I hope our President and First Lady know that the majority of Americans feel the same way they do abt the tragic events yesterday in VA. We want all hatred and violence and division to end, not matter who peddles it.

The sad reality, however, is everything in this country now its a political football. Most every pol scrambles for a chance to make a run into the end zone and try to look like a hero. It’s all abt reelection or punching their ticket to a higher office. How many speeches and comments made yesterday were intended as a launch into the next election? Let’s start by asking Terry McAuliffe and work our way through from there. The reason we need to ask is because none of the big voices yesterday spoke out against the riots, violence, physical harm and property damage on Inauguration Day, during the President’s attempt to have a campaign rally in Chicago, etc.

Look at yesterday’s players for both teams: The Repub’s starting line up always includes plenty of Never Trumpers that are as obstructive against moving the country fkrward to better days as their opponents and just as quick to salivate over any breaking news they can jump on to continue their quest to remove our President from office. McCain, Corey Gardner, Cruz, Rubio, etc. The Dims trot out the always coveted word from Obama and Biden, etc. Second stringers for Team Dim, a.k.a., Hollywood blowhards also are quick to judge before any investigation or complete gathering of facts can be done.

Again, patriotic Americans reject all violence that seems to be the normal end result these days whenever protests are staged. Paid protesters are bused into places that need to resolve their problems themselves. When it comes to this nationwide effort to erase American history by removing statues, why do the loudest, most radical voices get to decide? Bring it for a vote locally, then learn to live with the results.

Other Cities have known to keep the various sides separate, and story after story I have read and heard was that the various sides were pushed together. Now, why was that. I think there is a narrative that wanted to be pushed here.

Perhaps, but this looks like, smells like a giant setup. First of all, who were the original protestors? I’m confused about these people.

What or who were they protesting? Removal of confederate statues? Was that it? What was David Duke’s affiliation? Just who were these people?

The antifa thugs were very well organized, following the same battle tactics wearing the same battle gear as before.

The police stood down, allowing the mayhem to occur unabated.

This needs to be investigated as the President said.

That the Patriots were there to protest the removal of the statue. That they do NOT condone nor are in cahoots with the Nazi’s or the KKK or ANTIFA. They state they were all pushed together. That violence actually started by the Police and ANTIFA. that they were defending themselves, and they are very angry that they have been lumped in with those heinous groups!

Unite the Right? A white supremacist group using Right in its name. C’mon folks. We weren’t born yesterday. Most of the low info crowd associates the term Right with all of us. This whole thing was staged to make our side of the aisle look bad, and agitate nonwhites throughout the country in the hope of seeing them vote in huge numbers next fall in the congressional elections and in the presidential election in 2020. Just my two cents.

      • Judith says:

Why are we describing Unite the Right as “white nationalists?” Was the former group simply protesting the PC (Marxist) removal of historical monuments? If they had gathered simply to riot, then why did Unite the Right insist on keeping their demonstration under a particular statue, as authorities desperately sued to alter the permit location? (They failed.)

Would this have been a peaceful demonstration against Marxists bent on erasing American history, had paid agitators Antifa and true racists BLM not arrived to turn it into something else? The left uses this tactic at Trump rallies also. Paid mobs and fake news go hand-in-hand to turn our right to peaceful assembly into a sheet show.

And where did the term “white nationalist” originate? Please don’t perpetuate the use of this term and, especially, conflate the two. That plays into the hands of the fake news Enemedia, who would like nothing better than to play continuous footage of their “staged” riots, while linking American patriotism to “white” exceptionalism. American citizens of every stripe, not only whites and not only men, voted for Donald Trump and his America First platform. Don’t allow the fake media to twist national pride into racism and peaceful demonstrations into riots. See how that works?

Never make the mistake of thinking that this is about shutting down “white nationalists”–they want to shut down anybody they hate, which is every single deplorable in the country. Remember Chicago? The left, and the media, firmly back leftist street violence. They draw no distinction between deplorables, Trump, and the guys having the march/protest yesterday. Violence against any group must be resisted and condemned, that’s my view. These guys who marched yesterday had a permit granted by a Fed. judge after the city refused on political grounds. Their right to speak–our most supreme right–should not have been infringed, period. If they can take theirs with violence, they will most certainly take yours.

