Is this a setback to freedom?  Yes.   Is this unexpected?  No.

We have shared from the beginning that ‘These people were not going to give up’ – They simply are in too deep and unable to retreat.  From the outset of the “case” against George Zimmerman a few things were brutally obvious.

First, from a legal perspective, there was no merit, nor evidence, to prosecute George Zimmerman.   The same evidence that existed on March 16th, and again on March 23rd, when it was announced by Police Chief Bill Lee and Detective Serino that “no evidence to refute Mr. Zimmerman’s self defense claim is available”, is still retained today.

Not one scintilla of evidence has surfaced from that date.    The evidence against George Zimmerman is non-existent.   Yet he was still charged to appease the race-baiting and perpetually aggrieved sub-sects of political interests.   The case against George Zimmerman is entirely political.

So why would a politically appointed judge remove himself?   He wouldn’t.

As the Orlando Sentinel notes in their story of the non-recusal:

In a bond order, Lester described Zimmerman as a manipulator who was gaming the criminal justice system by hiding $130,000 and keeping a secret passport.

The judge wrote in that earlier order that if not for a satellite monitoring system keeping track of his whereabouts, Zimmerman might well have fled.

Neither of these propaganda opinions are supported by facts.  They scream bias;  However, they were then, as they are now, opinionated talking points that enjoy consistent media-hype and manipulative use. (more…)

Marco Rubio (R-Fla.) and has been lauded by national conservative political pundits and groups for over a year. His victory is a major blow to the Republican establishment in Texas, which lined up squarely behind Dewhurst. Recently we were advised of a group of well-funded lawyerly types mining research information for various clients (assumed) regarding intentional falsehoods (lies) in the media and the people who sell them.  People often cite there are too many lawyers with too much free time.   ……Perhaps something good is going to come out of this Trayvon tragedy once and for all.

Those of you who have followed the story know the TreeHouse interest in the Trayvon Martin shooting had, and has, little to do with George Zimmerman.   Actually, the primary interest that hit our radar screen was how the blatantly false construct of racism was developed, coordinated and then injected into the media narrative.

That specific false narrative peaked interest because less than 10 minutes with a laptop and a few google searches clearly identified the same result the FBI came up with after spending thousands of hours.  Which is to say,  regarding racism and George Zimmerman, there simply is no “there” there…..  The racist construct blown up by the media throughout March was 100% fabricated.    Total phony bologna.

But why?   And more importantly for current intents, by whom?   Who created the term “white-Hispanic” and who willingly sold that racist narrative which has now been identified to have killed at least two people, and led to the physical assault of dozens more under the screaming banner of: “Justice for Trayvon”.  (*Note the FOIA requests for 911 call records to Norfolk Virginia in the Virginia-Pilot case are still pending) 

We noted very early on it would be easy to see the first layer of deception when we identified a known entity who appeared on the radar before.   A media consultant named Ryan Julison of Julison Communications.    Julison was/is a man looking to build a bigger brand image and increase his credibility, so we knew it was going to be a simple process of watching his bragging to identify the first circle of media corruption, a la ABC’s Matt Gutman who was well-known to be a major story-teller;  “story” being the operative word. As I reviewed the “tip line”, I noticed the IG Fast and Furious report is coming out very soon….  (From July 24 )  Congressman Trey Gowdy, South Carolina Republican, and Congressman Jason Chaffetz, Utah Republican, both met with newly appointed Justice Department Inspector General Michael Horowitz last week [which would have been mid-July…. /SD], Rep. Gowdy told me on Wednesday, to discuss when the IG will release his report on the investigation into the now defunct ATF “Fast and Furious” gun walking operation.

“He said weeks and not months,” said Rep. Gowdy referring to the timeline IG Horowitz gave him and Chaffetz as to when the IG’s report on Fast and Furious  will be released to Congress. (more…)

First The White House, well, more specifically President Obama uses an executive order, intentionally non-reported by the media, to give the DHS full control over all privately owned communication networks nationally.  Cell phone, internet, and land based telecommunications.

