Weird, this was not on the CNN 24 hour News Cycle. I wonder why?
Four thugs went on a pre-planned criminal rampage, including robbery, firing on police, murder, and carrying serious heavy weapons. Two innocent women were killed as the rampage escalated and the violent attempted escape continued. This was one serious criminal episode.
Here’s video of how it began:

And The Full Story Including Outcome: Haines City, FL — All four suspects in a violent rampage and manhunt through Polk County were in custody Friday, but not before two innocent women were killed and an entire neighborhood – terrorized.
“These people were terrorized as the store was robbed,” said Polk County Sheriff Grady Judd, referring to the Cash America Pawn Shop robbery where it all started Thursday. Judd described it as a well-thought out, “well organized, armed robbery. And it was designed to create the maximum terrorism of the people in the store.”
The four suspects even made a bogus 911 call to tie up police resources before entering the store, say investigators. Video shows the men heavily armed, terrorizing employees at gunpoint. But when Auburndale police spotted the suspects’ red SUV it all begins to unravel.

During a pursuit, the suspects begin firing at two police units including a K9 cruiser.
“We noticed that the bullet went through the canine area and barely missed his canine,” said Judd.
When the SUV wrecked at the Chanler Ridge subdivision in Haines City, police arrested suspect No. 1, 22-year-old Devon McCune.
The others ran off.
A 911 call led police to a home where deputies spotted two bodies through a window.
Moments later, a car crashes through the garage of that house and toward police, who open fire – striking the lone occupant, suspect No. 2: 34-year-old Michael Gordon.
The victims inside the home, it turns out, were a mother and daughter. 72-year-old Patricia Moran, and 51-year old Deborah Royal. Viciously murdered, says Judd, “Much too graphic to describe.” (read more)
