Multiple Reports: All Unmasking Fingers Pointing Toward Nat Sec Adviser Susan Rice…

Fox News, The Daily Mail and Bloomberg News are all reporting the unmaking requests of collected surveillance activity was made by President Obama’s former National Security Adviser Susan Rice.

However, it remains unclear if Rice just made the unmasking requests, or if she herself did the unmasking.  Additionally, reporting by all three media outlets claims the surveillance of the Trump campaign encompassed more than a year.

(Via Fox News) Multiple sources tell Fox News that Susan Rice, former national security adviser under then-President Barack Obama, requested to unmask the names of Trump transition officials caught up in surveillance.

The unmasked names, of people associated with Donald Trump, were then sent to all those at the National Security Council, some at the Defense Department, then-Director of National Intelligence James Clapper and then-CIA Director John Brennan – essentially, the officials at the top, including former Rice deputy Ben Rhodes.

The names were part of incidental electronic surveillance of candidate and President-elect Trump and people close to him, including family members, for up to a year before he took office. (read more)

From her position as chief of the National Security Council, according to a Bloomberg columnist (Eli Lake), Rice asked government agencies to identify names that had been withheld from raw intelligence reports linked with Trump campaign and transition figures.

There is not necessarily anything illegal or unusual about a national security adviser seeking to unmask names in raw reports, in order to fully understand the meaning of intercepted conversations.

But in this case those identities – including the name of then-National Security Advisor Mike Flynn – were subsequently leaked and made public.  That is a federal felony.

Rice had access to intelligence reports that also contained ‘valuable political information on the Trump transition such as whom the Trump team was meeting, the views of Trump associates on foreign policy matters and plans for the incoming administration,’ according to Bloomberg.  (more)

Dear Lord, may all those who have sold out to evil in DC be convicted and burn deep in their souls, until they are purified, that they may accept Your mercy and grace to be redeemed. And if they will not be redeemed, may they go to the lake of fire where all evil must ultimately burn for eternity.

Father God, we also and even more fervently pray for Your blessings, guidance, and guard over our president, his family and those who are his allies, especially Sundance and the Treepers, that they may do Your good and just will in all things. In Jesus name we pray, AMEN!

So…we’re just supposed to accept the lawlessness?
These people are ‘above the laws’ that the rest of us are supposed to follow?

The Dems are talking up their “Impeach Trump” plans.
We dismiss it as ‘ridiculous’…but they are still claiming that he has done something to be impeached for.

The same people who have flouted the law, are going to try to use it to bring down our President.
Are we going to let them?

I think we should demand accountability.
Keep them so tied up with defending themselves, that they don’t have time to even think about ‘impeaching’ Pres Trump!

As for Private Prisons I believe that of all the Private facilities the BOP contract with are for ICE detainees. I have been retire for over 5 years and things change but I think that all US Citizens convicted of crimes in Federal custody are housed in BOP Institutions, not contract facilities.

So…we’re just supposed to accept the lawlessness?

Besides the unthinkable scenario of retaking the Capitol by force I think there are only two possible solutions, and they should be done concurrently.

Take back the Congress at the election booth. This means to get as close to 535 Constitutionalists seated as possible. My original vision way back in June 2015 was for a future President Trump to get Sarah Palin installed as RNC chair, and tasking her with using her SarahPac experience to field 535 candidates ( across the 3-cycles ) and primary everybody. We appear to have lost that battle badly because somehow a Romney wormed their way into the RNC chair. This is a frickin disaster because no-one is gonna be primaried.

Go nuclear and get as many of those 535 treasonous b*stards removed which means Governor appointments for Senators and special elections for the House critters. How to remove them? Investigate these worthless fools.

Contact AG Sessions at DoJ and ask for 535 individual ABSCAM-style sting investigations for every member of Congress and further stings for high ranking officials in all three branches. ABSCAM was a very successful effort ( review the cases to acquainted with its history ). They need only avoid entrapment ( I know, imagine FedGov hypocrites ever worrying about entrapping civilians ). By targeting all members they avoid criticism of partisanship. Suggest he hire James O’Keefe as a consultant. Suggest he review the “Russian Hacker” spoof videos of members of Congress for proof that these alleged public servants are useless bureaucrats who are easily fooled and vulnerable to everything from bribery to blackmail. And that is exactly what must be 100% purged: bribery and blackmail implemented via sex and money.

