The Entire Deep State DC Institutional Apparatus Knew President Trump Was Not Under Investigation…

When fired FBI Director James Comey testified to congress he admitted to telling President-Elect Donald Trump, and President Donald Trump, three times, he was never under investigation.

FBI Director Comey told President-elect Trump on January 6th he was not under investigation; Comey again told President Trump on January 27th he was not under investigation; and again on February 15th Director Comey told President Trump he was not under investigation.

However, more importantly, James Comey also admitted he told congressional leadership the exact same thing, repeatedly. Specifically, James Comey stated he informed: •Paul Ryan, •Nancy Pelosi, •Mitch McConnell, •Chuck Schumer, •Devin Nunes, •Adam Schiff, •Richard Burr, •Dianne Feinstein and •Mark Warner.

James Comey personally told Republican and Democrat leadership, and both the Senate and House intelligence committees, that President Trump was not under investigation.

Think about that for a minute.

That means all of these professional politicians knew the media claims of President Trump being under investigation was a nothingburger; completely false.

To add to that list, James Comey said he briefed each of the intelligence committees that President Trump was never under investigation.

Do you realize how many people that is?

Mike Conaway (11th District of Texas), Peter King (2nd District of New York), Frank LoBiondo (2nd District of New Jersey), Tom Rooney (17th District of Florida), Ileana Ros-Lehtinen (27th District of Florida), Michael Turner (10th District of Ohio), Brad Wenstrup (2nd District of Ohio), Chris Stewart (2nd District of Utah), Rick Crawford (1st District of Arkansas), Trey Gowdy (4th District of South Carolina), Elise Stefanik (21st District of New York), Will Hurd (23rd District of Texas), Adam Schiff, Ranking Member (28th District of California), Jim Himes (4th District of Connecticut), Terri Sewell (7th District of Alabama), Andre Carson (7th District of Indiana), Jackie Speier (14th District of California), Mike Quigley (5th District of Illinois), Eric Swalwell (15th District of California), Joaquin Castro (20th District of Texas), Denny Heck (10th District of Washington), James Risch (Idaho), Marco Rubio (Florida), Susan Collins (Maine), Roy Blunt (Missouri), James Lankford (Oklahoma), Tom Cotton (Arkansas), John Cornyn (Texas), Dianne Feinstein (California), Ron Wyden (Oregon), Martin Heinrich (New Mexico), Angus King (Maine), Joe Manchin (West Virginia), Kamala Harris (California)

… All of them knew President Trump was not under investigation.

That also means that all of their key aides, staffers who assist each of the aforementioned politicians – and sit in on intelligence briefings, knew President Trump was not under investigation.

That network extends downstream to thousands of people on capitol hill, and everyone surrounding the White House, and everyone in key legislative contact, and they all knew President Trump was never under investigation.

That reality and acceptance also extends the concentric circles to those media voices and “sources” who were previously highlighted by WikiLeaks for close personal contact with each of the campaign teams and political constructs of those professional politicians.

The entire Deep State apparatchik knew President trump was not under investigation.

Heck, the leadership of the FBI and DOJ that James Comey often cites in his memos, leaks and explanations also knew President Trump was not under investigation; and all of the Washington Post, New York Times, WSJ and CNN stories were written based on these same “sources“.  Sources who knew President Trump was never under investigation.

Other than one obtuse statement from what was apparently a frustrated Senator Chuck Grassley, the entire DC system kept a lid on the truth that President Trump was not ever under investigation.

In addition to his committee chairmanship, and direct position on the ‘gang-of-eight’ Representative Devin Nunes was even part of the Trump transition team.  And James Comey stated he told Nunes that President Trump was not under investigation.

Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi and Minority leader Chuck Schumer were also personally told by James Comey that President Trump was not under investigation.

Speaker of the House Paul Ryan and Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell were personally told by Comey that President Trump was not under investigation.

Representative Adam Schiff and Senator Mark Warner were personally told by FBI Director James Comey that President Trump was never under investigation.

How many interviews did Pelosi, Schumer, Ryan, McConnell, Schiff and Warner give where they allowed the media’s “Trump Under Investigation Narrative” to remain unchallenged?

Why would republicans Paul Ryan, Mitch McConnell, Richard Burr, and to a lesser extent Devin Nunes, never directly challenge the media narrative in their interviews?

Think about the scope of all of it.

Do you still cling to the invisible thread that the UniParty doesn’t exist?

