big mike 3Two weeks ago we tried, and failed, to openly reach out to “researchers” interested in the backstory of the “Big Mike” Brown shooting.
Just because the cat had her kittens in the oven, don’t make them biscuits.
From personal experience within the concentric circular maze that surrounds such a quest, we suspected, nay assured the outcome. It is significantly important to know what structural and political forces which comprise the cement, which builds the walls, which make the maze.
Running head strong into a very specific justice system, while waving a petition for sunlight allowance, will get you, well, nowhere but headed home with a headache.
But the wall builders will gladly accept a fee to allow your strike with the hammer – futile though it may be.
We did not pull the Trayvon Martin criminal records from the Miami-Dade School Police Department by going into the maze constructed by a similar ideological wall-builders: Superintendent Alberto Carvalho, Police Chief Charles Hurley et al.
We tunneled under it. The truth takes extra digging – and the drone enabled CRS are always on alert.
So take this for what it’s worth: Saint Louis – Michael Brown was never found delinquent of the juvenile equivalents of any Class A or B felony charges, and was not facing any at the time he died, a court official said this morning at a hearing on whether his juvenile records should be released.

The Post-Dispatch had filed a petition in St. Louis County Circuit Court to unseal any records about him in family court, if any existed.

Cynthia Harcourt, a lawyer for St. Louis County Juvenile Officer Kip Seeley, argued against releasing those records, but acknowledged that there were no convictions or active cases for the most serious types of felonies.

Class A felonies include second-degree murder and first-degree robbery; the penalties in adult court range from 10 years in prison to death. Class B felonies include voluntary manslaughter, second-degree robbery and first-degree burglary, with a maximum penalty of five to 15 years.

It is not known whether Brown had ever been accused of lesser offenses; any record of those would be part of a confidential family court file.

In a hearing before St. Louis County Circuit Court Judge Ellen Levy Siwak, Joseph E. Martineau of Lewis Rice & Fingersh, attorney for the Post-Dispatch, acknowledged in the hearing that most juvenile court records are confidential under Missouri law.

But he argued that the primary reason to keep them confidential — to protect a child from entering adulthood with the stigma of a criminal record — expired with Brown’s death. He said Siwak had the discretion to open the files, and said there was heavy public interest in the details of Brown’s life.

Harcourt derided the claim as pure media curiosity that should not lead the judge to open any confidential records.

The judge took the issue under advisement. (<— how very Nelsonesque) (Link)

How dare these people of grand curiosity attempt to make such racist inquires which would besmirch the character, reputation and street cred of such an honorable citizen. Mr. Louis Head Inc. is not pleased.

Did “Big Mike” have interaction with the POlice? Did “Big Mike” have victim reports made out with him as the “suspect”? Was “Big Mike” ever arrested as a consequence of those criminal reports and victim reports? Um, perhaps you should ask Grande Lum.

For now, we repeat the same word we stated clearly two weeks ago:

“Lettitgo”.

Meanwhile this is fantastically interesting, because it makes complete and wonderful sense.  It’s like finding the corner piece of a jigsaw puzzle:

Have we established the exact time of day?
Again, “he cut through over there” is exactly what our mystery witness was referring to. And if you remember the most logical pattern of travel this is exactly where it goes. Well done.
Additionally thanks must be extended to ALL TREEPERS on behalf of “other very keenly interested parties”.

The Grand Jury met again today.
As an aside here’s another interesting article: About Sir Pinocchio of The Canfield.
And as we gather more and more factual information THIS OUTLINE is coming closer from the horizon.   Officer Wilson taking pursuit position walking East down the southside edge of the roadway while keeping  two suspects in his line of sight simultaneously.
Two Suspects – One Hides behind vehicle.   Second suspect tells the First to run, and then draws the officer’s attention with an intimidating approach – allowing the second to flee.
Yes.  This.
