Myron May is a lawyer who graduated from Florida State, class of 2005, and attended law school at Texas Tech, according to his Facebook page. He also studied at Gulf Coast State College. His social media page says that he’s the “In-house Legal Counsel at Taunton Family Children’s Home.” He’s a native of Dayton, Ohio, and but last lived in Wewahitchka, Florida.

Possibility exists, based on victim profiles, he may have been targeting white students.

Breaking newsAt approximately 12:30am there was a shooting on the campus of Florida State University at the student library. CBS Reported: • At least two people have been shot on the Tallahassee campus of Florida State University. • A local hospital, Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare, tells CBS News it is treating the victims. • The school is warning students of a “dangerous situation” on campus. • The message says, “*FSU ALERT!* Dangerous Situation! Main Campus – Tallahassee. Seek shelter immediately, away from doors and windows.”