Do you still somehow reconcile the professionally self-serving “Deep State” is merely a myth?

Think about it.

He wears a bullet proof vest for you.

Far beyond every single modern presidential candidate to ever run for office, this is one man who didn’t need to.

I would suggest that Nunes knew Comey was damaged goods, evil and did not trust a word he said.
Nunes was close to the transition operation, a stout defender of Flynn, and clearly, understood a lot of Deep State operations were in motion.

Look how he acted. He went first to WH before his Committee.

Washington is not just one set of interests. There are many interwoven espionage and counter-espionage projects all involved in Power and Leverage.

    Would you trust Comey?

How do we know Trump was not informed?
He certainly has acted as if he knew everything. And he had many levels of information so he acted with certainty.

Flynn had schooled him, Trump had his own Intel, he has info from Israel, and Trump knew what was up. It’s not a surprise in January. They were after him, the Deep State, for a long time. They settled on Flynn and Bannon right after the election, but it was Trump they wanted out.

I think Nunes has given heads up many times to Trump.

He has been on the Permanent Intel Comm for 5-6 years. He knew what was wrong, and in March he risked his Chairmanship and career by telling the WH what all the secret surveillance stuff going on was aimed at—destroying Trump.

  4. It’s all true, they all knew, but who were they to tell? Not MSM. Beyond that (supposed unbiased) source, everyone except Comey could be discounted on partisanship. Schumer and the remaining Democrat survivors wouldn’t piss on a Republican if they were on fire. The President was correct to solicit a statement from Comey and, Comey was wrong to “hum-haw” on the issue with both the President and the American citizen. When Comey told the President to go through channels, he lost his job, and why not, he wasn’t doing it.

How about sending one of the newsletters to the people on their mailing lists? A presser and just announce that President Trump isn’t and has never been under investigation??? They are actively ignoring the situation and working against him and us. Beyond the pale.

I am sure if they really wanted to they could have done any number of things and they have done nothing, with the exception of allowing this pile of manure to grow.

I am beyond livid at this situation.

    Does Pres Trump have ‘tapes’?

    Of course he does.
People in business have been recording their meetings, conversations and encounters for decades.
It is just prudent business procedure.

It is the way you keep from being sued all the time.

    Remember the Michelle Fields fiasco?
The video of that ‘event’ proved that Corey Lewandowski was innocent.
That occurred in one of PDJT’s properties…where I would imagine that ‘security footage’ is a commonplace fixture.

Here is something that I am personally unsure of…
Old fashioned ‘tapes’ will show if tampering has been done.
But I don’t know about ‘digital recordings’.

Is there a way to prove that a digital recording has Not Been Tampered With?

Yes there is. Each time there is any interruption to the continuity of the digital file, a marker, so to speak, is made, that can be traced to the time and date the continuity was disrupted.

          Remember this tidbit of information:

Everything has a unique identifier, like DNA, if you will, that progresses in a linear line, think of seams on a garment, it is easy to identify where one section ends and the other begins even if they are from the same thread. The thread sections are separate, yet seem to be one.

            This requires original source material.

I always wondered about those 911 digital audio files that were missing calls files and had duplicates calls when first handed over. I believe they had to go back for another set. Seems to me an output from the raw data would produce the right files in the right order.

Interesting though, the way I read Comey was that *he* had a recording. D.C. Is single party consent to record if the random place I read it was accurate.

That would be fun, dueling recordings. But geez, I can’t take months and months of this excitement and keep my productivity where it was.

There is some irony in that.

Does DJT have friends in the Service?

Funny, I was thinking about something Trump said to the press when they asked if there were any tapes. He said “you’re going to be very disappointed”. He hates the media and knows they hate him. He is keenly aware that they want him to fail, to be impeached, to be shamed and defeated. They enjoy when they can cause this to happen.

What would disappoint them? If he DID have tapes that leave NO DOUBT that Trump told the truth and Comey lied. That would strip their narrative bare to the world..

McCain totally changed his game during the Comey hearing as compared to the hearing the day before. During Comey’s hearing, he first he acted all confused and then went into a tirade about how the democrats and the Russians should also be examined in any investigations. The day before he was more on the side of the democratic questioning. McCain, the POS, is a political survivor and immediately became aware of the significance of Comey’s testimony and the whole Russian/Trump conspiracy crashing and burning.

