It has been building upon itself longer than most can remember. It is an anger that is out there, well beyond the visible boundary. This cannot be seen, it is felt – looming with certainty. It is a cold, watchful and mostly private anger….

…something is more serious about this type. Deeper than hot anger, which attracts the brief attention of the media. This rage needs no further discussion amid those who carry it… It just is.
….The depth of this is far greater than has been seen before. A rage deeper than deliberate and more serious than mere resolve or purpose. There will be no quarter from this storm, no harbor worth finding.
Wall Street’s decision to run Joe Biden has absolutely nothing to do with Joe Biden per se’, and everything to do with Donald Trump. Dame Clinton cannot defeat Trump. As it becomes more likely that Donald Trump will be the GOP nominee, risk adverse Wall Street/The U.S. Chamber of Commerce has to reposition their play…

(Via NBC) Contrary to reports suggesting Vice President Joe Biden’s wife remains an obstacle to his potential presidential run, sources tell NBC News that Jill Biden is fully behind him for another bid.
Jill Biden, sources tell NBC’s Chuck Todd, is 100 percent on-board with a presidential run, despite reports indicating her hesitation is part of what’s keeping Biden from jumping into the race. (more…)
The article conjures up images of Kerry and Obama playing the roles of Herve Villechaize and Ricardo Montalban waiting for the planes to arrive on Fantasy Island…. “Da Plane, Da plane”!

(Via NBC) The U.S. is offering new details about its plan to ease the Syrian refugee crisis by significantly increasing the number of worldwide refugees it will take in over the next two years.
U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry says the U.S. will accept 85,000 refugees from around the world next year, up from 70,000, and the number will rise to 100,000 in 2017. (more…)
(Via NBC) More than a third of Republican voters say that Carly Fiorina performed best in the Wednesday night debate on CNN. But debate performances don’t translate into vote preference overnight, and Donald Trump maintains his position at the top of the Republican pack, according to the latest NBC News online survey conducted by SurveyMonkey from Wednesday through Friday.

Debates alone rarely move poll numbers in big ways, and Trump continues to lead the crowded field with 29 percent of Republican and independent voters who lean Republican saying they would cast their vote for him.
Ben Carson and Carly Fiorina remain on an upward trajectory, now filling in the second and third spots. Jeb Bush is holding steady at 8%, about the same level of support he’s seen since April in NBC News/SurveyMonkey polling. During that same period, Scott Walker has seen his support shrink from 12% to just 3% in our latest poll. (more…)
Here’s video of candidate Donald Trump appearing on NBC Meet The Press (Chuck Todd), and CNN’s State of the Union (Jake Tapper) from this morning. The second interview is the most pertinent to the ongoing Rovian maneuverings.
It should be noted that both CNN and NBC released “post debate” polls today. You’ll notice Chuck Todd, despite an NBC poll result, didn’t use it.
The ideological “tells” are often inherent within what is not presented.
First the Chuck Todd interview:
The second interview (Jake Tapper) is more pertinent. (more…)
There’s nothing quite like witnessing someone expose their bias and agenda when they become intoxicated by their own sanctimonious glee. Chris Matthews describes how MSNBC was watching, breathlessly waiting for an opportunity to pounce on and destroy Donald Trump.
“we caught him … we nailed him, …. we finally got him” etc.
Another brilliant dissection of the insufferable media nonsense. Some of Steyn’s best work.
MARK STEYN – As the week ended, Obama’s palace guard in the American media were demanding that every other Republican candidate distance himself from Donald Trump’s failure to correct, among thousands of attendees at his events, one who apparently is under the reprehensible illusion that the President is a Muslim.
Any candidate who plays this game with the Obamamedia is a fool. Assuming for the sake of argument that the questioner is genuine and not a plant (like, say, the 14-year old all-American schoolboy clockmaker who didn’t make a clock at all and is the son of a belligerent Muslim activist and perennial Sudanese presidential candidate whose brother runs a trucking company amusingly called Twin Towers Transportation), putting all of that to one side, there are several entirely reasonable responses one could make to the gentlemen of the press: (more…)
Apparently this happened Friday night. We just saw it today for the first time. Unreal.
Anderson Cooper was trying to drum up controversy. While discussing the insufferably silly Trump response in New Hampshire, he played a video, and then made some ridiculously manufactured claim attributing words/intent to Donald Trump that factually doesn’t exist.
Cooper was challenged by one of the panel guests and then things went, well, full-frontal moonbat – with Cooper launching into a diatribe about his various international travels, Muslims, the Middle-East and passports, or something. Watch:
Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be thy Name. Thy kingdom come. THY WILL BE DONE, on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread. And forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us. And lead us not into temptation, but DELIVER US FROM EVIL.
For Thine is the kingdom and the power and the glory, forever and ever. Amen †
