In a splashy, dramatic and well choreographed press conference, the Canadian government announced that it has two men in custody in the VIA rail alleged bomb plot, while the FBI is holding a third suspect in New York.  The US media has not investigated nor released any information about the mystery “third suspect” in custody in New York city.

The National Post has determined that the Jaser family created a highly suspect and unbelievable claim of “victimhood” while in Germany (a safe country), alleging that Molotov cocktails were thrown by racists at the family’s apartment, forcing them to “flee” Germany.  These claims were never proven true, and Germany is host to a large population of well protected and state supported Muslims.  In any event, the Jaser family flew to Canada in 1993 on fake passports to claim refugee status and asylum.  Their bogus refugee claim was rejected, but by exploiting the Prog doctrine of sympathy for the fictional and non-existent “Palestinian state”, the Jasers were able to convince an adjudicator that they were “stateless” and had no where to go.

Although it was clear that the family had safe haven in Germany and there was no need to “flee” to Canada, several intelligence sources have speculated that the family sought a location in close proximity to the US.

The other VIA Rail bombing suspect in custody, Chiheb Esseghaier, a doctoral student at INRS, a well regarded and federally funded research facility affiliated with the University of Quebec,  was described by other tenants in his residential building as the “neighbor from hell”.  It is clear from independent reports of those who lived close to him that he had difficulty integrating into Canadian culture and appeared to have significant mental health issues.  The concierge at his building described him as a “deeply religious man”.  In spite of numerous warning flags, and being monitored by the Canadian security agencies,  Esseghaier was granted permanent residency status.

Both men were able to exploit loopholes in the existing immigration and “refugee asylum” system in Canada to seek shelter in major cities close to the US border, in spite of ample warnings and red flags about the security risk they posed.

The FBI works for, and falls under the authority of, the Federal Department of Justice, Eric Holder.   Which brings in a strange series of questions regarding the stoppage of questioning by the FBI of Dzhokhar Tsarnaev.   Megyn Kelly outlines the initial issue:

Initially the feds proclaimed Tsarnaev would fall under the “public safety exception to miranda” which would have given them 48 hours to question him prior to the delivery of Miranda protection.   The feds didn’t even need to charge him with anything right away – but they did.   In addition, something, obviously unexpected by the FBI interrogators, was changed.  Who changed it? Why? and why was the FBI not notified of the intent to change direction?

– Today seems a fitting day to review this again –

One of the frustrating realities of our polarized time is the media creating a skewed and left leaning view of all things political. However, even with this headwind, each day many more people choose to engage in and honest discovery and understanding of what’s going on. Whether because they stumble upon a concern, or whether they happen across some information that makes them rethink their prior position and views, it can lead to an engagement with us from a perspective of their only reality view having been determined by the lens of the media.

Indeed that can be, and often is, an incredibly frustrating conversation because they bring an embedded and sometimes flawed bias into their narrative. One of the more common misunderstandings stems from the media hatred of George W Bush and his actions, aptly called Bush Derangement Syndrome (BSD).

What I want to do here is not change anyone’s mind, but rather to remind people what led to some of Dubya’s decisions in his own words.

I must first emphasize at the time of Dubya’s tenure in the White House I was not a supporter of many “Bush policies”, however, I did understand his reasoning.

Sometimes research into “why” was needed to understand this reasoning, but there were valid reasons nonetheless. It is unfair for the liberal media, or for any Johnny-come-lately to re-write his motivation as illicit, it was not. In hindsight some of his policies and approaches may have been wrong, but it generally is unfair to look in the rear view mirror to judge. BOSTON, MA –  Regular viewers of Fox News are used to seeing popular host Megyn Kelly on their televisions every afternoon, but on Thursday morning Kelly made a special appearance during the morning to break some surprising information: according to her sources, the FBI was “shocked” to see a magistrate “waltz into” the hospital room of Dzhokhar Tsarnaev and read him his Miranda rights.

