Wait, What? Denis McDonough: Obama Administration “Not Surprised” By Yemen Collapse…

Denis McDonough, President Obama’s Chief of Staff, was questioned today about the collapse of the entire Yemeni government. In his response you find the ridiculous evidence of how the White House is totally incompetent/inept. McDonough is asked “did we not see this coming”?

His initial response comes at 1:00 min.

“Let us remind everybody what the president was saying when he made those remarks a couple of months ago that everyone is referring to. He’s saying that; given that al-Qaeda is going to hide in dark spaces, and take advantage of tumultious political situations [..] we should have a partnership strategy that works to press governments … to make sure that they are making the right political choices”…

Moments later, the ineptitude surfaces and the quote is at 03:45:

“We were not surprised that this government collapsed; we knew this was an ongoing challenge over the course of the last several months.”

Within three minutes, on the same show, McDonough states President Obama was recognizing Yemen “several months ago” as a representative example of success, to President Obama knew “several months ago” that Yemen was about to collapse.

…Any questions?

This admin is not surprised by the collapse for two reasons:

This president intend with Iran is appeasement – not containment; the takeover in Yemen was/is done by the shiite Houthis – the iranian sponsored and spported rebels/jihadists.

Obamas drone attacks within and outside Yemen were not intended to defeat AQ; it only meant to stop an imminent threat – as stated during an interview.

As with ISIS – this presidents strategy is that of “appearance” and deceit rather than of interest for the US; the result will be chaos everywhere.
So – yes, they are not surprised because the dominoes set by this admin are meant to fall!

For quite some time now, Obama has been boldly lying to the people, knowing that the peoople know he is lying, but he goes right on ahead and lies to us anyway. It’s as though he doesn’t care at all that we know he is lying. Perhaps it is because he knows society as a whole no longer sees any wrong-doing in lying. Or perhaps it is because Obama now believes society (otherwise known as “the people”) actually approves and praises those who are able to use dishonesty and lying to further their agendas.

What has changed that the shadow people like Val Jar and McDonagh are now doing the rounds on TV? 6 years and if I didn’t visit CTH I would not know who they were, then since the last election they are out “doing the rounds”.

    • Because they are completely untouchable now.
Any damage they (could) have done, by association, has been done as of this past November.
The next couple years we will seeing more of these people, as they do their victory laps.

The taunting from the left will be kicked into high gear, in hopes their opposition takes the bait and gives Pres Obama-Jarrett a reason to implement martial law.
      Don’t take the bait.

The 23 people who watched the State of The Union know full well that All of this Administration’s polcies are working famously. Economics… Brilliant. Socialized Medicine… Brilliant. Iraq… Brilliant. Diplomatic Security… Brilliant. And, of course, Counter-Terrorism… Brilliant.
It will take decades to un-f*ck all of this, assuming we elect anyone who will try.

In that video both McDonough and Obama looked “sunken-eyed” and haggard, and seemed to stumble while casting about to find words that didn’t betray their attempts to obfuscate the truth. Both failed.

Yeah – huge surprise. Yobama will say anything about anything – doesn’t have to be anywhere near the truth. And when it doesn’t pan out? – well, he denies ever saying it. Thanks much to the 51% of so-called “Americans” who gave this destroyer another four years. Ah huh – thanks a lot!

And I’ll say it again – the White Houses and DoD’s ham-handed counter terrorism mission tactics in Yemen went a long way towards what government there was losing what popular support it had. I’m sure everyone with an interest in the area from the Saudis to the Israelis to the roast goat and felafel truck that cruises Pennsylvania Avenue warned the WH the duct-taped Yemeni government was on its last legs but the time to do something that might have saved the day has long left the building. Still got that ‘Iran pulls a rabbit out of a hat’ bet going.

Last week: Obama says he will refuse to meet with Netanyahu claiming he does not want to influence Israeli elections.

Haaretz reporter Roi Arad revealed in an article in the Hebrew edition today that the foreign funded organization, “One Voice”, is bankrolling the V-2015 campaign to defeat Binyamin Netanyahu’s national camp in the March 2015 Knesset Elections.

One indication of the generous financing is that it has now flown in a team of five American campaign experts (including Jeremy Bird, the Obama campaign’s national field director) who will run the campaign out of offices taking up the ground floor of a Tel Aviv office building.

V-2015 is careful not to support a specific party – rather “just not Bibi”. As such, the foreign funds pouring into the campaign are not subject to Israel’s campaign finance laws.
