At the time of enactme3nt of NAFTA, 60 Minutes looks into H1B-Visa’s and the LOSS of American Jobs to those “imported” workers..
**60 Minutes reports companies are misusing the program to take American jobs. But a 1993 60 Minutes piece shows the visas had problems from the start **

      Criminal Parallel Construction

Both federal and state law enforcement have had access to the Project Dragnet database, allowing widespread use for methods such as parallel construction. The practice, outlined in the 2013 Reuters article, “U.S. directs agents to cover up program used to investigate Americans,” reveals the breadth of information that trickles down to law enforcement from high-level intelligence agencies.

Parallel Construction: Unconstitutional NSA Searches Deny Due Process

Parallel construction is a law enforcement process of building a parallel—or separate—evidentiary basis for a criminal investigation in order to conceal how an investigation actually began.[1]

        By Peter Van Buren
The NSA sits at the nexus of violations of both the Fourth and Fifth Amendments with a legal dodge called Parallel Construction.

Parallel Construction is a technique used by law enforcement to hide the fact that evidence in a criminal case originated with the NSA. In its simplest form, the NSA collects information showing say a Mr. Anderson committed a crime. This happens most commonly in drug cases. The conclusive information is passed to the Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA), who then works backwards from the conclusion to create an independent, “legal” body of evidence to use against Mr. Anderson.

Example: an NSA email intercept shows our Mr. Anderson received a Fedex package with drugs, which he hid under his bed. The DEA takes this info, and gets a search warrant for the Fedex data, which leads them to Mr. Anderson’s apartment. A new legal warrant authorizes a search, and agents “find” the drugs under the bed right where the NSA said they were in the first place.

I was going to feel sad about it, but remembered that Zucker called us “stupid f*s” and probably the TweetKing shares this opinion, so then saw my suspension as an opportunity to engage in deeper research and thinking, rather than re-reading the same information hundreds of times on Twit. So all good.

As it is, they know they can have a distractor like him and follow up with an attack group and he overwhelmed. I could see the vulnerabilities of the capitol when I went. No one frisked me and we could’ve walked up to the steps.! WhAt if my backpack had a bomb? Time to batten down D.C. Close it off.

Suppose some crazy perp climbs fence, has full attention of SS yet it’s only a destraction to something bigger going on in another area. SS doesn’t have the option of getting it wrong but they continue on same path. Even one of the visitors at Florida home walked off on his own for a selfie. Heads need to roll. Yesterday.

We don’t want Secret Service shooting anybody unless it is absolutely necessary. Especially this case when we need information about associates. We’re never gonna get Soros and Clinton and Barry without rolling up the smaller fish.

Most people don’t realize it, but Secret Service never even fires their weapons. I think the last ( and maybe only time ) was with the Truman attack.

One thing they need is less firepower but more non-lethal weapons. Body armor wouldn’t hurt either since they allegedly will take a bullet for the protectee. It is public knowledge that they are extremely well armed with firearms that they never use but appear to have no stun guns that we know about. There should be a well-financed project to develop failproof non-lethal weaponry, including next-gen sniper tranqs and tasers. They should have the absolute ability to knockout any threat.

We gain nothing by terminating attackers except a momentary sense of relief. But we lose valuable intelligence that cannot be replaced. Even if people no longer trust the Secret Service, the intelligence will still be valuable to Trump’s personal security team.

I like the 1st paragraph about getting info. Stalin’s hitman tracked Trotsky down in Mexico in 1940, & bludgeoned him w/ a small axe. Trotsky spat in his face & fought him until his bodyguards broke & almost killed the assassin. Trotsky stopped them, demanding he be kept alive & interrogated

Blade, I can hardly wait to hear what you would do with the perp once you catch him, if you don’t have weapons. You take him into some office and interrogate him, and then what? You surely can’t just take him down to the local jail for the night? Just really curious about the logistics of a catch who has behind him a veritable army about to seize the day.

          • Blade says:

Not sure I understand what you mean. Are you asking how to dispose of him? That’s for DoJ to worry about after a good year of interrogation. If you are asking how I would personally treat the perp in custody, well it wouldn’t be pretty, nor sanctioned by my superiors or Geneva.

