Trayvon Martin – The Latest – Media Narrative Continues To Crumble Under The Weight Of Lies – Image of Trayvon the troubled teen worsens

A soup to nuts deconstruction of the lies and obfuscations by the media in the Trayvon Martin case. Along with verified fact based information.

What a difference another day makes.

Today even more new facts surrounding Trayvon Martin have been discovered thanks to the New Media doing the work the Institutional Lame Stream Legacy Media intentionally refuses to do. Simultaneously we discover how many lies and falsehoods are continuing. Just today they include:

      • Media lying about George Zimmerman’s weight
      • A new batch of lawyers for Mom and Dad
      • Revelations about Trayvon’s girlfriend refusing to cooperate with police from the beginning
      • Revelations about George Zimmerman’s prior 2005 arrest which the media falsified in their prior reporting.
      • Revelations about how Zimmerman was appointed as Neighborhood Watch Captain by the Home Owners Association request, and the black residents praise. Again falsely reported by the agenda-driven media.
      • Evidence of CNN intentional lying and bias by Piers Morgan.
      • and much more…

In short. This is perhaps the biggest national racial event since Rodney King. It is also shaping up to be the biggest media driven false public story since Richard Jewell. It’s in the process of becoming a watershed event; And it’s almost entirely fake. It’s a tempest in a tea-cup.

The whole thing is an institutionally media-generated racialist/socialist psychopolitical agitator’s dream come true.

Today we will update and continue to outline and contrast the false narrative sold by the Legacy media types, TV, Print and Radio including: ABC, NBC, CBS, MSNBC, FOX, CNN, PBS, Associated Press, Reuters Media, USA Today, New York Times and other like-minded affiliates.

For the sake of these continuing posts we are going to focus entirely on Trayvon Martin and not the infinite various nuances and side stories spinning out of the false narrative. I apologize for the length, but accuracy matters and context is needed.

SUMMARY of Content: In summary we now know that Trayvon Martin was not the innocent 17-year-old (junior year) High School kid portrayed by the media as: a football player, a volunteer mentor, a math loving student, and loving respectful child, who was serving a five day ten day suspension for tardiness. This was, and is, a complete fabrication. The truth is divergent in the extreme.

But that picture of an innocent child was exactly what the media wanted to sell, because it fit their chosen narrative.

The media even doctored photographs to make Trayvon look more child like.

It is also what the professional race-baiting Jesse Jackson, Al Sharpton, New Black Panther party wanted to portray; and it should be mentioned at the time of this writing they are still bitterly clinging to it. But losing grip rapidly.

Real photo                             Doctored By Media Photo

When the truth is being presented, one does not have to work so hard to control, portray obfuscate and spin. The media have been working very hard because the media has not been presenting ‘the truth’.

But now, against the shere weight of the truth-telling, research, and presentation of facts by the New Media, the Legacy media is beginning to backtrack. Their false construction is crumbling around them.

However, we are not going to let them just skulk back into the shadows. They, the media, created this mess – and make no mistake, this is a huge mistake – and now they are going to be forced to own it. All of it.

We will not allow the media to turn George Zimmerman into Richard Jewell. Not this time. This time we push back. Truth is on our side.

False – The media initially reported that Trayvon was suspended from school for five days because he was tardy. That narrative soon changed to the more truthful ten days. However, they missed the reasoning and a little research revealed much more.

Truth – We now know that Trayvon Martin was suspended from school THREE times in this school year. We do not know the details of the first suspension. But Trayvon Martin was suspended the second time from school in October 2011 for an incident in which he was found in possession of stolen women’s jewelry and a screwdriver that a schools security staffer described as a “burglary tool,” The Miami Herald has learned.

According to the report, on Oct. 21 staffers monitoring a security camera at Dr. Michael M. Krop Senior High School spotted Trayvon and two other students writing “W.T.F.,” an acronym for “What the f—,” on a hallway locker, according to schools police. The security employee, who knew Trayvon, confronted the teen and looked through his bag for the graffiti marker.

Trayvon’s backpack contained 12 pieces of jewelry, in addition to a watch and a large flathead screwdriver, according to the report, which described the screwdriver as a burglary tool.

“Martin was suspended, warned and dismissed for the graffiti,” according to the report prepared by Miami-Dade Schools Police.

Then in February 2012 that second suspension was followed four months later by another one, in which Trayvon was caught with an empty plastic bag with traces of marijuana in it AND a pipe. A schools police report obtained by The Miami Herald specifies two items: a bag with marijuana residue and a “marijuana pipe.”Trayvon was again suspended. This time for ten days.

The Martin family and attorneys et al are furious about the release of background school information to ABC news. Because one of their lawyers, Ben Crump, had filed an injunction to “seal” Trayvon’s school and criminal records earlier this month as soon as he was retained.

The parents argue the background information on Trayvon is irrelevent, yet simultaneously proclaim the background information on George Zimmerman is vital. A tenuous position at best because one of the points of contention is the behavior of both during their encounter.

False – Trayvon was a respectful peer and role model mentor.

Truth – Trayvon left a trail of communication from his twitter account that is retrievable via google cache. His screen name was “NO_LIMIT_NIGGA” and his words speak for themselves. You can read 152 pages of his twitter communication at DAILY CALLER.

However – Warning, explicit language.

The Daily Caller has identified a second Twitter handle that was used by the late Trayvon  Martin during the last weeks of 2011.  Tweeting in December under the name “T33ZY TAUGHT M3,” Martin sent a message that read, “Plzz shoot da #mf dat lied  2 u!”

There are also concerning discussions within the twitter communication from Trayvon’s friends about his violent encounter with a School Bus Driver. In the conversation Trayvon is discussing having punched the bus driver in the face.

A reasonable person would think the media would be interested in this aspect.  Alas, once again the media shows they only report on that which affirms their pre-scripted narrative.  Someone tell Anderson Cooper that it shouldn’t be hard to find that bus driver….. wait, nevermind.

Financial Opportunism

Trayvons mother also applied for Trademarks on his name last week.

Sabrina Fulton (Trayvon’s Mom) is seeking Trademarks for the phrases “I Am Trayvon” and “Justice for Trayvon,” according to filings made last week with the United States Patent and Trademark Office.

In both instances, Fulton is seeking the trademarks for use on “Digital materials, namely, CDs and DVDs featuring Trayvon Martin,” and other products.

The March 21 USPTO applications, each of which cost $325, were filed by an Orlando, Florida law firm representing Fulton.

Odd no? How many “grieving parents do you know that would be concerned with “Trademarking” their dead child’s name? And why?

But then again, the Trayvon “Brand” would be more marketable and valuable if the constructed image of the innocent child victim could continue.

Alas, now it becomes clear, why all of those people who stand to profit from the death of Trayvon, consider any fact based, or truthful, information too risky to the Trayvon brand.

This also explains why Sabrina Fulton (Mom) and Tracy Martin (Dad) hired an attorney named Benjamin Crump. The very first action that Crump took upon retention was to file an injunction to “seal” Trayvon’s school and criminal records. Thereby trying to hide the troubling background.

Benjamin Crump - Attorney for Trayvon's parents

Discovery of Trayvon’s background presented a risk. Not just a risk of character assassination toward their son per se, but a risk to the “brand image” being created. A financial risk.

All Lawyered Up..

One of the key aspects of this fiasco to keep in mind is the “inability” of George Zimmerman to publicly defend himself or tell his story. Yet the family of Trayvon Martin, and their supporters, can talk 24/7 to every media outlet and personality.