What made these reporters travel over 500 miles to witness this demonstration? Remember, they had to get there BEFORE the rioting started. Why go? Why expend the travel money to do so? Did they do this on their own dime or the paper’s? What attracted them? How did they know this would be a big story?

“White nationalists are alt-left, not alt-right. If you look closely at that crowd, there were no ‘CNN is ISIS’ signs, or MAGA hats, or pepe banners. This was Dem on Dem violence, neo-nazis vs. “antifa”.

Yup, the media will run with this as “right-wing violence” in an attempt to discredit real conservatives, it’s what they do, it fits their Narrative. Remember, Hitler was not of the right wing, he was a national socialist, the same as the alt-left people in this hate rally were.

The more I learn about them, the more I see wisdom in Trump’s highly nuanced response. Don’t empower the media – condemn later – condemn ALL violent sides – don’t relent on free speech and peaceful assembly. I think that a DOJ investigation of THESE groups may prove very fruitful in finding out where Soros money goes – even “accidentally”. There is no law that says Soros can’t sneak money to his erstwhile enemies in ways they don’t realize. Communism is very tricky.

The original ‘left’ are the crazies who ran around Paris yelling “Off with their heads.” It was a stupid, high school like clic, that somehow got the power to carry out their threats. Being no more mature than any high school clic, if you weren’t for them, you were agin’ ’em. And, like pretty much any high school clic, it tore itself apart.

The heirs to that insanity proudly designate themselves as left, even though the original name had to do with where they sat in the Assembly, which only mattered to France at the time, and has nothing to do with any other country.

And in the true tradition of the term, anyone who isn’t with them is on the right. That leaves lots of room for French Royalists, German Socialists, etc.

It doesn’t matter what anyone believes in, left or right, it is whether or not you are with them. They are free to make drastic changes in what they believe and still call themselves the left. You must agree with them or be called part of the right.

Taking down all Confederate memorials and removing all Confederate names from buildings, streets, etc. is a thing now. It cranked up with a fervor when Nikki Haley took the Confederate flag down from the State House grounds in Columbia, SC, after the murderer Dillon Roof killed the black people at the church in Charleston. Dillon had a flag sticker on his car, and the connection was made for political purposes. I have said for years that I was okay with the flag being in a museum; however, a lot of people here do not feel that way. (Leave it to Nikki to feather her nest with the removal after one governor lost reelection around 1998 simply for supporting removal.) Southerners generally have a very strong connection to our history and do not want monuments taken down and names changed. I think we should add more black history displays like the monument that was placed on the SC State Housse grounds when the first “compromise” over the Confederate flag was reached. It shows the African origins of South Carolina slaves and is educational and well done. As a history lover, I want to see more history, not less. I do not want to see history erased.

The radical leftists in Charlottesville knew people would be there to protest the removal of General Lee’s statue. The left went there to do everything in its power to create a problem for President Trump. It’s the usual Saul Alinsky tactics of the left.

Mueller Is Said to Be in Talks With White House About Interviewing Officials

WASHINGTON In a sign that the investigation into Russian interference in the 2016 presidential election will remain a continuing distraction for the White House, the special counsel, Robert S. Mueller III, is in talks with the West Wing about interviewing current and former senior administration officials, including the recently ousted White House chief of staff, Reince Priebus, according to three people briefed on the discussions.

Wes Bellamy, vice-mayor of Charlottesville, Virginia is a con artist and a fraud. He successfully shook down the city for 4 million dollars after demanding Robert Lee’s statue be removed

The new game of the left from the extreme leftist website democracynow.org

The headline says it all “REPARATIONS”

WES BELLAMY: Yeah, so, this all started nearly a year and a half ago, in March of last year. I received several different phone calls, emails. There was a petition from a local student here in the area about an effort and a push to remove the statue of Robert E. Lee. People in Charlottesville have been talking about this for some years, but just last year there was a nuance in a bill that was vetoed at the state House by our governor that essentially said that if you want to move these kind of statues and things of that nature, it’s a local issue, so you have the right to be able to do so. My colleague and I, Ms. Kristin Szakos, we both decided to push really hard. We held a press conference in which there were probably about 150 people who came out. About 80—or, excuse me, I would say about 110, 120 people or so who were pro-moving the statue, and about 30 to 40 Sons and Daughters of the Confederacy, who came with their large flags, and very, very upset that we were pushing to do so.

