Update: Broward County Florida School Shooting – Multiple Victims – Marjory Stoneman Douglas High…

Broward County Florida Sheriff’s Office confirmed they have a suspect in custody in connection to a school shooting at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High in Parkland, a suburb of Fort Lauderdale, that may have injured as many as 20 to 40 people.  Broward County public schools twitter feed here. Broward Sheriff twitter feed here.

The shooter was described as wearing a black hat, a maroon or burgundy colored shirt and black pants.  Gateway Pundit is identifying the shooter as “Nicholas de Jesus Cruz”, possibly a former student, 5′-8″. Miami Herald reports:

According to law enforcement sources, the shooter, former student Nicolas de Jesus Cruz, is in custody. Helicopter footage shortly before 4 showed police frisking a handcuffed young man outside a squad car. Dressed in a maroon shirt and dark trousers, he was placed in the squad car as TV choppers filmed the scene. He gave no visible sign of being injured, but authorities have said Cruz was transported to Broward Health North.

A teacher at the school told the Miami Herald that Cruz, 19, had been identified as a potential threat to fellow students in the past.

“We were told last year that he wasn’t allowed on campus with a backpack on him,” said math teacher Jim Gard, who said the former student suspected in the shootings had been in his class last year. “There were problems with him last year threatening students, and I guess he was asked to leave campus.” (more)

Police have notified area hospitals they will receive patients as a result of the shooting. The conditions of the victims were not clear, though Sen. Bill Nelson told FOX News there were “many deaths” at the school.

Parkland is a Fort Lauderdale suburb of 30,000 people just east of the Everglades. The National Council on Home Safety and Security recently placed the city on its list of the 10 safest cities in Florida.  President Donald Trump tweeted his condolences to the victims this afternoon.

There is a COMPLETE IDIOT pontificating on Charles Payne show (FBN) about the situation, claims to have studied “violence” and causes. Here we have someone who was known to be troubled, made threats. Yet he is talking about macro and micro this; perimeters.. blah blah blah. He knows NOTHING.

Can’t watch any newsy show tonight or tomorrow, because of this shooting. If we’re lucky, we’ll get just a smidgen of truth then it will all be whitewashed like Las Vegas has been.
everyday we hear about bad people doing bad things but never about the punishments they may ( or may not ) receive. Some people just don’t get to see that actions have consequences. By far, the biggest problem with youths today is the total inability to problem solve and to rationalize. We can thank our state run schools for this.

Just a type of tree. The FOREST is undefended schools. Time for the left to DEFEND their creation of this mess – their DESTRUCTION of society that led to this.

But we don’t start with complexities. We start SIMPLE.

FIRST RESPONSE is to SECURE OUR SCHOOLS.

FIRST RESPONDERS are whoever the EO authorizes.

This has great strategy. We START AT THE BOTTOM and LIBERATE the schools. Think how this works. EYES ON THE SITES.

From there, the war goes on, up, and along with that first LIBERATED GENERATION.

I’m already seeing the long battle to take back American culture from the creeps who took it down.

The SECURITY of schools can be done by state and local forces, but the problem has to be RIPPED from the hands of the saboteurs. DeVos has been firing on all cylinders regarding her doing the right thing in education. DEFEDERALIZATION.

NOW we have to do the right thing on school safety, and make the saboteurial left OPPOSE US.

                  No – you are not.

Private schools kick out ALL big trouble at the first sign.

We considered a variety of private and non-standard public schools for ours, when our public schools became dangerous (classmate of our kid STRANGLED in the hallway), and discovered that many Christian private schools have STRINGENT requirements (including doctrinal) of both students and parents. That’s tough, but understandable – many are fleeing the crazy, including bad fits for their schools.
Minority religions and mixed-faith families have few choices, and often must go to expensive “academy” type private schools. Places like elite left-leaning schools used by politicians don’t take extreme problem kids, and the few marginally troubled “must-take” kids (think the Obama daughters), can be essentially “treated” in place with a huge teacher-to-student ratio. Money makes it happen.

Their armed guards look like the guys at the jewelry store, too! Sounds like a plan for EVERY school.

Parents who send their kids to private schools are usually more involved. For working and middle class families especially, it can be a real sacrifice. Those are the type of parents who take their kids behavior seriously and work hard to fix any problems.

According to an interview with another current student enrolled in the “Alternate School” program, he was afraid of this guy and avoided contact with him. Cruz must have been kicked out of “Alternate School” which if it’s the same thing as my state is a program to prevent dropouts. Students attend a different school program with an alternate curriculum where they can ultimately obtain a diploma. More one on one instruction, teachers with psychology backgrounds, and no homework cause they won’t do it anyway. Standards are certainly not the same, they are lowered to being the same as a GED (General Equivalency Diploma).

