    • I know James is scary smart (180+ IQ) but in this case I’m thinkin’ he is forgetting about the scope of the Hillary! movement, and the vast disinformation network that has already proclaimed that her appearance before Gowdy’s Select Committee was some sort of success for her.

Yeah, they’ll continue to say that Hillary “proved” something to the public. But exactly what that something is supposed to be I don’t know, and the press certainly won’t say, because they KNOW that any discussion of specifics leads to the conclusion that Hillary’s ONLY “success” was that she didn’t have a “What difference does it make” meltdown this time around.

So, thanks for the sentiment, James, but I think your appraisal of the results from Cankles’ Cackles is just wishful thinking.

I’ll wait and see what the FBI says. Otherwise, I agree with BW on this one. But that is what we are doing already. Fighting for TRUMP.

TRUMP has way too much crossover appeal, and everyone is fed up with politicians. This is his time. OUR Time!

Her time is up. She wasted it putting cash away in the CCF. She may as well put the witch costume on now, for Halloween, get her broomstick out and fly away. She’s done. The dims are done and have lost a lot of their party already.

At least for one vote, they are going to TRUMP. It’s a MOVEMENT… 😉

What happens when a radical nationalist administration takes over? So many laws have been broken without penalty……I can see a wave of executive orders implementing sweeping change and no one able to do a damn thing about it.

It is sickening to see such display of arrogant lawlessness, and I can’t stand even the sound of their voice, nor abide by their words. It literally provokes a negative physical reaction in me to entertain such low level of regard for truth and the rule of law.
In their arrogance and naked ambitions, one day which is certain to come, they will find themselves facing the Eternal Judge and they will have no recourse! His justice is 100% right!
The knowledge of that reality is what enables me to see things for what they are in this dark, wicked world. Divine justice prevails.

They get away with it because the rest of the system is corrupt as well. Remember Monica Lewinski. Why did the GOP try to impeach him on that when they had Clinton and Gore dead to rights on selling ICBM weapons tech to China for campaign donations and could have brought them up on charges of treason? Because the rest of Congress is just as corrupt as them.

Furthermore Clinton’s are protected by the press including FoxNews. This makes that cackling sociopath and her serial rapist husband untouchable.

Benghazi was a black ops to supply weapons to Syrian weapons that went bad. It was illegal as can be and involved top Republicans, so Clinton knows they can’t touch her without taking themselves down to. More Kabuki theater.

  5. It’s times like these that I wonder whether the Attorney General position should be an elected office, and that the entire Justice Department should be removed from the Executive Branch. No president should be able to allow his direct reports to flout the law, and then use the AG to simply “give them a pass” like he has done for Lerner, Clinton, and so many others in his corrupt administration.

If not this (a redesign of the “chain of command” for the AG and DoJ) then some alternative by which Congress has a greater degree of power to “check” this type of executive lawlessness. But, of course, that would necessitate a having a Congress that wasn’t “in the bag” for the POTUS in the first place.

BUT, when a corrupt administration has secured the cooperation of another branch (in this case, the Legislative Branch) the “balance” is totally lost, and a despotic POTUS can abuse the process by using the Justice Department as an extension of his lawlessness. Surely, there has to be SOME solution, somewhere!

Only political pressure on our elected sellouts. The Reagan democrats expanded republican numbers in Congress but also expanded big government solutions to state and local problems. The Gingrich republicans led the next wave of republican government expansion but under Delay’s leadership sought to destroy the democrats’ exclusive relationship with K Street. And then came the Bush republicans that decided the best way to fight was not to but instead put forward compromise solutions that inevitably had to be watered down to pass.

Don’t despair. The current crop of two-faced weasels is getting the message. They’ll keep trying to rig the outcome as long as they can but they know they’re losing. It just may take longer than we’d like.

Then offer a solution. The same issues exist at other levels of government where the executive branch goes awry and nobody will step up to stop the abuse. Obama learned this manipulation in Chicago, and you can see how decades of corruption have worked for that city, now expanded to countywide and statewide abuses that appear to be too deep to correct.

Our system somewhat worked with Nixon over Watergate (which, in comparison, now looks like a playground scuffle) but failed starting with Clinton’s multiple abuses (including selling military secrets to China, for heaven’s sake!!!). Obama has taken treason and corruption to another level as no one, no one, no one stops him. We’re back into the Allen Dulles-style of I-rule-the-world-now-shut-up.

We’re a nation of laws? As Mr. Whittle says, our country’s laws have been trashed at whim by a president who is excused because he is black.

But that’s not the worst aspect. The worst is that all politicians, including and most notably Republicans, are now throwing aside every point of The Constitution like kindergartners in a penny candy shop. “Obammy did it, so….”

