    How’s this look:

Thanks for this, but reading the below, I have to tell you that I am more, not less confused, and not unreasonably so.

You reached out on a story with the premise that she was using personal email to ‘operate completely outside the system.’ It was clear you were working with a wholly incomplete information, and we in turn asked you to clarify some things because based on the information we have, the facts didn’t match up.
You sent back as new evidence to that request two emails that had nothing to do with your premise, as they were official emails sent from a State.gov account. They were clearly provided without context, just as the below has been.

So I don’t think you have helped us get any closer to the very basic questions we were asking in an effort to answer yours, and now we don’t know what you’re writing about. You have still not clarified anything from the original email, and it now seems like your sources are trying to further mislead you.

So again, to suggest that the use of personal email off of the State system was happening as any sort of pattern of any kind is not only wrong, but not supported by anything you’ve given us after repeated requests.

If you are now writing about something else, which appears to be the content of some of the emails that the select committee has, then please clarify that, and we can try and address it. But given how this has transpired to date and what I’m reading below, I think we can all agree that you have sources not been forthright and have a clear agenda.

Let us know how you would like to proceed.

    Narrowing the list

Just spoke to the COS to inquire as to their timeline for release if that was information they were able to share, particularly given the selective leaking of these documents by Congress to the NYT.

He will revert as he is traveling overseas; it does not appear that they are on a trajectory for today though based upon my conversation.

    i have read your email.

we’re not saying that her advisers exclusively used their personal accounts. we’re just saying that they used their personal accounts at times to communicate with mrs. clinton on her personal account.

for example, many emails jake sent or received from the secretary were from his state.gov account. but he did send mrs. clinton an email in april 2012 from his personal account that outlined her leadership in bringing down the qaddafi regime.

so what we’re seeking an answer to — along with the other questions i sent you — is why did her advisers at times use personal addresses to communicate with her?

meanwhile, below is some new information i have about the emails that i want to flag you on to see if you want to respond to them. we’re running out of time and need a response by 4 p.m.

    new information:

A month after the Benghazi attacks, the Republican controlled House Oversight Committee held a hearing about the security at the American diplomatic compound in Benghazi. The former chief security officer for the American Embassy in Libya testified that the State Department had thwarted his request to extend the deployment of an American military team in Libya. The State Department’s under secretary for management, Patrick Kennedy, testified that the extended deployment would have altered the outcome. “Did we survive the day?” Mrs. Clinton wrote in an email to Mr. Sullivan. “Survive, yes,” Mr. Sullivan said in response. “Pat helped level set things tonight and we’ll see where we are in the morning.”

we now have a direct quote on the sullivan email to mrs. clinton that included a transcript of susan rice’s appearance on one of the sunday talk shows: “She did make clear our view that this started spontaneously then evolved,” Mr. Sullivan said.

Curious what peoples’ reactions are. This response doesn’t seem to address the core question, and further proves that this is just cherry-picked BS.

Heather one immediate question for you is whether you can give us any details about the emails he’s referring to.

Related, HRC reiterated to me today a desire to call for the release of the emails. I didn’t engage because I don’t know all of the details here, so I told her I would convey.

    • I think they already have. There is more than enough information out there already. If Wikileaks had the 33,000 emails they would of been released already. Still, there is a plethora of information proving Hillary is a corrupt criminal

Wikileaks never said it was dropping any bombs today, or any other day. That came from outside sources who may or may not know what the heck they’re talking about.

All Wikileaks has said recently is that they are starting “phase 3” this week. If the DNC leaks were phase 1, and the Podesta emails were phase 2, then phase 3 must be something else entirely. Some have speculated (well, gone beyond speculation actually) that next are Hillary’s own emails. But Wikileaks has never said they have them. That has only come from other people.

There were supposed to be about 40,000 Podesta emails, and today’s batch took the total over 40,000 which implies this might have been the last of the Podesta files. Phase 3 then would be a separate batch. It could be Hillary emails. Or it could be something nobody has even thought of or knows about.