And in the midst of all of this, we also got an equity package passed, which I presented in January, before we had our first vote—and it was unanimously passed—which gave us $950,000 to our African American Heritage Center, $250,000 to build onto one of the parks in the local African-American community. We got $2.5 million to public housing redevelopment, $50,000 annually for anyone who lives in public housing to get free GED training, another $50,000 to anyone who lives 80 percent below the AMI, which is the annual median income, as well as public housing, to have scholarships of sorts to go to our local community college. We got a position for black male achievement, which we’re calling a youth opportunity coordinator. So, I mean, in all, in all, it was about $4 million, basically, from funding, put specifically into marginalized communities to help bridge the gap and create equity.

This Obama-instigated bad behavior IS Rebellion Redux and we’ve been there before. The Soros cabal and the media were not so complicit then, but others such as Jesse Jackson incited their people with bullhorns and media appearances.

Now the op/ed talkshows such as Donna Edwards (Fox) who make up narratives to put down PDJT. The mediaare filled with commentators who incite the snowflakes who will do any rebellous act for the right price, Organized? You betcha. I have told you about how they gathered at various points around Chicago to be bused in to Madison and Milwaukee to demonstrate against Gov. Walker and. similarly, to distrupt DJT’s rally in Chicago and the voting process in Iowa.

Quinn Michaels, an computer programmer and artificial intelligence expert, appeared on his YouTube channel to discuss the Charlotteville riots. He noted that the millions of tweets, the tool these disrupters use to rally their troops, were bots, robotic AI programmed into the Twitter system. They could have come from anywhere around the world and they were designed by professionals (i.e. paid) to make the number of supporters appear to be many, many times larger then they actually are.

We live in interesting times. Focus. We must focus and move forward with PDJT.

So just a few observations about yesterday.

First, the Charlottesville city manager, Maurice Jones, was the one who decided, along with the City council, to deny Jason Kessler his permit last minute. Glenn E. Conrad overrode that denial.

Maurice Jones seems to have quite a cushy job in Charlottesville, after being forced to move INTO Charlottesville to comply with city residency regulations.

    http://www.cvillepedia.org/mediawiki/index.php/Maurice_Jones

There has also been a picture of a man behind Terry McAuliffe during his presser. The one man on stage left is Maurice, however, the other man is not identified, but is wearing a t-shirt that says ‘Menace II Supremacy’. At 3:49 in the presser, McAuliffe only shakes this man’s hand. Can anyone identify who this person is? There is quite a bit of a preplanned acknowledgement between the two, but both seem to hide that handshake quickly.

Also, Michael Signer, Mayor of Charlottesville, who is an avowed democrat activist, had the following statement, and he has been blitzing the airwaves since yesterday, setting up the anti-Trump message. He signed off on Charlottesville becoming a sanctuary city back in January.

    Statement from Mayor Mike Signer:

City Statement on 8/12 Court Ruling

“While the City is disappointed by tonight’s ruling we will abide by the judge’s decision. The goal in moving the Unite the Right Rally from Emancipation Park to a larger, more accommodating space like McIntire Park had nothing to do with the content of the demonstrators’ speech. The decision was made based on the projected number of demonstrators expected in our one acre park in downtown and the public safety needs of our community.

Chief Thomas, his team and the hundreds of law enforcement officials in our City will now turn their full attention to protecting the Downtown area during tomorrow’s events.”

  37. “Day of the Locusts”
    Bob Dylan

Oh, the benches were stained with tears and perspiration
The birdies were flying from tree to tree
There was little to say, there was no conversation
As I stepped to the stage to pick up my degree
And the locusts sang off in the distance
Yeah, the locusts sang such a sweet melody
Oh, the locusts sang off in the distance
Yeah, the locusts sang and they were singing for me.

