Terrible Irony – New York Wal Mart Employee Killed By Rampaging Black Mob Who Trampled Him To Death on Black Friday

2008 Wal Mart employee trampled to death by 2,000 people who stormed Wal Mart to go shopping.   The people who tried to help him became victims to the swarming mob also.  Guess this answers my previous question about are there any normal people left in New York?……  Apparently NOT !

New York - A Wal-Mart worker died early Friday after an “out-of-control” mob of frenzied shoppers  smashed through the Long  Island store’s front doors and trampled him, police said.

The Black Friday stampede plunged the Valley  Stream outlet into chaos, knocking several employees to the ground and  sending others scurrying atop vending machines to avoid the horde.

When the madness ended, 34-year-old Jdimytai Damour was dead and four  shoppers, including a woman eight months pregnant, were injured.

“He was bum-rushed by 200 people,” said Wal-Mart worker Jimmy Overby, 43.

“They took the doors off the hinges. He was trampled and killed in front of  me.

“They took me down, too … I didn’t know if I was going to live through it.  I literally had to fight people off my back,” Overby said.

Damour, a temporary maintenance worker from Jamaica, Queens,  was gasping for air as shoppers continued to surge into the store after its 5  a.m. opening, witnesses said.

Even officers who arrived to perform CPR on the trampled worker were stepped  on by wild-eyed shoppers streaming inside, a cop at the scene said.

“They pushed him down and walked all over him,” Damour’s sobbing sister,  Danielle, 41, said. “How could these people do that?

Very salient point, Joshua; there is a very ugly and violent and uncontrolled situation developing in our country which could rip the fabric of our country to shreds. At the very least, survival demands we understand what is happening enough to stay out of it’s way.
Hate rants from our ranks just make the ranting sick with hate addiction and helps no one understand anything.
In a related phenomenon, the beat down game seems to arise from peer social media and interpersonal interaction in which the ‘this is fun’ notion is not questioned, is talked up, girls egging on boys, the anti-white element– it makes me wonder if recruiters from the major gangs are interjecting these ideas, watching the media jabber, noting who actually acts on it and making a sidling up approach and a pitch….
Here is where your point finds relevance: in absence of guidance in childhood, peers become parents to each other…
Just a few thoughts in the wee hours….

There is no value in killing an innocent child. These monsters don’t become monsters by accident. These women don’t raise their kids that is why they become monsters. What needs to be done is start holding these parents responsible for the actions of their kids. Then maybe they’d start taking an interest in actually raising their kids.

How are we doing that, Michellc? Two poor working married parents struggling — well, hard! — to raise their children have no medical insurance, can’t qualify for Medicaid.

But, an illiterate pregnant 14 year old girl gets medical care up the wazoo — all at taxpayer expense. Then, again, the next time. And food stamps and…. housing…. What message is being sent to her?

A — forced — abortion would be cheaper, both in the short and, long, term. America does not need this problem, now. Do you know what the attorneys, the courts and the prisons are going to cost us, now? …..Lady in Red

An abortion is murder. Convenience and cost cannot enter into discussions resulting in murder being condoned. While you may not approve of that pregnant 14 year old girl, that has nothing whatever to do with the child.

ADD: Perhaps forced sterilization would make more sense, after a couple of “mistakes”, or maybe stop paying after two.

I wonder how massive the problem is going to become, how expensive for society (in money and anguish, both) before we realize that, like the creation of the dependency culture by liberals in the 1960′s, anti-abortion types are — and are continuing — to create this problem (and these fat, non-thinking, materialistic thugs aren’t having a real “fun life” either!). Since the beginning of time, societal evil is *never* done in the name of evil, but always wrapped in a moral cloak of good and righteousness.

I don’t know what you are talking about – I never “clucked that these girls should be better at guiding their brood”. That was someone else, perhaps.

As for packs of dogs, humans are not dogs. Our social problems stem from liberal policies that reward bad behavior, and insure that you can get something for nothing. I abhor those policies. Up until the 1970′s, intact families were the norm, rather than the exception, and the destruction of the family is a result of the Great Society.

Now that the government has destroyed the family, and we have been handed a sick society, your answer is to kill the results? To enable government to meddle once again? Because they’ve done such a great job so far. /s That’s really sad.

As much as I’d like to at times force sterilization on men and women, we are supposed to have a free country where people are allowed liberty and pursuit of happiness and not communist China, so I’d never be for such a law.
Abortion is even worse, then you’d have people deciding which babies live and die. I guess you’d probably enjoy living in China, where they do this. One child limit and all others are killed.

The answer is much simpler without becoming communist and condoning abortion, we can at least limit welfare programs if not eliminate them. You can have the right to have as many children as you want, but you can’t have the right for us to support them.

