I am with Mason Weaver on this, “Will Mueller probe Hillary’s ties to Russia?
Exclusive: Mason Weaver predicts over-coverage of probe by ‘Resistance’ media
    Published: 9 hours ago”.

I have been saying, on the public record, the only Russian ‘collusion’ may be evidenced to Obama, DNC, Clinton Crime Family, Podesta, Sen Warner, and Flynn. This is what Mueller should investigate. The above mentioned were all ‘public officials’. Pres. Trump was the victim of a sting.

Why would this PAC hire the fired Katie Walsh?

“The pair helped launch “America First Policies,” the pro-Trump super PAC established by several former campaign advisers following the election. Former White House Deputy Chief of Staff Katie Walsh joined the organization last month.”

This Pac, according to the source, is : “The group, which filed paperwork with the FEC on Wednesday, will be able to use the funds to cover the costs of the vice president’s travels on Air Force Two to campaign on behalf of GOP candidates across the country.”

That was left out of that tweet.

Unless she’s in bed with him. I’d worry more about her alliance with him, and what it means for Pence’s trustworthiness in having Trump’s back, than what damage she could do in funding and scheduling plane flights.
Her hire means she’ll be raising funds from NeverTrump sources….nothing is good about this.
Gotta love this website. I’m a newshound but would never have known about this….
Katie Walsh is a snake. She took an exalted position in the White House, cashed her paychecks while working AGAINST the interests of her boss. What else do we need to know about her?

  4. Jim Peters says:

The night is a useful time to reflect & plan. The nation sleeps.

Trump also plans in the quiet of the night with his key aides, particularly one Stephen Bannon.

We, too, can use the quiet to focus on what is happening right now.

    TRUMP’S CURRENT POSITION

    Let’s summarize his current position:

    1. Trump’s objective is to MAGA.

    2. At the moment, he is having some wins, but he is being hindered by:

    (i) a fiercely resistant Democratic Party, allied with the partisan and unhinged MSM.
(ii) a weak and divided GOP actively plotting to undermine him.
(iii) Obama is also directing an organized resistance with his old team, especially Valerie Jarrett.

    3. If Trump wants to MAGA within the constraints of the Constitution – which I think he does – he needs to control Congress. This means he needs to win elections, especially the mid terms in Nov 2018.

    4. To win the mid-terms to control Congress, he needs to (i) make the Democrats so unelectable that they will suffer significant blows in the mid-terms; (ii) purge the GOP of his enemies and replace them with Trump loyalists & (iii) reduce Obama’s influence and power.

‘WIN FIRST AND THEN GO TO WAR’ (SUN TZU)

So, why does Trump appear so relaxed? Remember, he is a master strategist and admirer of Sun Tzu (The Art of War).

In the above context, Tzu’s advice that ‘victorious warriors win first and then go to war, while defeated warriors go to war first and then seek to win’ is very interesting.

What is the one thing Trump may (I think does) possess that means he has already won? The one weapon that he can unleash at any time to neutralize the 3 threats described above?

In a word, ObamaGate. What I mean by that is a trove of evidence so incriminating that it will permit him, at a time of his choosing, to eliminate the Obama & Clinton threats, effectively destroy the Dems for a generation, as well as root out his rivals in the GOP.

If what is being uncovered is true, the illegal surveillance was on thousands of innocent Americans – and was being shared and used by the Dems from the WH to Capitol Hill, with media collusion. We are talking about brazen felonies that cannot be explained away, stretching as far back as 2011, if not earlier.

I think that is what he has gathered, very carefully, for some time.

In other words, Trump knows he has won, because he knows he has Obama & the Dems by the cojones. He’s just not revealing what he has, again, very much a Sun Tzu strategy.

GOING TO WAR – OBJECTIVE : CONTROL OF CONGRESS, RIVALS NEUTRALIZED

Trump has won, now he can go to war at a time of his choosing.

Note that he has not gone to war yet. This is deliberate. Remember, everything Trump does – 24/7 – has a strategic objective. Clearly, he feels that the timing is not right yet.

