Based on their inability to control a press conference, the belief that law enforcement can actually enforce a curfew is slightly less than zero.  The entire town is now, well, essentially a free range safari:

Missouri – During a press conference that quickly spiraled out of control Missouri Gov. Nixon declared a state of emergency and set a curfew from midnight to 5 a.m.

The curfew will not be enforced “with tear gas or with tanks,” according to Capt. Ron Johnson of the Missouri Highway Patrol. “We will communicate,” said Johnson.

FBI agents are on the ground working on the investigation, said Nixon.
The press conference erupted into an angry questioning of Nixon and Johnson, with many questioning the imposition of a curfew and demanding to know why Darren Wilson, the officer who fatally shot Michael Brown had yet to be arrested or indicted.
Nixon and Johnson appeared shaken as they attempted to field the questions.
“We can’t have looting and crimes at night,” Nixon said. “We can’t have people fearful.”  (read more)

THE SAFARI PRINCIPLE –   The hidden subtext could be construed as the following… In modern America, a prudent citizen should know to remain in their vehicle or home, doors locked, windows up, when the authorities announce there are young black males known to be in the vicinity.
If a non-black person is shot, or killed; or if their property is destroyed by violence and mayhem, the non-black victim is actually at fault for not following the rules the police and black grievance industry wrote for them on the Safari Park safety brochure.
Tonight, in Ferguson Missouri, the brochure says no-one is allowed outside after midnight until 5:00am.  The principle underlines the ideological point carried within the messaging – those doing the attacking cannot ignore their instincts, control their behavior, or comply with laws.   And worse, those charged with controlling the environment are incapable of restraining the predators.
What does this say about our society?   Are we living in a drive through  Safari Park?     If we get out of our vehicles we deserve what we get and we shouldn’t blame the predators, much less shoot them in self-defense?
