The monitoring of this site has been EXCELLENT! Sometimes the videos are screwed up – but that is not the fault of the administration. Because of the HONESTY, and SUPPORT we have on “TreeHouse” – I think we will save George Zimmerman. That is the entire reason we post here.
I post here for George but mostly I post here because George could be anyone of us. I also know George is very lucky most people don’t get lawyers like West and O’Mara when you have no money and those people usually take a plea deal because they can’t afford to defend themselves. I believe George will be free of all this.

(raises hand) I can answer on that question if Maher is gay. He is not. In fact, he is a WhoreMaster who spends a lot of time over at the Playboy Mansion picking out his next candy treat. He is a total womanizer who I think may be a sex addict (same thing that Michael Douglas was treated for many years ago). So … NO he is not gay, not even the slightest.
They have even alluded to GZ being gay (and a paedophile ) and that being his motive pursuing TM.
Sexual orientation is not relevant to anything REAL in this case and besides, like every other matter… Traybots just make stuff up… the real facts would do not matter.
They seem to be somewhat “repressed” themselves in many aspects of their psychological make up. Judging by their puerile attempts at “humour” and their fixation with toilets, faeces, and other bodily functions (I have posted many examples from the site Madam and from the worker cretins) they are somewhat “anally fixated”. I don’t have sufficient information to make a formal diagnosis, but I am sure from what I have read over 4 years of reading their posts that there are indications of several likely sexual dysfunctional individuals indicated by what is manifesting itself in their posting.

I know it’s assumed that most of the JQer people, the DogPound and the likes are “liberals” or some variation. I have a friend who’s been going through some rough times lately. This is something he posted a few days ago. I thought some of you might like it, and I think it can relate to what’s going on with George. They might try to bury him, but they ain’t gonna succeed!

One day a farmer’s donkey fell down into a well. The animal cried piteously for hours as the farmer tried to figure out what to do. Finally, he decided the animal was old, and the well needed to be covered up anyway; it just wasn’t worth it to retrieve the donkey.
He invited all his neighbors to come over and help him. They all grabbed a shovel and began to shovel dirt into the well. At first, the donkey realized what was happening and cried horribly. Then, to everyone’s amazement he quieted down.
A few shovel loads later, the farmer finally looked down the well. He was astonished at what he saw. With each shovel of dirt that hit his back, the donkey was doing something amazing. He would shake it off and take a step up.
As the farmer’s neighbors continued to shovel dirt on top of the animal, he would shake it off and take a step up. Pretty soon, everyone was amazed as the donkey stepped up over the edge of the well and happily trotted off!
MORAL :

I hope George can come out of this on top, but I fear that some of the people who have it out for him have the means to get their way regardless of the facts and law. I hope I’m wrong! The toll this is taking on George is obvious in the weight gain and just using common sense about being in a situation like that…
I really admire that George isn’t the type to take a plea deal or give up.
I wonder how he’s really holding up. I’m sure some days are better than others…I can only imagine what it must be like. His brother seems like a strong support system for him.
I wonder how he’s holding up too. I cannot imagine the stages that he’s passed through already, with more to come. I’m sure at times he was despondant and I know that makes all of us incredibly sad! But it’s perfectly normal for someone unfortunate enough to find themselves public enemy #1 to the BGI and their white compatriots the Champions of the Blacks! Nothing is more frustrating than dealing with illogical idiots, and then add to it the sheer hate they directed at him! Hopefully he’s gotten used to the fact that his life is forever changed and there’s no going back. He will feel better when the legal circus has ended and he can move on, in whatever direction he and Shellie choose. It won’t be their old lives but that doesn’t mean it can’t be good or even better than before.
Love the story. George, keep up your strength and don’t give up. You have so many people behind you. We don’t march in the streets and threatean to burn our houses down, but we know how important this is to you, and to us.

