“The President has said many times that the American people are demanding action,” White House Communications Director Dan Pfeiffer told The Huffington Post. “They want to see progress, not partisan delay games. Watch – Most Media portrayed Egypt’s President Morsi as overreaching his power last week and demanded he enact a constitution that protects the legislative rights of the minority….. Meanwhile this week the same media will exhault Harry Reid for his magnanimous strategy to subvert constitutional limitations as “progress”…. Just watch.

The day after the election we outlined the expectations from the next Congress, specifically what Harry Reid WOULD do.  The elimination of vote approval threshold (formerly 3/5ths or 60 votes) to a simple majority in the Senate (half plus one or 51 votes) is one aspect.   The other aspect is the elimination of minority standing completely with removal of filibuster process.

Well here we go…  and it is a shock, by golly – a shock, to Republicans.

The media will cover and protect Reid/Pelosi/Obama because they support this unconstitutional manuever.   The legacy media has spent untold hours and pages labeling the conservatives as Extremists, and Obstructionists in preparation for the progressive excuse “they had to do it, they had to change the rules” to protect the country and move FORWARD.

After months of protesting a policy requiring high school students to wear an RFID-enabled ID badge around their necks at all times, Andrea Hernandez is being involuntarily withdrawn from John Jay High School in San Antonio effective November 26th, according to a letter sent by the district that has now been made public.

Move along citizens, move along….  smiles please…  yes, lovely…. smiles please…..   roll up your sleeve so the line can move quicker please……  yes sir, that’s it…. yes, maam… perfect.   Keep the line moving folks, you are all most excellent citizens……   Yes, thank you, step along…. step along…..

Transcript: I think the really shocking news today was that General Petraeus thought and hoped he could keep his job. He thought that it might and it would be kept secret, and that he could stay in his position. I think what that tells us is really important.

It meant that he understood that the FBI obviously knew what was going on. He was hoping that those administration officials would not disclose what had happened, and therefore hoping that he would keep his job. And that meant that he understood that his job, his reputation, his legacy, his whole celebrated life was in the hands of the administration, and he expected they would protect him by keeping it quiet. Thanksgiving 2022

“Winston, come into the dining room, it’s time to eat,” Julia yelled to her husband. “In a minute, honey, it’s a tie score,” he answered. Actually Winston wasn’t very interested in the traditional holiday football game between Detroit and Washington.

Ever since the government passed the Civility in Sports Statute of 2017, outlawing tackle football for its “unseemly violence” and the “bad example it sets for the rest of the world,” Winston was far less of a football fan than he used to be. Two-hand touch wasn’t nearly as exciting.

Yet it wasn’t the game that Winston was uninterested in. It was more the thought of eating another Tofu Turkey. Even though it was the best type of Veggie Meat available after the government revised the American Anti-Obesity Act of 2018, adding fowl to the list of federally-forbidden foods, (which already included potatoes, cranberry sauce and mince-meat pie), it wasn’t anything like real turkey.

And ever since the government officially changed the name of “Thanksgiving Day” to “A National Day of Atonement” in 2020 to officially acknowledge the Pilgrims’ historically brutal treatment of Native Americans, the holiday had lost a lot of its luster. (more…)

Did you read media reports about a 2nd Petraeus woman named Jill Kelley? And the original woman, Paula Broadwell, being “concerned” about Kelley and sending harassing e-mails?

Did you read an AP report about Jill Kelley working for the State Dept. as a liason?  Washington Post…….  (Or)   New York Times…….  Odd how two very leftist publications would report the same nonsense.

Sorry it’s quiet…..  I’m digging through thousands of pages of prior research, trying to find the most digestible way to pull it all together in advance of the upcoming hearings surrounding The Benghazi Massacre.  Not an easy task.   All the info is there, but the volume is such that sorting the “most important” bits is still a massive pile.

Odd how only a few years ago some people were talking about tearing down walls or something….  my, how things have changed…   

Come to think of it, that means Romney did not get enough of the Communist vote to win election.   So,….. if the Republicans need to change party principles to attract hispanics, I wonder what recommendations are soon to be announced to attract Communists.

Communist Party USA –  Though many of the state margins were narrow President Obama ran the table winning every swing or battleground state with the possible exception of Florida where votes are still being counted as of 5:30 this morning.

President Obama also won the popular vote by 2 million votes.  The President won 303 electoral votes to 206 for Romney. We knew about 11 pm that the President had won when Ohio was called for him. (more…)

CBS hid the fact that Dear Leader denied Terrorists attacked the compound in Benghazi….  The media hid the fact that our nation was dropped from the Global Prosperity rankings.….  The Administration also hid the fact that a U.S. Drone came under attack from Iran before the election…..   So hush, hush, nudge, nudge, wink, wink….  Better keep this a secret too.  Mmmkay?

The election is over, and now the economic future can be predicted with increased certainty;  Hence, decisions can be made.  So yesterday…… Energizer laying off 1,500 employees now.  Boeing announcing massive defense sector layoffs.   Pepsi Co announces it is laying off 4,000 employees ASAP.

Harry Reid says he will raise the debt limit ceiling to just under $19 trillion.

(CNSNews.com) – Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-Nev.) said on Wednesday that if the $16.394 trillion current legal limit on the federal government’s debt must be raised in the next few months by another $2.4 trillion, “We’ll raise it.”

That would set the debt limit at $18.794 trillion.  (article)

In the Fall of 2008 a strategic decision was made by House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, and then Senator Barack Obama.   There would be no fiscal year 2009 budget, instead they opted specifically and intentionally to use “Continuing Resolutions” to fund government.