You must be misunderstanding something. I was only addressing the obvious: the physical confrontation, nothing more. Currently, and since the Truman attempt ( and quite possibly every other incident because I can’t think of any other that we know of where Secret Service fired on anybody ) we do not try to kill the attacker. We need to keep it this way, NOT start wiping them out. We need intelligence from interrogation, not Dead Men Tell No Tales. See Jack Ruby.

What we really need is great advancement in non-lethal weapons and make sure government employees have them ( not military! ). I was amazed by how many people cheered when they killed Bin Laden. Only Obama would be dumb enough to issue a dead or Alive order for one of the most wanted men on the planet. That’s pure emotion and is non-sensical. He should be in a deep dark hole somewhere awaiting his daily waterboarding session next door to KSM and others. Not given Moslem death rites and a sailor’s burial.

Secret Service is not there to kill attackers, they are there to protect the protectee. They already jump in front of bullets and screen visitors and investigate threats. I want to maximize their chances of capturing actual attackers so that we can ferret out their co-conspirators if any. That is the most important thing.

Blade, my concern is the logistics of having a terrorist on hand to interrogate and no prison cell in the White House.

              • Blade says:

Wherever the perp(s) are whisked away to I can guarantee you that it won’t be anywhere near the White House.

Even though this wouldn’t technically be a terrorist attack ( it would be an attempted assassination ) there is no reason I can think of why they wouldn’t at the minimum run the same protocol and rush the perp(s) to whatever secret cell awaits these extremely rare cases.

We can be 100% certain that in all the years since this began with Ashcroft and DHS and the Patriot Act that they have a well-vetted captured terrorist protocol to determine national origin and ability to apply an effective interrogation period without interference by lawyers or media. Time sensitive information such as further pending terrorist attacks trumps Miranda and ACLU.

We can probably safely assume that there is a superseding protocol that the Secret Service has been holding close to its vest for captured assassins to glean info of further pending assassination attempts and identities of co-conspirators. But anyone who knows such protocols are not talking.

Regardless, this is all off-topic from what I said above which is focused on one simple thing. The Secret Service must not kill assassins unless it is absolutely necessary. Fortunately, they rarely draw their weapons and never fire them, and they have had much opportunity through the years.

Interesting story … did you know that after the Muslims blew up the St Peters coptic church in Cairo , Al Sisi instructed the Army to rebuild the church in record time with all the bells and whistles put back , just this past December . Apparently every time something bad happens to the Copts , something bad happens to the leader of the country after forty days . Sadat was assasinated approx . 40 days after they blew up their church in Alexandria . Mubarak was deposed forty days after another similar incident .So the Egyptian people say their prayers are so strong they have great respect for them . When the 21 Martyrs were killed by Isis in Libya , al Sisi rushed to bomb the Libyan stronghold before apologizing to the Coptic Pope . It’s good that Trump is a strong leader and that he sends the clear message that the praying Christians in America have his back !

I take that to mean something “big” is planned on being released (maybe Wikileaks dump from Vault 7?). But then we’ve seen that before. Everyone is getting impatient and frustrated. We shall see………

“… At 4:42 in the second hour of Sunday’s Infowars radio show, Dr. Jerome Corsi described the “law enforcement” database which reportedly shows that Donald Trump and many of his business managers had their phone calls harvested by U.S. intelligence through what is being called “Operation Dragnet” or “Project Dragnet.”

“Corsi said that Trump’s first wife, Ivana, and his father Fred were also “under surveillance.”

“Financial records as well as electronic communications were reportedly captured on unsuspecting Americans.

“Jones began the segment by showing previous articles issued by mainstream media outlets reporting surveillance activities in the U.S. to demonstrate that government spying is not a new phenomenon and has been acknowledged.

“Corsi said that former Maricopa County, AZ Sheriff Joseph Arpaio and his former Cold Case Posse investigator, Mike Zullo, have been verifying the phone numbers from the database and finding them to be accurate.

“Corsi said that he shared the database documentation with the White House last Tuesday and a limited number of congressmen. He added that Zullo and Arpaio are willing to travel to Washington to brief authorities on the records they have had in their possession since 2013 and request that the NSA release its database.

“He told Jones that all of Trump’s business locations were surveilled, offices of Trump International, “his secretary,” and his ex-wife Ivana “starting in 2004.”

“Thirteen minutes from the end of the segment, Jones said that his Sunday show was the top trending story on The Drudge Report on Sunday…”
