Question: If DHS Is “Surprised” At The Number Of Unaccompanied Minors Crossing The Border, Then Why Were They Looking For A Vendor To Support 65,000 Unaccompanied Minors In January ?…

On January 29th of this year, the federal government posted an advertisement seeking bids for a vendor contract to handle “Unaccompanied Alien Children“.

Not just any contract mind you, but a very specific contract – for a very specific number of unaccompanied minors: 65,000.

illegal alien 2

•  Why would DHS and ICE be claiming “surprise” by the current influx of unaccompanied minors on the border in June, when they were taking bids for an exact contract to handle the exact situation in January?

• Secondly, how could they possibly know anticipate 65,000 unaccompanied minors would be showing up at the border, when the most ever encountered in a previous year was 5,000 total ?

Here’s the bid specifics from [January 29th 2014] emphasis mine:

[...] The Contractor shall provide unarmed escort staff, including management, supervision, manpower, training, certifications, licenses, drug testing, equipment, and supplies necessary to provide on-demand escort services for non-criminal/non-delinquent unaccompanied alien children ages infant to 17 years of age, seven (7) days a week, 365 days a year. Transport will be required for either category of UAC or individual juveniles, to include both male and female juveniles. There will be approximately 65,000 UAC in total: 25% local ground transport, 25% via ICE charter and 50% via commercial air.

[...] In addition, the Contractor shall have personnel who are able to communicate with juveniles in their own designated language(s).

I downloaded the entire DHS posting (above) in the event it would mysteriously disappear.  You can read all the details for yourself.

It’s enough to make you think we might have (State Dept.) NGO’s in Panama, Honduras, Guatemala etc. directing this entire “surprise influx”….

…Nah, this administration would never intentionally orchestrate something so nefarious or troublesome, right?

Right?

How does a 7 year old kid get from Guatemala to the banks of the Rio Grande River? I ran away from home once and got 2 blocks. They seem to be able to get 2,000 miles.

Coyotes bring them. It is very expensive (and dangerous) and takes most years to save to pay for it. The US Government is paying for it. They are either paying the governments, non-profits, or have set up a payment center in the embassies. The government of Mexico is a full partner in this and knows all about it because it is allowing their citizens to “run” the border at will.

Exactly, I have seen no talk on how the kids are getting there. One article tried to explain that these kids from all over central america just started walking in the direction of the US. I bet when the truth does come to light it will be as unbelievable as Lois’ emails.

Here in the US, we send out kids on solo journeys around the world in a sailboat to circumnavigate the globe.
Over in Mexico, they send their unaccompanied kids to the US to cross the border alone (but no worries, ICE helps by taking the kids from the border to their illegal relatives residing anywhere in the US (even if ICE has to buy them a plane or bus ticket)

The government of Mexico published a series of pamphlets for illegals;ls heading north and they are most likely still in print – sort of an illegal immigration for dummies. You also have an elaborate business in Latin America that, for a price, moves illegals north into the US. There are rather cold but practical reasons for sending kids in place of the parents, God knows how many died or fell prey to bad guys on the way, no factual way to tell what percentage actually make it here.

This shows not just complicity of the U.S. government including the president, but goes beyond that to expose the president and U.S. government actively involved in the felony crime of human trafficking and associated RICO activities that is a criminal conspiracy. This is a blatant conspicuous felony crime done under color of law by those who assert they are above the law. Will the F.B.I. investigate, no of course not, because there is nothing to investigate. No crime of human trafficking exists because the political administrators of the F.B.I. which has become a political agency rather than a law enforcement agency say so. Or there is a claim that there is no jurisdiction. What we have in this country is systemic and ubiquitous criminal enterprise conducted openly in full public view, by a brazen crime syndicate that is masquerading as a legitimate government that has tentacles that reach from the highest office right down through a corrupt chain of command of oath violator accomplices into most or all local government, supported and enabled by corrupt courts. The U.S. has become a grand scale banana republic. This is simply one more aspect of what is grand scale corruption. Will there be a federal grand jury investigation, of course not, because the same DOJ that is the administrative authority for which the F.B.I. is the investigating body, the same DOJ that would pursue investigation or indictments through use of a federal grand jury will never convene such a grand jury, because the DOJ itself is an active conspirator in the crime that would be investigated. The same exception will be applied across the board to continue to enable any and all other crimes done under color of law which have the full approval and even active participation by the DOJ which is also a political agency. There is no law anymore, there is only politics.

