A 44-year-old father of five brutally attacked, smashed in the head. Doctors now tell the family there is no hope, “he will not recover”. His wife and kids have not left the hospital since the night of his attack. Friends and family are now seeking donations for funeral arrangements:
MCKEES ROCKS, Pa. – The sister of a man who police said was robbed at random of $60 while walking through a park in McKees Rocks last month told Channel 11 News he likely won’t recover.
“The doctors tell us there is no hope for his brain. His brain is completely damaged,” said Tina Ernst, the victim’s sister.
According to Ernst, her brother, 44-year-old David Poole, was walking home with a friend near West Park on May 26 when they were surprise-attacked by three men.
Ernst said her brother was hit in the head with an object and taken to the ground, cracking his skull.
She said Poole, who has four children and one stepchild, has been in a coma for nearly a month. Doctors told Ernst that even if Poole survives, he’ll live out the rest of his life as a vegetable.
“The doctors tell us there is no hope for his brain. His brain is completely damaged,” Ernst said. “I just want them to know that they took someone’s life; someone’s son, someone’s brother, someone’s father.”
Ernst said her brother was attacked all for $60 and his phone, which wasn’t found at the scene. The robbers also got away with his friend’s purse.
One eyewitness gave a vague description of the attackers, saying one individual was tall with a large afro and the others were shorter. All were described as being in their 20s.
Authorities said the investigation is being transferred to homicide, but so far, no suspects have been identified. (Link with Video Story)

If you feel safe and secure, you’re not and your 14 bullets are just as likely as not to be used against you or someone else, after you’re unexpectedly taken out. Sorry to be so abrupt and I realize I’m probably exaggerating what you really mean by safe and secure, but from the very beginning of my packing days, I was taught that, if you carry, it’s your duty to have maintain a “gunfighter’s mentality,” and vigilance at all times. You’re never safe and secure–you’re always on alert for quickened steps behind you, shadows moving, observing available cover and backstops, if needed. You can’t live your life on full adrenaline rush, but you can inculcate in yourself and those you care about the necessity of situational awareness and the awesome responsibility of packing heat. God bless the sheepdogs and help us to keep the wolves at bay.

Unspeakable tragedy.
McKees Rocks is a flailing former iron/steel town, which was solidly blue collar.
According to census records, in 2000, McKees Rocks was 83% white, 14% black.
10 years later, the census reflects a population shift to 62% white, 36% black.
There is nothing that would suddenly attract blacks to move there, unless some external force directed them there.
None of this is coincidental – especially the violence.

After consciously and brutally taking another human life how could you look in the mirror again, eat a meal, laugh and look into the eyes of your loved ones?? Schools in the Pacific Northwest, & elsewhere, are paying over $50,000 per year for seminars to essentially get teachers & administrators to acknowledge, and to pass along the idea that a man like Mr. Poole didn’t truly earn, or DESERVE that $60.00. Oh sure, they would get REALLY huffy to the point of litigation-level hostility though, were any one of us to suggest that they are in any way ENCOURAGING attacks like this……..
My point is, that with country-wide swaths of already-angry “at-risk’ youths, they don’t even HAVE TO.

YTZ, keep in mind that even with the outrageously high abortion rates among blacks, theur birthrates outpace whites as well. I suspect a lot of what happened in McKees Rocks is that whites moved away in search of jobs, lowering the % of whites in the community, while blacks continued to reproduce. Also, what is the age demographic within both groups? I suspect the white demo is aging, with younger whites leaving for jobs elsewhere.
I have a friend in Milwaukee who lived in the city in a sketchy neighborhood. He and his family lived there because his wife’s parents had lived in their home next door for 40 years and refused to move. My friend told me that if he was even going to walk to the convenience store on the corner, he removed his watch and wedding ring, and only carried as much cash as he would need, leaving his wallet at home. He said being mugged within a block of his home was the price they paid for trying to take care of his in-laws. Eventually, he realized that his kids had been conditioned to fall to the floor anytime they heard a loud noise from outside. There were so many shootings in the area, that the kids learned to “protect” themselves. At that point he said, “The heck with it” and moved his family to a safer neighborhood in the suburbs. Oh, did I mention this man is black? I’m just grateful he was never harmed.
As for David Poole, I pray that his family finds peace, and that the feral animals who murdered him are caught and convicted. The people in Pennsylvania simply must get control of the Afro-wearing Amish criminals in their midst. (I noted that there was no mention of the race of the perps, so I figured it had to bbe either the Amish or those darn Lutherans.)

