Reported Damning Zimmerman Video Actually Shows More Support For Zimmerman’s Case….

Since we posted this initial thread exposing the manipulation by ABC news in their stolen “expose’” video, the Sanford Police Department has released the “official” copy of the same surviellance footage from the CCTV system from the police station.   The official versions carry the “Sanford Police Department” stamp in the upper right corner.

However, various media outlets are not NOTIFYING viewers when they scrub the stolen footage and replace with the “official” footage.  More evidence of the media manipulation.  *As a note in the “official” footage a “butterfly bandage” is clearly visible on the bridge of the nose of George Zimmerman.*….. /SD

Oh what a tangled web is weaved…..

A police surveillance video obtained by ABC news shows George Zimmerman’s arrival at the police station following the Trayvon Martin shooting.  It is being used by people, and manipulated by the media in an apparent attempt to bolster their case that Trayvon did not attack Zimmerman.

Watching the video many Trayvon advocates, and those with a vested interest in selling the Trayvon family story, are saying the video is damning to Zimmerman because they cannot make out any significant injuries to his face or back of his head.

However, there is something more evident, and far more damning, in the video than most observers are focusing on. A BFD (I’ll explain after the video).

First.  The “eye-witness named Jason” told police and reporters “the person calling for help, the guy on the bottom, was wearing a red jacket”.  Well obviously that’s exactly what Zimmerman is wearing in this video.

However supporters for the Trayvon family version of events point to the conspicuous absence of significant visible injuries to Zimmerman’s face or back of his head.

But really what were the reported injuries?

Police statements and reports show upon their arrival they witnessed grass on the back of Zimmerman’s jacket, blood coming out of his nose, and blood from small cuts to the back of his head.  Zimmerman was treated by paramedics in the back of the police vehicle on the scene.  The paramedics were from the Fire Dept

Surveillance video of George Zimmerman arriving at a  Sanford, Fla. police station indicates what may be an injury to the back of his  head, a Daily Caller analysis shows.

The following day Zimmerman went to the emergency room where it was confirmed his nose was broken.  If you look at this screen shot it appears he has something covering his nose.

There is nothing in this video that disputes that police report, the responding officer’s statements, or contradicts anything Zimmerman said.

You would not be able to see any more evidence of a broken nose from this video.  If you’ve ever broken your nose, or been punched in the face, you understand.    That does not automatically lead to “significant visible injury”.   In short you wouldn’t be able to see a small cut on the back of his head no longer bleeding, nor would you be able to detect a broken nose from this video.   Period.

But there is a more visible, issue with this video.

Go look at it again.   This footage is video of a video.  Meaning that surveillance camera used in the police station does not move.  Yet the video is moving and shadowing the police and Zimmerman.

This is footage taken on an i-phone by someone recording the screen at a Closed Circuit TV (CCTV) panel monitor and feed.   You can tell in a few segments of the video that show the exterior frame of the monitor being filmed.

Again, CCTV surveillance video cameras like this do not move.  They’re stationary fixed recording cameras.    This is a video shot of a monitor showing the CCTV digital video playback.

Why does this matter.?

Well first this proves this video was not released by the police department.  Nor was it leaked by the police department or it would have been footage from the actual digital recording.  They would not release footage from recording a monitor showing the footage, they would just copy the recorded image on DVD and present.

This is stolen and intentionally leaked “unauthorized” video footage from someone recording it from a monitor inside the Police Department.  Either by an employee of the police dept., or by a journalist who convinced an employee within the police dept to film it.

So why steal, sneak, and release the video? and why via ABC ?   Who does this benefit?  That’s the bigger type of question those of us who have been following the media manipulation want to know.

Lets take a look at the report that accompanies the video from ABC and I’ll interject with a few thoughts that might help answer the question of who benefits and who stole it.   You can decide for yourself:

ABC –  A police surveillance video taken the night that Trayvon Martin was shot dead shows no blood or bruises on George Zimmerman, the neighborhood watch captain who says he shot Martin after he was punched in the nose, knocked down and had his head slammed into the ground.

The surveillance video, which was obtained exclusively by ABC News, shows Zimmerman arriving in a police cruiser. As he exits the car, his hands are cuffed behind his back. Zimmerman is frisked and then led down a series of hallways, still cuffed.

Zimmerman, 28, is wearing a red and black fleece and his face and head are cleanly shaven. He appears well built, hardly the portly young man depicted in a 2005 mug shot that until a two days ago was the single image the media had of Zimmerman.

The initial police report noted that Zimmerman was bleeding from the back of the head and nose, and after medical attention it was decided that he was in good enough condition to travel in a police cruiser to the Sanford, Fla., police station for questioning.

His lawyer later insisted that Zimmerman’s nose had been broken in his scuffle with 17-year-old Martin.

In the video an officer is seen pausing to look at the back of Zimmerman’s head, but no abrasions or blood can be seen in the video and he did not check into the emergency room following the police questioning.

*snip*  The questioning lasted over 5 hours in the police dept.  It has been reported by police, and later by Zimmerman’s attorney that he went to the emergency room the next day.

Zimmerman was not arrested although ABC News has learned that the lead homicide investigator filed an affidavit urging Zimmerman be charged with manslaughter. The prosecutor, however, told the officer to not file the charge because there was not enough evidence [at that time] for conviction.

Zimmerman said he was heading back to his car when Martin attacked him. His lawyer, Craig Sonner, said his client felt “one of them was going to die that night,” when he pulled the trigger.

Martin’s girlfriend, who was on the phone with him in his final moments, told ABC News in an exclusive interview that she has not been interviewed by police, despite Martin telling her he was being followed.

*snip*  IMPORTANT.  Remember it was Florida Attorney General who said when being interviewed with Piers Morgan on Tuesday evening March 27th, that Trayvon’s girlfriend “had refused to cooperate with police and investigators”  up to that moment.   Bondi was hopeful that the girlfriend now named DeeDee would be more helpful to the newly assigned State Attorney General Angela Corey.

Again the question, why would DeeDee refuse to make a statement to police immediately following the shooting and why would she continue to refuse to talk to police and investigators, but yet sign an affidavit with the lawyer for the Trayvon family?

She would not swear under oath for the police nor be helpful or supportive in their investigation and case.   It is not a matter of her not being interviewed because the police don’t want to; it’s because she refuses to

The 16-year-old girl, who is only being identified as DeeDee, recounted the final moments of her conversation with Martin before the line went dead.

“When he saw the man behind him again he said this man is going to do something to him. And then he said this man is still behind him and I said run,” she said.

Phone records obtained by ABC News show that the girl called Martin at 7:12 p.m., five minutes before police arrived, and remained on the phone with Martin until moments before he was shot.

*snip*  Note: “Obtained by ABC news” from the Trayvon family because that’s the only way ABC would be able to get them.  And as early as March 21st Trayvon’s mother, Sylvia Fuller, stated she had them.

DeeDee said Martin turned around and asked Zimmerman why he was following him.

“The man said what are you doing around here?” DeeDee recalled Zimmerman saying.

