First we saw ABC backing away and admitting the manipulative use of pictures for Trayvon Martin and George Zimmerman.  Then NBC ran for the exits with their admission of “manipulative editing” of the 911 call from George Zimmerman.  Then in another admission ABC reversed their position on the stolen video tapes which they now admit showed an injury to the head of Zimmerman.
Now it’s CNN’s turn.   After previously running a segment highlighting a section of the 911 call with their audio team claiming the audio clearly showed George Zimmerman saying “fucking coons”.  They now bring a more seasoned expert in who cleans up the background noise clutter and show the audio is actually Zimmerman saying “fucking cold”.

On the night in question it was unseasonably cold in Florida, and the audio clearly reflects a totally different narrative than previously stated. (more…)

It’s time to talk about motive.   Not motive for Zimmerman, but “motive” for Tracy Martin and Sybrina Fulton.   It is becoming more likely the motive for the entire construct of a victim narrative might possibly be found in the root of all evil.

HatTip Gatormom (Via Daily Caller) A member of George Zimmerman’s family strikes back against the accusations of a racially motivated attack with a letter to the NAACP, and outlining a plan to go public (exerpt below)
The letter also described how Zimmerman was one of “very few” in Sanford, Fla.,  who spoke out publicly to condemn the “beating of the black homeless man Sherman  Ware on December 4, 2010 by the son of a Sanford police officer.”:

“Do you know the individual that stepped up when no one else in the black  community would?” the family member wrote. “Do you know who spent tireless hours  putting flyers on the cars of persons parked in the churches of the black  community? Do you know who waited for the church‐goers to get out of church so  that he could hand them fliers in an attempt to organize the black community  against this horrible miscarriage of justice? Do you know who helped organize  the City Hall meeting on January 8th, 2011 at Sanford City Hall??”

FLASHBACK – On October 6, 1988, the Abrams Grand Jury released its extensive and thorough 170 page report concluding that Tawana Brawley (“Brawley”) had not been abducted, assaulted, raped and sodomized as had been claimed by Brawley and her advisors.

The report further concluded that the “unsworn public allegations against Dutchess County Assistant District Attorney Steven Pagones” were false and had no basis in fact. To issue the report, the Grand Jury heard from 180 witnesses, saw 250 exhibits and recorded over 6,000 pages of testimony. (more…)

(CBS News) — Vice President Joe Biden said Florida’s “Stand Your Ground” gun laws will be a topic of debate in light of the controversy surrounding the shooting of Trayvon Martin.

“It’s important that people be put in a position where their Second Amendment rights are protected, but that they also don’t, as a consequence of the laws, unintendedly put themselves in harm’s way,” Biden told anchor Bob Schieffer in an interview to air on “Face the Nation” on Sunday. (more…)

Sometimes I question intelligence.  Not yours, but the intelligence of the Pravdaesque media.   Do they really think we are that naive?  Skip that, it’s rhetorical. 
In a recap of the stupidest “analysis” I have ever heard about a story, here is some of the most insufferably ridiculous pretzel logic analysis sold by CNN and FOX today as professional.  We begin with CNN:
On CNN anchor Don Lemon’s commentary today – he hosted several segments about Trayvon Martin and “expert analysis” of the story.
In one segment his expert said that Trayvon was treated by paramedics on the scene for 8 minutes and declared dead. Subsequently she concludes by looking at the arrival time of George Zimmerman to the police station, minus the travel time there, Zimmerman could only have been medically treated by EMS for a total of 7 minutes.
This flawed, cognitively dissonant and pretzel logic analysis, went on for over 15 minutes.
REALLY?   Ever heard of treating two victims at the same time?  Ever heard of two different EMS units being dispatched simultaneously?  Perhaps the Fire Dept paramedics and also an Ambulance (Emergency Medical Service)?    DUH!! (more…)

This is a prime example of why our founders did not establish a “Democracy” as our form of governance (more after article).  The actual facts are not yet even known in the Trayvon Martin case, and the insufferable progs move to pass legislation in response.

There is nothing yet reported by the Trayvon family, the media, or the vast contingent of parasitic self-absorbed parties seeking to take advantage of the situation, that dispute the statement, or account of George Zimmerman.  NOTHING.  Despite their earnest efforts at manipulating the media, and presenting a counter -perhaps intentionally false- narrative, the original account of the events provided by Mr. Zimmerman still stands solid. 
TAMPA — One of George Zimmerman’s neighbors is speaking out, saying looks can be deceiving.  Despite booking video from the Sanford Police Department that many say shows George Zimmerman largely unscathed from his encounter with Trayvon Martin, the neighbor said he saw Zimmerman with obvious injuries.
The neighbor is talking for the first time about what he saw on George Zimmerman’s face less than 24-hours after Zimmerman shot and killed Trayvon Martin.
“I saw George. He was banged up. His head had two big bandages, that weren’t flat, had a bump on them,” the neighbor, who did not want to be identified, said. (more…)

Never letting a good crisis go to waste.  Chuck Schumer and the opportunistic left-wing seek gun controls, and review of defense law.  Oh, SURPRISE.
WASHINGTON – New York Sen. Chuck Schumer is calling for hearings into Florida’s controversial “Stand Your Ground” law in the wake of the killing of teenager Trayvon Martin.

Appearing on CBS’s “Face the Nation” Sunday, the Democratic senator argued that the law, which empowers a person to use deadly force when he or she is under serious threat, impeded investigations into killings like Martin’s. George Zimmerman, a neighborhood watchman who shot Martin, has held that he’s protected under the law.
“I think we should examine this law,” Schumer said.  (read more)

First ABC began backing down.  Now, less than 24 hours later it’s NBC’s turn.  In two stories, both attached to the Trayvon Martin Case, NBC needs to walk back from their prior reporting:
In the first story NBC is forced to admit that George Zimmerman DID actually have a severe cut and swelling on his head consistent with his statements to police.   The stolen and leaked ABC tape was selectively and intentionally manipulated.