Subject: The honesty and ethics of Bernie.
I often wonder about how much “compromise” a person will make – when he is charged with keeping justice and honesty as his “goal in life”.
Bernie is an example of that total failure – on every level. In my opinion.
I’m not sure any of the state players even know what honesty and ethics. I was looking into background info and past stories about some of the political figures that have inserted themselves into this case and Corrine Brown from Jacksonville stood out. Rick Scott’s Chief of Staff, Adam Hollingsworth, was involved in a little scandle with Corrine Brown a few years back. He ordered some state employees to fill and sandbag her home so it didn’t get flooded. She is a crooked woman. Mr. Hollingsworth was a long time friend of Scotts and was a “problem solver” and he even helped Scott win the election for Gov. Makes me wonder if he was consulted as a problem solver in the TM case. Hollingsworth did work for the Mayor of Jacksonville. BDLR, Corey and Brown are all from Jacksonville also.
I have been thinking on this subject and while I would like to think that everyone is driven by politics, dishonest or unethical in this case, I have to consider that some of the players are actually driven by the belief that GZ is guilty.
Throughout history we have seen misguided individuals driven by their beliefs to commit crimes, do unethical things and behave in manner that they would not, normally. As the saying the end justifies the means implies, is not wrong if done for the right reason, or achieve the right outcome in their minds.
Is this the case in here? I don’t know, but it would certainly fit, the actions of the prosecutions, the statements that they maintain saying that are factually incorrect, but they seem to convinced themselves are true. The steps they have taken to prolong, delay and plain hide some evidence would also demonstrate this.
Having spoken to Jack, it became clear why some people reluctance to accept GZ s story. Is not that it makes sense is or that the law is not on GZ’s side, is the that there are some things that are, can’t and will probably will never will fully explained about that incident. Perhaps, people are to used to seeing things wrapped up neatly, like on most crime shows, or people reluctance to accept the unexplained.
People want to know a minute by minute playback, if they don’t see that, they get suspicious. This is fine, but life is messy. GZ did not walk around with a marker and a chronograph, to mark and time everything that happened that day. He can’t recall every event as it happened and then marked that spot. They can’t or won’t accept that events happened and sometimes they are not easily explained.
As we have seen with the JFK assassination, 9-11 and others, somethings will be explained satisfactorily to everyone, reasonably or not it is how the world works. We have to accept it, or not, but it will not change.
Very true, I’ve met a few people from our neighborhood who just hate guns and consider GZ guilty because they are ignorant to Florida gun laws and don’t think anyone should own a gun. It is incredibly frustrating to try and explain anything to them, so I stopped trying. I figure if they can’t understand why people have the right to own a gun and carry it, then they will never understand (and I don’t think they want to) that George is innocent.
Some brains are less absorbent than others.
I don’t doubt that there are some people who really believe what they’re saying, who really believe George is guilty as sin and Trayvon did nothing wrong. But mostly those are people who haven’t followed the minute details of the case. As for the prosecution, though…

No, I don’t think that’s it… not at all. I think the whole reason they have taken steps “to prolong, delay and plain hide some evidence” has ZERO to do with them believing George is truly guilty. Rather, the whole reason they’re doing that is to cover THEMSELVES. They KNOW that the whole case against George was based on LIES from the very start. But the further they’ve taken this, the deeper they dug their hole. To the point that now all the evidence, rather than incriminating George, actually incriminates THEM…. actually exposes the CONSPIRACY they’ve engaged in. THAT is why they’re hiding and manipulating evidence and witnesses.
The State choosing to prosecute GZ, hold evidence and play games, I agree that that is all political and agenda driven, saving their behinds.
There are many people who don’t follow the case and unfortunately form opinions of what they have heard from others or the media. I would guess that there are many TM supporters who still think TM is that little 10yr old in the photo printed on People Mag.

Jello, I think you misunderstood what I meant. Is possible for all the evidence to exculpatory, but since the Prosecution for whatever reason feels GZ is guilty, they know in their guts, so to speak, that they may be trying to delay the inevitable. In other words, they feel he is guilty but can’t prove it and the evidence is against them. You see is not about the law or the evidence anymore is about how they personally think or have convinced themselves.
Oh, I agree that they’d like to do whatever they can to convict George, and I expect that at this point they know that’s very, very unlikely to happen. But I just don’t think they really BELIEVE that George is guilty. I know that’s cynical of me… but it’s how I feel. I really, honestly believe that Ben Crump, Natalie Jackson, Bernie di la Rionda, Angela Corey, and others KNOW that George is innocent. They KNOW that, and yet they do. not. care! And I think they are all horrible human beings. I’m still holding out a TINY bit of hope for Bernie. He may yet stand up and say, “I’m through with following orders. This is wrong.” I know it’s EXTREMELY unlikely he’ll do this, but he’s the only one I can even imagine ANY possibility of that happening.
So just to put it simply, no, I don’t believe any of these people truly believe George is guilty. Quite the opposite… I believe they KNOW he’s not guilty. And that’s why they all need to be PUNISHED for what they’ve done.
I hope you are wrong, I can sort accept and perhaps forgive someone acting on their principles and beliefs but if they are acting maliciously as you say let them burn in hell.
They know he’s not guilty, and they’re STUCK. There will be no plea deal, the Persecution is forced to proceed with this sham of a case.