She said she heard someone pushed into the grass before the call was dropped.

Zimmerman, who had called 911, was asked by the dispatcher if he was following the teen. When Zimmerman replied that he was, the dispatcher said, “We don’t need you to do that.”

Martin’s death has sparked protests across the country and prompted President Obama to say that if he had a son, he would look like Martin.

Over the past few days, leaks have emerged suggesting Martin was dogged by discipline problems. [...]

[Trayvon family attorney Benjamin] Crump alleged that the Sanford police had leaked damaging information about Martin in order to muddy the case, calling it a “conspiracy.” Crump called the school disciplinary problems “irrelevant” to the case that “an unarmed 17 year kid was killed.”   (read more)

So who leaked the tape and why?

Occam’s Razor – Well obviously the phone records were provided to ABC by the Trayvon family.   So it would stand to reason that someone supportive of the Trayvon family would steal and release to ABC the footage from the CCTV camera(s).

The Trayvon family and the Trayvon supporters, in the public, and in the media, believe this footage supports their version of events.

So the question of who they thought would benefit is an easy one, the Trayvon family.

The expose’ is really into who “they” are within the statement above.  They includes the team of Tracy Martin and Sylvia Fuller, along with their lawyers and Al Sharpton, Jesse Jackson, MSNBC, The Black Panthers, and perhaps more concerningly ABC NEWS.

Is ABC news, home of former political advisor George Stephanopoulos, reporting the news, creating the news, or stoking the flames under the powder keg of faux-racism.?  Just to advance their elitist media control over opinion and thought which is usually aimed at the Starbucks Liberals.

There are many ideological components at work here.  Not the least of which is an ideological alignment between the  race baiting industry,  the insufferable institutional legacy media, and the progressive left -in all it’s forms-  who benefit from the division.

*looking at you Mr. President*

Good catch! I am posting your analysis everywhere I can.

    • Depending on the size of the police station they probably have 10 to 30 CCTV cameras.

One of the bad things about seeing a filming of a monitor as opposed to the actual footage from the police, is the capacity to edit or select angles and optics to fit your narrative. I think that’s what’s at play here. You can tell when you watch the video and think about the fact it’s someone actually recording a monitor. You can tell what their interest or motivation is just like they’re a director in a movie. They are controlling what’s seen.

  2. Avram says:

    me too

  3. Dude says:

The policeman clearly inspects the back of the guys head on the low def footage, which is behind the ABC News logo most of the time. Great place to stamp your name when the guys head is the primary point of releasing the video.

    • WeeWeed says:

Dude! You have a face! :D

      • Dude says:

I know! It’s not mine but hey at least it’s a face.

        • When you get a chance, Dude, tell us some of your story. Are you local US, or somewhere else?

          • Dude says:

I am indeed in the US, Southwest US actually, Mexican border state. Probly close in proximity to most people here that reside in Texas. As of now I work on computers, but I miss the days of architectural drafting. I love dogs, the most loyal of animals, because loyalty is one of the most important virtues (but be careful where you place that loyalty). I probly spend too much time commenting on websites and playing war games online. But in general I hope I’m a pretty good person. My current motto is “It’s okay to judge, but most people suck at it.”

            • Dude says:

Lol, reading my post made me think of a really bad self-description on an internet dating site.

              • Hah! At least you didn’t say anything about pina coladas. ;) Dogs are the best, that’s for sure, but don’t tell Ad rem. I’ve got to get mine out for a run here in a few minutes. He’s a Collie/Aussie Shepherd mix, and he’s extremely loyal and affectionate. And smart. When I take him out, I rarely use a leash because he responds so well to commands. So far I’ve been able to keep him out of trouble, but the coyotes and skunks and cactus are a challenge sometimes. Picked up a bad goathead thorn in the paw the other day, but didn’t even complain. What’s yours?

                • Dude says:

She is a mutt like most of my dogs have been. But she is gorgeous. Probably part Siberian Husky. She picks up on all my mannerisms and thinks she knows my every next move. Drives me crazy sometimes, but I love her. She doesn’t need a leash either, very obedient.

  4. Dwight Mann says:

So he looks like he’s been in a fight for his life??…someone that was having their head pounded into the pavement??…so just one punch to the nose, no other hits to the face, I thought he was laying on his back being wailed upon…so he tucked his shirt in, he must have it clipped to his underwear.

    • tdmoeller says:

And the last time you were in a fight for your life and used lethal force to end the conflict… you looked how during your booking/interogation?

Speculative stupidity is not a claim to insight!

    • tnwahm says:

You also missed the fact that Paramedics treated him at the scene, but since that doesn’t fit your version of the story, we’ll just let emotion trump facts.

      • zmalfoy says:

I was gonna point that out, TNWAHM,but you beat me to it.

Not all nose breaks result in the fabulous swelling you see in cartoons and Tarantino movies. Paramedics try to get things clean, so there’d be no glorious streams of blood to behold this much later. To see contusions, you’d have to remove his clothing.

So, Mr. Mann, hows about you actually read what was actually written, stop imagining that this was a scene outta Kill Bill, and discuss the merits of what is known and not known regarding the incident. Or, you can continue mindlessly blathering like a robot. . .

        • Dwight Mann says:

He was in the fight for his life, right?….according to his father, George told him that he was being beaten, a royal thumping in the face, and smashing of his head to the concrete. So you say that swelling doesn’t ensue? and some mere wiping of blood by SFD did the miraculous?…okay, you guys are right….oh I guess SFD neatly tucked his clothes…okay keep believing what you choose.

          • kdw says:

I had a broken nose at age 13. “Swelling” seems like an understatement to me. But if it was broken (and I stress “IF”), there still lies a question of “when.”

“Hold still, dude, we’ve got to get this straight with the story. This is going to hurt.”

            • stellap says:

I have a friend who broke her nose at karate. She didn’t know it was broken at the time, but was having breathing trouble after it had healed. They had to rebreak her nose in order to repair it. The same thing happened to my sister when she was a kid.

          • Aussie says:

I have been bruised and battered at various times, mostly from falls. No, swelling does not happen immediately, but will happen within the 24 hour period. I noticed this the last time I landed on my face and ended up with scrapes plus a black eye that needed medical attention, which I sought the next day after the fall. At the time I used a wet towel on my face which stopped the bleeding. Overnight it was excruciatingly painful and by the next day the shiner was apparent.

On other parts of my body the bruising has sometimes been more rapid, such as when I had the fall as I was trying to get out of the bath. I ended up with a massive bruise on my leg which spread quite a bit within 24 hours…….. and then there was the fall when I hurt my knee which was more recent. It took about 24 hours for all of the bruising to show up… and then some more….

Yet another occasion when I fell and injured my coccyx for the second time. The bruise on my butt was massive, but it too a few days to appear.

On the other hand, when my middle son hit his head as he leapt off his father’s shoulders and hit his head on a little desk in his room, there was a lump that rose quickly. There was swelling and he had a hematoma. We took him to the hospital and they opened the area and then stitched him up again.