Yep. When we lived in Monterey, the corporate Ag powers that run the Salinas Valley (salad bowl of America) decided that the illegal Mexicans were getting too demanding and uppity, so they starting importing illegal OTM’s who speak obscure, non-Spanish languages that require thousands in obscure language interpetation when they inevitably run afoul of “the system”. They also bring with them “quaint” traditions, like “loaning out” their 14 year old daughters for a case of beer.

This is a kind of government stupidity exposed when simply requiring a person to have verifiable credentials for personal identification and citizenship status as a prerequisite to be engaged in official business of whatever nature, has been misidentified as some sort of racial prejudice and profiling that is somehow a civil rights violation. How can it be a violation of rights to simply require a showing of bona fide credentials as identification and verification that a person is qualified to engage in a transaction of business that is restricted to those who are qualified? If a child tries to buy liquor or tobacco, they must show identification, so why should there be any exception for other transactions of other business that are limited to participation only for those having verifiable identification as credentials they are qualified? It seems like a no brainer that such basic identification and documentation requirements should go without saying, but remain a mystery to those who really want the laws they don’t like to simply not be enforced and be violated with impunity. Requiring proof of status isn’t like requiring someone to document their family tree for the past dozen generations. It is simply making a determination if a person is engaged in lawful business and should qualify for some transaction or is not engaged in lawful business and should be excluded.

I think one of the misconceptions is that all people speak one “Spanish” language, which presents a HUGE problem. In one school in urban Chicago, we confronted a patois of Cuban-, Puerto Rican-, Mexican-based dialects, not mention all the Indian and African language ethnic derivations. If you can’t communicate, ???????????? Then, then, then, examine the cultural differences. How much is too much?

The United States “undocumented travellers” destination is Mexico’s “final solution” for export of undesirables or unmanageables or unmentionables sent along like another export authorized and facilitated by NAFTA. It is like the Mariel boat lift from Castro’s Cuba multiplied times ten thousand. But the U.S. needs to be all nurturing and sensitive an stuff. Export involving human trafficking used as population control is an interesting concept. Tickets for the “freedom train” to Ameritpoia must be selling like hotcakes. First we got the big sucking sound like Ross Perot foretold and that big suck created a vacuum needing to be filled with anchor babies and such. If the U.S. was Alaska then Mexico is operating the Alaska Ferry out of Puget Sound, and the American taxpayer is supposed to be saying what …..Here come the brides? Send more hispanics please, because we don’t have to press 1 for English enough already. There’s an unacceptable disparate impact to diversity with there still being so many white people an stuff. And lately my white guilt has really been killing me so another dose of aversion therapy is just what the doctor ordered. Borders, culture, and language are focal attack points for destroying traditional American society, so lets keep the floodgates open to show how progressive we are. A melting pot or a sewer …..what have we really got?

Before that occurs, the Ruling Elite must wring every last dime out of the stock market and monetize as much debt as they can. Then, when they finally destroy the middle class, they will have their Oligarchy, where the rich elite control the poor masses through government-given Bread & Circuses.

Yes, people… socialism is just the modern version of the Feudal System. Ever since We The People began to rise up that day at Runnymede, the ruling class has been conspiring to put the genie back in the bottle. Destroying the USA is their last hurdle.

This is a very big and very coordinated effort they got going here. It has to have the cooperation of several countries in order for these kids to make it through Mexico. Once here these older teens will start breeding American citizens. One thing not even mentioned here is the cost of educating and job training for these older children. It will be a new class of welfare recipients that will pass down the tradition of living off the government to their future generations. The AA community should be holding riots to stop this influx of illegals because it will cut into their money tree. There will be a crime spree as they fight for territory.