In my state the Alternate Schools are not in the same buildings. These are hardened violent students who would be in a gang and they were pretty much taken out of the regular school system but retained to help them get a diploma. Normally they would have voluntarily dropped out or been expelled.

It looked like an open campus. How do you even begin to enforce a “no backpack requirement” on one individual among hundreds? The individual who is a threat would have to self-enforce and who wants to risk their kids’ lives to the effectiveness of that? And once a kid is kicked out, he has a bone to pick with the population that kicked him out, so inattention to that threat is willful negligence.

Can you imagine anybody else being able to take down the people in FBI that Comey left behind? I can’t. Not as well as Wray can. Even Lisa Page – I just read those texts and realize she would make mincemeat out of MANY CEOs and top-level types. She is NOT a dummy. She knew how to play Strzok every inch of the way. People who aren’t ABOVE that level are not going to be able to deal with it.

I’ve seen people who are “approaching” Trump’s level doing their thing, and it is SCARY. We feel really smart and adequate from our bunker-protected armchairs, up in the high branches of the Treehouse, but get close to people like Lisa Page in real life, and I’ll wager a lot of us would be butter in her hands. Come towards her or run away, it would be in a direction she wanted. Taking down that stuff is HARD. Easy to forget here in keyboard land!

steph, not off topic as the FBI will be involved. I think of Wray like Coach Bill Belichick.

When Bill went to the Patriots they had problems. Bill kept the good ones, got rid of the bad ones, and found a place for the rest or replaced them. He took them to the Super Bowl in 2 years. Bill was lucky though, he did not have to be a master of deception, though I am sure he is.

I agree with Wolfie above, Wray’s smile is scarily sly. Got that boyish look too.

Our Alternate Schools are off campus in entirely different buildings away from the normal student population. Reason being you don’t want your kids around these troubled ones. He apparently was enrolled in the Alternate School program as one of the students interviewed knew him and avoided him was also enrolled in the Alternate School. The only thing that figures is that this campus is enormous in size. 3,000 students multiple buildings. So the Alternate School was on campus, perhaps in the Freshman building because that’s where the shooting occurred.

Reform Schools were juvenile detention centers like JV prison from what I understand? Or maybe I am wrong on that count.

When they go back over the Dylann Roof case, they will likely find some great leads to the origination of the problems. It will be a STEW of deception, both in close and far away, IMO. But it was TOO PERFECT –

That is going to be some of the most difficult chess that was ever played. Some of it is likely highly classified. There may be things we are not told until WAY DOWN the line in Q time. I dug in enough to know that there is MAJOR weirdness there.

There are LIES and deception everywhere in that case. That’s all I needed to know – didn’t want to waste too much time after that, because the enigma serves all sides until the good guys win. It will NOT go “unsolved” – I am sure.

We have to be patient. I am glad that Laura Loomer is doing what she is doing. Very glad that Jake Morphonios is also pursuing it. But they have those exits covered, and now we let the FBI white hats filter into the hot site and save the day on their own timetable. I think it’s a good strategy.

If it hadn’t been for your second post in regards to Oldschool and his question, I would’ve pushed further.

I will say this, I have not found anything as of yet with Q talking about Vegas. However, Q didn’t come out till late October of 2017, which wasn’t long after. Who knows, maybe this is what pushed him over to start talking to all of us.

I know I’ve told you I’ve been listening to Dustin Nemo and Antischool, and last night they were on together for some time. They didn’t get it all right, but far closer than I could on my own. Two things that did stand out for me though is the importance of slowly putting out all of the information, so we don’t become overwhelmed. So if we are to learn the truth of what happened in Vegas, I would assume it would happen when things related to come out and not before.

Second, was their talk of one of the better explainers or what have you on Q has been taken down. No one can find anything from her anymore. It’s all gone. I couldn’t understand her name and the closest I could get was, B? Or D? It’s freaking a lot of people out. Bigly and for good reason. They’re all worried they will be next. They are even coming up with foolproof plans, so nothing they have documented is lost. You might want to take a listen to it to get the name of the app or webpage they are talking about since I of course forget when I thought I wouldn’t.

In Addition, Q has been putting a great deal more out than ever before. It’s coming out a great deal faster to the point Corsi and his buddies couldn’t keep up on two of their discussion these past few days. This tells me things are really shaking up, as I’m sure it does for you too.

Last, I’m having a great deal of problems with my iPhone 6. Once I get it all cleaned up, it gets hit again and fast. I used to have a few weeks of play in between, but not any more, not even hours sometimes. With CTH sometimes it’s even minutes or seconds. Drives me batty.