This is what I expect might happen:

    1. Stage One – Destroy the Democrats before the Mid-Terms & Neutralize Obama

Trump will allow this clownshow on Capitol Hill to play out, mainly to enhance his image as the virtuous outsider being attacked by the swamp, but also to allow the people to see what a corrupt group of pondscum they are. Despite the hysteria and noise, this is actually low risk – he knows they have nothing and the mid-terms are still some way off. It also keeps the clowns distracted while Bannon, Miller, Nunes & Co gather more evidence.

When he feels the time is right, expect some huge bombshells to drop on ObamaGate. Probably with arrests. These will be bigger than we have seen before – ‘smoking gun’ evidence of criminal surveillance that will shock even the craziest Obama cult figures.

The hits will keep coming and become more intense leading up to the mid-terms. More Dem leaders will be exposed, many will resign – or worse.

The combined effect of these attacks will silence Obama & destroy the Democrats. It will guarantee a huge GOP majority in the mid-terms.

    2. Stage Two – Purge the GOP of Trump rivals & traitors

With the Dems in disarray & disgrace, Trump can primary his rivals (perhaps also leaking against them, eg McCain) BEFORE the mid-terms.

He can then replace them with loyal lieutenants who will win their seats, mainly because the Dems are screwed.

Result? Trump emerges with complete control of the Congress, a ‘Trump GOP’, his enemies on both sides routed and Obama finished, clearing the way for MAGA.

    CONCLUSIONS

I don’t think there is anything unreasonable in my take on things. Of course, he may have no evidence at all, in which case I am wrong. He may be a buffoon and unable to control events.

    Somehow, I doubt it.

So. Everything depends on how many cards Trump is holding back on Obama’s illegal surveillance, as well as DNC/ Clinton crimes. Given that he is a meticulous planner and tactician, my instinct is that he has everything he needs. So now it’s just a question of when – as well as how – to strike for maximum effect.

One thing’s for sure, it is likely that his enemies will be totally shocked when the hammers start to fall. As Sun Tzu also wrote, ‘let your plans be dark and impenetrable as night, and when you move, fall like a thunderbolt.’

Fascinating times. Forgive the long post.

    Look forward to your views.

The only think I would take issue with is the “Obmama will be finished” premise. Obmama is not really different from a sock puppet – anyone can mouth those words – and the bench of mouthpieces willing to spew his venom is deep and well financed. When the Truthbomb is dropped, it will have to take out several levels of the bench for the O-style yammering to become less ‘seductive’ (for lack of a better word). Obmama won’t be finished until ValJar, Soros, CAIR and other puppet masters are contained.

Yesterday, another Treeper suggested that the longterm constant attacks on President Trump are useful in one way – his responses are cracking the veneer of his adversaries’ dark ways – people are starting to realize they’ve been duped – and that these cracks are absolutely necessary for the Truthbomb to work.

PS – In the case of well written and thoughtful posts, size really doesn’t matter!

I agree that to be effective, the hit will have to take down as many of Obama’s top people as possible.

I don’t agree that Obama is just a mouthpiece. Look at Obama as the leader of a cult. To his followers, he is an inspirational messiah. Remove the leader and much of the energy in the movement disappears.

I think Obama’s a very dangerous man because he’s an ideological fanatic and loathes Trump’s America, as well as Americans. He may not be a great strategist, but he is an effective organizer and wrecker.

He is also still the leader of the Dems. He runs the DNC through Perez & the Congressional Dems through Schumer & Schiff. Everything you are seeing at the moment – the MSM & Democrat opposition in Congress – is orchestrated by Obama’s people.

Removing his influence & shutting him up, in a very public manner, is important.

I agree that he is a cult leader and that shutting him up in a very public manner is important. But as with any cult leader, he has followers ready and willing to pick up the hue and cry of his ’cause’. You actually point out some important mouthpieces that will have to be outed with the Truthbomb, i.e. Perez, Schumer and Schiff.

