The Philip Chism Case – He Also Raped Her With “an object”

(Daily Mail)  The 14-year-old student accused of murdering  his teacher also raped her with an ‘object’ before dumping her body, it was  alleged in court on Thursday.

Locked up: Philip Chism, 14, stands during his arraignment on Wednesday. Chism was held without bai;

Danvers High School student Philip Chism was  indicted in a Massachusetts court on charges of murder,  aggravated rape and armed robbery in the slaying of his math teacher Colleen  Ritzer on October 22.

Authorities believe Chism, a soccer standout,  followed Ritzer into a second-floor bathroom after school armed with a box  cutter, stabbed her, wheeled her body outside in a large recycling bin and  dumped it in the woods behind the school.

District Attorney Jonathan  Blodgett also said in court on Thursday  the teen stole her iPhone, credit cards and underwear before raping her with an  ‘object’ and killing her. (continue reading)

I see that he is described as white on the police form. It looks to me that he is as white as Obama.

    • Libby says:

I wanna know how racial his social media accounts were (it seems to be more and more common that the familty of the thug’s are given a chance by the cops to alter their social media accounts before info is made public so as to allow the family to hide the motivations of the racists).
We know that traythug had very racial social media account activity that his family were quick to take down and the police then pretended like the racist nature of the attacker didnt exist (its like the cops work for the thugs, now-if only to help clean up their image)

    • Libby says:

He was just getting revenge for slavery (I am real surprised the media didnt suggest he was just standing his ground like they did with traythug)

    • Ned says:

Philip Chism is BLACK and Colleen Ritzer is WHITE..

Naturally this will NOT be considered a “hate crime” since the criminal is BLACK.

  2. DaneChile says:

Just another example of lib media reporting. I can think of several issues I would have included in the reportage; (1) Why listed as “white” and no mention is made of his parents? (2) Why aren´t the middle and last names of the parents included as required by the form? (3) Why is the race of the victim not mentioned? (4) Why is the location of the offense redacted when news reports clearly state where it took place? (5) Did he remove the panties and rape her before or after death? That is, in the bathroom or in the woods? (6) What was the mysterious object that they seem to be so hesitant to mention?

Trying to hide just how violent and sickening the incident was? For example, I doubt that death resulted from a single stab wound inflicted by a box cutter. I have a feeling it was a far more vicious attack. We need to see the autopsy.

    • CarrieAnn says:

As to number six, I think the DM may have updated the story. It now states the object was a tree branch. I find it devastating that a child so young could do something so cruel and twisted.

And I agree with all of your points above – these incidents all need to be reported more accurately and thoroughly. It’s become quite clear that we have have far too many violent, young black offenders attacking whites and Asians with what the authorities claim is no motive. If we aren’t informed and can’t honestly discuss what’s happening, there’s no chance at all of it being stopped.

      • LetJusticePrevail" says:

Wow. I just read the “updated” version of the article, which includes the details of his despicable crime. What a hate-filled monster he is, even at the young age of 14. EVERY bleeding heart liberal minded education major should be required to read about the details of this case BEFORE they embark on a career to “save underprivileged or inner city youth”. They ALL need to know the very real dangers they face.

      • Ned says:

The idea is NOT to have it stop! Have you heard Jessie Jackson, Al Sharpton of bozo, Obama talking or complaining about the “knock out” game or this? Of course not! It is BLACK on WHITE CRIME. It is INTENTIONAL.

    • Alana G. says:

In response to your first question, some states racially categorize a child by the race of their mothers and some by the race of their fathers. Since Philip was born to a white woman, he was listed as white after his birth (of course, this does not mean he’ll be treated or see any differently than other black people). I don’t know of any time where the race or complete names of the parents were needed/used on any document unless they were involved or there was some kind of petition (ex: a name change, although I don’t think that’s necessary to include in every state).

  3. DaneChile says:

And if Zimmerman was characterized as a “white Hispanic”, will this kid be designated a “white-black”?

    • Reading his parents divorce papers his mother was born in Brazil ! Not sure if he has any white in him ??

      • canadacan says:

The old fashioned term mulatto might cover it. There’s a huge mixed blood population in Brazil

      • Alana G. says:

His mother is white, though she could actually be half/part black (especially if she wasn’t born in the U.S.)… The way Brasil identifies people is strange… If your skin is lighter than a certain shade, you are white. If your skin is darker, you’re black… If you’re in the middle, you’re just listed as brown or Pardo.