It seems every day a new legal representative face appears in the media, or even on Capitol Hill as an attorney for Tracy Martin (Dad) or Sabrina Fulton (Mom). A partial list of their known lawyers are:

      1. Benjamin Crump Esq. (Family/Natl Media)
      2. Daryl D Parks Esq. (Family/Natl Media/Gov’t Relations)
      3. Ms. Jasmine Rand Esq. (Natl Media/Public Relations)
      4. Ms. Areva Martin Esq. (Family/Natl Media)
      5. Ms. Kimra Major-Morris Esq. (Financial/Family/Media)

This composes only a partial list of the National legal team hired by Trayvon’s family. Compared to Crump, Parks, Rand, Martin and Major-Morris, George Zimmerman is at a significant narrative disadvantage. And this doesn’t include the Florida States Attorney General’s office “Angela Corey”, from the Jacksonville Division, who is conducting the investigation with her 65+ person support team of prosecutors and investigators. Indeed, A flea looking into a furnace.

Also he cannot share his side of the story for two more reasons:

First, because he is litterally under threat of bodily harm and injury. The New Black Panther party has placed a MILLION DOLLAR bounty on his head, “Wanted Dead or Alive”, and tens of thousands of people are rallying daily with the Black Panthers and professional race-baiters.

Even Spike Lee tweeted the address of Zimmerman’s home to his 248,000 followers. Fortunately for Zimmerman Spike Lee sent out the wrong address. However, profoundly unfortunate for the 70-year-old couple living there now housebound with around the clock security.😦

Secondly, if Zimmerman was to speak now every word, nuance, phrase and intonation would be scrutinized by not only the media, but by law enforcement who are under extreme pressure to arrest Zimmerman, with or without legal merit. He has been advised to keep quiet. He cannot talk without a ridiculous amount of risk.

THE 2005 ZIMMERMAN “ASSAULT” CASE

Another fabrication the media allows to continue without correction surrounds a prior 2005 arrest (non-conviction) of George Zimmerman. The media and talking heads have repeated this mantra long enough to embed it in the psyche of almost every reader/listener. They frame the arrest as a battery charge against a police officer.

But whoa… wait a minute. Arrest with NON-Conviction. Huh? Well the details are more nuanced and they prefer you not to know the full story because the headline fits their narrative, the content doesn’t.

In 2005 Zimmerman was in a bar having a drink with a friend. Unbeknownst to them an undercover sting operation was going on inside the bar with police officers posing as patrons to catch bar operators selling alcohol to minors.

An altercation between one of the undercover (regular clothes) officers and a friend of Zimmerman took place. Zimmerman thought his buddy was about to be in a bar fight so he interjected and shoved the guy away from his friend. The guy was part of the sting. Out of spite for the shove, and potentially frustration for no minor alcohol sales, they arrested Zimmerman and his pal.

One media outlet did report truthfullyONLY ONE.

In 2005, Zimmerman was charged with resisting arrest with violence. State alcohol agents said Zimmerman pushed them while they were arresting a friend of his during an underage drinking operation at a bar. Zimmerman avoided a conviction by going into a pretrial program that is offered to people with no prior arrests.

FACTS

Now some facts to deconstruct the left-wing media bias.

On Feb. 26, when Zimmerman first spotted Trayvon, he called police and reported a suspicious person. He called the non-emergency phone number not 911. He was taught to call this number by police as part of the Neighborhood Watch program. He described Trayvon as a black male, acting strangely and perhaps on drugs. Zimmerman was fulfilling his shift on the neighborhood watch patrol.  He was Captain of the Neighborhood watch program because the HOA voted him as such.  In this gated community there were eight burglaries, nine thefts, and a shooting just in the past year.

In fact, the local homeowners’ association reports that George Zimmerman actually caught one thief and aided in the apprehension of other criminals. The Miami Herald wrote about this on March 17th. None of the thousands of articles and cable news segments that came after, thought this was important.

In fact the Miami Herald goes on to interview neighbor, Ibrahim Rashada, who is black. Rashada confirms that there has been a lot of crime in the neighborhood and indicates to the reporter that the perpetrators are usually black.

One of the commonly repeated media narratives is of George Zimmerman being a vigilante type personality. Nothing could be further from the truth as outlined in this report from an investigative piece done by The Philadelphia Enquirer, and intentionally ignored by all other National Media Outlets:

[…] people are wondering if the 28-year-old Zimmerman is an earnest if somewhat zealous young man who was just looking out for his neighborhood, or a wannabe cop who tried to take justice into his own hands.

Attorneys for Martin’s parents say Zimmerman is a “loose cannon.”

“He’s a wannabe police officer,” lawyer Benjamin Crump said. “Why did he have a gun?”

But some neighbors welcomed his vigilance, at least before the shooting.

Samantha Leigh Hamilton, an auto-dealership employee who has lived on Zimmerman’s street for about a year, said that she once left her garage door up and Zimmerman noticed it while out walking his dog. He notified another neighbor, who let Hamilton know.

“The only impression I have of George Zimmerman is a good one,” Hamilton said Wednesday.

Hamilton said another neighbor, a black woman, would regularly inform Zimmerman when she was out-of-town so that he could keep an eye on her place. Hamilton said that when she moved into the middle-class, racially mixed community of about 250 identical townhouses, the black neighbor told her, “Hey, if you need anything, you picked a really good area, since George is part of our neighborhood watch.”

Zimmerman, who was captain of the neighborhood watch and licensed to carry a gun, made 46 calls to police since 2004, according to department records.

Hamilton said there had been several break-ins in the past year, including one three doors away in which burglars took a TV and laptops.

“When I hear about him calling the police constantly, it kind of makes sense to me because we had so many break-ins recently,” she said.

The homeowners association’s February newsletter said that Sanford police had beefed up patrols in the neighborhood and that officers on bicycles were making random checks of front yards and backyards. It was not clear how big the neighborhood watch was, but Zimmerman was the dominant force.

If you’ve been the victim of a crime within the community, after calling the police, please contact our captain, George Zimmerman … so we can be aware and help address the issue with other residents,” the newsletter said. It added that the neighborhood watch group was looking for more participants at its monthly meetings.

Zimmerman moved with his parents from Manassas, Va., to Florida about a decade ago. He lived with his parents in nearby Lake Mary for several years before moving to the Retreat at Twin Lakes, records show. He lives in the gated community with his wife, Shellie, a licensed cosmetologist, but is now in hiding because of death threats. (read more)

George Zimmerman would not know Trayvon Martin because Trayvon was visiting, staying with his Dad’s girlfriend in the Orlando sub-division. Both the Dad and the girlfriend were not supervising Trayvon at the time. Neither adult were home.

Much controversy has been “created” by the media about the fact Zimmerman was “following” Trayvon, as if that represented some form of unusual behavior.

Zimmerman was on Neighborhood watch patrol, of course he’s gonna follow the suspicious person. That’s what patrols do. See something suspicious – Say something to police – and Keep watch. DUH?

This point is not in contention by either Zimmerman or his attorney. It is a manufactured talking point of the race-baiters. AND it is being promoted by an agenda driven biased media.

While on the phone with police George Zimmerman stopped the car and got out of his SUV to follow Trayvon on foot.

When a dispatch employee asked Zimmerman if he was following the 17-year-old, Zimmerman said yes. The dispatcher told Zimmerman he “did not need to do that”. Zimmerman replied “OK”, and immediately turned back toward his SUV.