I would suspect that since there was a cut on the back of the head of Zimmerman which had been bleeding is the reason why he did not have a lump on the back of the head. He did not end up with a blood clot!!

As for the nose, the bruising would start to show by the next day, and the footage is not all that clear. There is sufficient evidence from the police reports that indicated that Zimmerman had blood coming from his nose at the time of the “crime” which is best described as when Travyon Martin punched Zimmerman in the face and then began beating on him as he was laying on the ground.

      • Jacqueline Knight says:

Did the paramedics do his laundry? Because dude DOES NOT appear to have been in a “fight for his life” and if someone were pounding your head into the pavement over and over as Zimmerman has suggested…someone as young and strong as Trayvon is purported to have been, I suggest that Zimm would have had more than a scratch on the back of his head. AND a nose can be broken in many ways, not just by a punch. It could have happened if Trayvon was flailing to get away from the Madman of Sanford. Just saying that we all have a narrative: both sides want an outcome. Mine is an arrest and trial so that the truth can finally come out.

        • tnwahm says:

Are you willing to pay for Mr. Zimmerman’s lawyer? If the evidence doesn’t support an arrest, why should he ~and taxpayers~ be put thru a trial? Mr. Zimmerman has been cooperating with the police since the incident. It is Mr. Martin’s family that has called in the professional race-baiters of Jackson and Sharpton. I will not take them at their word because they have been shown to be wrong on too many occasions. Does the Duke LaCrosse team and Twanna Brawley ring any bells?

As far as your snide remark about the paramedics doing his laundry, they did treat him at the scene. He may have been able to change his shirt. It’s not out of the realm of possibility or were you there and saw it all?

        • Aussie says:

well sweetie, you need to have a look at the high definition video because the egg on the back of his head is very clear….

        • Sharon says:

” we all have a narrative…..” and yours is that Mr. Zimmerman is “the Madman of Sanford…” thanks for owning up to it.

  5. jc says:

If Trayvon’s family wants Zimmerman arrested immediately and the purported phone conversation between the girlfriend and Trayvon is so important to the case why wouldn’t the girlfriend cooperate with the special investigators right now? ABC News can’t arrest Zimmerman. If they want Zimmerman arrested she needs to talk to the police & investigators.

Her hospitalization for stress is an interesting story, I believe they are setting the scenario where she is too fragile to meet with investigators and wants to submit an affidavit scripted by Trayvon’s attorneys so that she won’t be questioned by the investigators. I don’t know how she could avoid cross examination in a trial but I think a conviction is tertiary to the financial and political hay that is being made in this rerun of the Tawana and Duke fiascos.

Finally if DeeDee is holding out for the grand jury and the Special Investigator now wants to avoid a grand jury what happens? Looking ahead I can see where she submits the written document and refuses to appear, goes out of state for medical treatment.

    • Interesting. I know there have been famous cases where an “eye witness” close to the victim has made stuff up initially, and then been too far gone with the story to back away from it, until the police pressure to substantiate gets too much. Something, just a hunch, but something tells me much of this is paralleling a similar path.

“IF” her version was true, why wouldn’t DeeDee contact anyone after Trayvon never called back or went missing? and then immediately following the discovery of his death why wouldn’t she talk to investigators or detectives.? Something’s rotten about this aspect.

  6. steven campbell says:

The video shows nothing to corraborate Martins story that he was walking back to his car when he was viciously attacked from behind. Far more convincing and relavent to the case is the actual recording of Trayvons conversation with his girlfriend in which he tells her he is being followed, someone, likely Zimmerman interrupts Trayvon the phone is dropped and goes dead. A good prosecuting attorney is going to have a field day with this case. Martin is obviously not telling the truth in this aspect of his story and thus the house of cards is already starting to crumble.

    • solaratov says:

There IS NO “actual recording” of that phone call. There is only what the Martin lawyer told DeeDee to say – and she has yet to talk to/co-operate with the police.
There is only the phone record that a call was made. NOTHING else. Whatever the dirl says is hearsay – thus, inadmissable.

      • Dude says:

“She said she heard someone pushed into the grass before the call was dropped.” And what exactly does it sound like as to create such a vivid picture of someone being pushed into the grass? Definitely told what to say.

        • solaratov says:

Kind of funny, too, that – after she *supposedly* heard “the beginning of the fight”, she wouldn’t tell someone something when she didn’t hear from Trayvon for the next three days.

How the hell do you “hear someone being pushed into the grass”, anyway?

        • Gino says:

Wow! Now cell phone have miracle frequency measuring device that distinguish surface audio effects while measuring texture, sound bounce back depths while also determining grass as opposed to pavement and/or sand These phones can also distinguish pushes, punches, and shoves and on a bright sunny day they can also tell you the flavor of an ice cream cone. This technology is simply amazing.Unfortunately for Trayvon family this young lady has the capacity to destroy good citizen Trayvon image and the financial windfall anticipated by his family and their legal counsel in propagating him as the unfortunate victim.

      • Joe Reynolds says:

She has only released her statement through the Martin attorney and not the police, because then she would be UNDER OATH and subject to PERJURY. As soon as Pam Bondi asked her to cooperate and her back was against the wall, they came up with the fish story of her “hospitalization” for “stress”. This house of cards that ABC “News”, the Black Mafia and the Obama Campaign has constructed will soon fall, and hard.

    • ytz4mee says:

No, Steven Campbell you are wrong and foolish. The testimony of SEVERAL eye witnesses, including those who made calls to 911 asking for help and reporting the crime will be far more important than an alleged phone conversation with a girlfriend who refuses to cooperate with police. If she was so worried about Trayvon’s safety and what was happening at the other end of the phone, why didn’t SHE call 9-11 herself to report her concerns? Her story is not believable in any sense.

Also, Zimmerman didn’t call “911″ that night or any of the other nights he called in reports or concerns to the local PD dept. He called the non-emergency # like he had been instructed.

    • Aussie says:

er steven you seem to have problems with comprehension. Zimmerman was not attacked from behind.

Travyon Martin punched Zimmerman in the face. Did Zimmerman have a face at the back of his head?

    • Aussie says:

well dumbo he was not attacked from behind. He was punched in the face

  7. steven campbell says:

I meant to say Zimmerman is not telling the Truth in my previous post.

  8. Pissed @ Brainless Rush Limbaugh says:

Quit trying to spin the truth with your analysis. The truth is this video contridicts the cover up story the Police Department sent to the press.

    • stellap says:

Please honor us with your analysis – exactly how does the “truth” in this video contradict the “cover up story” (???) the Police Department sent to the press?

      • cjmartel says:

Having been in law enforcement for over thirty years I can tell you that the bruises and other outward manifestations of a fight of that magnitude usually don’t show up for 24 to 48 hours. Another question I have to ask is how would it benefit the police dept. to do a cover up, after all this was a civilian issue, not a uniformed police issue, especially considering the fallout regarding the race issue which would happen.
The news media is intentionally fanning the flames on this case to boost their ratings. I wonder if they will continue to do that if a riot or worse breaks out because of their negligent handling of this story. Thank God for the internet, at least here we get a better idea of what the truth is.