You are aware that Section 8 vouchers are portable? NY and NJ social workers interview and “steer” Section 8 voucher holders to areas outside of NY & NJ. That’s how so many transplants from NY and NJ arrived in our county – they were advised how nice it was, how great the schools were, and that they could rent a much nicer place with their voucher than they could get in NY/NJ. Smaller towns in PA are also on the target list for “resettlement”.

I lived in the midst of this experiment for 13 years in a northern VA/DC metro area. The “resettlement” project had started in the 70’s. Intermingled in a middle/upper class neighborhood where a 3/2 ordinary house could cost over $500k are massive Section 8 apartments.
The results after 40 years? Gangs, black and Latino, were everywhere. Drugs and drug runners were everywhere. A random murder two blocks from our house. A young woman standing at a bus stop outside the elementary school 3 blocks from us — raped. Four banks robbed within 2 miles of our home within a 10-day period. Assaults, robberies, doors being smashed in, schools going on lock-down regularly. We never, ever felt safe.
I totally believe that the government is deliberately escalating and spreading this Section 8 idea in order to destabilize communities. They started this stuff in some areas, like the one we lived in, long ago. They absolutely have to know the results of what they did, after 40+ years. For their purposes, it must be a success, and now it is apparently being ramped up to be used in more and more targeted areas across the country.

Yes. At least we were “put on notice” …. many activists made it clear that our tiny corner of NoVa, which was a staunchly conservative Christian Republican voting bloc was going to experience “fundamental and permanent transformation”. They were very in our faces about it, with the help of the local media. One of the first “experiences” in our community – where no one locked their doors, and people left their cars running to dash into a store – was a young mom who was violently raped at knifepoint in her minivan while her two toddlers strapped into their car seats watched. The media memory holed this and many other similar incidents, but our local network reports and catalogues the intifada.
The more the activists got in our faces with their demands, the more we retreated. When our children began being terrorized in the local public schools, we withdrew them. We had moved back to this area on military orders in August of 2009 (we had had this home custom built in 2001), and the “transformation” was shocking, as was the enablement by the entire infrastructure of our putative Republican county leadership. Our youngest was the victim of black-on-white harassment; by October we had taken her out of the local public school and start homeschooling, along with 450 other like-minded families. We were the target of harassment, “inspections” and other abuse by the “local school resource officer” as were many other families that elected to retreat.
Our sons were volunteers at our local EMT/Firehouse, as this is how the system functioned in our previously quiet community. Like many of the “originals”, they have resigned. The county had to pass an ordinance that EMT/FF call outs that don’t result in a hospital admission or legitimate ER visit result in a huge fine, which if unpaid, gets levied against the real property – that’s how bad abuse of the EMS system by our new arrivals became.
You can’t have a civil, functioning society unless the members in that group are voluntarily civil and self-regulating. The activists made a huge error in judgment when they “transformed” our community, expecting us to just “take it” and continue to carry the weight for their freeloading transplants. And yes – these new arrivals are freeloaders in every single sense of the word.
We hope to be able to exit the area soon, and make no mistake, we have learned our lesson. Part of that learning curve was to resist at every level the diktaks of the marxists. They can’t force you to eat at the local restaurants, or shop in the local stores, or volunteer at the local library. They can’t stop you from forming a parallel society of like-minded people. We “shop” through the local farm network (my husband on occasion has volunteered to slaughter chickens and receive payment in chickens and eggs), we homeschool, and whatelse we may need we order online and have it shipped directly to the house. Our local mall is now a wasteland. The last time we went there (because a relative insisted) it was barren, empty and with 60% of the stores closed, including the movie theatre. Who wants to pay big bucks to “enjoy” a movie with people who hoot, holler, check their sail foams and throw trash on the floors and over other patrons? No thanks. I can’t even remember the last time we “enjoyed” a movie in an actual theatre since our “transformation”.
And … the majority of our new vibrancy is not Section 8.