Much false controversy has been made about the police dispatcher instructing Zimmerman not to follow the person (Trayvon), but it really is a moot point. It is standard protocol for all operators to say “do not engage” because they are told to do so by police departments fearful of being sued. As soon as the police dispatcher told him not to follow, he stopped, turned around and attempted to walk back to his vehicle.

There is about a one-minute gap during which police say they’re not sure what happened next.

According to the police report George Zimmerman told them he lost sight of Trayvon and was walking back to his SUV when Trayvon approached him from the left rear, and they exchanged words.

Trayvon asked Zimmerman if he had a problem. Zimmerman said no and reached for his cell phone, he told police. Trayvon then said, “Well, you do now” or something similar and punched Zimmerman in the nose, according to the account he gave police. His nose was broken and bleeding when police arrived.

Zimmerman fell to the ground and Trayvon got on top of him and began slamming his head into the sidewalk, he told police.

An independent witness from the next house gave the same descriptive to police of Trayvon on top of Zimmerman punching him and pulling his head up and down slamming it into the sidewalk.

Zimmerman began yelling for help.

Several witnesses heard those cries, and there has been a dispute about whether they came from Zimmerman or Trayvon. Lawyers for Trayvon’s family say it was Trayvon, but police say their evidence indicates it was actually Zimmerman requesting help.

One witness, named John, who has since talked to local television news reporters, told police he saw Zimmerman on the ground with Trayvon on top, “pounding him” — and was unequivocal that it was Zimmerman who was crying for help. He described with specificity what both people were wearing and their exact body positioning.

At this point it becomes imperative to point out one of the most blatant media lies. George Zimmerman’s weight.

The media continues to report that George Zimmerman outweighed Trayvon Martin by 100 lbs. You see that report and justification for the impossibility of physical assault everywhere. It is factually wrong.

How did the false reporting start? A reporter researched a prior 2005 arrest report for George Zimmerman which placed his weight at 248 lbs. So that was what they reported as his 2012 weight. 248 lbs.

In actuality he weighs 170 lbs. Yeah, he lost weight in those 7 years.

No-one, not one reporter or TV talking head bothered to check. The 100/lb weight disparity fit the narrative, so they ran with it. Even now with the facts clearly available the media continues to sell the same lie.

So let’s get this straight once and for all, at least here in the world of factual reality:

George Zimmerman 2005 5′ 8″ @248 lbs

George Zimmerman 2012 5′ 8″ @170 lbs

  • George Zimmerman is 5 foot 8 inches 170 lbs
  • Trayvon Martin was between 6 foot even and 6 foot 3 inches (per mom)  160 lbs  (according to police report)

IF THEY CAN’T EVEN GET THE DESCRIPTIONS CORRECT WHY WOULD PEOPLE BELIEVE ANYTHING THE MEDIA IS SAYING.?

During the scuffle on the ground Zimmerman began trying to get his handgun out of his belt. Trayvon attempted to get the gun away from Zimmerman. Zimmerman then shot Trayvon once in the chest at very close range, according to authorities.

The impact of the shot thrust Trayvon upward, backward, and partially spun him around to land on his stomach.

The handgun was a Kel-Tec PF9 semiautomatic 9mm pistol. The police took immediate custody of the weapon when they arrived on scene. The gun was recovered with a full magazine and only the chambered round had been fired.

This is a condition associated with something preventing the gun from cycling a fresh round from the magazine into the chamber after the shot was discharged. One thing that can cause this condition is another man’s hand wrapped around the pistol, retarding its slide mechanism.

This would indicate, as the coroner’s office affirmed, that specific gunshot residue patterns and cuts were present in certain places on Trayvon Martin’s hand(s), and that a struggle for a gun was taking place when the fatal shot was fired.

When police arrived less than two minutes later, Zimmerman was bleeding from the broken nose, had a swollen lip and had bloody lacerations on the back of his head.

Zimmerman was processed as a potential criminal suspect and placed handcuffed in the rear of the second arriving patrol car. Paramedics from the Fire Dept. gave him first aid in the vehicle upon arrival but he said he did not need to go to the hospital. He got medical care the next day.

He was held in the vehicle while preliminary investigation took place and the crime scene was initially processed. The police retained custody of the handgun.

George Zimmerman was transported to the police department where he was questioned, recorded, and processed.  The police questioned Zimmerman for five hours at police headquarters without an attorney present, apparently Zimmerman felt he had nothing to hide.  The police report noted Zimmerman was “bleeding from the nose and the back of the head.”

There are conflicting reports on what toxicological evidence was retrieved from Zimmerman.  CBS reports none were done.  However, that CBS article appears flawed in that regard.   A Police Dept. spokesperson told local Orlando media a full toxicology analysis was completed including, blood tests, breathalyzer and the police took residue and swab samples of his hands, arms and body.

In addition the police took custody of his clothing for further evidence processing.

George Zimmerman was fully cooperative with investigators both on the scene and at the police department. He was noticeably shaken and distressed, but fully cooperated with all questions and gave both written and recorded statements for over five hours.

Zimmerman’s statements were compared against witness statements, and against the recorded phone calls including a timeline analysis. In addition, his statements were compared against the physical evidence at the scene.  The following day, detectives re-enacted the shooting with Zimmerman at the scene.

After intensive questioning, George Zimmerman was released from custody pending further investigation. The police retained custody of the handgun and clothing of Mr. Zimmerman.

Zimmerman sought medical treatment the following day for his nose, head, face and anxiety.

Trayvon’s body was evaluated, autopsied, and crime scene processed by the coroner’s office.

Who was Trayvon Martin? For the police this became a question difficult to answer. Unfortunately Trayvon was unknown to anyone at the scene, surrounding residences, investigators, police, or any person available for contact within the community.

Completely understandable when you consider Trayvon lived in North Miami, and no-one within the gated Orlando community was familiar with him or where he was from.

It is important to remember that neither Trayvon’s father Tracy Martin, nor his father’s girlfriend were home within the community at the time of the shooting.

Hence the delay in police figuring out who this John Doe actually was.

The shooting happened at approximately 7:15pm on 2/26. Trayvon’s parents were tracked down and notified on 2/28. Between those times, no-one in the Martin family has described making any effort to locate Trayvon. Nor has any Martin family member  described themselves filing a missing person report.

ODD STUFF

There is one odd Point of contention from the Mitchell family about a “supposed” phone call Trayvon made during the time Zimmerman was following him.

The call was reportedly to Trayvon’s girlfriend in Miami, who has, according to the Mitchell’s completed an affidavit stating that Trayvon told her on the phone he was being followed.

Both Trayvon’s parents, and their attorney Benjamin Crump think this phone call is an important aspect because it shows George Zimmerman was “following” Trayvon Martin.

The family thinks it is so important they had the girlfriend swear an affidavit to that affect. However, something doesn’t smell right about this because again today we discover something new. There is a lie embedded in this entire “phone call” narrative, but what aspect is false is yet unknown.

Why so sure?

Tonight, Tuesday (3-27) on CNN Piers Morgan Show Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi was questioned about the case and some general aspects surrounding the ongoing investigation. During the conversation about wanting to get to the bottom of everything. Pam Bondi specifically stated that Trayvon’s girlfriend had previously been unwilling to cooperate with police.

Bondi stated she was hopeful that Trayvon’s girlfriend would now become more cooperative, because since the time of the initial early investigation, up to and including all subsequent inquiries, she has been unwilling to talk to police or provide records of the phone call. She has refused numerous times to be interviewed and would not provide a statement to police, nor allow herself to be interviewed even with legal representation.

Why? Well, I’ve got a strong hunch, but it is supposition so I’ll not go there because for the sake of intellectual honesty every cintilla of verbage on this subject up to this point is factual, fact based, and verifiable.