I’m like the lowest on the totem pole, and I believe, I really believe they are doing what they can to stop us all from learning. They think we will easily give up, because that is how so many people are now. If it takes me ten times to watch a video to its completion, I will. It’s just how I’m wired.

Oh, and the really last thing I’m going to say in this post is your reply to Oldschool when you started out by saying, “You’re most welcome!” In my opinion, it’s one of your best personal posts yet. Just saying.
                  Be well, and stay strong,

                  Thank you most kindly!

I hear you about the iPhone. I was in a point where I had very little access to “safe” internet, and it was rough. Even now, I take measures to keep my connection to the Treehouse strong and safe.

I do seem to recall a “B” as a “Q whisperer”, and you’re right – have not seen her in a while. However, there can be reasons. This is going to be a long haul. I am very happy that Corsi is on this now.

You too – be well and stay strong!! A great thing to wish for! 😀

We need to bring back reform schools.

Children who are diagnosed with psychopathic or sociopathic tendencies need a lot of discipline to grow into a somewhat normal adulthood. Studies have been done on this. They need constant correction with negative consequences for anti-social behavior and positive reinforcement for good behavior. They need to be directly taught empathy.

If they aren’t getting this at home and/or therapy, it’s a ticking time bomb. They will become dangerous.

I remember years ago in San Francisco watching homeless beggars WITH SMALL CHILDREN, including babies, on the sidewalk panhandling. Called the SF PD and told them and asked if Child Protective Services were involved. Will never forget what they said to me: They couldn’t do anything about it since it would violate the rights of the parents to raise their children as they saw fit. And this was about 30 years ago.

Each one of us has the Constitutionally mandated right….enshrined in the 2nd Amendment…to defend ourselves, our families, and our property. Going further, each of us has the Constitutional obligation to do so since the SCOTUS ruled in 2005 that police do not have a Constitutional duty to protect someone. See:

Unsurprisingly, the marxist left, who never saw a murderous dictator they didn’t love (See: MSM Olympic blather), wants to disarm America in service to their totalitarian, collectivist ideology and use incidents like this to our rights and obligations to defend ourselves be erased. THEY are the ones who have politicized incidents like this.

Guns kill people like pencils misspell words, cars make people drive drunk, and spoons made Rosie O’Donnell a fat, disgusting blob.

If you wanna look for people who “automatically” try to find a way to use this incident for political advantage, look to the political left. All else is return fire.

FIRST we secure the schools. Keep our eyes on the FIRST STEP. We have located the problem and we fight it RIGHT THERE. The left tries to conflate OUR GUNS with THEIR MURDERERS, groomed in THEIR SABOTAGED WORLD.

      NO. We TAKE IT BACK.

We may need to secure all our schools. But before that I’d like to try enforcing discipline and criminal regulations to remove these elements.

And take a look at the drugs we are prescribing young males in the US that actually seem to be the prevailing common factor in these shootings.

If this person had been criminally prosecuted for his previous violent threats, he wouldn’t have been allowed to have a gun (legally at least).

With consistent discipline, application of existing laws, and greatly reducing the drugs we are overprescribing to our young males, we might not need to go defensive and turn our schools into defensive fortresses.

With society today, my proposed fixes might not be enough, and then I would reluctantly support armed guards at all schools, but I’d like to try offense before defense.

I agree in principle, but we keep letting THEM set the rules, and keep letting THEM make us play on THEIR TURF. We keep letting THEM sabotage. Which they can do easily in all sorts of ways.

If TRUMP takes a hold of the problem, the saboteurs and those who defend them are NAKED BEFORE THE WORLD.

Sure, we can fix the discipline and criminality, but we need those forces of good IN THERE and UNHINDERED TO ACT. Once they’re in there, we move to the next steps of figuring out what’s wrong with the schools. THAT will be revealed by the DIFFERENCE between what the armed security WANTS to do, and what the communized, Marxist-influenced school administrations want to LET them do. We then process that difference fast, and weaponize it back. FIX THOSE PROBLEM in the schools.

If it sounds like WAR , it is. A quiet, loving, determined WAR to take back our culture, starting in schools.

Scream, Pocahontas. Scream like you’ve never screamed. The America of your presumed ancestors wants America back! FREE and INDEPENDENT and SANE. The crazy-drug of cultural Marxism is OUTTA HERE.

SAFE SCHOOLS without ANY dependence on their BULL**** SABOTAGE is how we start.

My prayers tonight are with the kids that passed or are injured and their families.

The first thing we all have to do is to say ” WE OWN THIS”. Once we say that, WE then have the responsibility FIX IT.

