About the media-hyped DNC bounce……  It doesn’t exist !   President Obama is in no better shape today than he was two weeks ago.  It is fictional, false, a complete figment.

But the insufferable water-carrying media is trying to make everyone  believe President Obama’s re-election hopes are better.  They’re not.

Consider this recent examiner article –  The Rasmussen Reports Daily Tracking Poll of the presidential race released today shows President Obama leading Mitt Romney 46 percent to 44 percent. That margin is within the poll’s margin of error and therefore, the race by that result is statistically tied. It appears that Romney gained four percent after the Republican convention and Obama has gained two or three of that percent back after the Democratic National Convention this past week.

The state polls and race for electoral votes shows to be unchanged from the last GOP2112 analysis of the electoral vote race published here August 25, 2012. Not a single state has moved into a different category since then, and Romney maintains the electoral vote lead of 317 to 179 over Obama with 42 electoral votes from Pennsylvania, Minnesota, New Mexico and Oregon remaining in toss-up status. A most excellent and succinct article (below) describing the pending doom of the Democrat party.   The signs are everywhere…. you just have to see beyond the media’s curtain.  

The podium at the DNC was just like the podium in Bagdad Iraq circa 1991  2003 (corrected) where we got to laugh nightly at Bagdad Bob telling everyone how the infidels were being crushed by the mighty forces of Iraq’s Elite Republican Guard.   Meanwhile in the background we bore witness to the “Shock and Awe” coalition campaign destroying everything around him.

But to afford the benefit of the doubt to a reader who just clicked into the discussion, here is a general punditry example essentially reflective of the echo-chambering, yet irrelevant, media:

Yeah, I know this (video) is after day #1, but blah, blah, blah, the same water-carrying conversation happened last with the swooning just directed at “Bubba The Savior”. Whatever. Really, his BS is not worth my typing effort to deconstruct. Besides, someone else already did it.

I really do believe that people can see through this farce now.

Wow.  Just Wow at the reaction.  I never imagined that Empty Chair Day would sweep the nation, take over Twitter, makes its way to the banner headline at Drudge and stories at The Wall Street Journal and elsewhere.

There obviously is a deep grassroots desire to be heard and to be heard against Obama.

The flood of photos sent to me and posted on Facebook and Twitter speaks volumes to what is not being picked up in the polls and mainstream media.  Anyone who thought we were not motivated has missed the picture completely.

President Obama, and more aptly President Obama’s handlers, are formulating the campaign strategy; mixing it up a bit.

The attacks against Mitt Romney and Paul Ryan are not gaining the traction they expected.  Conversely the critiques against President Obama are striking a central nerve with the electorate.   In essence Romney is winning public opinion and President Obama is losing.

So the Alexrod, Plouffe, Jarrett  ===> DNC operatives and spinmasters, Wasserman-Schultz, Stephanie Cutter  ===>  Nancy Pelosi, Harry Reid, strategy is to deflect back to the personable parent model.    President Obama “Daddy”, “Father”, “Husband”, etc.   AND the media is all too happy to sell the dopey wonderous Ward Cleaver imagery all over again. After crawling up, down, and inside out of everything associated with Sheriff Joe for more than three years, the feds did not find squat…. it was a pure political witch hunt.  In a typical Obama/Holder DOJ manuever the Feds announce the non-finding and dropping of their investigation at 5pm on Friday night of a holiday weekend.   Jerks.

PHOENIX — Federal authorities said Friday that they’re closing their abuse-of-power investigation into Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio in Arizona without filing charges against him.

Authorities were investigating America’s self-proclaimed toughest sheriff for his part in failed public corruption cases against officials who were odds with him. Arpaio brought cases against a judge and two county officials in 2009.

Federal authorities also decided to not prosecute matters tied to alleged misuse of county credit cards by sheriff’s officials, alleged misspending of jail-enhancement funds and other matters. (more…)