However, I’m not sure why this phone call is even a point of contention.

Again, neither the police, nor Zimmerman dispute the fact Trayvon was being followed by Zimmerman. If anything it leads further credibility to Zimmerman’s explanation of events.

However, again I note while the parents of Trayvon are stating they are in possession of a sworn affidavit from the girlfriend, she has never allowed herself to swear the same to police or law enforcement. She has refused any and all attempts at being interviewed.

Perhaps even more alarmingly, if she’s being truthful, this aspect does bring up a general common sense question:

“If” this phone call was actually taking place during part of the time Zimmerman was following Trayvon, and if Trayvon told his girlfriend that someone was following him, then why wasn’t anyone worried or looking for Trayvon when he didn’t show up or come home.?

If anything this bit of information makes it even more odd that Mom, Dad, or Trayvon’s girlfriend were not worried even more about where he was.

There are two obvious really tragic aspects to his death. One is the shooting, and a life cut so short.

But with a full measure of brutal honestly, another is the culpability of his non-engaged parents in creating a morally undisciplined teenager.

Their visible outrage now showcased in the media is understandable given their grief. But perhaps a dose of guilt is intertwined.

Apparently it should be.

  1. This is one of the longest postings I have ever created and I apologize for the length, I really do. But IMHO it is highly important that we push back against the institutional narrative of the biased media, and the more I learn of this particular story the more sickened I am at the intentional falsehoods. A line must be drawn. For me, this is it. 😦

I well remember Richard Jewell, and watching an interview with him and Ted Koppell where he outlined how his life was shredded beyond repair by the false media disparagements. He broke down describing it, and it really struck a nerve with me. Watching what the media is doing to George Zimmerman, a man in no position to even attempt to defend himself, is, well, de-ja-vu. 😦

Don’t apologize, SD – this is a very critical meme for the upcoming campaign. We have to strip away the faux racial/racist outrage from the left or they will use it to generate violence all over the country to distract the electorate from their miserable record and agenda.

Kudos and thanks for staying on this and updating with facts.

Honestly, SD? I read all the facts of the case from here. And it doesn’t matter how long your posts are. They are engaging and I have never felt the need to stop at any point ’cause it’s tiring. That could be said about any of posts made here actually. I might not comment often saying how well written a post is because THAT could become redundanr but it needs to be said once in a while. You guys are doing an awesome job. Thank you.

I do have one doubt though. In your Trayvon Martin posts, sometimes you use Martin and Mitchell interchangeably. Did I miss something?

      • No, it is my mistake if you see me do that point it out please. Trayvon Mitchell is the name of a kid whose pictures many blogs initially cited as being Trayvon Martin. While I was able to identify the difference and never posted the erroneous pictures, the name stuck in my head I guess and I have caught myself typing it several times. Sorry. I’m gonna go check again.

No problem, SD. That sort of thing happens when you have so much information and are writing them down, I guess. In this post, you used Mitchell in 2 places while discussing oddity in the phone calls. It just struck me ’cause I used to make a living out of finding fault with other people’s work! There’s a reason why software testers are quite a hated group, ya know!😀

Sundance this is a top piece of reporting. I had heard that Zimmerman had a broken nose over here in Australia. That is alarm bells because it meant that the media narrative is not the truth.

      My Dear Comrades,

Well now, I think that it behooves our beloved President to watch this trial closely and if it seems that the “Poor Little Trayvon” thing sticks, then he should stick like glue to it as well….but if Trayvons gangster (Gangsta?) past (The $6.300.00 in womens jewelry they found in his backpack, his assault on the bus driver, etc.) and criminal prospects for the future (Entries from his Facebook, Myspace and twitter journals that expound his contempt for law and order, school, teachers and “Chumps” who work for a living.) cannot be effectively suppressed by the media, then our dear president OBAMA had better pretend he thought that everyone was talking about Trevon Martino, the tennis player from Brazil.

I must congratulate you on your excellent work! The “press” has been a disgrace! They show a 12 year-old cub scout, and a “big” GZ, and say GZ ran TM down and “shot him down like a dog”. (Quote from H. Wilson, FL Rep.) If that is not “trial by press”, I don’t know what is. A FREE press should present TM as he actually was, i.e., gold lower teeth, finger in your face, “punched bus driver”, and with email, “no limit Nigg_r”. Further, you have to wonder. TM expelled THREE TIMES in one year. Why did not the parents attend a PTA meeting. Why did they not go to school and FIND OUT WHAT WAS GOING ON WITH TM?? Or did the think the school was “racist” also? This sound like parents totally out of touch with what TM had become.

The Trayvon Martin and Occupy agitprop are among the tactics they are using to keep their puppet in power so that they can gain a second term. If they do, they throw into high gear their plan to shred the U.S. Constitution and assume dictatorial powers.

    • Why would 70 year old “Elaine” need a security detail? If Spike Lee is paying for it, obviously he has just admitted, albeit indirectly, that as a direct consequence of his actions the physical safety of the resident within the household is in danger.

Even a 1st year lawyer would have a field day with Spike Lee on the witness stand facing a civil lawsuit; with him admitting culpability and responsibility for harm.

So what if the address were correct?

Is it then a determination as to “who” occupies the residence as to whether Mr. Lee takes responsibility. That’s not the way the laws work. Risk is risk, and willful disregard is the same no matter who receives the consequence.

SHE NEEDS TO SUE HIS ASS OFF. She has a guaranteed lock down winner of a lawsuit, the only question is for HOW MUCH? I’ll bet a donut that Mr. Lee is in a hideout somewhere for a while…… trying desperately to diminish his visibility now.

I can appreciate honesty in all things, but the citizens of our country are so ready to get up in arms about anything that’s even slightly controversial, its absurd. The media only amplifies the sensationalist perspectives to spin the stories for the best ratings. Praying in school, gay marriage, protesting military funerals and 9/11 memorials, show that our over-sensitive and morally depraved Americans don’t want to fix a problem. They just want their 15 minutes and to make a buck. The fact that Travon’s parents are profiting off of his death is rediculous and obscene. This doesn’t even come close to striking a racial chord with me and I grew up in Louisiana where rasicm is still very much alive.

There is something fundamentaly wrong about the attitudes our country harbors and I don’t have high hopes for the future.

Since when does an alleged burglar that is UNARMED, not even in the act of burglarizing, deserve to be shot dead? How is this the proper moral punishment for something that he was not even ever convicted of doing?

Unless, of course, you believe that such behavior is only what can be expected, and he shouldn’t be held to the same standards any anyone else, simply because he’s black. That, my dear, is f#cking racist, and you ought to be ashamed of yourself for thinking so little of black people.

In Florida you are allowed to meet force with force. All the evidence speaks to the defendant acting in self defense. There is no law breaking in following someone, especially if you work for the neighborhood watch and that is your job. There is no crime in weighing more than your assailant. No crime in suspecting someone is up to mischief and certainly no crime in confronting someone who is following you, after all how are you to know they are just looking after their neighborhood?. The only crimes committed here come in the form of assault. Obviously the defendant was pretty badly beaten up; it is important to know more information about the autopsy and whether there is anything other than a gunshot wound on the other victim. Who made the first punch? Does it really matter? This is all it comes down to, there is no black, no white, no discrimination, to weight involved, no background needed, nothing. Florida law allows this to happen, if you disagree then don’t live in florida and fight someone with a permit to carry a gun.

