Update: Trump Assassin Is Illegal Alien – Overstayed UK Visa To Assassinate Presidential Candidate…

update-1Earlier we shared that Michael Steven Sandford (*note* could be alias) had been planning to assassinate Donald Trump for over a year after arrival from the United Kingdom, and driving across the country.  However, as an outcome of his court appearance today we discover he was also in the United States illegally:

LAS VEGAS  –  The man facing charges for attempting to grab a police officer’s gun so he could allegedly shoot candidate Donald Trump is in the United States illegally.

He had overstayed his visa from the United Kingdom.  That information came out during his arraignment at U.S. District Court Monday afternoon.

Michael Sandford, 20, is charged with an act of violence on restricted grounds. He was arrested Saturday during Trump’s campaign rally. Police said he grabbed the handle of an officer’s gun in an attempt to remove it.

According to the complaint, Sandford told police, he drove from California to Las Vegas to kill Trump.  During the arraignment, it was also learned that Sandford had been living in his car and that he has Asperger syndrome, a form of autism.

Sandford has not been diagnosed with a mental illness but has tried to commit suicide in the past.  He doesn’t have a criminal record.

The judge ordered him to remain in custody.  His next court date is a preliminary hearing set for July 5. (link)

TrumpFanGirl, the Founders set our nation apart in its rule of law. They wrote the Amendment which covers due process because they wanted America to be a fair and equal nation unlike so many other countries of their time and ours. Thank God for the wisdom of the men who wrote our Constitution. We owe them to maintain it and not pick and choose but follow it altogether.

Not going to happen. It would be both illegal and unconstitutional to do so.

However, he apparently has Asperger’s Syndrome. It could be argued he is dangerously mentally ill, and the due process of the hodge podge system for committing the insane is murky. It is entirely possible to have a person committed indefinitely, without any real ability to appeal.

It has happened to relatively sane, innocent people in our current system. It could be used on a guy like this. He could end up spending the rest of his life in a nut house talking to his crayons.

High functioning autism (formerly Asperger’s Syndrome) does not make one automatically ‘dangerously mentally ill’ or Jefferson would have been locked in the attic instead of crafting founding documents… If this dufus is insane, it’s not on account of his Asperger’s.

Exactly. I know several individuals with diagnosed Asperger’s and they wouldn’t hurt anyone. They are usually socially awkward, intelligent and often have a special interest.

There is something else at play here and Asperger’s while it might be part of the picture, it is only a very, very small part.

Asperger’s isn’t an excuse or a get out of jail free card. He did this and should be put away for a long time… but the real question to me is who is around him influencing him and supporting him.

I called ICE under Bush 2 and a rude operator with a Spanish accent, kid you not, suggested I was racist for calling. She also said that the hundreds of illegals I was reporting at two companies were most likely citizens. Really? Cause Hispanics never lived here 900 miles from the border, they speak no English, admit they are from Mexico and a guy that worked there was caught with 150 social security cards. They even offer more money when buying cars if you leave the tag on cause they are scared to go get another one. One guy at the plant yelled ICE and they fled the plant. Two dozen were fired for not clocking out or coming back. (don’t worry, they come back as a new character next week). She still claimed they were likely citizens. Even the 40 year olds that speak not a word of English? Yes, She was right and I was wrong if you don’t count the 600 illegals arrested at the plant two years later on one shift. Same plant is famous for OSHA violations and later killed a guy but hey, the government is here to protect us.

Multiple complaints have been given to the Trump campaign about voting irregularities. If we have any decent people left in our agencies they will not let it happen but I wonder sometimes. How did he get into the US?

    How has he been living?

    Where is he getting money?

Asperger’s doesn’t necessarily make him mentally ill, but unless he’s a genius in some worthwhile field, he’d need a support system. If he has had an obsession with Trump for a year people had to know about it.

Still Report #462 – US Taking 100k Muslim Refugees / Year

      28 Nov 2015
So we may be getting closer to the bottom of that UPS charter that unloaded 30 bus loads of people at night at the Harrisburg, Penn Regional airport. This was broadcast as Minute Memo #201.

Our fearless commenters provided some great information. It turns out that UPS has converted a few planes for passengers as charters. There are several articles on this if you do a search on it.

Ed said that he heard an interview with a commercial pilot last year who:

“…refused to sign a non-disclosure agreement that allowed him to break FAA regulations but lost his job in his refusal. He was to fly [refugees] in from some middle east country into JFK in the middle of the night bypassing security.

A person named only “Please Stay Tuned” alerted me that this:

“Could be the Pennsylvania Refugee Resettlement Program. Seems to be a very quiet gov funded org.”

Well, as it turns out, New Jersey Governor Chris Christie revealed last week on Fox that the Obama administration has been bringing in refugees by plane for quite a while.
      [insert Christie]

But will these refugees ever make TV news.

No way! Middle of the night, landing at rotating small regional airports, they quickly jump on common charter buses. TV cameras will never be there.

And just look at the numbers. Everyone is getting all excited about Obama saying he would bring in 10,000 refugees from Syria.

In the first 5 years of the Obama presidency, the U.S. gave out green cards to over 680,000 immigrants from predominantly Muslim countries.

According to the Center for Immigration Studies, in recent years, 100,000 new Muslim immigrants are brought into the United States each year, and it’s growing at a rate of about 10% per year. So this battle in the press about whether or not to reject the president’s plan to bring in 10,000 more is nothing but a distraction.

The truth is that in the last 5 years, we have admitted more Muslims into the U.S. already than the entire Muslim population of Belgium – and that entire country is on lockdown from the Friday the 13th terrorist event in adjoining France.

Kerry wanted 85000, and I seem to remember something about 65000…there is no way I believe obama only wants 10000. Add a 0 to that number…add to that tens of thousands of student visas missing….

Sandford is a European name. He has a big honker, but so does Pete Townshend and many other Europeans.

But point well taken – The Orlando murderer was “An American,” as was the San Bernadino jihadist, and many in the Paris and Brussels attacks were “French” or Belgian – when they were really RadMoos.

Hopefully we will find out his motive. He may hate Trump because he (Sandford) is a Remain kinda guy who thinks England is better off brown and Muslim.

“Michael Steven Sandford (note could be alias) ”

According to the Daily Mail: “The court heard from a public defender that Sandford is autistic, while his mother told federal magistrate judge George Foley that he had been treated for obsessive compulsive disorder and anorexia when younger.”

So if the mother was there, it is probably not an alias IMO

Okay. I’m confused. I thought British citizens did not need visas to come to the United States?

Does anyone know how long his visa was for? Did he just come here on vacation and never returned? I can’t find any info on that.

I know he’s been her over a year, and hasn’t worked at all during that time. Didn’t have a work visa. So, I’m thinking his mom was helping him out. Living in New York is a tad expensive, so he had help from someone. It would interesting to know if his mom knew of his plans. She does say he is a good boy, and it’s all the fault of aspergers, a form of autism. If it was that bad, why the heck did his parents allow him here without proper supervision? You can’t use it as an excuse, and expect if he had good parents they would’ve allowed this. It’s not adding up to me. Again.

Any good prosecuting attorney will destroy this sad excuse given. Sure he is of legal adult age, but if he is bad as they are trying to proclaim, they would’ve been his guardians.