We anti-abortion types aren’t causing this. A culture that embraces anti-family, anti-God, anti- personal responsibility, pro-do what feels good, pro-give me is what is causing it.

God will judge those who promote abortion and those who think they can pick and choose which of his children can be killed in the womb as you seem to be promoting and seem to be promoting killing those of a certain skin color and education level. How long should it be legal for a woman to kill her baby? Our laws say murder is illegal and women killing their newborn will be charged with murder. So what is the difference? It is still murder and as Stella pointed out, it was illegal to have an abortion before Roe V Wade when a panel of judges forced their will on our country.

Murdering babies goes beyond religious beliefs, any woman who has ever carried a baby knows that it is murdering a living human.

I resent that you compare a child to a dog and have so little respect for human life that you wish you could choose which children you could have killed.

To Lady in Red: There are many ways to avoid having children. The first is to keep your knees together. The other is to use effective birth control, which has been available for at least fifty years now. After my daughter was born, and I divorced, I managed to stay “unpregnant” for fifteen years, after which I had my “tubes tied”. Take responsibility – that’s the answer.

None of us is “forcing” women to have children. We would like them to stop committing murder.

Abortion is murder. It is the worst kind of murder, an innocent child who never harmed anyone.
Two working parents struggling can still raise their kids to have values and know right from wrong.
My husband and I haven’t lived a life of luxury and all a bed of roses. We had times when our kids were young when putting food on the table was a struggle. We still managed to raise well behaved kids and certainly raised kids that weren’t out running the streets, robbing, murdering, etc.

How do we make parents responsible, by making them responsible, if your 13 or 14 year old child is out robbing and murdering, you’re responsible because you’re not keeping your child at home under your care.
We start promoting family and quit rewarding poor behavior. Welfare for a maximum of one year, food stamps a maximum of two years. If you have another child while on welfare, you’re cut off.

You don’t say we won’t hold parents responsible for their children because of the cost anymore than you say you don’t hold murderers responsible because of the cost.
You sure as heck don’t murder babies because it would be cheap and stop women from having babies.

You say you’re the Lady in Red. Are you a Mother? Have you carried and given birth to a baby? If so, how can you so easily say just force abortions? Because a Mother cannot say that and then claim it’s not murdering a baby.

So…a man was trampled to death and you go on a rant about uneducated people breeding monsters that kill innocent people. I don’t know you but I doubt if you were there you would have tried to do anything for the people lying on the ground since clearly youre one of those “survival of the fittest” only the strong can survive, darwinistic ignorant people that look at everything as a whole instead of thinking about individual human rights. A woman that decides to have her child and be responsible for her actions will always be a better woman in my eyes than someone who was eager enough to lay on her back but not strong enough to stand up and be a mother to her child who DID NOT ask for life. Some of the most successful people in the world came from nothing and worked their asses off to get where they are. I would hate to live in a world where people like you are in control and would kill potential leaders, doctors, scientists, and inspirational figures in history because you THINK that they have nothing to contribute to society. You think that monsters killed that man but I think that monsters are people that would force a woman to abort her child because she isn’t rich enough to afford name brand clothes. If people like you ruled. So many of history’s greatest figures would never have been born because their families were poor. So how about you go tell all those Walmart employess that their coworkers death was a blessing because in your eyes if you’re working at Walmart, that means your a uneducated , don’t have health insurance and hence, you should not reproduce. But finally let me ask u this. When those uneducated monters with no future are gone, who is gonna get your coffee, ring your groceries at the store, and change your oil? Hmm….? You heartless bitch.

Just exactly how do you know how that child will turn out?

I personally know a woman who had a single mother, a single alcoholic mother, a single alcoholic mother who often left her 5 year old daughter home alone to take care of her 2 year old sister. This life she lived until she was 14 years old, feeding her and her sister whatever her mother bothered to leave in the house to eat whether it was a box of mac and cheese that she learned how to make at 5, the earliest she can remember, probably because before then was too horrible to remember, or a ketchup sandwich, when they were really lucky they might have some cheese or canned meat to eat. At 14 her mother died from alcohol poisoning. Her sister and her were then passed around from one bad foster home to another until a kind woman she met at church when she was 17 took her and her sister into her home and treated them like her own. This woman and her husband probably wouldn’t meet up to your standards either, as she wasn’t a highly educated woman or wealthy woman, but she gave them a roof over their head, food in their bellies and most importantly gave them love and security.

She’s not famous today and neither is her sister, neither are wealthy, but they both have families, neither are alcoholics and both contribute to society. They both also help as many kids as they can find who need help and have touched many lives over the years.