At some point, it would be nice if some of you would simply channel your energy and thinking into doing something constructive rather than just whining and complaining. If you really care about PDJT, you would air your complaint ONE TIME per day then move on to something useful.

Did you people really think PDJT committed obstruction? I don’t.

I agree it doesn’t matter if he is guilty or not because people don’t really care. Libs want him out, innocent or not. The GOPe do not like him but, with only a few exceptions, will there impeach him WITHOUT proof.

The fight is not going to end. The DEMS do not have ANYTHING to run on. However, they just as strongly believe their nonsense as we believe in America first. They are lying, their secular progressivism is a RELIGION not just a difference of political opinion. Which means they ARENT GOING ANYWHERE.

It seems that PDJT was anointed for this moment by God. Which means that he will have help. Will we help him?

We don’t help him by rotating people who get targeted. First it was Priebus, then Jared, then McMaster, then Pruitt (remember that) now it is back on Sessions. Some of you are wrong and are ALWAYS wrong.

PDJT has asked us to focus on his agenda. We do NOT know what cards he is playing or holds. However, it the economy turns around, healthcare is reformed and taxes are cut, the GOP will have a good year and gain seats in the Senate. THIS WOULD BE THE BEST WEAPON WE CAN GIVE HIM.

What PDJT needs us to do is NOT to fight those who are working FOR him. While you may NOT know what they are doing, PDJT does. If they are getting done what he needs, he will keep them. If not, he will send them on. Either way, HE KNOWS WHAT HE IS DOING.

So why not stop pretending you actually want him to succeed and actually put forward some effort to help him get his agenda passed. Those of you who spend all this time fighting our own teammates do more harm to PDJT than anything the Dems do and are almost as bad as the GOPe and NeverTrumpers.

So just STFU. Please and thank you.

Second, I agree with Shadowcole (above) that Jeff Sessions has been doing a remarkable job draining the swamp. Jeesh. He has only been doing this (heading up DOJ) for less than 4 months. He is not responsible for the all hell breaks loose media assaults and the UNIparty. To name some of the draining, he has to rid the dept of the Obama/Clinton disloyalists; he has to rid the regional DOJ offices of the swampdregs and SJWs; he has been fighting the immigration fight: the law on the travel ban, the struggle against the cartels with the opioids and Salvadorean gangs; he has to hire hundreds of competent legal fighters; he has to set up and ready fights on voter fraud, the IRS, fast and furious, etc., etc. He obviously has helped with the new federal judge appointments. Look one of the biggest handicaps of the Trump administration is the fact that they did not have at the ready sufficient staff members to fill critical posts. There are not enough swamp drainers in DC period and Trump’s appointments have been backlogged. If there were more swamp drainers in DC you would not have the issues with the Gang of Eight. Just how many of the UNIparty actually support the Trump agenda? I don’t know of any except Trump appointees.

Third, Molly posted about the Powerline blog by John Hinderacker today. He calls out Comey as a snake in the grass after sourcing content from a book which Comey contributed to: Comey had notes from a critical meeting with Bush 43 about FISA court; notes which someone shared with the book author. Talk about making someone queezey; his notes read like a dime romance novel. He lied under oath about the note following presidential meetings. Another documented lie.

Sundance is right to remind us over and over: don’t have illusions about the Senators and congressmen — they are UNIparty. Further proof is their utter failure to stand with the President when they KNEW he was not under investigation. There is no honor among thieves.

These people just didn’t start being despicable. All these swamp people are waging war on President Trump and it’s high time he/we start waging a war against them. Every republican who shows up on right wing radio or TV interview should be asked why they haven’t been backing the President. Right after Comey’s testimony, the very first thing I thought was that all those Republicans knew and never once said anything about Trump not being under investigation, and I remember thinking that everybody is saying nice things about Marco…but he knew too! And then realizing that President Trump knew that they knew and said nothing and did NOTHING to help. Knowing everyday that he had to work with these guys while they stalled his agenda and allowed this Russia BS to continue unabated and endangering his very Presidency and possibly life. I don’t know how he does it. I’m beginning to think he’s SUPERMAN. Thank Goodness his lovely wife will be joining him soon in the White House. He needs someone close who loves him that he can trust.

Why wait until 2018? I say ride them like a pony until the Trump agenda is passed. Everyone knows how sensitive the Republicans are, they buckle to pressure. Soooo, pressure them. Hard, non-stop. Every single day until the Trump agenda is passed.