        • zmalfoy says:

Yanno, I had considered that buises take longer to show up, at least on me. . . but then I thought that I might be weird in that respect. . .

        • Gino says:

Cjmartel, you are being kind in saying if a riot breaks out the more likely scenario is when a riot breaks out.Of course, the media will not report this as they have not covered the burning of thirteen year old Coons by two blacks, the ransacking of Walgreen’s in Miami in protest of the death of good citizen Trayvon the rape and attempted murder of a couple in their eighty’s by a black youth Of course, the media is justified in this because black on white hate crimes do not exist as reverse discrimination does not exist.

      • Pissed @ Brainless Rush Limbaugh & Fox News Supports says:

Read the Orlando Sentinel article they said they received from the Sanford Police Department regarding Zimmerman’s report. After that look at this video and tell me if you can see any bruises, cuts, blood, wet clothes or stains. If Zimmerman was fighting for his life where are the bruises? Where is the medical report from the hospital? Conservative followers begin to think for yourselves instead of letter Rush Limbuagh and Fox News brainwash you! Solve the equation for yourself instead of letting racists onesided idiots give you the answer.

I know you NRA supporters believe in your rights to bare arms but it is not killing your race of men like it is the black and hispanic communities. When white on white gun violence begin to penetrate your neighborhoods then you will see why we are outraged and marching. Find

        • stellap says:

Read cjmartel’s post just a couple above you re bruises etc. – he’s ex-law enforcement, so he would know better that either of us, unless you are a police officer. By the way, I am not a mind-numbed robot, and can make up my own mind – do yourself a favor and drop the “Rush Limbaugh and Fox News” meme. It’s really old. And just because someone has a different point of view does not make them “racists onesided (sic) idiots”.

We do have the right to bear arms (not bare them); it is guaranteed in the 2nd amendment to the Constitution. I would imagine that most of the gun violence in your neighborhoods stem from gangs and unlicensed firearms. Not to mention the high percentage of uneducated, unemployed, citizens. Don’t forget, as well, that Zimmerman has hispanic family members and is half-hispanic himself. If you are “outraged and marching”, perhaps you should do more to solve the problems in your neighborhood instead of worrying about mine.

        • First off have mom come down in the basement and punch you in the right cheek and wait to see how long it takes for bruising to come out. Then compare your face at a distance to the freeze frame camera shot above.

          Go ahead. We’ll wait.

        • ytz4mee says:

No, you are wrong. Although we are gun owners, and practice our craft at the local gun range as responsible gun owners should do, I do not believe in the “right to bare arms”.

Given my own chicken wings, I feel that women over the age of 50 should be required to wear long sleeves. Watching those babies jiggle is not appetizing for anyone. Even for the toned, “bare arms” are not appropriate for all occasions. Michelle Obama’s “bare arms” diplomacy has made me cringe on more than one occasion. She really needs to dress appropriately and hire a stylist.

So, no, not everyone believes in “bare arms”. As repulsive as it may be, I wouldn’t ask Congress to regulate it or outlaw it. Guess that’s the difference between Conservatives and Liberals.

          • tnwahm says:

Well said. ~although I am getting perilously close to the 50+ and am too hot in the summertime to resign myself to long-sleeves~

          • Aussie says:

Sorry, in our hot summers, I have a “right to bare arms”. I agree it is not pretty, but when it gets so darned hot, the less clothing the better!!

        • ZurichMike says:

Ooooh. The Orlando Sentinel. The article didn’t say who made the video/phone copy of the tape, nor did it say who provided the copy, whether it was an official copy, why it was only a few scenes, at whose request the copy was made, to whom it was provided and under what financial or other circumstances.

          Epic fail.

Do us all a favor and go back to your race-pimp masters at Huffington Post.

        • Michell says:

Why doesn’t the black community teach their children to not join up in gangs and go around shooting people? The majority of white people aren’t going around shooting innocent people on the street.
My kids are white and have been around guns all their life, however they were taught guns are not like video games, they can actually kill. They were taught how to properly handle a gun and they were taught you never ever point a gun at anyone unless it is in defense of your life and then you pull the trigger.
The guns are just a tool for these thugs and gang bangers to use. You could remove all the guns and they’d still be robbing and killing. White people can’t fix this for black people, black people are going to have to fix their problems and playing the victim isn’t working.

How preposterous that you use the Democratic Party frame work in prospering your arguments.Wherefore, Rush Limbaugh, is being utilized as a scape goat being portrayed as the evil centennial of the Republican party and as such the leader of the Republican Party, nonsense. pure Democratic Party propaganda.

Furthermore, I have heard over the past several weeks from the metro Boston Black community a cautionary warning that guns must be prohibited and when gun violence comes to our white communities we will understand. While I cannot say that you are not a free thinker it is ironic that once more you are utilizing someone eases arguments to champion your cause.Lets examine this issue and start by noting that gun violence in this country is as statistically proven predominately a black on black crime.Furthermore, the guns being utilized are not owned by law abiding citizens and as a practical matter are illegal in nature.

We next must look at the initiative of Mrs. Clinton in cooperation with the United Nations to enforce a gun ban world wide and for ultimately the United Nations to be the legislative body to dictate gun control and laws of the United States. This is not the basis of our constitution and usurps American citizens rights to bare arms.We also can look to the legal right to bare arms for the protection of life and property as a mandatory right of law abiding citizens. When filing for a gun permit it is mandatory that the party applying demonstrate that their gun permit is predicated on lawful purposes only.Of course, there is also another interesting statistic that shows in those states that enforce the strictest gun control laws crime is higher than in other states..

With all due respect I must also add that Fox News has become for many of us the propaganda network of the Arab States and is certainly not the unbiased news reporting agency it once was and that perhaps is due to it’s present ownership. However, since you choose to utilize this news network as your example it once more enforces that you are following Democratic Party rhetoric. In closing, I would suggest that you follow your own words of wisdom and examine and solve the equation for yourself.

How about you learn to spell. The level of your spelling is quite disgusting.

It is the right to bear arms.

          Do you know the difference?

The word bare means to be naked. One use of the word is to “bare one’s soul”.

The word bear has several meanings including that it is an animal. However we use the same word in different ways such as “having a bearing on the case” or “ball bearings”

I guess that is what happens when public school education is so poor.

Dear “Pissed” The NRA welcomes all ethnicities as members. The Second Amendment applies to all ethnicities. With few exceptions all American citizens should own firearms. Even you. Legally owned firearms account for almost ZERO PERCENT of gun crime nationwide (check FBI stats). If you are a criminal with a gun you have an excellent chance of being involved in a gun related crime. The criminal does not care about you, your rights or your life. Don’t like guns? Maybe the POS will use a knife or a tire iron.