Of course they know what happened – they “made up” the DeeDee story and coached her to tell her invented story to Bernie – in Sybrina’s home. That is HIGHLY WEIRD. Bernie, must have known – of SUSPECTED that DeeDee was a “plant”. Yet he “played along” by coaching DeeDee to tell a “better story” – like attempting to get HER to say that George followed and attacked TM.

I’d suggest that the previous working friendship Ben Crump & Pam Bondi (then ASA) forged during the Martin Lee Anderson case enabled Crump to (allegedly) persuade Pam Bondi to assist the scheme. First thing Parks/Crump did was erase the 17 year old Trayvon from public records & social media. Next was to have the State declare Trayvon a victim of violent crime by way of Sybrina applying for victim relief compensation from the State. Note that once Pam Bondi signed off on Trayvon’s victim status without conducting an investigation, Sybrina never completed the paperwork & (allegedly) never went back to collect $0.02 from the victim relief fund. There was a concerted effort to (allegedly) illegally declare Trayvon the victim of a violent crime. If proven; That would put Pam Bondi in the position of facilitator, the scheme was improbable without the friendship between Ben Crump & Pam Bondi. Bondi manipulated Governor Scott into appointing a special prosecutor so as to bypass the Grand Jury & enable the scheme to rape due process of law.
So far as the (alleged) State conspiracy against George Zimmerman, the bulls eye lays upon Pam Bondi’s hot ass but I’m hoping she brings Angela Corey & BDLR down with her for Title 18, U.S.C., Section 242 – Deprivation of Rights Under Color of Law.

I find that scenerio very far-fetched and makes little sense. It is much more believeable that Mr. Martin continued to swing at him while Georgie tried to get way to where he finally fell or was pushed down about 35 feet from where it started. The fact that he said he got hit, fell down and Mr. Martin got in top is just the abridged version, THAT IS ALL IT IS!
In your version, why in the world would he go to attack someone who is much taller and younger and may be his physical superior, when he has a gun which he could use? Why wouldn’t he take it out at that time instead of trying to attack him? There was NO WAY that if Mr. Martin wanted to run away that Georgie would have caught him. There is ZERO proof that that was what transpired. ZERO PROOF! Without evidence to the contrary and even if many believe that Georgie is a liar, he will be acquitted.
The fact that the 2/26 GPS data is missing and the State has been hiding the cell site map make me think that Trayvon’s actual route is harmful to the State’s case.
State hid color photo of Z’s bloody broken nose. State published Z’s crappy grades, even though confidential by law. See how that works?
Equally important, they are hiding GZ’s pings also. Unless, his phone didn’t have that ability. I can’t recall.
Hi Ejarra – Others should correct me – if I am wrong – but when I turn my phone on – it “pings”, and I get my data “fed back to me”. These up-dates are continuous from “Tower-Computer”. Thus those “Ping Logs” exist – you just have to ask for them. The would not exist if TM’s phone had a “low battery”. (That has not yet been resolved – but the ping-logs would proven it -one way or the other.) The failure to get them and produce them bespeaks either incompetence, or intentional COVER UP. The fact that the memory is “wiped” suggests the latter. That has been no honesty in the prosecutor’s office about this issue.