The only straying from moral issues comes by way of the media, it comes by way of the special interest groups, it comes from those who make claims without backing them up, from those who listen and believe everything they hear. None of that should jive with someone morally bound. To argue first about racial motive or to create a story in your head before gathering facts, is morally lacking. The problem is people cannot see what the real issue is, what makes something right or wrong, they don’t know how to dig to what is the most basic and deciding factor. Instead they fight and argue and get emotional because that is what makes them feel alive. To act and think morally you must rid yourself of your emotions and bias. If everyone could do that this crime never would have happened in the first place. I hope those who make the final judgement on this situation can do the same.

When the Martin family made his character a linchpin of the narrative then all bets were off. Especially as information became available that the opposite was true. An affirmative defense for Zimmerman is this mentally childish kid but very adult male physically came after him. Yes, Martin’s previous and now well-documented behavior strongly indicates an out of control thug. He was KILLED, that is not in dispute. Murder means something else entirely and unless the prosecution has something really explosive, then Martin was killed by a person who was being subjected to bodily harm and had a reasonable belief that that harm would continue. I kow in the liberal world things are all about feelings, nuance, and living in the land of rainbows, unicorns, and Skittles but the fact is an athletic ‘kid’ over six feet tall and equally matched with an older man who wasn’t an athlete could kill that man with blunt force trauma to the head, ie pounding said head on concrete. So far there isn’t one shred of evidence that GZ profiled Martin, that he hunted Martin, or that he attacked Martin. That appears to be a lie ginned up by the Martins and repeated ad nauseum in the echo chamber media. Giddy up!

The police absolutely failed in this case to even approach competency on any level regarding what was at the very least a potential crime scene. I dont care how many tattoos Trayvon had, how many bags of marijuana he smoked or even if he had a scuffle or two in his past. Those are not legitimate reasons to assume that somebody who is dead automatically instigated a confrontation. The stand your ground law is idiotic in its current form. It is just a pandoras box opening the door for justification and legal defense of horrific incidents such as the Trayvon case. However i do believe that in the end not even this law will help Zimmerman. He pursued Trayvon when he should have turned around and left. He refused to adhere to the Dispatchers sage advice. Recordings and Eyewittness reports of the incident indicate that it was Trayvon not Zimmerman who was being attacked. So try to keep it real. Zimmerman made a mistake by following a suspicious individual after the “police dispatcher policies” stated for him not to. Nothing turned into something. I am disappointed in his parents to try to make a profit from this, but Zimmerman did kill a teenager regardless to whoever believes it is self defense or not. If he really had any morals, he would feel some kind of remorse and send an apology out through his attorney if not for killing their son “in defense”, but on the entire situation itself.

The one decent thing that came out of Corey’s Academy Award acceptance speech is when a reporter asked, no whined, about how long this took and she politely told him that investigations take time, 45 days is not a long time. Given what the police had at the time after interviewing GZ for 5 hours and a walk through of the scene the next day, which BTW his story remained consistent which doesn’t happen if someone is lying, they had nothing with which to arrest him on per the prosecutor. These current charges are completely bogus and politically motivated. I hope that when this is over, GZ will sue the Martin’s, the SP, the media who lied and obfuscated, the NBPP, Al Sharpton, Spike Lee, Jesse Jackson, Jealous, and any other POS that has contributed to the railroading of a man who is most likely innocent of any wrongdoing.

It doesn’t matter in the least, about his drug use, suspension(s) previous fights….etc. He’s dead now!!!
George had already “done his duty” to report the “suspicious black guy” in the neighborhood.. or should I use his terminology, “F***IN COONS, who alway get away”
I mean seriously, the title of his job was “WATCHMAN”, which explains why he was self appointed, clearly he was unaware of the what that word means.
So save your BS victim bashing, and search that currently cold heart of yours, and maybe, just maybe you’ll realize, that even THAT BLACK MALE, in his most “suspicious” form (black while wearing a hoodie) is/was still a human being who’s life was taken for NO other REASON, than for being black on the wrong day, in the wrong neigborhood!!!!

The opinions being expressed at this site are just that – opinions. However, these opinions are being expressed because of the narrative being set forth by the major media outlets who are doing so with their own biases. There are several other examples pointed out in these posts that I’m not going to go into.

I’m sorry, but Zimmerman had every right to follow Trayvon. We have a neighborhood watch, which also follows anyone suspicious in our neighborhood, a small community of 100 homes. And our neighborhood watch has done a great job of preventing crime, including stopping drug and sex trafficking in the park at the end of our neighborhood, preventing B&E’s of homes vacant while their owners are away, stopped a car theft in progress, and so on. There are numerous examples. Our neighborhood watch consists of all well-trained military and/or police who live in our community – which is 100% white.
And guess what? All of the perpetrators, so far, have been black youth coming out to VA from DC to prey upon what they believe to be defenseless “rich” white folk. Sorry. None of us agree to be victims to predatory, unsupervised black “youth”, aka THUGS.

Secondly, Zimmerman had lost sight of Trayvon and was heading back to his vehicle when Trayvon assaulted him. This must have been Trayvon’s thug fantasy come true.
After all, we’ve been privy to the tweets about easy money, guns, threats of violence and complete disrespect for women. What Trayvon DIDN’T count on was the fact that Zimmerman refused to be a victim.

Trayvon wasn’t killed because he was black, he was killed because he was a thug and an aggressor who tried to kill someone for, (I am guessing), ‘dissin him for having the temerity to ask about his intentions.

Quelle surprise that you march in here demanding white guilt and that whites, hispanics and asians all continue to be victims of out-of-control black rage.

Sorry. Not going to happen. The tide has turned. Enough is enough. “Black America” needs to get ahold of itself. This isn’t an “American” problem, it’s a BLACK problem.
Turn your “rage” to where it belongs – at Trayvon’s parents, who clearly didn’t care enough about him to stop his escalating delinquencies, or even inquire about him when he was lying on a slab in a morgue.

The element of ignorance here is beyond my belief. He was not a registered neighborhood watch. His reports are not false, you can pull the records. Looking at someone and drawing predictions is called stereotyping or profiling (regardless of race) its like me looking at every bald white man and thinking he is a Nazi/Skinhead or looking at every black man with dreads and thinking he is a marijuana drug king. If Zimmerman didn’t have that gun, he wouldn’t have gotten out the car, that is what a gun does for a man, boost his ego. Zimmerman had also made phone calls on a 9 year old kid. If Zimmerman was in the act of committing a crime this would all make sense, but I didn’t know from walking you can tell someone looks like they are up to no good, on drugs and all that from looking at them. If this is your approach, make sure the next time a woman is raped you say well look at her history, when your family members are murdered you say well due to their history. If anyone in here is a Christian, the end result is to not pass judgement (which he did) and no man has the right to take the life of another man. In his 911 tape, he states he looks like he is in his late teens, but in a sworn statement he states he didn’t know his age, well late teens would be, I don’t know 17,18,19, thinking he was my age (which he stated in the bond hearing) is just a lie. But better yet does someone’s age justify murdering them. Give me the records where he was with the neighborhood watch as well read the sign, you see the suspicious action and you report it, that is the end of your job. First of all, nothing but pure racism is coming from your thoughts right now. You are not the only one to experience racism. Apparently what you have gone through has left some nasty emotional scars. It’s understandable, and for what happend I am sorry because it was anything but morally acceptable. But guess what? I went through stuff that if I told you, you wouldn’t even believe it. And I’m not even going to allude to my race or the race of certain individuals who attempted on many occasions to cause severe harm simply because I was of a different color. Now that we have that out of the way, I will tell you that not one bit of that has to do with this case. That must be acknowledged first. And apparently there are a heck of a lot of people that need to do that at this point, considering how big this story has become. You following so far?

