MG is kind enough to provide a ground report from the grassroots patriots working earnestly to support Donald Trump in Wisconsin:
wisconsin state mapHi all- update from South-Central Wisconsin— I spent all day knocking on doors and talking to people trying to get out the vote. I really feel like it was a good day. I taught several people how to register to vote. In my area, the good news is it appears like they haven’t all been brainwashed by the constant negative ads against Trump.
I actually had some tell me they were thinking of voting for him because of the way he is being treated. I have heard Trump’s new ad on the radio and have seen his tv commercials several times tonight. I’m fully engaged and will continue to work until the last vote is in.

The Harley example on trade seems to be resonating- thanks Sundance. I have decided to skip attending Trump’s rally in order to use the time to get to some of the more rural areas around me. We need all hands on deck here. I did manage to get both my college sons to go vote early for Trump today! I took tomorrow and Monday off to be able to campaign all day long. I’m committed to doing all I can for all of you, Mr. Trump and our USA! TRUMP2016!!!!!!!!!!

Here’s a few bullet-points to remember about our insurgency:

♦ Remember, Mr. Trump is approaching this campaign in the same methodical way he has approached all of his 50+ years of business enterprises.  It might be unorthodox, and it might create anxiety, but he hasn’t been successful in life by being oblivious to challenges.
Donald Trump has Six campaign events scheduled in Wisconsin over the next three days. Trump is self-funding this effort; if he didn’t think there was a solid way to gain a strong position, he wouldn’t be throwing money at an loomingly bad outcome.  Unlike the other candidates, who campaign on other people’s money and don’t have the same financial motives for efficiency, his decisions on where to spend are directly related to a cost-benefit analysis.

In these contests small is good, lower expectations are beneficial.  Ted Cruz, through the relentless media onslaught, have established a 20 point margin of victory as the expectation for Cruz in Wisconsin.
In many ways Trump has baited a trap. If the collective Cruz campaign, including the RNC/GOPe machine, cannot win on Tuesday with a massive victory, they will have lost even if they win the state.  Over-promising and under-delivering is bad bad mojo.
♦  Third – Trump, and as a consequence all those supporting Trump, are carrying the best weapon of all, TRUTH.  There is no inherent deception in the campaign of Trump; there might be awkwardness in his expression of his platform, but there’s no deception – Trump owns all the downsides and doesn’t hide from them. The campaign is “America First“.
None of the collective candidates can compare to that America First platform when the entire electoral audience know they are first going to have to do the bidding of their financiers.
♦  Lastly, as disconcerting as we might find it – we want Trump to stumble, err, falter and make mistakes.  Nothing is more hazardous to the attainment of victory as a belief of infallibility.  Every fight must be fought with a severity as if you are going to lose everything in defeat.  Prevent-defenses lose ballgames. Complacency is danger; and when you combine that recognition along with a mindset that abhors defeat – the result is relentless diligence.
We want a candidate who is relentlessly diligent.
♦ Right now, as unbelievable as it seems, Donald J Trump is the political personification of a counter culturist; the traditional anti-establishment counter culture.
In our lifetime, I doubt there was ever a single person who would have fathomed the possibility of a Republican Candidate for President of the United States being the counter-culture figure.
Enjoy this Presidential Race.