My question is, “Does anyone know or remember if GZ’s phone had established ping logs that night?” I know that there are multiple questions surronding TM’s phone and it’s ping logs, but if GZ’s phone had that capabilty, there should NOT be any problem getting them and establishing HIS path.
Hi Ejerra – About GZ’s phone. Yes, because it was working – there would be a “ping-computer” log for it. But not a “GPS” log – unless the phone had that capability. Thus for most phones, you can establish the “general area” – but no exact location. Only if GPS equipped – can you do that.
I have a question about the “missing GPS data”.
Has it been established that the data, itself, was somehow lost (irretrievably) from the phone, or is it just the “report” on that data that is missing? It seems that Cellebrite said the 2/26 GPS data was not on the phone when THEY got it (correct me if I am wrong about that) but I don’t know what SBCSO Perry Kuhl’s report says. Was HE able to download the 2/26 GPS data, or was it missing when HE got the phone, too?
Didn’t GZ have a wifi hot spot in his car that night?
This is entirely implausible. Why would Martin move to evade visual contact by Zimmerman, then either hide and wait in ambush or circle back, then approach and confront Zimmerman, verbally accost Zimmerman, sucker-punch Zimmerman in the nose, and then walk away? That scenario makes absolutely no sense.
Also: how does Zimmerman actually pursue Martin after being sucker-punched hard enough to drop what he has in his hands and start staggering?
Anyway, I contend that an assault that moves 30-40 feet from where it started to where the body is ultimately found is perfectly reasonable and normal, and doesn’t contradict or impeach Zimmerman’s account in the slightest.
Chip, let me fix the 37 feet, the fight moved 12-13 yards from where it started. Or maybe this, the fight ended 14 steps from where it started. See, does not look that far now, does it.

Yep, you got it. And something similar that I asked Jack (and never got a response):
WHY would George tell a lie that he knows will not help him in any way? Like the “he hit me, I fell down, he got on top of me”. If George was saying that in some attempt to cover himself, well, he’s about as far from being a “master criminal” as one can get! George knows the punch occurred near the ‘T’. He knows the shooting occurred like 40′ away. And yet, rather than trying to describe how they got from Point A to Point B, he just says, “he hit me, I fell down, he got on top of me”… period. Very little movement involved, even though it’s obvious there WAS a lot of movement. So “LOOK!!!”, says Jack, “George is lying!!!” Umm, yeah… if what George is doing there is trying to LIE, he has GOT to be the stupidest liar in the history of the world. “Duh, duh… lemme see, I know I wanna lie about this, so what should I do? I know! I’m gonna tell a lie that proves that I’m lying about everything else I say! That’s the ticket!”
It’s such a minor issue that they’re making a molehill out of, because that’s all they have.
If someone punches you in the nose, in the dark, you stagger and instinctively try and keep your balance, before hitting the ground a short few seconds later a few steps away…

That you got hit and ended up falling to the ground. Just like George explained.
From there, the rest of the distance likely was covered on the ground. W6 heard the screams come from a distance and come closer until he looked out the back and saw them behind his home, and documented that they covered some distance while they were on the ground.
There’s simply no issue here.

I read some of the anti-zimmerman comments in orlando sentinel and it just seem to be some of those guys could be hired guns from crump’s firm. with julison quitting his volunteering position, crump seems to decide to run his own campaign and hire a bunch of buffons to repeat his rap over the internet. However, crump never understands self defense law is how one person finishes is much more important starts. Basically, his accusation is that zimmerman started the fight because he was stalking trayvon and made all of his minions started his campaign line all through the internet. According to dershewitz, zimmerman still had the right of self defense because he was losing the fight and trayvon was continuing to push his head to the concrete pavement. I personally am not a lawyer, doctor, dna specialist or a cop, but I find it out that all of these trayvonites seem to be a bunch of specialists and commenting on every thing from medicine to forensic. To me, this case is slam dunk for the defense because zimmerman was attacked and he shot trayvon in self defense. what he said or did before hand has no relavance to the case. saying words to the operator is not an act of criminality. just my 2 cents. crump is probably pooping in his pants this point because he knows that his deposition is not avoidable. Even if he gets away from the deposition, dd will eventually sell him out to save her butt. At this point, we are only talking about deposition and crump is already pulling out a lawyer. I am wonderring what he will do for a trial because I am sure the defense will call him to testify.
People like Crump and the average everyday Trayvon defender on some comment section of a newspaper site, or Huffington Post, have a common goal: They want to redefine acceptable behavior. They want it to be okay for young black men to beat the spit out of someone because they were “doggin’” them, keeping an eye on them. They want it to be okay for groups of black youth, male and female, to do mini-riots at their schools or flash mob stores with no fear of consequence.
The media is incredibly helpful to them by running interference and preventing most people from ever knowing this stuff is not just taking place, but taking place on a much larger scale than people realize. If people don’t hear about it, how will they ever have the proper reaction of outrage and doing something to fix this societal ill which is only getting worse and spreading? As long as it’s only a few scattered people changing their viewpoint because of (usually) a DIRECT encounter with these thugs, they can just easily be dismissed as fringe racists. As long as the MSM prevents the bulk of white America (and Asian America for that matter) from seeing the truth, seeing it’s scale, and having the natural, appropriate reaction to it… their work is done.
So they want to remove SYG, they want to limit gun ownership, and gun effectiveness… they want more and more social safety net. The end goal appears to be a completely consequence free environment. A shiftless criminal’s dreamworld. No need to pursue education or hold down a proper job, although if they did decide to do that they’d have the red carpet of lowered standards rolled out for them… but yea, no need to do it when you can just be a criminal instead, at least while there are still soft, juicy, white targets to steal from. That may eventually dry up. But for now? Time’s are good. Burglarize, assault, and rest assured that there are politicians and blowhards out there working overtime to make your “job” safer, and your victims less able to defend themselves.