I agree. However, my husband and I have developed a theory that there are many “white hats” in the administration (as Sundance put it) who know more than enough about (1) the corrupt Clinton Mafia gang we have controlling the WH, and (2) who want to save our country by taking her and the “black hats” down. Since the “white hats” have deep ties to the administration, they would have to work out (Kim Dotcom) hacking HRC’s 33,000 emails that she believes have been bleached yet are actually on file at the massive NSA Utah storage facility. The emails could then be passed to Julian Assange’s organization to be exposed. Only Wikileaks has the credibility to pull off Hillary’s take-down, and since Assange is under the protection of the Ecuadorian embassy it was assumed that it would be much more difficult for Hillary’s hit men to suicide him. No one can now verify that Assange is alive and safe, and there is speculation that he’s in custody or dead. The on-line rumors are that his methods and mannerisms of communicating have become slightly uncharacteristic which may account for why the final delivery hasn’t been accomplished. He has a dead man’s switch, but who is in charge of it?

Honest question. Has KimDotCom produced anything tangible?

I’ve looked and it seems to me that its all threats and innuendo based on high level facts that are already known. In other words, he/she/it appears to be an attention troll to me and therefore an unnecessary distraction to all the Treepers and Trumpers out there.

For example, all the tweets about the missing 33K emails being “released” on her birthday, 10/26/16. Nothing was released that day and nothing identified as the missing 33k emails has been released. Yes, some new emails have been found, but that was from Huma’s laptop. …and they still have not been released and we still do not have solid confirmation on what exactly they are.

I am also aware that he claimed the emails were at the NSA. Ok, if… IF they are, mine and yours probably are too and high level government actors already knew that. Even then, that is still not released and that is very important. One, for his credibility because he specifically said, “released”. Two and much more importantly, announcing something theoretically exists, does not bring down a campaign. Otherwise Trump would lose because Putin.

So I ask, anything tangible from this person?

            Anything tangible from Kim Dotcom?

Not that I’m aware. He created a file sharing platform that has been shut down and faces extradition to the US for copyright violations. He keeps implying that he has inside information as to what’s coming – and did tell Bloomberg news last year that Wikileaks would be Hillary’s nightmare in 2016, so he at least did know generally that leaks were coming that weren’t favorable for Hillary.

        • Kim Dotcom has stated that the NSA are the ones in legal possession of Clinton’s 33,000, not him. He’s also stated that the FBI can legally request them from the NSA. Kim will not be doing any hacks, he lost his fortune/company/freedom and he’s focused on remaking his fortune and getting publicity. No going to jail for hacking.

Agreed. Kim Dotcom, Roger Stone, Alex Jones, and whichever version of “Anonymous” have been running around spouting teasers, including the promise from some random unknown source promising Clot’s emails released BY November 1. That’s today and time’s ticking.

Now, Wikileaks did say “Phase 3” was beginning, but all I see is a continuation of the Podesta emails. Not a “nothingburger”, but certainly not much more that the public 1) doesn’t already believe or 2) isn’t already ready to accept.

Then there is the Tweet from David Goldberg that made the rounds about the FBI and NYPD investigations, which could be true, but may not be material Wikileaks has. Again, Tweets about unverified news items aren’t news in and of themselves. I already discredit virtually all the hype that comes from Infowars and Roger Stone. Too much of “nothing” to wade through at Infowars, IMHO.

Unfortunately, Drudge picked up on the “nothingburger” article Infowars published today which is nothing more than a Tweet from Kim Dotcom. That’s not news, and certainly a bit on the irresponsible bait-click side.

I’d love nothing more than to eat my words this week. But as of now, if nothing substantially different emerges between now and Thursday, it’s not coming, except as the FBI works through their investigation.

Yep. A lot of people have been stirring the pot, and many I suspect aren’t being truthful purposely. Some might just be trolling to make Hillary and her supporters sweat, but most just want to look like they know something. In every series of major events, there will always be charlatans and fame seekers.

Alex Jones/Roger Stone in particular have been doing it for months, getting people worked up, only to have their “insider information” fall completely flat. And coincidentally, InfoWars has been getting a lot more traffic this year than ever before. It’s to make money, just like selling male vitality pills and bs water filters.