          • Gino says:

Barnslayer, it is funny that you elude to a knife and/or tire iron and I can confirm that an alternative can always be found in weaponry. For instances.China’s policy is that guns are illegal but that does not prevent deadly assaults. When in northern China I watched three men fighting in a hotel lobby with Meat Cleavers. There was an irony in watching this play out for the police officer stationed in the lobby to keep an eye on the Americans was without any weapon and did not insert himself into the situation until after all parties were laid out on the lobby floor bleeding profusely. When I say he did not get involved he did not even pick up the phone to call for backup until after the fighting had stopped.

          well POQ the braindead,

the high definition police CCTV video, not the one stolen and doctored by ABC, shows a definite gash at the back of the head as well as a very big egg on the back of the head.

I am not sure how George Zimmerman managed to lay his head down with that egg on the back of his head because it must have been quite painful.

        • Robot Sam says:

Um, we have never had and will never have the scourge of gun crime penetrate our neighborhood, unless it is brought there by blacks and to a lesser degree, hispanics.

Crime is not a white problem or a poverty problem, it is a brown and mainly black problem. Rape and assault and murder which blacks excel at never raise the perp’s status in life.

Also this whole charge of racism is hilarious, and you and your banjo eyes should be laughed at. Real racists would see this as a win-win, one less black thug, and a hispanic to blame. White people are the most law abiding and accepting people around, hell, do you know any other country where the nation’s main people just let themselves be overwhelmed like this and treated like crap by the media of their own country?

If a Grand Jury is convened, I am sure the paramedics who arrived at the scene will also be compelled to testify, as will the coroner who performed the autopsy on Martin. But, according to those who have bought into the false meme spun by the Martin family, this will all be “fabrication” too.

Liberalism really is a mental disorder.

      • ZurichMike says:

And a grand jury would also hear information from the doctors or staff that treated Zimmerman the next day.

      • Auntie Lib says:

Just a caveat here – a Grand Jury will hear whatever testimony the DA presents. The old adage about “indicting a ham sandwich” is really close to the truth. the prosecutor is not under any obligation to present any exculpatory evidence to a GJ unless they want to, so if there is enough political pressure to arrest Zimmerman, he’s toast. It’s only in a trial where ALL the evidence is presented and challenged by both sides. I read in an earlier thread that the prosecutor who has been assigned to this case does not use grand juries normally – I hope that’s true now.

  9. steven campbell says:

The claims made by the woman who was speaking with Trayvon just moments befoe he was killed will certainly allow any competent prosecuter to piece the dots together and it is not hearsay, it is a firsthand account of her conversation with the victim before he died. Combined with the cries for help that were heard on 911 calls being analyzed by top voice recognition specialist at this moment, and it could look pretty bleak for the Zimmerman Defense team.

    • ytz4mee says:

Wow, the OFA trolls are out in full force over this incident. I guess y’all must be very concerned that this perfect storm of “racism” is unwinding faster than you can spin.
What OFA doesn’t realize is, the more they “push back” and continue to try and push their lies, the more “middle-squishy” Americans are beginning to pay attention. Exactly the same people who pushed teh Won over the top in 2008. “Eggheads and African Americans” alone weren’t enough to do it.

    • Which is exactly why DeeDee never cooperated with Police. Perhaps she told Mom/Dad some stuff that may have more “teenage embellishment” than fact based storytelling. Sixteen year olds have that tendency. Perhaps her “facts” don’t match the evidence. Who knows.

But regardless, it makes no sense if Tracy and Sylvia are so desperate for justice, then why wouldn’t they demand DeeDee to go to the police. Or to the detectives, or to the states attorney office? Why would she refuse the police attempts to interview weeks ago and not cooperate. Forget now, what about 4 weeks ago or before the national spotlight when the story was unknown news? Why was she refusing to cooperate with police?

      • Michell says:

Maybe Mom thinks the cops killed her son. I keep trying to figure out who “they’ killed my son, now ‘they’ are killing his reputation” are. Every single time I see her give an interview, she always says “they killed my son.” I’ve yet heard her asked the question, who are they? The cops? The whites?
I don’t know if Zimmerman killed the kid in cold blood or in self defense. I don’t feel as if we have enough evidence to prove that either way. Obviously the people who get paid to put people behind bars, feel the same way or he’d be charged and waiting on trial.
This race baiting that is going on, deliberate twisting of the truth and out and out laws being broken by calling for his capture and/or death ticks me off.
Where is the outrage for the elderly couple in Oklahoma who were robbed, beaten and the 85 year old wife raped by a group of blacks? Only one is in custody because he was caught in their stolen car, the rest of the people in the car were released. These people were 90 and 85 years old, were doing nothing but sitting inside their house. Why do we not call it racial profiling? They were white people living in a predominately black neighborhood.

        • redgrandma says:

Re: the 85 yr old couple — good point. And what about the white college student (in Missouri I believe) who was just killed by a black thug. Oh but that was, as the powers that be said, “an isolated incident.” Or how about the 13 year old who was chased by a group of black kids and set on fire on his own front porch, while they hurled racial epithets at him. And then there are the 49 shot 10 murdered in my city, Chicago on St. Paddy’s day — but that’s black on black and won’t get any political points. And you didn’t even hear about the flash mob genre shop lifting going on at Water Tower Place shopping mall in Chicago on that same St. Paddy’s day. The police were so busy with murders and suburban white kid drunks that they were overwhelmed. I saw all the squads at the mall (a couple blocks from my building) on my way home from Mass that saturday evening. I thought it was because there were some big-shots in town for the upcoming primary (the Ritz Carlton is connected to that mall), but it was kids from “the hood” taking advantage of all the chaotic “merriment” A friend, who’s husband is a cop said that last bit was being squelched by the city and not getting any press. Don’t want to scare people about the upcoming NATO Summit. Wouldn’t want them to think Rahm’s city and PD can’t handle trouble. Sorry to go slightly OT but I am so very tired of the completely biased slant on all of these crimes.

          • Michell says:

The elderly couple in Oklahoma really gets to me. This was a couple who probably bought a house way back when before North Tulsa became the cesspool of crime it is now. From what few articles I can find, it sounds as if they were a couple who loved all the neighborhood kids black and white. There was no need to beat them, they would have given them whatever they wanted and what kind of sick individual would rape an 85 year old woman? I even read one article that quoted a cop saying it wasn’t a hate crime and their race would not have mattered. Sadly that’s probably true, they spend a lot of time killing their own race. I haven’t read about any vigils for this couple which one of them lost their life. Yet I did read that today the black community is having a “hoodie” vigil in support of a kid they didn’t even know. Yet a couple from their own community I guess didn’t mean that much to them.

        Good points.

To me, the most damning one is why the parents weren’t searching for him.
Trayvon was in the morgue for several DAYS not hours, before the POLICE tracked the parents down. Not the other way around.
Why aren’t they being asked about that?

        • Michell says:

Because that is being spinned the other way. The cops had his cell phone why did they wait so long to notify the parents. It’s stupid but that’s how it’s being spun. The cops I guess said it’s a black kid, who cares, we won’t arrest this guy because it was just a black kid and we’ll take our time finding out who he is because it’s just a black kid.
If my child, spouse or just about anyone went to the store to buy some candy and didn’t come back in a few hours, I’d be trying to find them.
Which begs another question, did they never call his phone? What about the girlfriend, did she never try to call him back? I think if I was talking to someone and I heard a confrontation and lost the call, I’d be trying to call them back and if I couldn’t reach them I’d call their parents and the police.