My answer is YES. The Martins and he have the same $ interest. It’s as though they are joined like Siamese twins. The question going forward is, “Will they indergo surgury or will one twin eat the other?”
But as the Dee Dee narrative unravels, someone is gonna be accused of starting it. And seems to me that “someone” could be whoever “discovered” the girl in the first place. Recently, Crump has been more and more vocal that the discoverer was Tracy. Crump is, in effect, going to soon be saying, “Hey, if Dee Dee turns out to be a liar, don’t blame me. I’m not the one who brought her into this.”

On a similar note to David’s question. DD2 will need a lawyer, that’s a given. The lawyer CANNOT be Crump or anyone in his office or affiliated with them. How will her lawyer advise her? That, for me,can change everything if she is advised to tell the truth of her involvement. I believe she was cast to play role and probably didn’t even know of him before the story broke. DD1 is another matter. I believe she and Mr. Martin were VERY close friends. Will she be outed?

IMO, if there is a DD2 she knew DD1 and TM. To them getting GZ convicted allowing for some compensation (lawsuits) is more important than the truth. Sort of a comment I was making earlier about the ends justifying the means.

Often, when things like this happen, people like to use the full first name to stress the emotional part of it. Nate, Nathan, Jake, Jacob, Bill, William, Bob, Robert, Brad, Bradley. It’s normal, but very obvious when they try to make up fake witnesses or people that closely knew the person. Parents like to do it also to get the feelings across. Notice the tweets of the friends and the pics with joints in them. I believe most of them said Tray…..although the “fight club” vid, the person taping called him Trayvon.

Something that just dawned on me when you mentioned her yelling at Trayvon to RUN. I know most of us don’t believe this girl’s (either of them) story is true. And if there IS any truth to it, her not telling anyone after the fact is just… well, remarkable. But I’m wondering if she (they?) has ever been asked WHERE she was during her conversation with Travyon. Because let’s say she was at home, with her Mom or whoever in the house. Unless she had music blasting really loud or something, wouldn’t you think that a “Run Trayvon, RUN!” might have caught someone’s attention? You’re the Mom downstairs in the living room or kitchen, and all of a sudden you hear your daughter screaming “Run Trayvon, RUN!” You just go about your business?… Hmmm….

I also believe that when TM told her that he “lost the guy” and he was going back ‘home’ after being in fear (of being watched and followed..INSIDE a locked gate community mind you), and became somewhat concealed by the dark, behind the houses, and a short distance from his destination…..deserves a thought……..Anyone who is a “baby” or a “mama’s boy” would have run ‘home’ and told someone about his encounter and feelings.
I’m referring to the two interviews. Neither girl calls him Tray in their interview. All of his friends and family called him Tray. I found it odd in their interviews, they say Trayvon. She was suppose to be the girlfriend but using his given name not the name he wanted to be called.
I understand Trayvon is a child’s name. When kids get older they want to drop the von. Like Jimmy wants to be called Jim as he gets older. But in the interviews, the girl(s) refer to him as Trayvon.
His tweets and facebook made it clear, he was known as Tray.

I went back and had seen that DD1 had said “Trayvon” as opposed to Tray. I knew that DD2 said “Trayvon” from the multiple times I read her transcipt.
I need your help in finding a video that you linked here. D-man and I had commented on it. I’ve been searching for it and not having any luck. It’s the one with Aiyanna and Ashley being interviewed. There was a reverand and others it it also. Mostly, I just need to see if they say “Tray” or “Trayvon” when thay say his name.