        Web Contact Form:

        Department Comment Line: (202) 353-1555

        Snail Mail:
        Attorney General Jeff Sessions
        U.S. Department of Justice
        950 Pennsylvania Avenue, NW
        Washington, DC 20530-0001

They can use various lures like sex, pedo, Ukrainian or Islamic bribes, the sky is the limit. Custom tailor the lure per member. Ideally this should have been an ongoing operation by a fourth branch of government, an investigative branch but the Founders never anticipated our devolving character and left these elected officials to police themselves. It would take Constitutional Amendments to implement that now, even term limits, and no-one wants to do that, especially the Congressional criminals.

    • Angry Dumbo says:

SD agree with the analysis, but the meta issue is spying and Americans will not tolerate spying. Spying on your political opponents poisons the well of trust. Did Justice Roberts change his vote? General P? The can of worms can be opened. Trump knows legally this is a nothing burger, but he WAS spied on. Spying is a topic that he can use to his advantage. I don’t expect any more justice here than we got with Benghazi, but I do expect President Trump to protect our interests and make some political hay out of this. If all we get is a little sunlight on the cockroaches, so be it. Repeal ObamaCare, confirm our Justice, pass tax cuts, a budget, and build that wall. Back to business. I do think Americans desperately want a President who will clean up Washington!

More and more coming out each passing day about this astonishing scandal.

Housley (Fox) has been doing an incredible job of investigative journalism. His sources are seasoned IC pros who have become frustrated about what’s been going on through the Obama years. Here are some of the things he is reporting:

    1. The spying on Trump & Co has been going on for over a year, perhaps as far back as early 2016.

    2. Rice has requested unmasked intel dozens of times since at least July.

    3. Much of the unmasked intel she has asked to be unmasked is unrelated to Russia and serves no foreign security purpose. Bizarrely, some of it includes Trump’s family members.

    4. Other politicians and individual citizens have been spied on, using the same pretext.

    5. The unmasked intel has been shared around the highest levels of Obama’s IC and WH, including Ben Rhodes. This was happening before Obama’s EO 12333 amendment which came into effect on Jan 3.

    6. The unmasked intel was known throughout the Democratic Party and at lower levels of the administration (eg Farkas).

    7. The unmasked intel was being shared with the Clinton campaign.

    8. The unmasked intel was being leaked to friendly media proxies (eg NYT) with full participation and knowledge of the media proxies (ie they are also involved).

    9. Comey/ FBI have been deliberately stalling requests to provide Nunes with information.

And this is only the start. Housley says there are more IC whistleblowers coming forward daily.

There are so many felonies happening here that it’s almost impossible to list them. Breaches of Espionage Act, USSID 18, FISA legislation – and other laws.

If true, what’s emerging is an organised scheme to use classified intelligence to undermine a presidential campaign and then a presidency. There is also the strong suggestion that evidence will emerge of Obama’s people targeting other US citizens in the same way. This is easily the greatest political scandal in American history, happening before our very eyes. And it’s going to get a lot worse for Obama’s people before it gets better.

“The President has put in place an organization with the kind of database that no one has ever seen before in life,” Representative Maxine Waters told Roland Martin on Monday.

They’re going to go down with that database and the concerns of those people because they can’t get around it. And he’s [President Obama] been very smart. Mark Levin pointed out that if Rice genuinely believed that Trump & his associates were colluding with Putin (I don’t, for the record), it would be EXTREMELY unusual for her to access intel via ‘the back door’, ie requesting unmasked ‘incidental surveillance’.

The normal procedure would be to apply for a warrant under FISA ‘probable cause’ and then take it from there. However, once you do that you are ‘on the record’, ie you have to lodge documents and evidence supporting ‘probable cause’, etc etc.

Also – you actually need evidence. Remember, while Rice was apparently using the incidental surveillance method that’s being uncovered, they tried for a FISA request on Trump, but it was denied because of a lack of evidence.

The ‘incidental surveillance’ method indicates an intention to access intel in a way that covers your tracks. Obama’s people used this ‘incidental surveillance’ method on repeated occasions to access raw intel on an array of targets – Tea Party, Israelis, Trump, journalists, others. They haven’t been using FISA.

It is totally suspect behavior. Astonishing abuse of executive power. Multiple felonies have been committed.

Funny business in the Senate with the Corker, Cardin deal. No Senate review of the deal, no written details of the deal. An insider Obama deal that may put the U.S. In peril. ? I HATE the Ene-media. Cernovich is new media.

        • Maquis says:

No one here has ever said otherwise.

wyntre was simply responding wanking about the guy that “broke” the story wasn’t credited here, which was false.

In actuality, when peeps suddenly appear on a thread, wank about peripheral irrelevant “bads” that are assigned to Sundance and CTH, pat themselves on the back for their courage and insight, do a distracting soap-box routine, then disappear: it tends to look like Sock Puppet Theatre.