Until and unless BLM, Occupy, Antifa and other groups like them are designated as terror organizations or hate organizations (or whatever), another O faction remains dangerous to us and our country. That’s going to be a tough one when the SHTF.

My real fear is the media and its complicity trying to take down PDT. That one I have no answer for….any attempt (other than, perhaps, Monopoly Laws) to stop them will be framed in the ‘PDT is trying to take away freedom of speech’. That problem may be the toughest one of all.

In the case of the fake news media, PDJT’s strategy has been to simultaneously discredit them AND provide open access to them. No one can seriously accuse him of going against 1A. The corrolary of that is he’s helped breath life into alternative news like CTH here. In fact, PDJT is a 1A hero and is building a good legacy in that regard.

The only thing I can think of is who better to take down Hillary, IF the evidence is there, than a long-time democratic senator who was on the 2000 Presidential ticket with Al “Mr. Global Warming Himself” Gore.

Let’s play this out for a second: If Lieberman is selected to be the FBI Director will any of the following occur:

          – Democrats will use everything in their power to further politicize “FBI DirectorGATE”??

          – If Trump’s new FBI Director Lieberman re-opens the Hillary investigate and the result is recommendation of charges based on INFALLIBLE evidence, then the Democrats will use everything in their power to further politicize “FBI DirectorGATE”??

From a section in Wikipedia on Joe Lieberman: “While he has long considered himself a member of the Democratic Party, Lieberman has been said by some to be more conservative than many Republicans”.

Remember the framework of the Uniparty, Reagan Democrats were reasonable Americans who just want good policy to make their lives better, I think the same can be said of Trump Democrats. Lieberman is a different type of Democrat, I think if every current Democrat Senator was like him, Trump would be doing “much better” (I say that because there would be less MSM annoyance and they would be reporting about actual NEWS) and so would the Democrats. Trump is a Deal Maker, he would give the Democrats some wins if a Lieberman type person were negotiating with him. Lieberman is not a SJW Democrat, Trump will never win over a SJW Democrat, he only needs to win over the Reagan and Trump Democrats to have a YUGE 2020 landslide, within context of both the electoral college and popular votes.

Just some thoughts on Lieberman. I’m indifferent right now. I couldn’t tell you this is or isn’t a real prospect. But none of us have fought the GOPe, MSM and SJW Democrats to be only the 45th person in 240 years to lead the Executive Branch. As He says,(paraphrase The Book) there are times we must just have Faith.

Thanks for this post on things. I disagree with one thing, though, and that’s who is responsible to find candidates for the primaries. I think that’s something we have to do because the administration can’t do that in all the counties, districts, and states in the nation.

It’s now near June, and primaries start in a few months. I don’t think asking the administration to find and vet candidates for us is the right thing to do. We need to start going to local and state Republican meetings and learning about the offices in our states that can prosecute fraud to make sure we have good candidates running for those offices at the local and state levels so that Democrats can’t use fraud in 2018.

I think the commission at the federal level is a good thing. The federal government should be involved. Since politics is local, we have a role in this, too.

Regarding Obama, I do think you are overly optimistic. Let’s be honest, if Obama was white, Trump could go after him full bore. But the racial component create sensitives with a President who is trying to win black support. The Dems want to paint Trump as anti-black.

For instance, that tweet to Comey about being careful about what he says because their conversation might have been recorded, well, today there is an article on Drudge talking about how nervous members of Congress are also because they are worried that their conversations may have been recorded as well. Voting with our wallets really meant something then.

I enjoy reading articles by Victor Davis Hanson. He has some really great insights to offer about California in particular. He is published at times by the National Review and seemed to be part of the Never Trump crowd or at least he was NOT on the Trump Train for a long time. But then, neither was I. But I got on the Train before VDH because I was grumbling and threatening not to read him anymore if he didn’t get on board because after all–the alternative was the she-devil. Anyway, Tucker Carlson had him on his show tonight to discuss The Big Lie that the left uses against Trump, which is the whole muh Russia thing. He described it as a slow motion coup.