Now that we have stripped all that away, and if you truly let it dissolve and just look at the FACTS, yes the FACTS, what do you see? Well, I’ll tell you what I see. SInce I am willfully attempting to not be clouded by the racial aspect of this, I see a teenager who’s ACTIONS brought him to his untimely demise. So let me ask you this? When can we start talking about Trayvon’s actions? When are people going to accept that his actions were criminal? When are we going to stop making excuses and have accountability for that? If you want to wait for ALL the facts before you decide to truly believe that Trayvon did what he did, that’s completely legit. But in order to be an intellectually honest person, you MUST do the same for Zimmerman.

Here are a list of NON-CRIMES:

It’s not a crime to be black
It’s not a crime to be a teenager
It’s not a crime to wear a hoodie
It’s not a crime to wonder around in the rain
It’s not a crime to talk on the phone
It’s not a crime to have Ice Tea and Skittles
It’s not a crime to be a Neighborhood Watch Captain
It’s not a crime to report someone who looks suspicious
It’s not a crime to ask people you don’t know in your neighborhood what they are doing
It’s not a crime to get out of your vehicle
It’s not a crime to follow someone (even if not far)
It’s not a crime to own and carry a gun legally
It’s not a crime to use that gun to defend yourself in a life threatening situation

Here are a list of CRIMES

It is a crime to assault someone
It is a crime to try and kill someone

Now go back through ALL the evidence and tell me who definitely committed a crime?
Will Zimmerman catch a manslaughter charge? It’s possible. But that is speculation at this point. What is becoming something akin to the elephant in the room is that Trayvon decided to attack Zimmerman. No speculation, that is without a doubt a crime. So again I ask you, put the race thing aside, the age thing aside, and hold Trayvon accountable because that is what we need as a society. No more excuses and pretending. The facts are there, but if you think you have an argument against, go for it. But don’t hide behind race. Use honest FACTS. I think you will find that as it stands right now, there is little if any wiggle room for the truth of the matter. And for goodness sake, reread the article if you have to.

P.S. It is highly improbable that Zimmerman said “f*&king coon”. In fact, it is much more probable that what he actually said was “f*&king cold”. And guess what? That night it was unusually cold and raining. Think I’m making this up? You’ve got a search engine. Use it.

All that being said, it’s your right to mourn Trayvon. But it’s irresponsible not to hold him accountable for his actions. You can believe a fantasy, or face the truth.

Lets make this real simple – did George Zimmerman know Trayvon? Did he know he was suspended from school? Did he know anything about the young man he killed? How are you trying to justify wait wait, its more so don’t judge me but if I kill you trust me that its because of your past, not the actions that were happening when I murdered you. A smear campaign is pointless because Zimmerman didn’t know any of the above facts as the reason he committed his actions. I mean was Zimmerman following Trayvon on Twitter?

There have been at least 4 different media reports that the coroners office did not notify the parents until 3/28. The parents confirmed they were not notified until 3/28. I have never seen a report that they filed a missing person report, besides Mom lived in Miami.

If you can find a record of such please let us know. In the interim I have a question for you. How long does it take to process a murder scene? Any idea.?

Reportedly this event took place while he was en route back from a 7-11 to the place he was staying. He was “70 yards” or approx 200 feet away from home. Use google map. There is only one enterance/exit into the subdivision.

If the event happened at 7:15ish How long do you think tape, and crime scene investigation would be going on? How long would police, or investigators be on the scene?

The next day, the investigators were back on the exact same scene with Zimmerman to recreate the exact events.

The reason I wonder is because neither Dad, nor the girlfriend saw anything. Admittedly they were not home at the exact time it occured. They were “reportedly” chilling with friends watching basketball. Look up the b-ball games for 2/26. Look at what time they ended broadcasting. How is it, IF Tracy Martin and his girlfriend came home, they did not know a serious crime took place? They had to drive right by it.

Use common sense and Occam’s razor logic.

This is why the house of cards is collapsing all around the Trayvon family, and those with a vested interest including the media. Nothing they say, or report, makes sense. The only storyline that matches the circumstances is the one from Zimmerman. That’s why the old saying applies, the truth will set you free.

I guess there is a good side to the death of Trayvon, he’ll never have to endure racism again. His pain is over… all I want now is for his parents to heal from the death of their son. Criminal, thug, drug doer, dealer, troubled student, “f’n coon, nigger, nigga …etc I don’t care what people refer to him as. He was still someones child …. & NO parent wants to bury their child.

Why is the media digging through his twitter page thats sad. Imsaying this because he was a child, yes still a child with the mindset of a child. I dont agree and i dont cosign doing drugs, stealing and thugging in the streets, but who are we to say his parents didnt do the their best in disciplining him. I was 17, 15 years ago the cute kid, respectable kid who my parents sent to school everyday was not who showed up at school. Sadly sometimes its about fitting in, some of the baddest kids in school are the preachers kids. I use to tell my mom these kids that you see once a week at church are not the same kids that i go to school with. Some parents are schocked when they come in for parent teachers conferences they dont even know their kids. Zimmerman was the adult, Im not going to crucify the man to the cross, however he should of used better judgement, have you ever stop to think that this kid could of been wondering who is this man following me? What does he want? How do you think a 17year old is going to react? Especially one who may be trying to imulate the percepction of being “hard, tough” or what have you. You mention he didnt know Tray because he was visitng, well how can he know over 268people in an unofficial position. Residents cant have guest? You mean to tell me if i live there and had guest Id have to pass it by Zimmerman. This whole tradegy is outrageous. the childs life cut short, and if Zimmerman has any type of soul has to live with his decisions he made that night after he was told to stay put. Your so quick to jump to the fact that this kid was suspended, had a marijuana bag, stolen jewelry by the way cops never identified….he was a kid!! Maybe its because im from a suberb of NYC and sadly im immune to teenage boys getting suspended, smoking joints, and being hellians in the streets. zimmerman to had a past that is more sustainable because when he did these crimes he was a adult.

According to the eye witnesses Travyon Martin was beating up Zimmerman when the gun was fired.

Also, there was a scuffle and Travyon Martin was attempting to reach for the gun when it went off.

You might want to explain about the gunpowder that was found by the coroner on the hand of Travyon Martin… cause it sure looks like he caused his own death by his very actions.

Trayvons past scuffles has nothing to do with it, at that moment zimmerman does not know of trayvons past to formulate an opinion about him, he profiled him, bascially he looked like someone who might commit a armed robbery. All he had to do was ask him what unit he was from or whom he was vistiting. Zimmerman went above and beyond his “call” of duty and now his claim to fame is being a murderer. homicide, manslaughter, 4th or 5th degree anyway it goes hes a murderer.
And now thats a cross he has to bear.