Jones and his people report just enough truth and do just enough reporting to at least appear to be a real news source, but then they hook people with false garbage that their “followers” then spread all over the internet. Then people get upset when practically none of it turns out to be true. And then another load of it starts making the rounds and none of those who post and repost it ever seem to question it. Very annoying.

As far as Wikileaks “Phase III” goes, no I don’t think it is more Podesta emails. Unless they are bad at counting, Wikileaks originally claimed “about” 40,000 emails, and we just happened to have hit that mark with today’s release. Calling whatever comes next “Phase III” makes sense if you consider Phase I to be the DNC emails and Phase II to be the Podesta emails.

What will start being released this week, I have no idea. But if I had to guess, it might be a batch of emails connected to someone else in the campaign, or possibly something like financial transactions. There is, however, no reason to assume it is something giant like Hillary’s 33K, or anything explicitly incriminating.

Frankly, the Podesta and DNC emails were incriminating. We just have such a corrupt system they weren’t “enough” to take down Hillary.

Sundance’s argument there is solid, but it’s also feasible that they had multiple laptops/desktops that they both had user accounts on and just grabbed whichever they needed for whatever purpose. In my experience, people these days seem to consider their smart phones to be a personal item, but computers to be somewhat shared.

It could also be that it was just Weiner’s laptop, but she borrowed it to setup access to Hillary’s email to serve as a backup if she was at their house but didn’t have her laptop with her. There’s no telling.

Now, if in my nothing burger job, as compared to being the SOS, or assistant to the SOS, I have to follow these simple rules, I cannot imagine that the prior SOS of these United States, was using even less secure means for her email, whether it contained classified information or not. I mean it appears to be a free for all in DC and the media etc in which all of these folks are using GMail and Yahoo accounts, or forwarding email from their gov accounts to these Gmail & Yahoo accounts. Folks who not only SHOULD be using more secure systems to communicate, but who have an OBLIGATION to use more secure methods AND who have had special training sessions on how to handle classified communications on top of it. So to try and tell the US Public at large that she simply made a mistake is beyond comprehension to me, and I hope a large sector of people. And now for this either corrupt LIAR or inept Moron (or both) to seek the highest office in the land, the world really, to have access to even more of our nations top secrets… I really don’t get how anyone could entrust her with that information. She should have been accessing her gov biz through secure VPN and various tunneling protocols, probably using a SecureID card or similar to have at least SOME semblance of security.

              You would think.

Every day I’m seeing new evidence of appalling incompetence disguised as massive collusion (or perhaps vice [emphasis on vice] versa). Øbozo had his JV team; HildeBEAST can’t even put together a frosh-soph one.

She should not have been using that amateur (at best) server, nor should she have been using Yahoo or gmail. Neither should have other government officers and employees.

It’s almost as if she left the “barn door” open on purpose. Perhaps for her “paying friends”. HildeBEAST has turned the White House into a sort of Cat House. It’s
time to get the swamp drained and bulldozed, the vermin and critters out, and a new,

He is noted for being from the liberal wing of the SPD, which shares many similarities with Tony Blair’s New Labour and Scandinavian social democrat parties.

As a member of the Social Democratic Party of Germany (SPD), he led a coalition government of the SPD and the Greens. Before becoming a full-time politician, he was a lawyer, and before becoming Chancellor he served as Prime Minister of Lower Saxony (1990–1998). Following the 2005 federal election, which his party lost, after three weeks of negotiations he stood down as Chancellor in favour of Angela Merkel of the rival Christian Democratic Union. He is currently the chairman of the board of Nord Stream AG, after having been hired as a global manager by investment bank Rothschild.

Pennsylvania state police have raided a Delaware County political field office seeking evidence of possible voter-registration fraud, according to court records.

In a warrant filed late last week in County Court, investigators said they were seeking documents, financial information, and lists of employees at the Norwood office of FieldWorks LLC, a national organization that often does street work for Democrats, records show.