The sad part is – when we first moved here, there was a well established black community – many of the people had been living on the same land since before the Civil War. They welcomed us “newbies” with open arms, and were so kind and so generous. One of the older gentleman, a Veteran, did so much for the military families when our husbands were deployed – I don’t know what we would have done without him and his sons. Another one, a very elderly man, had a huge garden, of which at least 50% he grew to donate to the local food bank and the unwed teen mother’s shelter. My two eldest were given their first part-time jobs and increasing responsibility and mentorship by black professionals from this “original” group. And so on.
Most of those “original-originals” have since sold out and moved on, taking with them the backbone of a big portion of what made this little slice of our world “civil”.

More likely, most of the whites left and the blacks just reproduced prodigiously and/or are being better counted, since there are so many more “programs” for them to sign up for. This is, however, a sad example of what happens when a predatory population runs rampant, because there appear to be no consequences and insufficient numbers and/or will on the part of the sheeple to stop them.

The demographic shift is no accident, it’s HUD policy. Your government gives the anointed ones the money for down payments, and requires lenders to count Section 8 vouchers as income, since the recipients continue to receive subsidies even if they buy a house. Houses in blue collar neighborhoods become cheap enough for welfare bums to buy, since someone else pays. The cycle drives prices even lower, destroying the life savings of long-term residents and forcing those who want to avoid violence and theft to move away. The taxpayers and US bond-buyers make it all possible.

A black person is more likely to attack a white person than another white person is, but I believe that’s more because a certain subset of black people are extraordinarily violent. Last I checked, the odds of a black person being harmed by a black person was still higher than the odds of a white person being harmed by a black person.
Which is not to dispute the fact that some black guys target whites when that option exists. But since they are inherently violent, and mostly hang out in black neighborhoods, they still end up attacking more blacks than whites.

My post is not intended to comfort the David Poole family, who likely will never see it. I just see no reason to buy into the race-baiters’ meme that “it’s all about race.” It’s not all about race. It’s about violent people who are constantly arrested by cops trying to do their jobs, who are then turned back into the general population to continue committing mayhem. We don’t have to indulge in mind reading — “He was really out to kill a white person that night” — in order to recognize that what was done to David Poole is evil and needs to be stopped.

The court determines it, although from what I have seen, an action indicative of hate in one situation is not considered proof of hate in another. I don’t know what the law actually says, but IMHO the only way it can be determined is via mind reading, which is impossible, and which is why I think “hate crimes” are bad law in the first place. Anyone who deliberately harms someone else is acting out of hate; why hatred of their race or sexual preference is a “worse” hate than hatred of their appearance, or success, or whatever, I never have figured out.

What is wrong with the White race!?
The “White Race” has largely been paralyzed by the fear that (as individuals) they will be branded as “racists” if they speak out or act out against the macro-aggression of their black attackers. That, in itself, disproves the claims of “Systemic, Institutional Racism” raised by the BGI racial agitators. If the “White Race” was the monolithic racist entity that blacks claim it to be, there would have been an immediate response decades ago.
In essence, the “White Race” in America has been neutered by the various agents of “Social Change” that are both domestic, and international. The response has been one of appeasement and/or utter capitulation to whatever demands have been made by minorities in the name of “Social Justice”. This is why/how “White Flight” came into being, and explains why entire cities have been handed over to minority elements who have brought them to their current states of decay and bankruptcy.
The more violent members of the minority population have “smelled the fear” and been emboldened by it.