    • Ned says:

You see a BLACK person is always the VICTIM. A BLACK person is NEVER supposed to be the CRIMINAL. Never mind about reality where BLACKS and HISPANICS commit the most crime.

  4. IFoundMyVoice says:

Imagine if with all of the “multiculturalism” that young education students were taught, the truth about protecting themselves–backed up with crime statistics–was also part of their college curriculum.

Young teachers and social workers are the most idealistic and fervent idealists we have. THEY can stem the tide, make a difference, CARE enough to turn night to day.

But the truth is that in the past 50 years we have put billions into social programs for “at risk” youth. The freebies include: prenatal care for mothers, nutrition/healthcare/stimulation programs for infants, Head Start, free books/lessons/trips/camps/chess/the classics/music lessions and instruments/clothing/uniforms/tuition/tutoring alongside Mom’s SNAP and EBT.

Helped along by grading curves, quotas, scholarships and outreach programs, students with dubious criminal history or even sociopathic tendencies are placed into situations they may not be able to handle. And an entire classroom of kids suffers.

There is not a dollar amount, a program, a fund, a scholarship that can make a dent in the futures sabotaged by their families, their communities, and popular culture. It is not the American way to say,”We failed.” Instead we raise a new group of idealist kids who believe THEY can care, love and dedicate their working lives to right the Titanic.

I have heard the arguments for years. Ones about white privilege, incarceration rate of black males, the remnants of Jim Crow and slavery. How have we addressed THAT they ask. I say billions of dollars, millions of Americans and the result is that we went from Jim Crow to unwed mothers, drug culture, huge rates of crime and the only thing that black America has gotten riled up about since OJ’s arrest is the killing of Trayvon Martin.

I suppose with the popularity of The Knockout Game we shall see quite a few George Zimmerman types. And the unwed mothers, the thugs, the deadbeats can but tee shirts with a picture of the newest shooting victim and pad the pockets of hundreds of enterprising students entrepreneurs of the BGI. This is where “education,” the ability to think and reason, begins and ends.

Your college student, with their yet-completely-formed young brain and starry eyes may come to you with deep emotion after reading a book about a black hero born in segregated Mississippi and say,”I want to make a difference!”

Tell them they can and should. In Appalachia, perhaps. Where things have not changed much in hundreds of years, where young men and women might be interested in the larger world. In rural communities where kids of farmers and ranchers love to learn about culture that is a far drive from where they live and are excited about a career quite different from agriculture. In programs for kids desperate to learn but have the challenges of dyslexia or other issues.

But tell them the truth. Tell them, at 20, they have been taught so much about the issues of the inner city being traced back to slavery, Jim Crow or profiling at Barney’s but it is simply a smokescreen. Tell them that their one precious life cannot be as point man on a battlefield, which is precisely what a young, non-black teacher is.

Tell them men and women who served in the marines or other armed services are drawn to teach in inner cities because they are smart, tough and not afraid of teenagers with attitudes. Those same vets make rapid escapes. “Impossible mission. Retreating.”

Finally, remind them that Oprah, the richest, most famous black woman in the world, created a girls’ school in South Africa, not America. When asked why she didn’t develop a boarding school for the thousands of black girls in very real peril in Chicago or Detroit, Oprah responded that American girls in the inner city don’t care about education, only clothes and cell phones and things.

I think that says it all. Oprah, with her billions and her name and her clout, didn’t even want to TRY. “Impossible mission. Refuse to engage.”

    • Janet says:

Well said. I am passing this along. Thank you.

    • thehoff71 says:

What an absolutely powerful, double barreled load of truth. Thank you. I will be passing this on as well.

    • Ned says:

All of these tax payer funded social help programs now teach CLASS WARFARE and RACISM. Thank Obama for that. He doesn’t miss a beat in promoting this crap.

    • hiphugher says:

Thank you for articulating so succinctly all that has been given to these individuals at the expense or, to the detriment I submit, to white males. Unless they come from wealthy families white males find themselves at the bottom of the rung no matter how qualified (high scores on SAT and other academic achievement); they are denied entrance into universities because they are the wrong color or, don’t possess a particular athletic talent– it doesn’t matter that these individuals have “C” averages at best.

  5. rmnewt says:

is he or his father Muslim?

  6. pjoe says:

Like Travon this guy has no previous record to speak of. Someone needs to dig deeper behind the wall of political correctness and see if there is a school diversion program that hid his past behavior.

    • AdukeLAXobserver says:

Trayvon was just a ordinary thug down a real bad path. There are lots of Travons out there. This kid is evil. Lucky for us there isn’t as many people like Philip Chism out there.

