I’d say a judge can be bought just like a politician. They want you to believe they are God but they have a price and it probably isn’t very high.
Judges are typically selected by the defense attorney bar in each district or state and typically come from the ranks of defense attorneys or plaintiff attorneys who are capable of raising millions of dollars for politicians. These lawyers are overwhelmingly Democrats!
Given the nature of their work, that they defend criminals or honest people it doesn’t matter, only the paycheck they get matters to them.

What was done in Venezuela or other South American countries will have no bearing to the court. Only specific evidence that the election in the state was fraudulent. Can they meet that test? Her approach may be that of defense attorney rather than a prosecutor. From the perspective of a defense attorney she has enough to put a strong reasonable doubt into the outcome of the election for sure.
But, what the public needs is a prosecutor’s burden in which, evidence beyond a reasonable doubt is presented. I don’t know if that’s what Sidney has.
I think she definitely has the best reasonable doubt evidence and as a good defense attorney, she feels extremely confident she could get her client vindicated but I think it’s the opposite of what’s called for.

I didn’t conclude this at all. I’m saying that there’s two ways of looking at things from a legal sense. I’m not sure which is the correct view in this situation. I do think the public is looking for the prosecutorial view but maybe the defense view is all that is required to get the relief the Trump team is seeking. I don’t know what evidence they have but from the sound of it, it’s affidavits and statistics. This seems more of defense case than a prosecution case. It’s more geared to put doubt than to prove with actual hard evidence. But we will see.
Plenty of evidence, ballots found in ditches, dumpsters, poll workers not allowed to watch, voting machines tampered with to redirect votes, making people use sharpies, so machine doesn’t pick up votes, major votes showing up for Biden in morning, when Trump was way ahead, the night before, vans delivering votes late at night to back doors, being dumped on tables. Postal workers made to back stamp dates on ballots, dead people voting, women using maiden names to vote in several states. They had many votes to make up and got a little sloppy. The voting machines also were not suppose to be on the internet, they have systems, they are made to use, and one worker kept asking about it, but they blew it off. Some areas, had more votes then people registered. All kinds of evidence.

The pattern they find in several states is that after a couple big vote dumps that put Biden ahead, all later batches of votes read into the system have the exact same proportion of Biden-to-Trump votes, like 51% Biden, 49% Trump
… not enough to make glaring errors like ending up with more votes than registered voters
… but just enough to ensure that once Biden’s ahead, Trump never passes him
To me this indicates blatant fraud, in that reporting vote counts into the system is being done by algorithm or pre-calculated totals that follow a fixed, decided upon, percentage
GP also points out that the fixed percentage ratios agree among several batches to 3 decimal places, Michigan here:
There are numerous batches after this point in time where the batches are reported at the EXACTLY same split, this time 50.254% Trump to 49.746% Biden, that’s right, precision to the THOUSANTH decimal.
At 9:02 AM EST, there are two more large Biden batches counted that give Biden the first lead of election, with 91% of the votes counted and at 9:15 AM EST, Biden leads 49,3% to 49.2%!
And from that point on, ALMOST EVERY BATCH is counted as 49% Trump, 50% Biden! 28 of 44 of them!
Again, these tables are more compelling to me than anything else I’ve seen, barring eyewitness affidavits that will attest first-hand to fraud carried out

Okay, as much as Sydney is probably correct with all these claims she’s making, can it be proved in a relatively short time frame that this algorithm vote counting was actually used in this election? Speculation with charts and graphs is not likely to win the day.

You just need to show that to a judge, you don’t need to know what the algorithm is (although if you can get hold of the source code and discover it, that’d be gravy)
You need to focus on the visual and the understandable
I used to give scientific presentations where it was critical to reduce equations or complex data tables to a simple graphic – a map with hotter colors here and cooler colors there, that kinda thing.

Hoping the Trump lawyers have the source code and can prove it was used on election night, also the logs from the machines using the Dominion software, internet access logs, and eyewitness testimony from the mysterious boxes dumped off after midnight. You make a good point, and it was reported in this blog that the servers were secure in a White Room at Fort Meade. The key to completely exposing Election Fraud is in that room. The voter fraud issue is a separate investigation, and it will be more difficult to document in a court of law. Timing is also an issue, But, the servers provide a venue for definitively proving election fraud, which could lead to a decision in invalidate the entire election and open the door from resolution on the HoR.
They have multiple affidavits from people employed by Dominion.
Any servers involved with this election that had any communications access were being monitored in real time by US military intelligence. It makes no sense that millions of people voted for Joe Biden, socialism, open borders, sanctuary cities, amnesty, high energy prices, lockdowns, sending our wealth to China, etc.
Here in California, they are pissed that Newsom is locking down yet they voted for it! Or did they? I can’t imagine the number of ballots that were harvested for Biden. We were told Trumps ground game was outstanding and Biden had none, yet he got all these votes? It doesn’t make sense.
And if they didn’t really have that many ballot votes and stole them by the counting software, wouldn’t that be easy to find in a recount like Georgia? A machine change doesn’t create paper ballots. After hand recounting ballots, wouldn’t we see a huge discrepancy between the hand count and the machine count?

I’ve still not heard whether the deleted folders of Trump votes can be recovered.
They will attempt to deal with the guns “problem” with taxes first. The first move will be a heavy tax on ammunition, which increases every year. The “assault weapon” ban will be reinstated. There will be an income tax levied on each individual firearm in each household. Eventually, there will have to be heavy handed case by case confiscation, but that is farther down the road as that scenario will be quite messy. By then, there could be multiple shoot outs at individual homes throughout the country as forced confiscation occurs and no one would ever know due to media blackouts. If the media doesn’t report, it didn’t happen. Right, Hunter?
All of those measures are unconstitutional. The appetite for gun control is at a 30-year low. I don’t think they will go there. Even Barack didn’t go there.