How dare you say because their mother was a drunk, her kids would turn out to be the same and should have been killed before they were ever given a chance at life.

Like I said earlier, you have serious issues and seem to want to continue putting the value of a child’s life on the same level as an animal. I honestly feel sorry for you, a life without God has turned you into a very cold, heartless woman.

If you put a swimming pool inyour yard and do not fence it and leave it unsupervised, a person wanders in, jumps in and downs – you are sued and screwed. Leave your trampoline outside without a fence and unsupervised, a child wanders in, jumps on it, falls off and gets hurt you can be sued and screwed. The ‘attractive nuisance’ suit generally involves the actions of children but I’m waiting for some hungry civil lawyer to apply it, or another civil process (if you’re a civil lawyer don’t start on me, go sue someone) to the Black Friday phenomenon.
These stores whip up a buying frenzy with advertised super low prices on selected goods, designed to fire-up the shopper’s primitive genetic-level ‘acquire lust’. People wait in line for days, 24/7, just to get a choice spot and as the store gets ready to open the people inside frequently ‘tickle’ the crowd outside to get the blood apumpin’. EVERY YEAR we see news stories on the doors being pulled open, people spilling, trampling one another, some being injured, frenzied shoppers fighting over an item – one report yesterday of a shopper being shot by another shopper over a sale item.
Come..on…civil lawyers, am I the only one here seeing the huge potential of financial gain here? Why aren’t you setting up kiosks outside of major mall Black Friday manifestations? Why no law clerks dressed as elves handing out pre-printed ‘sue the SOB’ forms? In the true American lawyer advertising system charts showing fees schedules for various suits and success rates could be featured to drum up clients’. Little on-the-go kits for those potential clients who had to be medevaced before they could close the deal. Handy places for the walking-wounded shoppers to sit and securely shelve their purchases while they waited to be fitted for a suit. Come on guys, the potential’s there, show some good old American holiday entrepreneurial spirit and GO FOR IT!

Most of us had liability insurance outside of what the Parish provided, as you could never be sure if the political structure would just decide to throw you to the wolves and working in the civil section made most deputies paranoid or experts in magical thinking.
Nationwide we’re looking at roughly one lawyer (total of all kinds) for every 250 people (note I didn’t say ‘citizen’). Kaiser Family Foundation (2012) estimates roughly break down to 1 physician (TTL of specialists and GPs) for every 375 people. Best figures on the number of sworn police officers (those who can make arrests) I can cobble together is 2008 and the ratio is about 1 officer per 397 people. Sooooo, the growth industry seems to be lawyer. With a 1-to-250 ratio you gotta be creative in your feeding habits to keep from starvin’.

  17. One big Wrongful Death lawsuit, paid for by companies opening on Black Friday, will stop the $10 flat screens that drive people crazy. That is, unless the actuaries have determined that the profits are greater than the payout.

Get 2 or more people killed in these melees, and subsequent Wrongful Death payouts, and some of these companies are going to realize it just ain’t worth it.

Either stay open 24 hours a day through the holidays, or open up an usual without the $10 flat screens.

Electromagnetic lock the doors after incidences like that, camera zoom in on who crushed the life out of that person, arrest them accordingly then close the store with heavy police presensce outside to deter baclash. May the Lord Jesus return soon and seperate the sheep from the goats.

These stores are a disgrace opening up before 9 or 10 AM Friday, much less on Thanksgiving Day. I wouldn’t give any of those retailers a plug nickel on either day.

The mother of the child should be cited for endangering the welfare of a minor by even bringing her into that environment. One man lost his life working for Wal Mart a few years back because he probably would have lost his job had he not gone to work; However, shoppers who put themselves in that environment deserve whatever they get. They should be spending time at home with family and friends instead of being bargain whores looking to save a few bucks on holiday presents. Believe me, no one needs a damn TV or tablet that bad and if you can’t afford it a regular price, buy what you can afford.

FYI, I live in New Orleans and shopped locally today instead of giving my money to corporate America yesterday. I did not get trampled and got some very good bargains while putting my money in my fellow New Orleanians pockets where it belongs.

I’m starting to think that Black Friday deals are tantamount to falsely yelling “Fire” in a crowded theater as it is ikely to incite imminent lawless action. Merchants who want to increase their sales could so easily achieve the same results by offering timed sales online or by guaranteed sale prices for the entire month, or by other methods I’m sure.

I personally have never participated in Black Fridays… something about this has always offended me. If a store wants my business, they should not make me feel panic… and frankly I don’t want to be in any crowd, much less ones that are primed for action. I’d much rather buy less in order to avoid stressful situations.