          • ytz4mee says:

Has it occurred to you, if the police were in possession of Trayvon’s cell phone, that they DID try and call people – but that the parents just didn’t pick up the phone?

The parents weren’t looking for him, and we can create a supposition that they didn’t answer a call from Trayvon’s phone. Real close loving family there.

            • Michell says:

I don’t even know for sure if they had his phone, but I’d think they’d call every number in the phone and if nothing else say I found this phone and want to return it to the owner, do you know the number? Probably though in this day and time, they just called the provider and asked who this number was registered to unless it was a pay as you go phone and I’m not sure if those can be tracked.
I still don’t get though, why would you not wonder where a child or adult is if they just run to the store and don’t come home? How could the girlfriend not wonder what happened when the phone went dead?
Has there been any info why the parents didn’t look for him?

    • GracieD says:

Why then, has she not spoken to Prosecutors? That is according to Florida AG, Pam Bondi.

    • Aussie says:

hearsay like her evidence would never hold up in a court of law.

      There are 6 eye-witnesses.

In this case I would say that unless this female is interviewed by the police her evidence is not worth a pinch of poop.

    • Aussie says:

there is no corroborating evidence that DeeDee the 16 year old (slut) actually was talking to Travyon. I think that the story was made up.

      • I totally believe she “exaggerated” the “phone call”, initially she just, in the manner of a typical emotional teenager, “fluffed up” the convo and added some spice that did not exist. Unfortunately, she is caught up in a horrible position. Like Tawana Brawley, there are thousands of parties dependent on her keeping her story as she originally stated it.

The pressure on this kid, by the black community must be totally overwhelming. If she retracts to ‘just the facts’ she will forever be ostracized by her own community. Sad. :(

        • Aussie says:

Well, I am beginning to think that no such phone call was ever made… and that her statement is totally worthless.

If she is not willing to be interviewed by the police then what she has to say is totally worthless. She is covering up….

The riots in England should have been a lesson for everyone. Those who were caught on camera have ended up doing time. Those riots started because a black man who was a drug dealer was shot and killed. Several people were killed during the riots.

    • Aussie says:

that was no woman… it was a little girl willing to lie.

  10. I worried that the truth from this video non-story would bring out the worst. The case against Zimmerman just ain’t adding up, and that’s without his story being told. With only one side of the story in the Legacy Media they still cannot get traction to plausability. So they are doubling down their efforts looking for anything to prove the unprovable.

DeeDee is their last best hope. If the story does not match the reality, or her credibility is lost the entire “case”, weak as it may be, will collapse. As Tracy Martin and Sylvia Fuller use DeeDee more and more to prove their case. And if they place all their eggs in her basket, that is alot of pressure for a 16 year old to handle.

The entire nations black population led by Al Sharpton, Jesse Jackson, the New Black Panthers et al, not to mention President Obama and the entire race baiting industry, cannot afford DeeDee to become Tawana Brawley. Can you imagine the pressure this kid is under? Think about it. :(

    • texan59 says:

There is a reason this whole thing took nearly a month before anything ever appeared in the media. There is no doubt a tragedy occurred. A young man is dead. That is the only thing not in dispute. What is in dispute are the other “facts”.

Was Trayvon a thug or a “victim”?
      Was Zimmerman white or hispanic?
Was Trayvon singled out because he was black, or did he initiate the confrontation that led to his death?
Was Zimmerman “beat up” and did this in self-defense, or a cold-blooded killer?
Did Trayvon’s “girlfriend” record his call, or is her “story” just remembering as best she can?
Did the police investigate the incident, or just ask a few questions and let Zimmerman go?

We don’t know the “facts”. What we do know is that in the weeks leading up to this getting in the media is that a whole bunch of folks got involved who do not know the facts either. There was plenty of time to allow for a sympathetic picture to be painted by the usual supsects whenever a good racial “crisis” can be put together.

While I’m not a bloodhound, this just doesn’t pass the smell test with the facts we have at hand. If Zimmerman did this in cold blood, let the justice system run it’s course. If it was done in self-defense, we need to gird ourselves for another “Rodney King” because the race-baiters aren’t going to let this one go so close to the elections.

It’s not just a Cajun thing. I’m lilly white by lineage and it can take me a couple of days for a bruise to show (if at all) even if it was a real doozy of an impact. Most trauma or surgery discomfort (bruising, swelling, pain) take 48hrs to reach their maximum.

      • Aussie says:

Gracie I am not Hispanic, but from stock in the UK as well as in Germany. (I am a true Anglo-Saxon which is rather ironic). I have noticed that bruising in most instances takes several hours to appear. However, due to the medication that I currently take I tend to bruise more easily, but it still takes several hours to appear!! Even when I hit the ground face forward the brusing took at least 12 hours to appear. Yet, when I hit my head on the bath, a small egg appeared on my forehead.

It depends upon where the knock happened. In what we have learned about Zimmerman, he was knocked on the back of his head, and he had an open wound. If that wound had not been opened then he would have had a sizeable egg on the back of his head. The shiner from the broken nose would have appeared 12-24 hours later. It would not have shown up immediately.

AND let’s only consider what can be proven (the strategic placing of the overwrite does cover up the most important part, so let’s exclude it) For example: Police say they saw grass stains on his his back and also blood on his clothes, and claimed that supported Zimmerman’s story of self defense. They said they bagged his clothes and sent them to the lab for processing. Yet interestingly enough in the video (mentioned in the above article) he’s wearing a red jacket. No grass stains or blood anywhere, the same jacket that they ‘eye witness’ (also mentioned in the article above) saw him wearing during the indecent. Damn, how fast do things get processed at this lab? And did they dry clean it too?
Also, lets assume his nose is broken and we just can’t tell, you should still see bruises that support the claims of his assault. A bruise is just discoloration, and I see that camera picks up color well despite being recorded on an I-phone. And that man who was supposedly beaten so badly he needed to use deadly force has not one blemish on his face. Check yourself guys: This might not be a racist crime, but the police department acted very suspiciously while handling this case and there needs to be some form of justice served here.

There are so many things wrong with your comments, I don’t know where to start.

      • YellowTapeAndColoredLines says:

We all believe in different things, You talking to me is like talking to a wall and me talking to you is like talking to a wall. The difference is I know that. But please tell me whats wrong, I have no problem being proven wrong.

        • stellap says:

Read the post, read my previous comments and the comments of others here. If you still need clarification, let me know.

    • barnslayer says:

Doesn’t make sense? Why because it’s not what you want to believe? Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson need your money. Ask them how that Tawana Brawley thing turned out. Also, go to a police station and ask about the law regarding deadly force. I live in NY in one of the most restrictive areas in the country. My permit allows me to shoot to kill in self defense. I do not need to let someone even touch me. There just needs to be a just cause. If you’re 5’7″ and get jumped by someone that’s 6’3″ and he’s got you on the ground you have the right to kill him. Don’t believe me? Do your research. Don’t like it… don’t ask for trouble. You never know who is carrying.