For the media to try and call him a thug, they don’t even kno wat a thug is. Artist paints and draws characters and you see it on tv ,in your mind you starts to believe o a thug looks like this: black kid who has tattoos, perice ears,do drugs, probably dont have no family members etc. I disagree becuz how could you jus by look at somebody and say their up to no good that’s a thug. The word thug is jus a word that discribe somone and judge someone on how they look and act that’s not right at all. I have a brother who’s in college and is in his second year and he has tattoos so by me listening and watching the new about Trayvon Martin, you telling me if my brother walks outside and wants to visit one of his friends in a neigborhood that he never been in with his tattoos showing someone gonna kill him? Posting, commenting on the book and tweeting that’s what he do today with our friend to stay connected so for the media to put those pic up and heck his accounts was disrespectful toward Trayvon as he R.I.P in heaven. What some people may not see hes a 17 year who like to have fun and teenager are gonna make mistake but they also learn from them and start a new day. When were 16 and 17 our parents let us have a little of our freedom so we can learn how the real world is. Y’all adults were teenager once think back to your teenage life can u really sit there and judge this boy if that what teenagers do. The media don’t kno Trayvon Martin like his close friends and family do, all the media kno is he got shot by zimmerman, which when the police told him he didn’t have to follow him and he did so anyway he prevoked Trayvon and I don’t believe a grown man was afraid of no 17 year old boy come on now!!!!!!! I believe trayvon turn around and asked zimmerman why you following me and Zimmerman tried something and by him being town watch he had a gun and Trayvon fought back with him tried to get dat gun from him as he should’ve cause I kno I would had fought for may life. O one more thing dat stand your ground law is a bulllll the stat of Florida needs to really get rid of that law (ASAP)!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you feel that pictures of him, as well as his school record and actions damage his memory, then perhaps you should consider the fact that he should not have done these things to begin with. Yes, teenagers frequently make bad decisions. This young man had a history of them, and his parents, who are so concerned now, did not even know he was missing for days. I just found half of America’s racism on this blog. When does Skittles and an ice tea justify death? Even if he was a wannabe thug, he wasn’t attempting to be one that night. He was walking home, and some big head stranger followed him against the directions of 911. Think about it, if there was a real struggle for the gun in the mist of the confrontation, Trayvon’s blood would have splattered all over Zimmerman? Don’t you clowns realize that if you are on the bottom getting your head smashed, and you shoot someone at point blank range who is supposenly on top of you, you will get a blood bath? Especially, if you shoot them at point blank range in the chest where major arteries and the heart is. Come on racists’ you can’t be this dumb!

      Krystal –

      1. No one here believes that Skittles and an ice tea justify death.
      2. How do you know what Trayvon Martin was doing that night? Were you there?
      3. Listen to the police tapes. The police (not 911) said “You don’t need to do that.” George Zimmerman responded “okay”.
      4. How do you know if the blood would have spattered all over Zimmerman? Usually most of the gore goes out the exit wound (on Trayvon’s back). Anyway, Zimmerman may have changed his sweatshirt/jacket at the scene, and the police took what he was wearing. The truth is, you don’t know, and I don’t know either. We do know that EMS cleaned him up and attended to his wounds before he was taken to the police station.
      5. The police gave Trayvon Martin CPR at the scene (see police report.) Did you notice any blood on any of the policemen?

I don’t consider myself to be a racist. I don’t know if George Zimmerman is guilty of manslaughter or murder, because I wasn’t there, and we don’t know all of the facts, and probably won’t know until the investigation is finished, and the trial is finished, if Zimmerman is arrested.

I am not the one who says she know what happened that night – you are. So who is the racist?

It is funny how you have not one piece of the facts of this case correct.

      1. Tea and skittles: was there evidence that he had a can of iced tea and a packet of lollies on his person? If not then that makes the claim by the family absolute nonsense. Or it could be that the family are using the euphemism for marijuahna and ecstasy which just happens to be tea and skittles.

2, If you had listened to the tape recording Zimmerman actually says ” I have lost him” or words to that effect. He says ok when he is told that he does not need to follow.

      3. There are witnesses who saw the incident and who saw the little thug Trayvon Martin on top of Zimmerman as he was beating his head to the ground.

      4. Let’s wait for the coroner’s report which should state whether or not the shooting was at close range, which is what I am assuming is the conclusion in the report.

In other words the whole construction by the race-baiters Al Sharpton, Jesse Jackson and Crump as well as the not so loving parents is made up nonsense.

Nobody was there that night, of course but from the tape recordings i have heard, zimmerman was without a doubt pursuing Trayvon and at one point even yells he is running. If that is accurate, it is very unlikey that Trayvon suddenly decide to double back pursue and confront this man he did not know. The claim that Zimmerman was headed back to his car just does not pass the smell test. I am not saying that Trayvon did not confront Zimmerman he may have felt it necessary to confront this stranger. Zimmermans claim however that he was walking back to his car and the subsequent claims that it was him screaming for help to this point look rather misleading.

Steven, What becomes annoying, at least for me, is the disconnect and selective use of information to prove an opinion. You say: Zimmerman says at one point “he’s running”, then use that as weighted evidence to prove Trayvon could not have doubled back. However, rather than being cognitively dissonant, will you set aside your tendencies and look at the transcript of the entire 911 call. The conversation with the police dispatcher goes on for quite some time after the “he’s running” bit. Indeed, within the call you can clearly infer he is headed back to his vehicle to meet police at the mailboxes….. /SD:

    Dispatcher: Sanford Police Department. …

Zimmerman: Hey we’ve had some break-ins in my neighborhood, and there’s a real suspicious guy, uh, [near] Retreat View Circle, um, the best address I can give you is 111 Retreat View Circle. This guy looks like he’s up to no good, or he’s on drugs or something. It’s raining and he’s just walking around, looking about.

Dispatcher: OK, and this guy is he white, black, or Hispanic? Zimmerman: He looks black. Dispatcher: Did you see what he was wearing?

Zimmerman: Yeah. A dark hoodie, like a grey hoodie, and either jeans or sweatpants and white tennis shoes. He’s [unintelligible], he was just staring…

Dispatcher: OK, he’s just walking around the area…

Zimmerman: …looking at all the houses.

Dispatcher: OK… Zimmerman: Now he’s just staring at me.

    Dispatcher: OK–you said it’s 1111 Retreat View? Or 111?

    Zimmerman: That’s the clubhouse…

Dispatcher: That’s the clubhouse, do you know what the–he’s near the clubhouse right now?

Zimmerman: Yeah, now he’s coming towards me.

    Dispatcher: OK.

Zimmerman: He’s got his hand in his waistband. And he’s a black male.

Dispatcher: How old would you say he looks?

Zimmerman: He’s got button on his shirt, late teens. Dispatcher: Late teens ok.

Zimmerman: Somethings wrong with him. Yup, he’s coming to check me out, he’s got something in his hands, I don’t know what his deal is.

Dispatcher: Just let me know if he does anything ok

Zimmerman: How long until you get an officer over here?

Dispatcher: Yeah we’ve got someone on the way, just let me know if this guy does anything else.

Zimmerman: Okay. These assholes they always get away. When you come to the clubhouse you come straight in and make a left. Actually you would go past the clubhouse.

Dispatcher: So it’s on the lefthand side from the clubhouse?

Zimmerman: No you go in straight through the entrance and then you make a left…uh you go straight in, don’t turn, and make a left. Shit he’s running.

Dispatcher: He’s running? Which way is he running?

Zimmerman: Down towards the other entrance to the neighborhood.

Dispatcher: Which entrance is that that he’s heading towards?

    Zimmerman: The back entrance…fucking [unintelligible]

    Dispatcher: Are you following him?

    Zimmerman: Yeah

Dispatcher: Ok, we don’t need you to do that.

    Zimmerman: Ok

Dispatcher: Alright sir what is your name?

    Zimmerman: George…He ran.

Dispatcher: Alright George what’s your last name?

    Zimmerman: Zimmerman

Dispatcher: And George what’s the phone number you’re calling from?

Zimmerman: [redacted by Mother Jones] Dispatcher: Alright George we do have them on the way, do you want to meet with the officer when they get out there? Zimmerman: Alright, where you going to meet with them at?

