*Semi-Related Note* An insider tip indicates part of the motive to move Chris Christie back to the Prime-Time debate was to insure he is on stage to attack Donald Trump tonight.  The RNC request (to CNN) also benefited Rand Paul who could not be excluded if Christie was placed back on main stage.   So “heads up” it looks like Chris Christie, who will be standing next to Jeb Bush (by design), will be taking the role of John Kasich.