The warrant did not specify the nature of the probe, but said agents also were looking for “templates . . . utilized to construct fraudulent voter registration forms” and “completed voter registration forms containing same or similar identifying information of individuals on multiple forms.”

Hilrotten’s campaign probably hires those sales reps from organizations who pay them a bonus per individual signed up to vote early. No one wanting to sign up to vote early means they start forging the documents. I don’t know if they then go pick up a batch of individuals or a few at a time to physically go vote to ascertain a guaranteed vote, but most likely they do. Sign up one day, round them up to go vote. This is maybe why the early votes are high for Democrats versus mail in ballots. It might affect mail in ballots too, soon.

The story that I read on Twitter stated that the NYPD made a copy of the hard drive. They no longer trust the FBI.

To help Rich, Kadzik lobbied Podesta heavily in the weeks before Clinton left office on Jan. 20, 2001.

A House Oversight Committee report released in May 2002 stated that “Kadzik was recruited into Marc Rich’s lobbying campaign because he was a long-time friend of White House Chief of Staff John Podesta.”

The report noted that Kadzik contacted Podesta at least seven times regarding Rich’s pardon.

On top of the all-hands-on-deck lobbying effort, Rich’s ex-wife, Denise Rich, had doled out more than $1 million to the Clintons and other Democrats prior to the pardon. She gave $100,000 to Hillary Clinton’s New York Senate campaign and another $450,000 to the Clinton presidential library.

Haven’t found the mails relating to Sigmar Gabriel. However, google “Sigmar Gabriel, Northstream:

Concerning Northstream it is a Russian pipeline project in the Baltic Sea which is pretty much under debate in Northern Europé. There are e.g. negotiations with Sweden due to the proximity to the Swedish Island of Gotland. Concerning Germany, there is debate whether Moscow tries do make Germany dependent on natural gas. Another aspect is that Northstream might enable Russia to sidestep part of the Ukrainian pipeline capacity that Ukraine uses to Blackmail Russia in order to get cheap Russian energy. Natural gas has to pass Ukraine in order to bring Russian gas to central Europé. Today, no pipeline = no Russian export to Central Europe. Therefore, Russia needs an alternative, which would have tremendeous strategic and economic importance.

I know little of Northstream itself, but if HRC has connections with Sigmar Gabriel there is also a direct link to the leaders in Moscow. Northstream is a strategic project to Russia, which most certainly would be willing to pay any person who could promote their cause.

Personally, being a European, I’d believe that the Northstream Project would be too toxic even for HRC since it affects the power balance between Russia and the EU and, indirectly, the power balance between the US and Russia.

  37. Theo Scandinavia says:

Ad rem and Notmeagain: I thank you for your polite and kind replies.

Concerning Sigmar Gabriel, he is a well established german politician. Further, he is the german Vice Chancellor. That is, a very powerful man. In that sense, it is not surprising if Germany has appointed him head of a the german side of a strategic project. From a german point of view, they want cheap energy, although they do not want to be dependent on Russia. Why? Simply, because they don’t want the russians to turn off the gas supplies in the midst of a winter.

The reason behind my comment was mainly that I thought it somewhat odd that HRC had an email conversation with Sigmar Gabriel. The most likely explanation is that they met during an international meeting and got well along. Actually, the most important place on such occasions is turning up in the bar afterwards. That’s when the networking is made.

However, from a Russian point of view, regardless of if Sigmar Gabriel is assisting them or not, any contact with HRC would be valuable. Russia has e.g. been negotiating with Sweden about having a port on the Swedish Island of Gotland for Northstream purposes. Reasonably, NATO would be against that since that might also provide a base for other russian interests.. That is, Russia might use that as a first step in taking control over the entire Baltic Sea which is something that would be a very reasonable goal from a military point of view. You americans don’t want russian forces on Cuba, do you? I suppose that Russia has similar feelings about things that happen in their back yard.

Think Northstream is too toxic to anyone incl HRC. However, one could easily find interests where her financial interests might match russian interests. However, anyone leading an investigation against HRC should probably check that trail. Because, that would probably be where the big money would were for a corrupt politician.