      • barnslayer says:

        Dang! I shoulda said “sh00t”!

      • YellowTapeAndColoredLines says:

Not what I want to believe. I did put why it didn’t make sense, but maybe it was too much to read so here’s the condensed version:
        -Zimmerman is claiming self defense
-Police believed Zimmerman’s story because they claim they saw blood and grass stains on his clothes, then they say they bagged them and sent them to their lab for processing.
        - ‘Eye witness’ says that Zimmerman was wearing a red jacket, the same one he’s wearing in the video taken after they ‘sent his clothes to the lab’. No grass or blood stains to support the self defense claim Zimmerman told police. The evidence is in front of your eyes, open them and I promise you will see better :)

This is OJ all over again, if the police did there job properly this wouldn’t be a problem.

All of you here keep saying he’s innocent based on stand your ground and self defense. I haven’t said he’s innocent or guilty. I’m saying he has to PROVE that he was, “justified in the use of deadly force and did not have a duty to retreat if:
He reasonably believed that such force was necessary to prevent imminent death or great bodily harm to himself” (that’s the FLORIDA law-not shoot first ask questions later. Do your research or just focus on NY) Does the man in that video look like he was just beaten so badly he needed to use deadly force? He’s not even carrying himself like he had a rough night, just strolling through the station, like it’s just another day. He’s not even shaken up by the fact that he just took another’s life, but that’s besides the point. This man clearly overreacted in a situation he placed himself in. A situation he was TOLD NOT TO PURSUE by someone from 911 while on the phone with them. He called the police, he did the right thing. THEN he took it upon himself handle the situation. And that’s where he went wrong, and where stand you ground is no longer applicable. That’s why he needs to be put on trial and be PROVEN innocent or guilty. Now let’s talk about what YOU don’t want to believe.

        • barnslayer says:

I told you what the LAW is where I live. Not opinion… LAW.
“Too much to read” Okay I’m done. Not wasting anymore time on smug assholes.

          • You’re right to give up Barn. I’m so tired of idiots using the “911 dispatch said…” argument to claim that Zim had no right to defend himself. Really? SYG is “no longer applicable” because words were exchanged? Smug asshole.

          • YellowTapeAndColoredLines says:

I am very smug lol you guys are super right! And the law there Barn, has nothing to do with the Law here where the crime was commited. You told me to “do my research”, that was smug and condescending but now that I’m ach too you don’t want to waste your time. How surprising. Anyway.
Nice chit chat I’ll be sure to pop in on here every now and again to give my delicious liberal opinions <3 (I had no idea this website existed! New favorite past time? I think so!)

        • Aussie says:

wow, you really do lack comprehension.

If the police video was of Zimmerman being taken to the police station, and if as you claim that his clothing had already been bagged and sent to the lab for testing… then would not Zimmerman have been nude as he was taken by those policemen into the police station?

Silly person, this video is of Zimmerman being taken from the police car. He had not been asked to remove his clothing at that point in time. That is why he was in the clothing that he had on at the time he was attaced by Travyon Martin.

          • YellowTapeAndColoredLines says:

Police protocol is to take the clothes AT THE SCENE OF THE CRIME. Which they claimed they did. And even so that clothing has no type of stain on it, but the police wrote that they saw stains from when he was ‘attaced by Trayvon Martin’. Explain that one to me please.

            • stellap says:

Do they take the suspect to the police station naked?

              • WeeWeed says:

Um, no – but asswipe doesn’t seem to know that.

                • YellowTapeAndColoredLines says:

A few months back my next door neighbor committed suicide. His girlfriend gave her version of the story but her clothes had blood on them they needed to be processed. So an officer went into her home, got her a pair of sweats and a hoodie. They took the clothes she was wearing and then took her to the police station, That’s how it’s supposed to be done here in Florida. Asswipe knows a lot more than you fools do. I live in this crazy state.

                  • stellap says:

Pssst! Some of the people here do too, but don’t tell!

                  • YellowTapeAndColoredLines says:

THAT explains a lot then if you’re conservatives from Florida. It all makes sense now.

                  • stellap says:

I don’t live in Florida. I don’t want to mislead you – we are from all over the country, though a couple of people live in Florida.

                  • YellowTapeAndColoredLines says:

Ok, misunderstanding I thought you were saying you were from Florida. Stellap, you seem reasonable. For real, has anything I’ve said here made any sense to you? I know we’ve got different political/judicial views but was there at least one thing I said that made you stop and say, “Ok you’ve got a point”? Just curious.

                  • stellap says:

We have different opinions, but I think a lot of information is yet to be revealed. It isn’t a matter of you making sense – I suppose you would, if I accepted some of the assumptions you have made.

P.S.: Read SD’s latest post – ABC is backtracking on some of the info they have reported earlier.

                • YellowTapeAndColoredLines says:

Agreed, there’s a lot we all assume and we can’t possibly know. Everyone here seems to think he’s already proven him self. Somethings just don’t make sense in zimmerman’s story OR the girlfriend’s story. There are so many unanswered questions, and what I’m saying is take the man to court and let him and his lawyers prove that this was done in self defense, and if it was he should have no problem proving it. Why is that such a bad idea? Why are you so many people on this site so against it? That’s what I can’t comprehend.

                  • YellowTapeAndColoredLines says:

And I read the post, I’ve read most of the articles and links on this page. I like to know the facts and know what I’m up against before I open my mouth. But I don’t like media. I know that everything is strategically and psychologically done to get a specific reaction out of me. I agree it was wrong to broadcast old photo of Trayvon looking like a baby and a mugshot of Zimmerman. That subconsciously makes me think Zimmerman is a criminal at first glance, and ABC news did that on purpose. I don’t like to take any media outlet’s word for anything, because I see through there hidden agendas. I like to do research myself and draw my own conclusions.

                  • stellap says:

The reason why SD has been writing these posts is to show that there is more than the story the media has crafted. Isn’t it a good thing that we can talk about this? If Zimmerman is telling the truth, would we want him to be lynched? If there is reason for him to be arrested, I’m sure he will be.

                  • YellowTapeAndColoredLines says:

It is good, every voice needs an outlet. The problem is that there was reason for him to be arrested, and he wasn’t. “The lead investigator from the Sanford Police Department stood in my family room and told me this was absolutely not self-defense and they needed to prove it”-That’s a statement from the 13-year old witness’s mother. The same 13-year old mentioned in the above article. So I’ll be waiting for them to prove he’s guilty. But until then I guess I’ll just have to settle with innocent until proven guilty.

            • WeeWeed says:

Exactly what stellap said. If you knew anything at all you would know how that is done. BTW, do you know how to type?

            • Aussie says:

the police have the clothing. Your claim that there was no stain is a lie.

            • Aussie says:

I think a little bit of reasoning needs to be made here.