This is right outside of Pittsburgh. Just sad for those poor kids to grow up without a father. I hope they get the guys and put them to death. There is going to be a race war in this country and I am to the point the sooner the better. Hate to say it but I am sick of the Black live matter crap that the media throws in our faces, but you never here about the whites being killed by blacks. Time to make people understand that white lives matter too. Sick of having the slave crap brought up. That is history, move the hell on and become productive members of society and stop being thugs.

Fighting back without sufficient legal justification would just empower the gun grabbers, IMHO. Retreating is a rational response when fighting would end up pulling in the government on your opponent’s side.
Americans have a long history of putting up with stuff until they lose their collective temper. Then they slap down hard. It’s my suspicion that liberals may be in for a surprise when enough American people start thinking there’s no where to retreat to.

There is a very real sense where the Internet has opened up some retreat room. It has made it easier for many people to start a business, or conduct business, from a more isolated position, making retreat from city centers easier (cross culturally, cities have always been more likely to support big government and welfare kinda stuff). I have wondered if the lack of liberal support for “work from home” kind of things is based on their instinctive realization that this sort of independence does not serve their cause, since in some ways it fit very well with positions they lobbied for in days gone by.
Feminists, at any rate, were gung ho for the work from home option right up until it started to get practical; either they were.faking it the whole time, or they realized that working from home freed people from a lot of the policies liberals were trying to implement elsewhere.

I clearly recall the days when it was said that before long millions of Americans would be working from home and that the workweek would shrink from five days to three or four with no loss of productivity.
I hadn’t thought about it before, but it’s possible that the movement died out as social engineers realized how difficult it could be to force their standards on independent people who weren’t subject to workplace regulation and indoctrination.

I’ve read many area news articles about violent crimes in which the reporter informs us that the victim and sometimes additional witnesses has described the wanted criminal’s sneakers, hoodie, and car without apparently noticing anything about the attacker himself.
These articles often end with admonitions that the public contact police if they have information, as if we were to call the authorities if we see someone wearing white shoes or driving a red car.

Interesting comment from that data analysis:
This table can be used for a number of interesting calculations. First, we find that during the 2012/2013 period, blacks committed an average of 486,945 violent crimes against whites, whereas whites committed only 99,403 such crimes against blacks. This means blacks were the attackers in 84.5 percent of the violent crimes involving blacks and whites. This figure is consistent with reports from 2008, the last year DOJ released similar statistics. Perhaps not coincidentally, that was the year Mr. Obama was elected president.
Interestingly, we find that violent interracial crime involving blacks and Hispanics occurs in almost exactly the same proportions as black/white crime: Blacks are the attackers 82.5 percent of the time, while Hispanics are attackers only 17.5 percent of the time.
And yet, so-called “Black Leaders” claim that whites are exterminating black men. Once again, the statistics show a very different story than the one told by Al Sharpton, Jesse Jackson, etc.

BO’s 7 years in office makes the eight years under GWB seem like racial utopia. So much for the theory that if white folks voted for a black man, there will be racial harmony. In fact, the country should have known that this wasn’t true. Back in 1989, NYC elected it first black mayor, David Dinkins, thinking this would create racial harmony. Obviously, under Dinkins, race relations got much worse. Just like any left leaning black politician, he played with wedge politics (racial politics) to divide one group against another. He was a one term mayor and it ushered in the golden era of Mayor Giuliani for eight years.

Should not this family get some of the same money the victims of the SC families are getting? Supposedly the Justice Department has accumulated a huge sum of money from seizures and forfeiture of assets from criminals. It amounts to billions of dollars. Eric and his buddies at Justice use their own discretion as to how the money is used. Seems like this would be a good way to use a portion of this fund. But alas… perhaps they are not the right color to get access to these funds.

I understand what’s being said here, but these sort of statements unintentionally imply that such acts of savagery might be defensible if the take were greater.

