WASHINGTON DC – There is only one certainty surrounding the terrorist attack that occurred in Benghazi, Libya last September 11th: seven months later, the American people and the families of the victims and wounded still do not know all the facts and specifics that resulted in the murder of Ambassador Christopher Stevens and three other American heroes. However, I am cautiously optimistic that momentum is building this week in the quest for the truth.

In separate letters to Members of the U.S. House of Representatives, the groups Special Operations Speaks and Operational Security (OpSec), along with 700 retired military special operations personnel, urged support for House Resolution 36 which is being sponsored by senior Republican Congressman Frank Wolf (R-VA). House Resolution 36, if passed, would create a select congressional committee to thoroughly investigate the terrorist attacks in Benghazi and what the Obama Administration did and didn’t do. (more…)

First a recap – From the initial FOIA information provided with affidavits from M-DSPD Commander Fox-Williams, and Sergeant William Tagle, we learn the following:

–  A specific and intentional program was instituted by M-DSPD Police Chief Hurley to change the way the criminal activity of young black male school students was recorded.  Several processes from invoking the “Baker Act” to flat-out manipulating police reports, and in some cases not writing them at all, was used.   This led to a 60% statistical reduction in criminal recording and engagement.  The implication within the research points to Hurley following the instructions of School Superintendent Alberto M Carvalho who appointed Hurley as police chief.

*Alberto Carvalho has close ties to the White House and the Obama administration.

–  We know Trayvon Martin was one of the students who benefitted from such a procedural change, because the School Resource Officer, Darryl Dunn, gave statements during the internal affairs investigation admitting as such. (more…)

Juvenile delinquency in Florida’s public schools declined dramatically during the last six months of 2011, the Florida Department of Juvenile Justice (DJJ) announced today.

Delinquency referrals in schools throughout the state declined 16 percent compared to the same period the year before.   School referrals declined in 46 of Florida’s 67 counties, with Miami-Dade recording the biggest numeric decline (353 cases or 60 percent) in school-related delinquency.  A school-related referral is an arrest for a juvenile misdemeanor or felony committed on school grounds. Another two weeks later, Sunday February 26th, 2012, one of those improved Miami-Dade statistics decided to confront a hispanic man named George Zimmerman, in Sanford Florida.  The high school junior, a diverted statistic from Krop High,  punched Mr. Zimmerman in the nose, knocking him to the ground, and straddled him MMA style. Now – This really happened (obviously because it’s on tape), and yet “Progs” (that means you progressives) will look around saying: “wha, what… so what, it doesn’t mean anything”?

Here’s the issue being debated.    If black men, or Muslim men, commit violence against women, should the media:

a) ….report the violence because the victim is female, and this supports our agenda

OR

b) ….. censor the violence because the perp is a racial minority, and that does not support our agenda.

There’s a reason you do not see coverage of this in the Main Stream Media –  There is too much painful self exposition in the trial of Kermit Gosnell for the Legacy Media Complex to put in front of the general public.   Of particular note is our Dear Leaders ideological belief that such activity of Gosnell’s engagment is supported by his own internal compass – or lack thereof.   Consquently, avoidance becomes the guiding principle…..   But the trial continues:

FACT:  The last federal budget actually signed into law took place in September of 2007 for fiscal year 2008.  It was signed by President Bush.

FACT:  Since then, and due to the Democrat party spending objectives, not a single day of the Obama administration has been with any budget restrictions at all.

FACT:  The ‘spend at will’ Democrats had full control of both houses of congress and the White House for Fiscal Years 2009, 2010, 2011 and they never passed a budget.   The Senate never even proposed one, and the Obama budget proposal only got 2 votes in 2011, and -ZERO- votes in 2012. (more…)

At 8:01 am this morning the Fifth District Court of Appeals in Florida gave Benjamin Crump 20 days to respond to the request for a Writ of Certiorari filed last week by George Zimmerman’s defense attorney Mark O’Mara – before they make a ruling.

After reception of Crumps response – O’Mara will have another 10 days to submit a reply.

At stake is whether or not Trayvon Martin family attorney, Benjamin Crump, will be deposed during the discovery phase surrounding the State of Florida V. George Zimmerman case.

The judge, Debra Nelson, ruled twice that Benjamin Crump would not have to present himself for questioning by the defense surrounding the discovery, in March 2012, of a witness he named “Dee Dee” (Witness #8). (more…)

(via Mediaite)  On Friday, Sean Hannity brought Pat Smith, mother of the late Sean Smith, on his radio program. The 34-year-old information management officer was one of four Americans murdered in the Benghazi embassy attack on September 11, 2012.

In the chilling interview, a distraught Ms. Smith, in tears, pleaded for answers and spoke of the efforts to silence her.

Ms. Smith first relayed how her son, prior to the attack, requested additional security in advance and warned the State Department:

He did tell them, ahead of time, he typed it into his little typewriter over there, that they were going to be attacked, ‘please they needed more security,’ and they were ignored. And I don’t appreciate everybody going to bed and going to sleep and not taking care of the guys that they put in harm’s way, one of them being my son. (more…)