So why were they shocked? According to Kelly, the FBI was under the understanding that they would get much more time with Tsarnaev under the “public safety exemption” before he was read his rights. The Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) is used by just about every liberal media outlet to manipulate the narrative of extremist terrorists as being from the “far right”.   SPLC spokesperson Mark Potac is on television weekly selling this narrative;  The most recent example was his appearance, early on following the Boston Bombing, claiming the bombers were most likely right-wing extremists.

WASHINGTON DC – A vote on President Barack Obama’s controversial labor secretary nominee was postponed after Republican Senators summoned a whistleblower to testify before the Senate Health, Education, Labor and Pensions committee.

Politico reported on Wednesday that Frederick Newell, a St. Paul, Minnesota community activist, will appear before the committee to discuss the $200 million whistleblower lawsuit that Tom Perez, the head of the Department of Justice’s civil rights enforcement, allegedly dismissed as part of a quid pro quo deal with the city. The city withdrew a Supreme Court case that threatened to overturn disparate impact, a racial discrimination doctrine that Perez supports, in exchange for the DOJ dropping the whistleblower suit. This is a great example of how intensely the Modern Democrat party considers any ideological opposition, even amid their own constituency. From top to bottom Progressive Fabian Socialism is the entire construct of the liberal left – Democrats.

You won’t hear the legacy media tell this story, for they are part of the same alignment;  And spotlighting the rabid extent of the ideological pressure just isn’t part of the program. The media reserves that approach for discussing how the right-wing, extremist ‘Tea Partiers’ are pressuring Republicans to move away from *cough* moderation.

No, for the Modern Democrats the deconstruction of the U.S. Constitution, reflecting individual freedom, is the key principle upon which they manuever to overwhelm the system, tear down the fabric of a constitutional society, and reconstruct it in a more progressive manner. It is the same reason, albeit a divergent angle, that reflects the intents behind hiring people to sell government dependency – and force food stamp use.

(NATIONAL JOURNAL) – Mayors Against Illegal Guns, the well-funded group co-founded by New York Mayor Michael Bloomberg, is seriously considering a months-long television, radio and direct-mail campaign against Arkansas Sen. Mark Pryor, one of four Democrats who opposed expanding a background check for guns.

The goal: Make an example of him.

In the Gosnell trial today an unavoidable walk back showcases the reality of determination of life.

The judge walked back a previous ruling surrounding “Baby C”, reversing his previous ruling that a murder charge on “that child” could not progress.   Baby C was alive for 20 minutes when placed in a shoe box – before he died, so the judge ruled that one, was indeed, potentially, murder.

The HUMAN CREATED insanity of the challenge facing the judge is brutally obvious.   Which babies are actually babies, and which are not – the definition of “life” being fought in the courtroom.

The baby whose foot merely kicked as he tried to live is considered not eligible for legal protection.  The baby who breathed a little longer is……  what determines who qualifies and who does not?

A few breaths only and the baby can be discarded – but wiggle a bit more, breathe a little more, or fight a little harder…. and something changes.   What exactly is it that changes?  At what point does that change occur?  

These are the actual arguments taking place inside a Philadelphia courtroom.

Humanity screams so loudly – the voices of the attorney’s are irrelevant….  and I find myself filled with brutally painful tears for those who are dead under such definitions. (more…)

Florida Attorney General, and friend of Benjamin Crump, {{*INSERT LOUD CONFLICT OF INTEREST FLAG HERE}}  Pam Bondi, has filed the State’s response to the Defense request for a Writ of Certiorari surrounding deposition of Martin family attorney, Benjamin Crump.

AG Pam Bondi has previously outlined, at great length -and effort for political capital-  her close personal friendship with Benjamin Crump.   During the Martin Lee Anderson Case Pam Bondi worked as prosecutor on behalf of the State of Florida, while Ben Crump was family attorney for the Andersons.

In addition, current special prosecutor, Angela Corey, was a campaign manager and advocate for Pam Bondi during Bondi’s 2010 campaign for Attorney General.