I glanced into the chamber where the judges were talking
Darkness was everywhere, it smelled like a tomb
I was ready to leave, I was already walkin’
But the next time I looked there was light in the room
And the locusts sang, yeah, it give me a chill
Oh, the locusts sang such a sweet melody
Oh, the locusts sang their high whining trill
Yeah, the locusts sang and they were singing for me

Outside of the gates the trucks were unloadin’
The weather was hot, a-nearly ninety degrees
The man standin’ next to me, his head was exploding
Well, I was prayin’ the pieces wouldn’t fall on me
Yeah, the locusts sang off in the distance
Yeah, the locusts sang such a sweet melody
Oh, the locusts sang off in the distance
And the locusts sang and they were singing for me
    Photos

I put down my robe, picked up my diploma
Took hold of my sweetheart and away we did drive
Straight for the hills, the black hills of Dakota
Sure was glad to get out of there alive
And the locusts sang, well, it give me a chill
Yeah, the locusts sang such a sweet melody
And the locusts sang with a high whinin’ trill
Yeah, the locusts sang and they was singing for me
Singing for me, well, singing for me

If you never read “Day of the Locust” or saw the movie (the 1976 version especially) do so soon. We are living it and are deep into the story already. This is the tribalism part. As offensive as it may be to most of us moral, civilized people, being denied the dignity and freedom that comes from living a moral life, we will eventually have no other choice than to return to the safety of our tribe. Our very morality and civility are being attacked and it doesn’t matter what we think. If you are black, one tribe. White? Another tribe. If the current “law of the jungle” is going to prevail, it will become a matter of survival to remember which tribe you belong to. It’s not the way I want it but “civil society” is breaking down. We are all being driven into our respective tribes and if I am going to be damned merely for being white, I know which tribe I belong to. I am not a fool.

Eventually we will get to the “every man for himself” part where the tribes themselves break down for lack of food, water and safety. The godless among us are witnessing the difference between the freedom that cannot exist in a moral society and the chaos that follows in its absence. This is why freedom is not the natural state of human existence. We were created equal… not free. Freedom is not a gift. You have to fight for it and then deserve it.

Only moral people can be free because they are guided by a simple, humble morality. A free society is based on a wide-spread moral consensus of absolute truth. Unity. Safety. Time to think. Time to devote to God, family and community because it is safe to do so.

The “locusts” have been singing among us and singing louder and louder. Their day has arrived. It looks like things are going to get much worse before they get better.

The white supremacists were not true Deplorable Trump supporters.

    How do I know this?

It Trump supporters were going to get together there would be American, not Confederate flags, and there would be no media coverage. Trump supporters are Americans, pure and simple, and they are comprised of all of the colors and nationalities that have come together to make us one people.there is a joy in our rallies, and there is love on display. It is a true contrast to the hatred and visciousness of the left.

The over the top KKK references and white supremist labeling of yesterday’s gathering reeks of the stigmatizing efforts of the Left. There just needed to be a mock lynching carried out by some people in MAGA hats to make it even clearer to the low IQ audience it was targeting.

I seem to remember that there were some Bernie supporters blamed for violence during the election but in reality, the perpetrators were with her. Yesterday’s whole dramatically staged event and all of the ensuing histrionics look like a return to the vomit of Soros funded leftist violent theatrics and rhetoric.

    Remember this:

Think about this: the Nazis killed 6 million Jews and those who are calling us Nazis are the same people who are allied with the Muslim Brotherhood, Cair, and other radical Islamic organizations, organizations that do not not recognize the Jewish (or Christian) people’s right to exist on the planet. Kieth Ellison, a shining example of that, is the co-chair of their party.

We are not who they say we are. We must find a way to push back and to get at the truth and let it be known.

This I will say, they are doing a good job of calling evil good and good evil. Woe unto them, and to us if we cooperate with that.

What do we have in our house? Currently we hold both houses of congress as well as the executive branch. The AG is our guy. Therefore we have a number of God fearing but mortally flawed individuals who are able and even willing to do the right thing.

We, and they, need to follow the examples of Joshua and Caleb who–facing giants–were told to be strong and courageous and take the land. Christians are told to occupy until Jesus’ return.

I think we can demand that the AG look into and publish the truth of all that has happened, punish those who are guilty, and that our Congressmen strongly represent us and back our President.
