Is this size of reward usual? Are rewards at all, usual?

Someone won’t be happy with ATF wanting to find the arsonist. Of course finding doesn’t mean the perp will be prosecuted.

    • No, you misunderstood, the $10,000.00 is FOR the arsonist, they just need help finding him to present him one of those giant checks.

      In this instance wanna bet.
Money talks , merit walks. I’m in favor of high rewards or bounties. That’s the only thing the thug culture understands.

This is kabuki theater. They have to appear to want to find the arsonists. The odds are not zero that the wanted perps are also confidential informants for the same agency.

Look at other 3 letter agency involvement in other crimes… CI is urged to do things, supplied materials to do things, promised leniency. Anything happens to the CI, the apparatchiks hands are clean-ish.

Think of all the plots we have read about that have been “solved” or averted. Consider how many of them had a CI in a position who was urged to do things by his handlers. Those are the ones we know about.

Then, consider the riegn of Stalin. He had plots, see “Doctor’s Plot”. It is a method to ensure that people are always off balance and cling to the state.

I was reading another thread and it was said that it was under construction for 8 years and was 60% complete, you can build a nuke plant faster than that.

How does a new apartment complex burn so completely… aren’t they supposed to be built with fireproofing between the apartments these days to prevent a fire in one apartment from spreading to other apartments?