Zimmerman: If they come in through the gate, tell them to go straight past the club house, and uh, straight past the club house and make a left, and then they go past the mailboxes, that’s my truck…[unintelligible]

Dispatcher: What address are you parked in front of?

    Zimmerman: I don’t know, it’s a cut through so I don’t know the address.

Dispatcher: Okay do you live in the area? Zimmerman: Yeah, I…[unintelligible] Dispatcher: What’s your apartment number?

Zimmerman: It’s a home it’s 1950, oh crap I don’t want to give it all out, I don’t know where this kid is.

Dispatcher: Okay do you want to just meet with them right near the mailboxes then?

    Zimmerman: Yeah that’s fine.

Dispatcher: Alright George, I’ll let them know to meet you around there okay?

Zimmerman: Actually could you have them call me and I’ll tell them where I’m at?

Dispatcher: Okay, yeah that’s no problem.

Zimmerman: Should I give you my number or you got it?

Dispatcher: Yeah I got it [redacted by Mother Jones]

    Zimmerman: Yeah you got it.

Dispatcher: Okay no problem, I’ll let them know to call you when you’re in the area.

When you actually look at the conversation, or listen to it, it is obvious – BRUTALLY OBVIOUS – he is not persuing the kid. He’s talking to the police dispatcher while walking back to his car to meet the cops at the mailboxes. Occam’s Razor. I mean, I wasn’t there but sheeesh…. it is, what it is.

Do people really think Zimmerman would be asking the police to call him if he was in hot pursuit? C’mon. Read it again, in it’s entirety, and tell me that conversation was with a guy on foot chasing Trayvon….. Not likely, Not Possible.

You are correct SDC, that will certainly be something they can look at to possibly build a case for him. What is your view on the experts who have come out and claimed to be 99% sure that the voice was not Zimmermans. I am just looking for your take on that, no judgement either way.

Steve, the “experts” in voice analytics are just media proported propaganda. Tom Owen (the expert) is selling a new product to market he “created” in March of this year. It really is just exploitation of a tragedy for personal gain. JustOneMinute was the first to expose the insufferable Orlando Sentinel as his first victim. The main media players are less apt to purchase his self-interested narrative. Here are the links to research, decide for yourself. My opinion is that this entire “voice expert thing” is total nonsense, but as with all narratives there are those who refuse to believe reality. Anyway here’s the links:

    http://justoneminute.typepad.com/main/2012/04/this-is-the-expert-witness-the-orlando-sentinel-is-touting.html

    http://justoneminute.typepad.com/main/2012/04/screams-versus-speech-evidence-of-homework-done-by-media.html

In the final analysis I think people will eventually recognize this entire event was driven by a need for monetary gain. If Zimmerman can be shown to have acted in self-defense (which the “evidence” seems to support) then the HOA, their insurance company, Zimmerman himself, and his insurance company are not liable; and that’s where the Stand Your Ground Law specifically comes into play. Martin family attorney Ben Crump is desperate to see Federal charges against Zimmerman because Florida’s Stand Your Ground law specifically immunizes self-defenders against criminal and civil penalties.

The entire thing from top to bottom, I believe will eventually come out and the ROOT of ALL EVIL will once again be shown as the motivating factor. Sad, but in today’s world we unfortunately should expect it. It’s all about money.

I just took a copy of the picture into a very simple graphic program, and by just adjusting the brightness on the picture to about 38%, I can see more detail in the picture. For instance, now I can see that the shirt he has on is red rather than what looks like a orange shirt.

That punk hid himself and then started the fight…. plus George reported that the punk was staring at him when he was in the car. It suggests that TM had intentions to start a fight. What was unexpected was TM discovering that George had a gun. What is more TM grabbed for the gun and the powder burns on his body is proof that he was grabbing for the gun. This is consistent with what George has stated.

If DeeDee is called to give evidence she is going to commit perjury. The Martins are also lying and Sybrina in particular is lying when she identified that voice. It is George. He certainly knew there was a “neighborhood watch” going on. Most of us would feel SAFER in a community that had “neighborhood watch” in effect. What she said, is reported THROUGH LAWYER CRUMP. That is at least a two-stage hear-say. Impossible to verify. TM might well have said, i see the “cracker” watching me — I think I will go back an “check him out”. The “inference” that 6′ 3″ fist-fighter TM was “scared”, or “cornered” it too ridiculous to consider — for the rational mind. The fact that DeDe will not LEGALLY swear to what she said — implies that Lawyer Crump “edited” what she said. Yet that un-proven statement that “TM WAS CORNERED BY GZ” is the entire basis for charging GZ with 2nd degree murder. That is simply wrong!

and a simple look at the layout of the apartment, the important locations per the narrative shows IMO that St. Skittles could have avoided Zimmerman at several points. For them to have met up at John’s apartment says GZ either attacked Martin and carried him to that location, highly unlikely given the size and age) or Martin did backtrack and confront GZ at that location. IF the final location had been between the clubhouse and Green’s apartment, that would be different but it’s not. TM was cute kid — when he was 12 years old and 110 pounds. But in the following five years, he changed into a “street punk”, who conducted fist-fights (fight club), and had an “anger issue” with authority. His parents were in total ignorance of this aspect of TM. Further, this happens in families, Hispanic, black and white. TM saw an authority figure in a School Bus Driver, and in a “Watch” person. His reaction was the same. He could punch that person with no adverse effects to himself.

The gated community was about 40 percent black, 40 percent white and 20 percent Hispanic. Kids (of any race) develop like TM did. GZ was no more “racial” than any of us. It is tragic that TM’s parents could not “see” TM’s fellow students saw him. They knew him for what he was. With that “anger issue”, he might well have gotten into a fight with another black — who was caring a firearm. The result would have been a crime static in Miami. THIS IS NOT RACIAL

Travon Martin punches an innocent man in the face — with no warning. That is indeed the act of a bully. GZ defends himself against possible paralysis. Why would we think that TM was not a bully?

RAMSEY, N.J. (AP) — A New Jersey school district has agreed to pay $4.2 million to settle a lawsuit by a middle school student who was paralyzed when a known bully punched him in the abdomen.
The settlement between the Ramsey school district and the family of Sawyer Rosenstein, who had complained to the district about being bullied, was worked out over the past two months but not made public until last week

Crappy thing about the NJ case…. the school district paid $ to the victim. This translates in real terms to be an added expense for the community taxpayers. The money should have come from the responsible parties, the bully’s parents and the school administrators. Typical gov’t B.S. they screw up and taxpayers foot the bill.

If you really feel that way, why are you commenting here? Every person has a right to comment. If we can further the cause of justice, that is a good thing, right? Sunlight is the best disinfectant.

Yes, we want the truth. But GZ is being TRIED IN THE PRESS, with gross distortions published by the Lawyer. The biggest lie is to insist that GZ was a rabid KKK thug. In fact he distributed leaflets PROTESTING THE BEATING OF A BLACK MAN BY A WHITE PERSON – for the NAACP. Here are some other fibs by B. Crump that are swallowed whole by the “media”.

Crump developed fibs — for a “better story”. 1) The “Skittles Story”. 2) Green’s son was at home. 3) TM went to the 7-11. 4) TM was taking to this “girl friend” (texting perhaps). This DeDe was not associated with TM as “girl friend”. 5) TM was a 110 pound, cute kid. 5) GZ was a rabid KKK lover and racist. 6) It is possible to tell fibs if you are lawyer and not get caught. (i.e., LaCross players) 7) you are guilty, “in the press”. [Some MIGHT be true, most — probably not. ]