Then and only then can we take a stand. Blaming someone else never fixed anything I wanted fixed. WE have left this go on for too long, and are now seeing the results.

The Federal Government need not get involved. This is a local issue, a community issue, a family issue.

As to Law Enforcement: God Bless them all! But they are not the solution. Law Enforcement is not preventive, it is reactive. By design. A security force IS preventive. A totally different organizational mission.

This one was clearly preventable. And WE did nothing.

WE, as rational, God loving parents are the only ones that must get involved and fix this, for our children, and grandchildren.

I agree – CHOOSING NOW and not later to own the problem is key.

But we cannot own it like THEY want us to own it – as a blame magnet and a “keeper problem”. We must own it on OUR TERMS. To SOLVE it, over their SCREAMS if needed. And they will SCREAM.

Locals COULD solve this – but in my opinion THEY WON’T, or if they try, in many cases they will be SABOTAGED. The post-Obama public school education world has been INFESTED with bot-think that actively sabotages security solutions with PC push-back toward their more important goal of disarming the resistance to socialism.

I do predict this. Liberal areas will continue to INTENTIONALLY leave kids vulnerable for their agenda, unless a solution is forced on them. HOW it is forced on them is what the future will be about. I expect as much resistance as sanctuary cities.

No matter what, taking back our schools from the enemy is the only way.

My husband is an adjunct at a major state university. Even though he has a concealed carry permit, passed background checks for the permit, for the university, and one years earlier to become a licensed attorney after passing the bar exam, he cannot carry on campus. What is the university’s plan for a school shooting? Shelter in place and barricade the door. The friggin’ classroom door doesn’t even lock. I guess everyone is supposed to scoot desks in front of the door or physically shove on the door, with someone shooting through the door. Idiocy.

      THIS explains a LOT.

See my other post on this page. I predict that unless we FORCE schools to make a choice (1) gun-free and armed security, or (2) allow LEGALLY armed teachers, then we will not see compliance.

One way to force this would be SCHOOL CHOICE away from gun-free-zone schools. Districts must provide tele-school, vouchers, or another SAFE alternative if they don’t have an armed solution in place on site.

Oh, I can think of all kinds of ways to make the sabotaging Marxists SCREAM if we take ownership of this issue.

just like TV doesnt broadcast streakers at sporting events so as to prevent them from receiving the attention they crave, let’s stop publishing the name and details pertaining to each shooter.

Let’s confine the information to pertinent data to help solve future type events (i.e if he is a Islamo-terrorist etc) or, in case of the shooter still being at large, to catch him.

Like many others that have managed to retain at least a shred of empathy for the suffering of others, I’m sickened by this slaughter and all the pain and suffering the victim’s families will have to endure for the rest of their lives.

Faith and certitude in God and an after-life can be a great ally during terrible times and it used to be a more common way that many of our ancestors dealt with the heartbreaking deaths of loved ones who died younger and in greater numbers from “natural causes” in a relatively peaceful society (between brutal wars) before penicillin and other cures were discovered.

But the violent prone mentally ill (like Cruz who signalled his intentions); those that are determined to settle grievances by senseless violence and those that have no sense of empathy or compassion left in their demented minds (in the relatively peaceful society) seem to be steadily replacing the once incurable deadly bacteria and viruses of the past that often killed a family’s young child or more.

Society has to do a better job (and it can) of protecting its school children. The hard work and determination of those medical researchers that sought cures for the incurable “natural” illnesses of the past must be matched today with new sincere thoughtful approaches to these horrendous massacres. The mentally ill that threaten their classmates and then post insane rantings would be a good place to start.

There are windows everywhere. But not one was broken so these children could flee.

They literally died in that school waiting for the government to save them. SAD.

This liberal lunacy has to stop. Arm every adult that work at these schools and this will cease to be a soft target. Lunatics most likely will look for another target when they know people will shoot back.

Blood is starting to get red hot again. I am sick of this. Damn liberals are killing people at will. When will the American people be allowed to stop this insanity? Why must my grandkids have to be a target everyday? Why can we not defend ourselves and our kids defend themselves?

There is a reckoning coming, I can feel it. The magma is pushing up in a ground swell and the volcano is going to blow.

There are families out there that will not have a child coming home from school today! My heart is breaking for them tonight. All the American people are allowed to do is pray. So please everyone pray for these families tonight.

Lord Jesus Christ please help these families in their hour of need. Please fill their home tonight with your love and grace. I pray Lord Almighty that you please help this country in our hour of need also. Please Lord I ask you that you stop this insanity being waged upon us by Lucifer, before he can push the people of this country into a full blown war. Lord Jesus please hear our fellow citizens cries tonight. Lord Jesus please shower these families tonight with your Holy Spirit.