Suddenly, with the hysteria over the Comey firing the TV talking heads are starting to talk about coups and war and civil war. Lot of that in print and online, but TV wasn’t getting into it. They have now finally accepted it, it would seem.

What can DOJ charge him with? None of his actions occurred on US territory to start with. He never leaked a thing. Alls he did was ‘publish’ leaks. If they charge him with espionage they would have to charge the entire MSM with the same thing. Somehow our new CIA head thinks he is not covered by the first amendment. Amazing. Get popcorn.

The Press feels it can hide behind “freedom of the press” but there is no more freedom of speech for the press than there is for you or me: they made that up.

If Assange is arrested and tried for publishing classified info, then allowed to go free precisely and only because he was not under US jurisdiction at the time of publishing…

then there is clear precedent that MSM “pundits” and any US citizen owners and CEO’s, are subject to arrest also. And they DO fall under US jurisdiction.

Imagine the major stockholders and CEO’s. Imagine Bezos. Imagine Rupert and Sons. Imagine Robert Iger. In orange jumpsuits.

Once Branstad is confirmed, the Senate will move to cloture on John Sullivan’s nomination to serve as Deputy Secretary of State.

The Judiciary Committee approved the nomination of Amul Thapar to the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals and the nomination is now awaiting a floor vote. If confirmed, he will fill a seat vacated by a Carter appointee.

I saw something similar when I was living in Madrid about 12 years ago. Coming home at about 4 am in la madruga, I was treated to the sight of Generallisimo Franco traveling slowly and sedately down Madrid’s central boulevard, on his horse, on the back of a truck. It was surreal.

The socialist government under Zapatero disappeared all his statues in the dead of night.

Okay, I’m no fan of Franco. But that was their history. Removing statues doesn’t change that.

It’s just the typical left attempt to lie in order to influence.

A few more pieces to the puzzle…

    http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2017/05/17/flynn-never-spoke-to-trump-about-ending-investigations-sources-close-to-former-adviser-say.html

Yates also told The New Yorker that Flynn’s name appeared, unredacted, in intelligence reports regarding his discussions with the ambassador, Sergei Kislyak.

Those close to Flynn said Yates’ confirmation of this unmasking is “extremely unusual” and “exceptional” since Flynn is an American and was part of the incoming administration.

Flynn’s close associates say this is evidence he was singled out by the previous administration or intelligence community, calling it “intentional.”

Those close to Flynn dispute claims that the contents of the call with the Russian ambassador left Flynn vulnerable.

*The set up was Obama opening investigation of Flynn shortly after election….*

The former Obama Defense Intelligence Agency director has been a key figure in the Russia investigation since last year.

A Justice Department probe of Flynn’s foreign contacts with Turkey began in November. The probes would ultimately expand to include a counterintelligence case examining Russian contacts. A source said the DOJ probe was “fast tracked by upper levels of the Department of Justice,” where Sally Yates was deputy attorney general at the time.

      Demand they be investigated.

Find something, anything, even if not related to the initial allegations.

President Trump is considering bringing back some familiar faces from his campaign to work in the White House in a staff shake-up, according to multiple reports. The names being floated are former campaign manager Corey Lewandowski, deputy campaign manager David Bossie, and head of the president’s inauguration committee, Tom Barrack. At this point, it’s unclear if any have actually been offered a position.

    NET NON-NEUTRALITY

The most widespread theory in House leadership is that the secret recorder and the leaker was Evan McMullin, who as a former leadership aide participated in the June 15 conversation and confirmed the private conversation to the Washington Post. (I am told that the Post, in their back-and-forth with leadership over the story, privately said that the source wasn’t McMullin. There’s no evidence that he was the leaker and I’ve reached out to him for comment.)
Evidence or not, leadership sources are privately worried that McMullin had a tape on while he sat silently through all of their confidential meetings. They’re concerned about what leaks could come next.
