The Benghazi Story Widens – The Official State Department Version

The State Department has released its phone transcript with reporters explaining the Benghazi attack.  The transcript was between Officials in the State Dept. and Reporters on a conference call.  We are sharing the call content and inserting points, links and questions from our research.  It is a long read.

Weapons of Misdirection

But first, before we get to the official version of events, let’s just put this Anti-Prophet Muhammed video nonsense to rest.   The State Department embassy in Cairo did not even know about the movie until they were questioned by a Mid East inquiry on September 9th:

The protest in Cairo was organized by Ayman Al Zawahiri in Egypt to demand the release of the Blind Shiek – Sheikh Omar Abdel-Rahman.

We clearly outlined that with irrefutable evidence HERE. So, knowing that, and knowing there was NO protest outside the consulate, lets check out the official State Department explanation of Benghazi: (more…)

Romney / Ryan Commanding Lead In Virginia….

As long as honest questions are being asked of President Obama and Joe Biden this lead will continue to widen…..

Mitt Romney has taken a commanding 7-point lead over President Barack Obama in another Virginia poll.

According to a McLaughlin & Associates poll that had an R+.02 sample, Romney leads Obama in Virginia 51%-44%.

Among independents, Romney beats Obama by 11 points, 50%-39%.

Ya Think It’s All Funny Joe? Really?

What bothered me and my family the most was the flippant condescention and attitude of Joe Biden in the debate. His sneers, giggles, and mocking laughter was insulting given the seriousness of the national economy.

Things just ain’t funny Joe. People are out of work, people are worried, many millions of people are hanging on by their fingernails and find themselves on their knees praying for things to improve. Millions more are worried about their children and their Grandchildren’s futures….

….. and you think it’s all just funny?

We are not amused.

AFLAC Biden: Trending word “Condescending”….. Smarmy, Smirking, Dismissive, Rude…. Typical Democrat

Vice President Joe Biden interrupted Paul Ryan 82 times in a 90-minute debate with rival Paul Ryan, while CNN reported that women preferred Ryan.

“FACT: Final Count: Biden interrupted 82 times during the entire debate,” the RNC’s Joe Pounder tweeted after the debate. CNN’s Gloria Berger said that she would have liked Biden to show less “condescension” and “eye-rolling.”

Biden VS. Ryan – Vice President Debate Thread

Tonight at 9:00pm Eastern the Vice-Presidential candidates will square off and debate.

The debate is being carried on most cable news outlets.  CSPAN is a great source because they skip the silly punditry talking points and just broadcast.

OIHO – More Internal Polling Confirmations – Even with extremely skewed poll….

This is good for a chuckle.    Remember our discussion thread about the Pro-Obama SuperPac pulling out of Ohio?    Well, the public polling is confirming why.  Mitt Romney winning in Ohio.

Keep in mind, this poll is D+9 – Giving 9% turnout advantage to Obama and yet Romney still wins the poll.

OHIO – The good news in today’s ARG poll of Ohio is not that Romney’s leading 48-47%, it’s that the party ID breakdown doesn’t reflect anything nearing reality, D+9.   There’s just no way Democrats will enjoy a nine-point turnout advantage over Romney in Ohio. But in order to believe Romney’s only up by one, that’s exactly what you have to assume. […]

The poll also shows Romney is also winning Independents by a full 20 points, 57-37%.

Romney’s winning men by four points, 50-46%, and only losing women by three, 48-45%. (more)

Reason #567,870 why I could never be a politician

Insufferably ridiculous reporters searching for “gotcha” phrasesMichigan TV station’s reporter asks Ryan, “Does this country have a gun problem?’

The GOP vice presidential candidate responds that “this country has a crime problem.” When the reporter asks for clarification, Ryan explains that “good, strong gun laws” are currently on the books, “but we have to make sure we enforce our laws.” He goes on to clarify:

“We have lots of laws that aren’t being properly enforced. We need to make sure we enforce these laws. But the best thing to help prevent violent crime in the inner cities is to bring opportunity in the inner cities, is to help people get out of poverty in the inner cities, is to help teach people good discipline, good character. That is civil society. That’s what charities, and civic groups, and churches do to help one another make sure that they can realize the value in one another.”

ABC 12’s reporter then offers a somewhat odd retort, asking, “And you can do all that by cutting taxes? By…with a big tax cut?(more…)

Public Polls Confirm The Internals – The Race Has Flipped Obama’s 8-Point Lead Erased, Romney Now Leading By 4 Points, 49% – 45%

Remember, this is only just barely beginning to outline the FACTUAL TRUTHS.  Pew is a Dem leaning polling outfit which still oversamples Democrats in order to favor Obama in their analysis.  Generally Pew oversamples with D+6 to D+8 so add those figures to their reports and you get a more likely reality of Romney 50/51 – Obama 44/43.

This confirms why the Obama Superpac has pulled out of Florida and Wisconsin while focusing on Pennsylvania, Nevada, Ohio and now Michigan.   Romney has virtually wiped out Obama’s lead in Michigan, watch for the negative ads to hit the airwaves there soon.   Of course all of this just means the OFA organization is increasing the burn rate of their campaign contributions exponentially.

PEW – Coming out of the debate, Mitt Romney’s personal image has improved. His favorable rating has hit 50% among registered voters for the first time in Pew Research Center surveys and has risen five points since September. At the same time, Obama’s personal favorability rating has fallen from 55% to 49%. (more…)