Then the White House authorizes, (again by non-media reported executive order) the regime enforcement branch (DHS) to use military spy drones for use in all areas of ‘national importance’ to enforce “citizen safety“.

Following, and in preparation for, the regime enforcement branch (DHS) orders 450 million, yes million, hollowpoint bullets.     While ammunition itself seems not too unreasonable of a request by a major federal entity that emphasizes domestic durability and safeguarding the country from coast to coast, the choice — and quantity — of its hollow point order raises a lot of questions about future plans for the DHS.

ATK says they won their contract with the US government by being able to provide them with 450 million HST bullets, which it describes as “the next generation in high performance duty ammunition.”

What does that mean, exactly? On their website, the contractor claims that the ammunition is specifically designed so that it can pass through a variety of obstructions and offers “optimum penetration for terminal performance.” Or, in other words, this is the kind of bullet designed to stop any object dead in its tracks and, if emptied into the hands of the DHS a few hundred million times, just might do as much.

The regime then quietly (february) demands a control enforcement mechanism nullifying the 2nd Amendment in any proximity to a federal government official.  –  The US House of Representatives voted 388-to-3 in favor of H.R. 347  (Feb) a bill which is being dubbed the Federal Restricted Buildings and Grounds Improvement Act of 2011. Product consumption relies on two things…. a producer who makes a product, and a consumer who consumes the product.    In relation to the news as a product the American consumer is static, unchanged, and consistent –  A “Center-Right” majority.  

It is the left-wing product CNN is selling which few consumers actually want.   Unless they change their product nothing will change.    Unfortunately, they are constitutionally incapable of seeing how out of touch, and unwanted, their product is.  They are PROGS!

The evidence of this disconnect is right there in the words of the quitting Jim Walton. 

He believes the product is “centrist”.   His product contains the ideology of: Christiane Amanpour, Brooke Baldwin, Roland Martin, Robin Meade, Soledad O’Brien, Don Lemon, Fareed Zakaria, Piers Morgan, Anderson Cooper and others….  Yet, Jim Walton BELIEVES the product is “centrist”…  typical prog disconnect.

NEW YORK — CNN chief Jim Walton said Friday he is quitting, saying the company needs new leadership at a time its flagship U.S. network is suffering through some of its poorest ratings ever.

Walton built the company into a profitable international news organization in his 10 years as president of CNN Worldwide, and said it is on track for record profits this year. But the U.S. network is the most visible part of the business and is now entrenched in third place behind rivals Fox News Channel and MSNBC in prime time. (more…)

Attorney General Eric Holder spoke in Little Rock, Arkansas on Wednesday at the annual convention for N.O.B.L.E (National Organization of Black Law Enforcement).  Full Transcript of Speech HERE.   During his prepared remarks, according to the Arkansas News, Holder stated:

‘We understand, as do all of you, that public confidence in the fairness of law enforcement activities and operations can increase the likelihood that community members will accept legal outcomes, that they will comply with the law and that they will even assist in investigations,” .

Consider this an ongoing experiment that you will have exclusive front row seats to watch fall apart.   Generally we prefer to just watch things play out, and wait to the end to share the story.   But this one is different, and so far 22 days in, the Prog-Marxist refusal to name or confront the problem is getting, well, predictibly interesting.   Here is the backstory:

New York City spent $50 million to re-open a huge public pool on June 28th. In less than a month there have been at least four major mob attacks. The pool also experiences daily violence and chronic problems with patrons defecating in the pool.

One of the latest mob attacks was a racially motivated assault of a thirteen year old white girl by older black teens.   The perps gloated on the internet about the crime, (story and video below) so we know they were all black.   However, the New York media is desperately censoring the race of the perpetrators in all of the pool mob attacks, and McCarren Park issues.     Typical Cultural Marxism in Prog-Central New York City.
