It’s challenging, if not impossible, to win the debate of ideas when one side of the issue uses the other side’s years of fear and institutional political correctness against them.

O’Mara’s trap: By using his personal references over years of indoctrinated demands not to upset anyone, the politically correct enabler, Mark O’Mara, requires that people behave like the fool who would please everyone; that everyone must become such a fool.

(Of whom would he currently be demanding this? Think about it)

Al Sharpton demands that all must accept the notions of his Politically Correct world view as truth, or else! It is an aggressive, in-your-face, finger pointing and intellectually dishonest avoidance principle.

(The weapon of choice?  “calling you a racist”)

When you read the comments sections of the on-line articles you can get a sense of the general direction a current event or an issue is going as it is perceived by the public. That’s why it’s sometimes a good practice to look at both liberally leaning, and conservative leaning outlets to gauge opinion.

Having said that, this is the FIRST TIME I have ever seen all ideological sides with a universal similarity in commentator opinion regarding the case against George Zimmerman.

Wow, what a staggering and fast turn of events.  Almost all of the article readers appear to see the light of truth in the George Zimmerman case now.   Is the tide turning that fast?

That should make all of you feel really good. I seriously mean that – Because YOU have planted truth seeds for over a year, cared for them, tended the fertilizer of truth with research, defended the first sprouts from danger, and also nurtured the crop to high visibility and independent strength.

Given the recent revelations that both Tracy Martin and Sybrina Fulton lied to the police, and State Law enforcement, officers about their Son’s activity – and their parental involvement surrounding final few days of Trayvon Martin – it can reasonably be assumed that they also lied to their media consultant Ryan Julison.

At this point in the pre-trial discovery this latest motion by the defense, seeking sanctions against the State Prosecutors, is, unfortunately, really just an exercise in futility.

Is the State of Florida manipulating discovery? Yes.   Are they failing to release Brady Material? Yes.   Is their action intentional and willful? Yes.   Should it be stopped? Yes.

Today the Zimmerman defense team presented their 3rd supplemental discovery release in the shooting death of Trayvon Martin.  Part of that discovery release includes the text messages from, and to, Trayvon Martin.

The text messages not only reflect his activities leading up to his encounter with George Zimmerman, but also provide further insight  toward his behavioral teen issues of multiple school suspensions, fights on/off campus, drug use, “Lean drinking”, gun ownership/selling, etc., the same text messages also convey Trayvon’s values and outlook.