      • dws says:

I wouldn’t really say “ordinary”. Unless your ordinary thug sucker punches strangers in the dark, pounds their head into the concrete and says, “Tonights the night you die MF’er”. I’m not too familiar with thugs but if the ordinary ones do that then God help us all.

        • auscitizenmom says:

          Really!!! Scary thoughts!!!

        • AdukeLAXobserver says:

I don’t think Trayvon set out to kill that night. I do think he wouldn’t have had a problem doing so. He was not a good kid by any stretch. Chism set out to kill and rape. I think Chism is as evil as they come.

          • LetJusticePrevail" says:

I see your point, and agree to some extent. I don’t believe that TM “set out” to kill George, but found himself in the untenable position of having failed to knock George out with one punch, and had to continue the attack while knowing full well that the police were on their way. I think his desperation escalated his behavior to the point where George might very well have died had he not been prepared. In the Chism case, it does *appear* that the ultimate result was in sight before the attack was initiated, since he took a weapon with him when he followed her to the restroom. But then, I still have not heard all the details, such as where he got the weapon from, or any of his explanations about the exact sequence of events. Either way, though, there does seem to be an element of premeditation that was lacking in TM’s attack on George.

    • I live only one city between Danvers, I’ve heard rumor that philip’s teacher Colleen was failing him in math that being said …..he was a “stand out soccer player “with bad grades = kick off the team !

      • AdukeLAXobserver says:

Bad grades doesn’t necessarily mean your kicked off the team. You will become academically ineligible at some point. But still a member of the team if the coach doesn’t kick you off. The decision is the coaches I believe. But it could differ in different states and schools. Also the way it was done when I was in high school is the teachers told your coach if you were causing problems in class or if your grades were slipping. Not something you want your coach knowing. If the kid is really good I doubt the coach would want to kick him off. I have seen coaches not kick off really bad players too. One reason I am so in favor of school sports is that it can save kids from going down the wrong path. Helps give them disciple. Look where Travon went when he no longer had football. I seen lots of kids when I was growing up go down the wrong path when they quit sports. Coaches may look at themselves as second fathers to these kids.

        • This came right from Danvers high school handbook I want to participate in extracurricular activities. How do I know if I am eligible? To be eligible for all extracurricular activities, including but not limited to band, sports, theater, and clubs, students must pass all classes with a D (65) or higher. The student must also obtain a C- (70) or higher in two (2) of the five (5) major content areas which include math, science, English, social studies and foreign language. See academic eligibility section

          • AdukeLAXobserver says:

Those standards likely mimic state standards. But the school might have higher standards. It also doesn’t say kicked off team. Not meeting the standards would make them academically ineligible and not able to play. Kicked off the team means don’t come back. Or at least that is what it meant when my old HS coach kicked guys off. They were dead to him and the rest of the team. I know way back when I was in high school we had a few people become ineligible. Some happened during the off season. They ended up taking summer school. Can’t remember if they practiced with the team or not. But they were still considered members of the team. A few had their grades dip during the season and they were not allowed to play a few games. That was the state policy. They had to get cleared by the state to play again.

Too bad he wasn’t aborted, in utero, at about 8.875 months. (But, as painlessly as possible. …Because we are humane…. with the disposal of unloved kittens and puppies, as well.)

Would have saved the world — his family, Colleen Ritzer’s family and poor Colleen herself — unimaginable pain, grief, humiliation. ….Lady in Red

I’m sure he’s got some Obama DNA.

  12. yankeeintx says:

I’ve read so many comments of people trying to come up with a motive. Maybe his grades, maybe his parents divorce, maybe the move up north, but sometimes there is no real reason. Evil does exist.

I don’t get why everyone focuses on race so much…as if race has ever been the determining factor of one’s actions…bottom line..what Phillip did was evil, and he now must suffer the consequences.. whatever race he is or where his parents came from is highly irrelevant

    • nobaddog says:

Because one race that is a small percentage of the population is committing a high percentage of the violent crime. Maybe that’s why people focus on the race of the criminal. Ya think since there’s so many violent criminals of the same race maybe race has something to do with it?
If there is a mob of white males on one street and a mob of black males on the other, what street will you take? LOL

    • auscitizenmom says:

It’s not irrelevant according to statistics.

    • Sharon says:

I don’t get why everyone focuses on race so much

Only those who stand to benefit from it focus on it. Not everyone does.

And those who do not are badgered and attacked because they won’t.