Blacks are incapable of building or maintaining First World civilizations such as Europeans and European-Americans have done. And the more white civilizations have accommodated, kowtowed to, and elevated blacks, the worse things have become. They are a destructive force. That should be abundantly evident even to the staunchest negrophiles.

One of the things we aim for at the CTH is good conversation. Whether I am naive and foolish or not is a side issue but frequent and repeated generalizations do not contribute to good conversation.
We are often visited here by racists racialists from both sides who are looking for an opportunity to dump their own screeds, and threads such as this one give them a very attractive launch pad.
I may be clumsy and artless in my efforts to respond to polarizing and generalizing language. If am I, so be it.
The white-o-philes have some destruction flowing their veins, too.

Unfortunately – – if your goal is to marginalize the content here, then you are aiding the grievance community to do just that.
Sharon is speaking to a very important point. If you cannot see the problem with your content as delivered, and cannot see far enough over the trees to see how it is used, then you need to re-evaluate your definitions of unintended consequences.
If in your reevaluation you still cannot see it, then perhaps you should just find another forum to participate in.

If anything we are number two, and until recently (historically speaking) were 4th. . I also find most White Supremacists seem to be in the shallow end of the pool.

It is irrelevant to the issue at hand, which in my opinion is the “thug” culture that thrives in black society. That culture is not all encompassing however, and the solution is not to hate all blacks.
In fact, at what point does a black stop being “black”? I don’t adhere to the “one drop” theory. And there are far too many “tokens” who are worth my respect to just give up.
The media needs to be pushed to stop pandering to black/minority interests. Conservative Blacks who speak out on these issues need to be supported, and legislation that continues to enable minorities in live on welfare should be re-evaluated.
Most of all, patience. Racial polarization is as bad now as it was in the 60’s, courtesy of Obama/Holder and gang. It has not gone unnoticed. A reckoning at the voting booth is coming.
Liberals live in a land where reality is the latest trending hashtag. They will be rudely awakened.

That is your respectable (and therefore unmoderated) opinion, much of which is generally accurate. But it’s also naive.
There will be no “reckoning” at the voting booth, no successful push against media, and no serious “reevaluation” of welfare legislation. Things are way, way beyond such nice solutions.
Also, patience and racial pandering/tokenism in the “Herman Cain for president!” vein are foolish and damaging, although they’re sure to earn pats on the back from white people regardless of political affiliation.
We need to have the honesty and integrity to declare that the problem with blacks is inherent.

Before the Peace of Westphalia, “everyone” in Europe at that time believed that about the various warring ethnic tribes/factions in Northern Europe.
More than skin color, this is a battle for ideas. Unfortunately, our opposition has done a very good job of convincing large blocks of people that their skin color is in fact their permanent “gang affiliation colors”. But marginalized people have been rallied to violence for a variety of other reasons – witness the dangerous, frenzied mob-like violence that used to occur from soccer hooliganism.

When is enough going to be enough? White liberals especially in the media are complicit in these crimes, as is the black community. The black community is quick to rally around their own in response to perceived and real slights. But they take no ownership of the ANIMALS in their ranks when the victim is white.
Conservatism is not working. Far as I’m concerned, there is no option. Something different has to be tried. White racial nationalism seems the only choice.

I want to reiterate the obvious. Most blacks are good people. There is no race war brewing, there is sure enough a God damn white civil war brewing. It’s liberal whites that allow this to go on and justify it. Let’s focus on causes rather than symptoms.

I disagree. The race war has been started already. I do agree that most blacks are (probably) good people. Part of the problem, though, is they believe a lot of the nonsense being passed around in the black circles. And, yes, the stupid liberal whites who are joining in are encouraging the war. They just haven’t realized yet that it will include them.

Like I said before, when confronted with this you have to decide what you are going to do, survive or perish. If you decide to survive you will need to be able to shed your skin of civilized behavior and do what you must to win.
Remember, they have already shed their skin, willingly and often gleefully. Their fate isn’t on you, it has already been sealed by their own free will Whether you send them there or it falls to the next guy, they are doomed to hell.
