The Hampton Coliseum Spring Carnival was cancelled a week early due to a gang related shooting which resulted in the death of Ralphael Davis Jr.  In addition to the deceased, four other teenagers were shot.  One remains in critical condition.

A 15-year-old male and 17-year-old male were arrested and each charged with one count of murder, four counts of maiming and five counts of using a firearm in the commission of a felony, according to Hampton Police.  (link)

The local progessive-sympathetic Virginia Pilot newspaper, which refused to fully report on the threats and black mob violence perpetrated in the name of Trayvon Martin against two of its own reporters in Norfolk, Virginia in 2012 again doubles down on living the lie by refusing to fully and honestly report on the events that led to the early cancellation of the carnival. VIRGINIA BEACH Virginia Beach police made nearly 150 arrests stemming from a rowdy and violent weekend at the oceanfront featuring large crowds for an event that city officials knew little about in advance.

At least eight people were injured Saturday night and early Sunday morning when there were several shootings, stabbings and robberies.

Police estimate between 30,000 and 40,000 people congregated at the oceanfront for an event known as College Beach Weekend 2013.

“It was just a drunk mess,” Cate Major, a sales associate at 17th Street Surf Shop told the Virginian-Pilot . “I’ve never seen the oceanfront so packed. Ever.” (more…)

Perhaps even more sad than the story itself is the fact the “Good Samaritan” has to remain anonymous lest she and her fiance’ suffer retaliation from her own community.

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — A Good Samaritan speaks out about how she and her fiancé helped a man being beaten by teenagers on the Northside.

A witness, who does not want to reveal her identity for fear of her safety, says Friday night she was driving down Soutel Drive near Lem Turner Road with her fiancé and saw a group of teenagers beating a man.

“We seen a whole bunch of African-American kids you know, beating and stomping on an elderly Caucasian guy and he had bags and everything, he couldn’t even defend himself because it was so many kids,” said the anonymous witness. (more…)

Three black teens, ages 17, 17, and 19 kidnapped a woman and raped her for five hours. The suspects live in a predominantly black area, but reports confirm they travelled to hunt for a woman in a demographically 96% white area. Naturally the media censors the race of the victim.

UPPER DARBY — Three young males, allegedly on the prowl to rob someone Christmas night, terrorized, kidnapped and sexually assaulted a Newtown Square woman, police said.

The victim, 22, was carjacked at gunpoint, raped and forced to perform oral sex while being driven around the city of Philadelphia and Upper Darby for five hours, according to police.

The three suspects, identified as Brehon La-Vaan Rawlings, 19, of the 400 block of Arbor Road, Yeadon, Kevin Jones, 17, of Pemberton Street, Philadelphia, and Kewon Matthews, 17, of the first block of North Millbourne Street, Millbourne, were in custody by days end Dec. 26.  Both juveniles are being charged as adults. And Mark O’Mara says “no deals”!

George Zimmerman’s attorney, Mark O’Mara, says his client will not accept a plea deal to avoid going to trial on a murder charge in the death of Trayvon Martin.

On Thursday, O’Mara told In Session correspondent Jean Casarez that he would not allow his client to accept a plea deal. “I wouldn’t plea someone who is innocent. So I think the answer is pretty easily no,” said O’Mara.    (continue reading)

Behind the scenes of the fraudulent legal case against George Zimmerman, at the highest reaches of State and FEDERAL law enforcement, the powers that exist are strategically planning how best to walk away from (drop) the case.   There is no “there” there; and subsequently how to deploy resources for crisis management.

As Jack Cashill aptly summarized on the pending acquittal:

A reckless and corrupt media made Trayvon a cause célèbre, but the obfuscation  will end in court.  There, the truth will out.  When it does, the major media  will lose a good chunk of whatever credibility they have left, and our nation  may lose a good chunk of its urban real estate.

Numerous hours of discussion, and vast opinions are being sought.    Eric Holder quietly dispatched additional Federal “Peacekeepers” (DOJCRS) earlier this week to Sanford Florida, and also to Miami Florida, for resource coordination and information gathering.    In addition the State Attorney General and Federal DOJ have been in communication for an exit strategy. On Friday, October 26th,  a Motion filed by the State will be heard in front of Judge Nelson.  The State (Prosecution) is seeking a “Gag Order” prohibiting the Defense  Counsel from speaking with the media, or publishing updates about the evidence or the case on their website, GZLegalCase.

The State had made a similar request in front of Judge Lester, prior to his removal from the case, and six months later, seeks to have the same request granted on a second pass.  Judge Lester denied the first attempt by the State for the same motion.

The Motion is opposed not only by Defense Counsel, but also by media companies, who earn their bread and butter through ginning up interest and controversy in high-profile cases such as this.  The most interesting summation of the opposition to the State’s request
