO allies over their chronic welching on prior defense commitments, with the North Koreans after they achieved the capability of hitting U.S. West Coast cities, or with the European Union over its mostly empty climate-change accords….”

And the point is…President Trump is quite willing to “have a showdown” with the villains on our planet! The question for America is: will we aid him, or will we hide behind the curtains like the townspeople in HIGH NOON and just watch him fight alone?

Congress still playing their bait and switcheroo game. My district’s swamp dweller sent out an email complaining about dems not supporting a constitution amendment requiring that the government operates on a balanced budget. Didn’t he (they Rs) know that? Of course they did! That’s precisely why they introduced the amendment

The old “we tried but the bad dems blocked it. We Rs are good. Vote for me”. While thinking: “excuse me, I need to go see if my fat earmarks are still in place on another budget-related bill.”

    • A balanced budget amendment would only provide cover for their on-going illegality. There is NO “budget” mentioned in our Constitution for a reason.

“Does our existing Constitution permit the federal government to spend money on whatever they want?

No! It contains precise limits on federal spending.

Federal spending is limited by the enumerated powers delegated to the federal government. If you go through the Constitution and highlight all the powers delegated to Congress and the President, you will get a complete list of the objects on which Congress is permitted to spend money. Here’s the list:”

“That’s what Congress is authorized by our Constitution to spend money on. Did I leave anything out? I’m not infallible; so take a few minutes and, armed with a highlighter, read carefully through the Constitution and see for yourself.

Congress is to appropriate funds to carry out this handful of delegated powers; and it is to pay the bills with receipts from taxes.[1]

Pursuant to Article I, §9, clause 7, the federal government is to periodically publish a Statement and Account of Receipts and Expenditures. Citizens could use this Statement and Account – which would be so short that everyone would have time to read it – to monitor the spending of their public servants.

It was unconstitutional spending and unconstitutional promises (Social Security, Medicare, etc., etc., etc.) which got us a national debt of almost $19 trillion, plus a hundred trillion or so in unfunded liabilities.

Since the Constitution delegates to Congress only limited and narrowly defined authority to spend money; the Constitution doesn’t provide for a budget.”

Comey is again discussing the evidence in an ongoing investigation against an uncharged person.
