Report: Keeping Terrorists Out of America Violates Obama’s Deal With Iran…

Well, this is concerning….  According to a new report, part of the Iranian Nuclear deal was a promise to keep our doors open to international Islamic terrorism.

a-OBAMAIRAN-386x217(Via Washington Free Beacon) Senior Obama administration officials are expressing concern that congressional attempts to tighten laws preventing terrorists from entering the United States could violate the Iran nuclear agreement and prompt Tehran to walk away from the agreement.

Congress is considering measures that would tighten the Visa Waiver Program to make it harder for potential terrorists to legally enter the United States by increasing restrictions on individuals who have travelled to countries with prominent terrorist organizations from bypassing security checks upon entering the United States.

Iranian officials have in recent days repeatedly issued threatening statements to the Obama administration, saying that such moves would violate the nuclear agreement, and the Obama administration last week conveyed the Iranian anger to American lawmakers.

Stephen Mull, the State Department official in charge of implementing the Iran deal, warned the Senate Foreign Relations Committee late last week that these congressional efforts “could have a very negative impact on the deal.”

Under the revised law, which came in the week of a deadly terrorist attack in California, individuals who have travelled to Iran—a lead sponsor of global terrorism—would no longer be eligible to participate in the Visa Waiver Program, which permits individuals from 38 partner nations to more easily enter the United States.  (read more)

They’re not going to walk away! This was a sweetheart deal for Iran. Still very disconcerting what’s in that agreement. At what point does Obama qualify as a traitor?

Tell them the citizens will kill any Iranian that dares to VISIT no matter what the deal says…cannot guarantee any safety for their Iranians if they come into the USA given the hostility that IRAN has displayed to America.

This is GOLD for Trump, you guys realize, right? Use this fact to beat the crap out of Obama, get the American people even more united behind him and make the restrictions much more strict. If Iran leaves the deal (which I doubt), it’s ANOTHER WIN.

The GENIUS of Trump never ceases to amaze. Would anyone be surprised if part of the reason Trump made his announcement of “no Muslims” was related to this? Obviously other things as well, but do we think Trump didn’t know this was in the agreement?

I heard Trump say more than once at some of his rallies and/or interviews that before renegotiating a contract, he reads it very carefully because you can always find clauses which lead to being him being able to break or renegotiate the contract.
Trump also said the he would renegotiate the Iran deal but if the money is gone, it is gone.
So if Iran breaks the deal now, they get no $150 billions. Would that be bad?

Honest to God…this is the kind of crap that Trump talks about on the campaign trail that resonates with America (incompetent leaders doing stupid deals).

Although I must say, using the terms stupid and incompetent is really too kind. This is a disgrace and is treasonous, imho.

Well said. The choice is becoming binary.

I would like to see some of the other GOP also-rans start pulling out artfully, and backing Trump. Why fight the right thing? Team up with it, and help shape the fix by donating the talent he needs to deal with the HORROR of compromise with evil, which Uniparty Left has been so good at.

Any one alone may be the tipping point. These 3 together are breathtaking. Will we be too far gone by January 2017 ? As the Good Lord is my witness, I have all my hopes hanging on Donald Trump, but what he is inheriting . . . it’s frightening. And what of the muslim cancer already here and either citizens or born here ? Already 3 million and breeding more and more every day.

  15. A curious provision to be a nuclear deal, don’t you think? to me this telegraphs all sorts of nefarious things, on the part of the Obama Administration and certainly only reinforces the notion that Obama himself is a Muslim Manchurian setup to destroy us.

On a positive note: Donald Trump can use this fact to galvanize even more people to support him. Both now, and in the general election.

An insufferable Quack masquerading as a President once found a General’s dress blues which had been left out in the sun to dry. He put it on and spoke of wondrous things to his countrymen. All bowed, both men and women, and he was a proud Quack that day. In his delight he lifted up his voice and brayed strategies and tactics and timetables randomly and incoherently and mindlessly, and unleashed like minded mindless bureaucrat zombies upon the world to look for trouble, find it everywhere, diagnose everything incorrectly and then in a very grouchy and slow manner misapply all the wrong remedies, and then everyone with a mind left knew him for the insufferable Quack he really was.

All the more reason for Congress to double down on this law, or even add a few more to it. Which really means they will drop this like a hot potato because they WANT Iran to stick with this “Deal” that gave Iran everything they could possibly want, and gave the US NOTHING

It is amazing that Iran violating the deal by shooting off missiles doesn’t bother Obama but the U.S. temporarily banning possible jihadist immigrants is a bridge too far because it might upset Iran. Iran wanting Iranians to enter the U.S. is either to place jihadists here or maybe they just want to make sure their next round of nuclear scientists are properly trained in our universities.

    • Had planned on reading that after work, but your comment prompted me to read it now.

It’s high time we stopped being so nice to people who want nothing but our extermination.

‘Why do they hate us?’ It’s very simple – the US is not an islamic country. islam, muslims, and sharia don’t rule here. That’s all there is to it. Doesn’t matter what we do, doesn’t matter how nice we are to them, doesn’t matter how much we help them. They will continue their course until we stop them or they conquer us. We cannot co-exist with them. Not because we don’t know how, don’t want to, aren’t willing to. It’s because they don’t know how, don’t want to, aren’t willing to.

muslims have been trying to control the entire world for over 1400 years….long before the US existed. There is nothing we can do to halt their attacks except to completely submit. Not something I will ever do in my life!

We are not the cause of their aggression. We could be the end of it, though….

What still worries me most is the continuing lack of opposition. Judging by what other Presidents have been impeached for, there would be no way a second term would have been possible, let alone a nuclear deal with the worlds leading bank roller of terrorism. Much of what this character has done is designed to hit the fan after he’s left office. I believe this Iran game features prominently in that scenario. But, the fact remains that even Trump has stated that impeachment would make him a “martyr”. That’s simply not true, martyrdom is something else, impeachment is justice, not martyrdom. There’s an across-the-board unwillingness to hold this regime accountable, and that makes me very nervous for whatever is next.