          What’s the point in that?
          It’s a mystery.
          N’est-ce pas?

…wyntre was responding “TO POSTERS” wanking about…

Good on you, wyntre. I think we have some oddballs to ignore, while keeping an eye on them… Sorry about Farkasing my interpretation of your efforts.

            I really Farkus sometimes.

  22. How much you want to bet they were spying on the Sanders campaign while feeding info to Hillary. I fully expect this to surface as well, IMHO.

I for one an convinced they did. I hope they time the release of this so it impacts the next elections.

If it does come to light that what you surmise is the case, I wonder what Bernie’s reaction will be? Will he be angry at how his supporters’ time and money was wasted, their idealistic spirits crushed? Or will he just go on another one of his anti-Trump tirades and then go back to sleep?

I believe Obama spied on EVERY candidate during the election season, including Hillary Clinton.
Information is power. We lived in a police state for quite some time (Bush!) but Obama took it to a whole new level. Obviously, his administration routinely used “the methods and sources” to spy on everyone with impunity for years.

However, does anyone still entertain the idea that the UniParty and the Fake News Media had no clue as to what was going on?

If I remember correctly, Jeb! was reportedly the one who paid for the infamous dossier which was later acquired by the Clinton campaign. McCain gave the dossier to FBI etc.
McMuffin, a Mormon Deep State “candidate” sponsored by the “Principled Conservatives” is still spouting vile garbage on TV and Twitter.

It is in the UniParty best interests to protect Obama because they are all dirty. I don’t believe anyone would ever go to jail. Just like Hillary, they are above the law.

Where the hell is the ACLU in all of this? Aren’t they supposed to stand for something? I mean other than when Soros walks in the room?

    • DaninMD says:

The ACLU has Trump Derangement Syndrome. They ceased their core mission (civil liberties at it were) the moment Trump declared. Their case of TDS may be terminal. Like a rabies patient before the development of the vaccine, the ACLU may live out their days tied to a tree and frothing at the mouth until they expire.

So, why are we continuing to talk about Russia/Trump collusion when it is now obvious that since Rice and the Obama Administration was listening to everything Mr. Trump and his campaign was saying and everyone to whom they were talking to since July, 2016, if they had heard anything at all that gave them evidence that these two (Russian spies and Trump campaign members), were colluding they would have brought it out before they left office?

It tells you, obviously, there was nothing there. No colluding at all.

So, what is this all about, anyway? Obviously, it’s about the fact that Hillary got exposed three ways:

    1. Stealing the democratic nomination from Bernie Sanders with the help of the DNC.
    2. Sending and receiving Top Secret and other classified e-mails from
unsecured personal servers to staff and others who were not authorized
    to see them.
    3. Using her position as Secretary of State to grant favors to foreign countries and corporations in return for huge speakingfees for Bill Clinton and the Clinton Foundation (pay for play).

There is the supposed “hacking” that the MSM democrats are talking about.
They talk about the “hacking” but they can’t talk about what they believe was hacked because it exposes them to the crimes of Hilary, Obama and company.

No to Obozo for sure. As is typical in these situations for the corrupt and powerfull they are not directly involved in the cirme. Obozo facilitated it. His miinions would have to be caught red-handed leaking. The likelyhood is no one will get convicted. The mainatream media is doing their best to ignore this story. Many of the people I talked to don’t even know what’s really going on

About 1/2 hour ago heard Sen. Mark Warren of Virginia talk on NPR of the “Russia-Putin-Trump connection and the ‘massive’ Russian interference in our election” and how “there have to be thorough Congressional investigations to get to the bottom of this”. Lying dirtbag.

  27. SO I wrote this on the Daily Presidential Page.

A little sentence in this article caught my eye.

“Sciutto also claimed the story was “ginned up” to distract from Trump tweeting that the Trump Tower was “wiretapped,” when it was in fact communications were picked up through ordinary NSA surveillance.”

For Fun lets rewrite this to make it a little more understandable.

Sciutto also claimed the story was “ginned up” to distract from Trump tweeting that the Trump Tower was “wiretapped,” when it was in fact communications were picked up through ordinary NSA “”WIRETAPPING””.

I just changed one little word to correct an ambiguous statement.

After writing this post I realized that what Sciutto a former Obama insider is admitting to is not incidental surveillance as has been what everyone is hold onto as saving grace. No what Sciutto is admitting is “ordinary NSA surveillance”.

    Is there a difference?

I saw a story yesterday where Sheriff Joe says he informed President Trump as early as 2012 he was under surveillance by the Obama administration. It jibed with another story by a supposed former “Trump insider” who said Trump had been concerned about wiretapping for years now.