A budget required by The Constitution? Fagetaboutit.
    Immigration laws ignore? Fagetaboutit.
Gathering money from around the globe to fund their New World Order? Fagetaboutit.
At least two people running for the presidency on the Republican ballot who are NOT eligible for that office? Fagetaboutit.

Obama has already declared that no one has standing to challenge anything he has done or will do in the future — The O has spoken and let no man write his epitaph. Precedent-setting actions that allow for mayhem in a land formerly governed by rule of law? Come to the Rose Garden and have a beer.

“The O has spoken”….he remembers visiting 57 states in the US and speaking Austrian. (Austria people speak German). Well, Hillary Clinton is building on big lies just getting bigger and more serious. Trey Gowdy challenged her to source her claim that “90-95% of her work emails were automatically preserved in the State Department’s system. Then State Department spokesman Mark Toner on Friday said at a press briefing, “I’m not aware that we have given that figure,” “I’m not in a position right now to confirm that.”

And she further stated during her testimony: “I was the boss of ambassadors in 270 countries.” Depending on how you count different islands, territories and protectorates, different agencies list between 180 to 190 countries in total around the world. Clueless Clinton was our Secretary of State, in charge of embassies..this was supposed to be her area of expertise.

So, lawlessness and cluelessness go hand in hand….it’s scary how anyone could even think she is capable of being competent in the areas of economy, taxes, trade and military?

Somewhat of a dead thread here, but I have an openly ignorant question to ask – has anybody ever seen a State Dept Org Chart?

Are we to really believe that Hillary never had direct contact with any off her Ambassadors? That the Ambassadors had to communicate through mid level drones…

I can see having an intermediate level with an Undersecretary of State for (Europe, South America, etc…) between an Ambassador and the SoS, but in a high-tension area one as a matter of course would expect a direct line off communication between ‘The Man’ on the ground and the ‘Top’… then as a general matter of process, one would expect when reporting up (or down) to ‘bracket’ communication of importance to a level above and below the addressee.

It appeaqrs some very basic issues are being glossed over… “I was the boss of ambassadors in 270 countries.”

So, being “The Boss” you had regular communication with your employees?
That is true/false question Ms Clinton, you were either “The Boss” or not, which is it?

Actually, it is good in a way that no one is being charged with anything at this point in time. If they were charged and tried and found not guilty, well then, that would be the end of the matter in a legal sense.

Not being charged, means that charges can be filed at a later date and thus a proper trial and conviction can be given. Once law and order is restored to this country, then changes can be made. Mr. Trump pretty much said as much when he said they were going to open a lot of things back up.

Patience, I think is what is needed.

4:22 -> “So, how does Barack Obama get away with….. Because he’s black, that’s why.”

Whittle thereby explains the uniformity of green lights Obama’s been given since the 2008 Iowa primary/caucus/whatever while at the same time speaking truth to America’s fear of Black Power over the last 50 years.

The black militant killers of the Johnson and Nixon terms have had white Americans frozen in permanent mortal fear to this day. There is each a sad reality and a laughable irony to this fact as it relates to Obama.

The laughable irony is the contrast between Obama and those whose echoes give him free rein. The black militant killers were as a rule of hard scramble backgrounds and macho to a fault, as many say the disgustingly disproportionate high levels of black criminality results from the higher levels of testosterone characteristic of the race. Obama is the opposite of all that. He is the hideously effeminate offspring of a white woman who has always been soft and spoiled while never even living on the badlands of the American continent until he was an adult.

But all that frames the sad reality: the vast majority of white Americans have unfailingly avoided confronting wrong-doing blacks for as long as they can remember.

So the opposition party has cowered to the point of totally refraining from challenging this weak-minded little sissy just because his white mama had sex with a black male once or twice when she was a teen back at the beginning of those oh-so-scary ’60s.

    1) Violation of Espionage Act of 1917

    3) Keeping her emails on a ‘private’ server allows her to be out of reach of the Freedom of Information Act (and delete emails that she doesn’t want seen by others)

IMO Hillary’s laugh is not a nervous reaction it is a practiced response. It is used by master manipulators. With her derisive antics Hillary is showing contempt for the accusation, she is showing that she believes the accusation is so stupid and patently false that it doesn’t even deserve the dignity of an answer.

Her laugh is also a time buyer when she can as closely possible align her answer to the truth that was presented. When she can’t manipulate an answer she simply states that the fact is a lie and believes de facto that she changes reality with her proclamation of untruths.

I didn’t see a nervous Hillary, I saw a seething, manipulating, imperial Hillary.

The only time I really saw some display of nerves was when the gun running questions were asked. This to me is when Hillary displayed vulnerability. If the PTB had the will for it Hillary would already be in federal prison.

Graft, treason, gun running, brief cases full of money, degrading women while running as a women’s advocate, standing by her cohort, baby body parts sold to the highest bidder, it is all just a roll of the dice in Hillary’s mind and she is house.