I just read your explanation regarding your neighbour’s girlfriend and you are comparing apricots and spuds in my opinion.

First off, in your neighbour’s case the incident was in a home where it was possible to go and collect clean clothing.

In this particular case this was on the street, meaning that there was no access to fresh clothing…. they had to wait until they got to the police station where the clothing was removed after they went inside.

What is on the CCTV footage is a man who is still in his clothing after arrival at the police station where he was processed and questioned for 5 hours. During that time the clothing was removed and I assume that he was given clean clothing.

This is why you are wrong about when the clothing was taken.

        • Aussie says:

There is a little something that you left out… and the media narrative has been ignoring. Travyon Martin was shot at close range. If the incident really occurred as the racist Al Sharpton and co are making out then Travyon Martin would not have been shot at close range.

If you had bothered to read the excellent analysis made by Sundance Cracker, then you would see that the coroner’s report states that there were injuries to the fingers of the deceased, and that there was gunpowder on his hand.

Yes it is true that George Zimmerman, the Hispanic, had a gun on his person. He is licensed to carry the gun. During the scuffle in which Zimmerman was repeated punched by the deceased thug by the name of Travyon Martin, the gun was revealed, and the deceased thug tried to reach for the gun. Only one shot was fired from the gun because a hand was preventing any further shots.

After reading the account numerous times I am of the opinion that George Zimmerman never intended to use the gun, but that he was trying to prevent the deceased from getting hold of the gun when it was fired.

Wooo-doggy! The leftards are really crawling all over this place to try to rescue their story! It’s falling apart – and they’re in a blind panic.
And the poor little drones just don’t seem to be able to comprehend the fact that people have looked at the evidence that has come out – in spite of the best efforts of the media and the white house gang – and are seeing that they’ve been lied to by a pack of animals trying to make political points on a boy’s dead body.
Trayvon screwed up. Big time! He tried to play the thug and ended up dead. In the final analysis, his death is his own fault. He could have made better decisions and avoided the whole situation. Many, many young men – and boys – have made the right decisions, in spite of their family life, school life, peer pressure…whatever. Trayvon didn’t. And he paid a price for it.
In all honesty, I have a hard time finding any sympathy for him – or for his parents. (Well, his parents don’t need sympathy. They’ve got their trademarks and the expectation of big bucks to come. Unfortunately, they’ll find themselves dropped like a cold Fluke when things don’t pan out for the powers that be. They just won’t be of any use to them any longer.)
Yeah. The leftists blew it again – but they’ll just keep on trying to find ways to split America and tear it down. After all, D’ohbama needs a race war to keep himself in power. He doesn’t care how many or who get killed – as long as he can hang on to power.

    • Well said Sol, well said.

    • YellowTapeAndColoredLines says:

ha ha ha. Damn I can feel the hate coming on your comments. Are you mad? LOL “He tried to play the thug and ended up dead. In the final analysis, his death is his own fault” When was he trying to play thug? While he was walking back to the house he was staying at, minding his own business? Where you there? Did you see him throwing up gang signs and shouting thuggish things? Because if so, please give the police your statement now and END THE MADNESS!

        than just heading home:

        • YellowTapeAndColoredLines says:

Wow. Maybe he thought he was going to be robbed, you know by the man stalking him. I wouldn’t go home either if someone’s following me. I don’t want them to know where I stay, they might be trying to hurt my family. I would double back and take alternate routes too.

          • Robot Sam says:

      • Aussie says:

So how do you explain that Zimmerman was punched in the face? How do you explain that Travyon Martin was the aggressor in the confrontation? How do you explain the powder burns on his hands?

      • Aussie says:

You better believe that it was his own fault. The more we hear about the case, the more we find that Travyon Martin was no innocent little boy in a hoodie being picked upon by an Hispanic man.

He was taller than Zimmerman. He punched Zimmerman in the face and he was intent upon doing harm.

It also sounds like he was reaching for the gun with the intent of killing Zimmerman when he was shot and killed.

In other words, the truth will be nothing like racist Al Sharpton and racist Jessie Jackson are claiming.

    • zmalfoy says:

      Spot on, Sol.

But it’s not just Obama itching for a race war– half the people crawling all over our tree right now are jonesing for one as well, much though they’d deny it. They want Trayvon to be the first “hero” of that war. . .

    • Aussie says:

I agree with you Sol. That is precisely how I see the situation. The thug made wrong decisions and wound up dead.

  26. yank lll says:

I hate to burst this burst the bubble but this isn’t stolen video or enhanced anything. What this is, is your typical CCTV system inside the station house that has been released to the media most likely with its own built in player software for the purposes of evidence standards and requirements. Its is not alterable or able to be altered by design and usually encryption depending on the mfg of the system.
What you are seeing is the player is being “zoomed” into the image probably by the media engineer, which creates the loss of definition because they are analog type cameras not the newer digital cameras or megapixel versions. If they were you would be able to count hairs. The fact that it is stationary is the only reason the image is as clear as it is.
There is no evidence in the video of a cover-up or hiding anything. I know this because I do it for a living and have done so for 30 odd years. If any of you have any decent web cam security systems at home you probably have better pics than these all the time. Take my info as it is intended. Maintain Your Focus.
We have way too many real intrusions and transgressions against us to focus on without allowing our attention and focus to be diverted by misinformation and redirection. Dont watch what they direct your attention to watch their other hand as they run up the BS meter around the country. The only purpose of this Trayvon Martin case is to cause division and anything that helps promote that division is contrary to restoring our liberty. The fervor by the domestic enemy in this instance is to lay the groundwork for racial strife and opposition before, during and after the election if we even have one.. Occupy is gearing up for the warm weather and they will both become big problems at just the right time.. Watch where Van Jones, Sharpton and Jackson traipse around the country and watch the Occupy scum too.. they are all prepping for the heat.

    • stellap says:

Actually, you can tell that this is a video of the video on the CCTV screen. Look at the 30 second mark and again at the 55 sec or so marks, where you can see the edges of the viewing area. Also, ABC did not get this video from an authorized source (the police department).

While I agree that this is being used as a distraction, I think this is an obvious attempt to color the narrative, especially since they cover up the most interesting part of the video with the ABC logo block.

    • barnslayer says:

It’s been a huge distraction away from Oblamer’s failed policies. But his embracing Martin as “what his son would look like” brought to light another of his flaws. Our wonderful leader is himself a racist. He attended rev. wright’s church for what 20 years? wright is still an unrepentant bigot and no need to let that rest. But I agree, Oblamer’s policies with the moslem world, his seemingly intentional misdirection of our economy, his antagonistic treatment of Israel, his gun-running in Mexico to undermine the Second Amendment, Solyndra, on and on. Fallout from all this should be raining down on his head 24/7 until he’s gone.

  27. I have a well trained eye when it comes to video evidence and does anyone not notice the cop signaling Zimmerman to push his back against the wall? That cop was definitely not pulling up his pants for the gesture was made facing Zimmerman and Zimmerman knew exactly what to do.