It is the smart thing to do, work with what we have right here, right now,

Call the Democrats and lecture them. What do we have to lose? Nothing.

      Five more suggestions …

Visit local Republic offices and politely share your message with the locals; maybe they will filter it up the chain.

Send editorials with a respectful message to all your local newspapers. Tip: emphasizing how much you KNOW (thanks to Sundance) might have more impact than simply venting about how angry you feel.

Research events held over the summer where Republicans might be sponsoring a booth — often at state agricultural fairs — to share your message face-to-face.

Also over the summer wherever you go, carry extra printouts of your favorite Sundance articles to “Red-Pill” anyone you encounter who’s even remotely “on the fence”.

In the fall, become involved with Republican clubs on college campuses to exchange information and/or volunteer to support their “best candidate” efforts.

I highly recommend folks to read this rather long and detailed description of who James Comey was, and the story leading up to his firing. A lot of it is information we have seen and heard here and there in bits and pieces, but this rundown is put together chronologically. Read all at once, it paints a very serious picture.

It originated at /pol/ on 4chan, and was reformatted with source links and updates over at r/The_Donald. There is some speculation sprinkled throughout it, but it is reasonable speculation based on facts. The facts alone are worth the read.

For those of you who shun The_Donald due to language and such, there is none in the article itself; just avoid reading the comments.

If you’re thinking of skipping this, just read this sample:

“Begin by noticing how the President fired Comey when Comey was 3,000 miles away from his office, that Comey had no inkling he was being cut, that all his files, computers, and everything in his office were seized by his boss Sessions and the justice department.”

“This was not a violation of protocol, it was tactical. Notice how Prez Trump compartmentalized the strike and did not inform any of his White House “staff” to prevent leaks. Notice how he emasculated Comey and the swamp denizens by letting them know in a tweet that the Attorney General got information (surveillance “tapes” from the seizure of Comey’s office) to let Comey and his handlers know that Trump’s DOJ has the goods on them. This was a brilliant, strategic and totally imperative move at exactly the right time against horrible, evil and corrupt powers infesting our government. The swamp is on notice that the President is on to them, they are sweating bullets because their criminal games of corruption are being pursued and they know it. They are screaming and ranting because they are desperate denizens of the swamp who are beginning to realize they are roadkill.”

This just confirms that the GOP leadership is complicit in and continues to support the coup to topple a legally elected Republican president based on a scandal narrative they know to be false. This entire witch hunt could not be possible without GOP consent. Notice not one GOP Senator or Rep has called for an end to the investigations because there is no evidence of anything. The GOPe wants Trump to be badly damaged by this and either be a one termer who cannot win a 2nd nomination to run in 2020 or if need be be impeached to achieve the goal. They are beyond contempt. Notice that McConnell has not said a word or made an appearance since the Comey testimony to support his president.

So the next question is how many of them, besides allowing the discord and disunity in the country to fester and all the lost productivity on the part of citizens who feel a civic duty to keep up, wasters house of congressional hearings, preparations for hearings, time not spent passing any meaningful legislation as everybody is so busy with hearings , how many of them directly or indirectly messaged that he was implicated?

And if they knew he was not, how did thejustify holding off on a single appointment, agenda item, or the regular business of Congress while they had one hearing after another to what end?

Seems to me the investigation into Russian interference into the election was completed by the report issued in December and no new information has surfaced to warrant a single kick of this.

Perhaps the focus needs to shift to appropriations and why so much was appropriated to investigate a non-existent thing and also to in investigate how the peaceful transfer of power was so disrupted Congressman and Senators were refusing to take action until Trump was “cleared” and nobody said he was never reasonably implicated to begin with.

If the Alpha Bank Server wasn’t Trump related what was it and who led authorities to believe it was. If Flynn did nothing wrong, who led the country to think he did?

Is it “obstruction of justice” when Congress is too busy having hearings about nothing to make the badly needed appointments to the Justice Department and beyond?

How much flipping obstruction has gone on here? Perhaps it should be catalogued and the kids can make some good memes as this is obscene, upon reflection.

Sundance has reminded us legislators don’t write legislation, lobbyists do and they won’t and can’t because that will be center stage. Has the Uniparty created this sideshow so they can somehow justify not passing any meaningful legislation, then blame it on Trump?

Can we crowdsourcing some legislation if we have to and get that ball rolling? Can’t be that hard, look at the clowns doing it.

Is there a deeper word then Swamp?

I hope BigMamaTea has all their tweets!

