Well of course he must have been a White male.
He was using a rifle rather than a handgun. Blacks almost always use handguns.
He was shooting people at significant range with accuracy. Blacks almost always shoot at people at point blank range and far more often than not can’t hit anyone because they don’t even know what the front site is much less how to use it.
This of course is generalization. There are Blacks who own rifles and are good marksmen. These Blacks almost invariably aren’t the Blacks who commit crimes.

Given a serial killer/shooter, it would be logical to make it SOP for first responders to cordon off the area of all shootings. Search and question if possible, but get license plates! DC metro are isn’t that big. Perhaps a few million licensed vehicles. Each cordoned off shooting scene might have a few tens of thousands of vehicles identified. The chances of any one car being near the scene of multiple shootings is given by the equation:
P = (number of cars at scene / number of cars in DC area)^N
Of course the probability of any one car being near multiple shootings is small, but there are many cars at each shooting so the probability that you will have a car that has been present at multiple shootings is given by:
P2 = (1-P)^ (average number of cars present at each shooting)
It is inevitable that some cars will be present at multiple shootings. However; the probability that any car is present at more than a few shootings by pure chance is extremely small.
If the probability of being on the scene of any shooting is say 1 in 100, then if you have the same beater car present at more than a few shootings you search them!
Charles Moose was to fixated on blaming these shootings on a white man to even try to do sound police work and totally incompetent to do sound police work.

So, based on a dozen or 2 white guys committing mass shootings, we should profile the entire race and gender? These are clearly tolerant and intelligent people.

I am acquainted with LEOs who profile white guys all the time–when it’s reported that a white man committed an armed robbery at a local 7-11, they put out a call on their radio to be on the look for a white man. I guess they are just super ahead of the curve or something?
We’ve always had ignorant, stupid (which is completely different than ignorant), dishonest and manipulative people in this country. Our present problem is due to the fact that we have never had so many of them in positions of influence and authority, many of them elected time and again. It’s killing us.

why do you hate FDR? Glass Steagall kept this country running well up until Gramm Leach Bliley which strengthened the Community Reinvestment Act deregulated our banking system (allowed commercial banks and investment banks to collude). I honestly think FDR haters need to get a degree in Economics at least before they can hate FDR.

Profiling in Arizona is frowned upon.. profiling a group nationally is plausible? I don’t even.
Aren’t 70 percent of the men in this country “white” when you include people like “white Hispanic”? This is even statistically absurd.
72% plus are white (male and female).
We already profile white men (that would not be new in the least)!
According to the FBI’s SHRs, White Males who are about 40% f the population have committed one-hundred-and-seventeen thousand homicides using firearms during the last three decades. In contrast, Black Males who are only 6% of the population have committed one-hundred-and-sixty thousand homicides using firearms.
Obviously; we should be profiling Black males and prohiting them from owning firearms.
When there are shootings in the black communities of Chicago, we don’t have a conversation about profiling. We just don’t hear about it at all…
