I’m going to call this the “J J Video” because a sharp Treeper catches the background conversation within a video of the Mike Brown shooting scene. The video was uploaded by a U-Tube account “Black Canseco“.
The video was taken in the aftermath of the shooting, and judging from the comments attributed to the uploader -although he was not a direct witness- he felt the video was affirmational toward Mike Brown and the anti-police narrative.
However, probably unknown -or at least unnoticed- in the background of the video you can hear an audio conversation of a male eye witness to the shooting itself describing what he saw to another curious male spectator. Again, the conversation of importance is in the background.
If anyone has the audio software to clear up the foreground, and distracting screams in the background, and focus in on that off camera two party conversation it would be very beneficial. It would be specifically beneficial because what the eye witness is describing immediately after the shooting is in direct alignment with a second party statement from a friend of Officer Darren Wilson.
FIRST, The friend describes the event –as told to her by Wilson– as follows:
He pulled up ahead of them. And then he got a call-in that there was a strong-arm robbery. And, they gave a description. And, he’s looking at them and they got something in their hands and it looks like it could be what, you know those cigars or whatever. So he goes in reverse back to them. Tries to get out of his car. They slam his door shut violently. I think he said Michael did. And, then he opened the car again. He tried to get out. He stands up.
And then Michael just bum-rushes him and shoves him back into his car. Punches him in the face and them Darren grabs for his gun. Michael grabbed for the gun. At one point he got the gun entirely turned against his hip. And he shoves it away. And the gun goes off.
Well, then Michael takes off and gets to be about 35 feet away. And, Darren’s first protocol is to pursue. So, he stands up and yells, “Freeze!” Michael and his friend turn around. And Michael taunts him… And then all the sudden he just started bumrushing him. He just started coming at him full speed. And, so he just started shooting. And, he just kept coming. And, so he really thinks he was on something.” (link)
Focusing in on the aspect that “Big Mike” Brown initially shoved, then scuffled with the cop, then a shot fired at the vehicle, then he ran, then he doubled back toward Officer Wilson:
The eye witness talking on this video describes the exact same scenario.
The value in this is specifically because it is unguarded, and unprompted, testimony from an eyewitness that contradicts several others who spoke later but may have an agenda or pressure from the community.

*UPDATE 8/18/14* As expected the MSM picked up on the video and the story went viral. The above video has been removed by uploader – probably at the behest of the surrounding black community who are under pressure to maintain a very specific narrative.

Additionally, this eye witness account clarifies other issues and disputes the “shot in back narrative”. The police vehicle was positioned “screen view left” – Mike Brown’s body is positioned head toward police vehicle. This would also corroborate both the Officer (as told to his friend) and this witness account of what transpired.
If anyone can clean up that audio, I’m sure the police investigators would a.) like to hear it, and b.) like to talk to the man who is explaining what he saw firsthand on the street. Conversely, I think if the uploader recognized what the audio contained he/she would never have loaded it. Unfortunately, this is what the police are up against:

He took items by force. To say that it has nothing to do with what happened in the street is absolutely ridiculous! The video shows that Brown thinks he can do whatever he wants. You think the clerk didnt care about the theft? It’s much more likely he was afraid to call. It’s none sense that this has caused so much national attention, the police officer was doing his job. Quit trying to justify the actions of Brown. The “unarmed teenager” was nothing more than a thug

I so agree with you. It may not have had anything to do with the actual shooting….but it shows his frame of mind at the time. He was agressive and unlawful. He was a bully and thief. I am so tired of all these people coming forward with false claims. Now they have a video with a guy with his hands up….He has on a red t shirt and jeans. Jeez, MB was wearing a white t shirt and shorts. for the love of God. People will believe anything without checking the facts. Also the autopsy shows that he was coming toward the cop…not running away and not on his knees.

So, your whole argument hinges on the fact that a customer made the call to 911 rather than the store owner / employee? It’s still a reported theft. That doesn’t change anything.

what about the part that he was running up by my house then he turned around and kept taunting the officer with you aint gonna shoot me as he kept comin towards the cop ..i heard all of it the first time i saw the video and thought right then and there,,this dude thinks he is helping the brown case but he has no idea this witness can be heard in the background

There is a lot of out side influence going on. This is being orchestrated by someone. Protestors have been bussed in. Most of the people in Ferguson do not want this. We need to pray for this town. It is a powder keg for the world to see. I personally think this is all political.

bussed in??? what are you drinkin’? It is the media that fueled the fire. It was an excuse for some to burn and loot. It was very scary. I live quite close to there and it was always fine until dark. That’s when the thugs arrived and started throwing things and causing problems. I don’t know what people expected. Burning and looting at night and destroying an entire community need heavy action taken. The media was HORRIBLE. The escalated everything daily. They didn’t just report the news, they stood around and waited for it to happen. They wanted the scoop. People should have just waited for the facts to come out. It was all uncalled for and the facts will come out. Some have. NOw they have a video out that says they have MB on video with his hands up. LOL
The guy has on a red t shirt and jeans. MB had on a white t shirt and shorts and weird socks. The autopsy came out and proved that he was not kneeling or had his hands up. This is so F’ed up. People are such freakin’ liars.

Maybe it’s just me, but I keep thinking that any moment now there will be breaking news that the Federal Investigators have found Michael Brown’s fingerprints on the Officer Wilson’s gun….at that point, it’s completely over. No indictment, no arrests, and no charges.

I keep hoping that, too. But, I am seriously concerned. Politics trumps reason. Remember Trayvon and Zimmerman. More and more info kept coming out refuting the story that Trayvon was hunted down and shot in the back, and still to this day, a lot of people still carry on like that is the truth.

Bob Marly – I consider myself a Democrat in many aspects. However, when it comes to security, welfare and foreign affairs, I consider myself Republican. You can’t lump all democrats in together any more than I can lump all Republicans together. I believe Wilson was justified and was defending himself. The media are the biggest instigators, because all they want to do is sell their stories and more hype equals more sales, regardless of the truth.

God Bless the officer I hope he and his family are and will always be safe. Right after the shooting Mr. Wilson went to the hospital after that dead thug attacked him and had to get his eye/face treated at local hospital fact check.com because the officer received an orbital blow out in his eye socket and could have fractured bones in his face because of DEAD haha M.B punched him in his face oh and if his M.B dna is on the officers gun. Then this case is over Michael Brown will be rotting in a box like DEAD Trayvon Martin ironic lol

Let us all pray for Officer Darren Wilson. While performing his job & providing protection for us, the American People, many of the people have turned their backs on him. It appears that many of our high echelon people are ready to sacrifice Officer Wilson just to quieten the terrorists that are stealing & destroying private property & the livelihood of many in that area of the city. God Bless you Darren Wilson. My prayers as well to the family of Michael Brown. Our children do not always turn out to be the good souls we would like them to be.

Cops should be able to protect themselves against slobs like this, more power to them. Cops use deadly force under 1% of the time they are being assaulted, and these thugs that I pay for in taxes every payday walk all over the system. Its not even a race thing, i know plenty of stand out good black people, and there is no difference from white scum. Now these people want to burn down buildings and steal from uninvolved businesses.