Infestesibly small chance these “memos” ever existed prior to May 9th. Should be obvious to any reasonably intelligent person the convenience of these things that are automatically expected to be accepted as documents of record… Without ever actually being produced. Journalists – hhhhhwhat? Where are the the journalists? What a joke. There are more folks on this site engaged in investigative journalism than in all the major networks and major newspapers.

There are only good soldiers in the networks and papers. They take their orders every day and dutifully print and broadcast what they are told to produce. They are a dime a dozen and if they don’t, they will be replaced with someone who will. Sad.

Keep in mind, every time you see someone like Tapper and Stepanopolous asking questions, someone has given them the game plan prior, is whispering in their ear follow up questions, and has an army of “fact checkers” feeding the whisperers gotcha zingers from previously answered questions.

It takes no talent or intellectual depth to realize the sudden practice and appearance of memos from a man that never before did such things is suspicious. Seems like any good reporter or investigative journalist would immediately want to dive into this side of the disconnect and explore the darkness. This is how shallow and intellectually lazy the dominant form of journalism has become.

    Comment from MarsInScorpio
    To all:

If ever there was a time to have a “mass house cleaning,” this is it.
President Trump, deal with this reality: Comey beat himself; like Hillary, he is a hack, and not a very smart person.
However, that doesn’t mean Muller is the same. He’s starting out clean, with no secret in the closet.
So you have to do the following:

    1) Tell the Dems, “It’s over.” You’re out of the getting abused by losers business. They can burn in Hell, and watch the federal money dry up in their district if they want to keep on with this insanity.

    2) Withdraw all WH press credentials for reissue based upon the legitimacy of not only the individual, but more important, the legitimacy of the information organization. That means the NYT, WaPo, CNN, MSNBC, et al, can reapply in 6-months. And when they whine about it, just start playing the tapes showing that they are the Malicious Seditious Media – political hacks with no credibility as legitimate journalists. (In everyday Street English: “Slap the living dog shit out of them . . . they need you way more than you need them.)

    3) Tell your Obama-appointed Deputy AG “You’re fired.” And that goes for Muller as well. You are the Chief Magistrate in America – nobody in any branch of government outranks you. Even an O-10 takes orders from the “O-11” on the food-chain. Which means nobody at the AG’s office tells you the time of day – you tell them. And so, you tell them this underground Obama insurrection is over.

    4) YOU appoint a Special Counsel to investigate, indict, try, and convict the whole lot of this seditious so-called Resistance criminal gang. Hills goes first, followed by Bill. John P., Huma, Susan, Valerie, Eric, Loretta, Lois, Clapper, Comey . . . they and their criminal cronies are up next – every one headed to jail.

    5) Then you cut off the head of the snake: Obama, Soros, Ben, Blankfein, James, Warren, Bezos, Bill G., Zucker the Mo-Fker, Janet Y., Little Timmy . . . The entire TBTF gang.

    6) Travel the nation relentlessly. Turn out the crowds by the hundreds of thousands. Flood the zone wherever you find the anitfas, the completely insane Black Racist Thugs, the self-hating White academics. Take back the streets . . . take back the campuses.

Take back America – you are the Chief Magistrate – NOBODY outranks you – especially not some piss-ant federal district judge with delusions of power. When the court – even SCOTUS “orders” you to do this or that – ask them what Stalin asked the Pope, with modification for this culture and time: “So, tell me, how many US Marshals report to the court under the Constitution? They report to me – and I’m going to order them to ignore your order. There is nobody that you can order to enforce your order.

“The Balance of Powers is now returned – just as Thomas Jefferson knew it had to be. E S & D.”

I watched Judge Jeanine’s open. In it, clips of James Comey’s testimony before the senate were shown.

These clips really stunned me: I thought that the expressions on his face–the darting of his eyes, even the phrases of snowflake (hate that word…using it for point of reference only) victimhood–all looked and sounded like Hillary Clinton.

I honestly believe that he has been schooled by her, or by her acting coach.

As has been the plan all along (and explained by CTH) the whole Russia theatre was really about setting up The President to break the law. That plan has failed. They are now going back to the drawing board and will be firing away with a new angle very soon.

We need to go on offense now. Trump never says something unless he means it. In the third debate he said he would appoint a special prosecutor to investigate Hillary Clinton. It’s time for her and her ilk to be brought to justice.

As Trump masterfully stated “Law and Order”
