I wonder which “court” this is referring to?

SANFORD — Trayvon Martin’s parents settled a wrongful-death claim Friday against the homeowners association of the Sanford subdivision where their teenage son was killed.

Sybrina Fulton and Tracy Martin’s attorney, Benjamin Crump, filed the suit against the Retreat at Twin Lakes subdivision.

Crump asked that the agreement remain confidential. However, the court has decided that there is no reason for the agreement to remain confidential, and is giving Crump 10 days to appeal that decision.

We have learned, that the homeowners association’s insurance company did not have to pay out a claim on the case. (read more)

Within 3 days of Trayvon Martin’s death his family hired a media consulting firm.   Within two weeks of Trayvon Martin’s death his mother, Sybrina Fulton, filed legal documents to trademark his name.   Subsequently Tracy Martin and Sybrina Fulton set out on a cross country tour to collect money.  After the coast to coast tour, they took the scheme international and headed to Europe to continue exploiting the financial opportunity.  [link]

The State of Florida has filed a response to the defense sanctions motion regarding their attempt to block videotaping of Witness #8 “DeeDee” during deposition in the George Zimmerman Case.

The response motion to the court is filled with a laugh out loud admission of their incompetence in the attempt to block videotaping.   Bernie De La Rionda opines that he never paid any attention to the “intent to videotape” the deposition and whines that no-one else was video taped – therefore he didn’t expect it.

BDLR compains that he should not be sanctioned for his obstruction – despite the court ruling that videotaping was appropriate and the defense team adequately informed the State of their intention ahead of deposition session.

First The Timeline (all dates 2012):

• Friday March 16th –  Tripletts office 911 call tapes released to Scheme Team.
• Saturday March 17th – Supposedly (per initial Crump explanation) the date Tracy discovered DeeDee via checking on-line phone records for account.
• Sunday March 18th –  Supposedly (per initial Crump explanation) the date Tracy called Dee Dee and then called Crump between 4:00pm and 7:00pm.
• Monday March 19th – The infamous phone interview with W8 was conducted.
• Tuesday March 20th – The infamous Benjamin Crump “minor child” {*lunch time} press conference.

It has been noted on multiple GZ talk sites, and we’ve rec’d a few emails about, general mistakes and misperceptions which are leading many people into far afield hypothesis.  Especially about the newly released W8 Handwritten statement/letter.   Rather than answer each email individually the below information should clarify our research and understanding.

I don’t know if these distractions are intentional, or just because new people are joining in the various discoveries and beginning to “wake up”….

Hence, this is how you confront the opposition. Allow them to advance into the false field of their accusations – then confront them head on with sunlight and truthful disposition.

This is the part that none of them appeared willing to do, but it is the only manner and method of actually confronting the core issue behind the persecution without alluding to it and nibbling around the edges….. (more…)

Someone had requested a reference list of “key players” in the George Zimmerman case; To be used by people who are unfamiliar with all the parties and the web of interconnections of their association.

It is actually a very valuable question, and in fact I was considering putting together as such. However, absent of the sheer exhaustive time it would take to gather names and identities as well as describe how they relate, perhaps there is another useful tool already in place.

March 8th 2012 was a Thursday  –  It was also the the first “national press conference” organized by Ryan Julison, to introduce the Trayvon Martin story to the world. The visible press conference would serve as the launch pad for the Scheme Team story.

The previous evening Reuters had agreed to run the story as told by Trayvon Martin family attorney, Benjamin Crump, and family media consultant, Ryan Julison.

Today, March 8th, the media consultant’s goal was to put a visible face to the story.

The presser was held in Orlando, Florida. It was advertised in advance, and coordinated by Ryan Julison. The event showcased Trayvon’s father, Tracy Martin, and his girlfriend, Brandi Green. Cousin Stephen was also present holding a 5 year old picture of Trayvon from his Pop Warner football days.

In the days that followed girlfriend Brandi Green would be replaced in the family narrative by Trayvon’s mother Sybrina Fulton (who had not yet travelled to Sanford); But, in this initial presser, Brandi stood beside Tracy Martin. (Coincidently, unknown to both Brandi and Tracy at the time, Brandi was pregnant) Tracy’s then-current wife of 7 years, Alicia Martin, was never discussed, nor presented to the media. March 7th 2012 was a Wednesday.

After working his contacts for 3 days, Trayvon™ family media consultant, Ryan Julison, finally found the hook to get the media to take note of his client.   ‘Racist – Vigilante – Neighborhood Watch Captain Shoots unarmed black kid With Tea and Skittles in Florida’.

Reuters News Service ran an article outlining the Julison narrative of the shooting on March 7th.   Just to show how falsehoods are in the initial pitch sold, I’m going to highlight the now known manipulative lies in red:

(Reuters) – The family of a 17-year-old African-American boy shot to death last month in his gated Florida community by a white Neighborhood Watch captain wants to see the captain arrested, the family’s lawyer said on Wednesday.

Trayvon Martin was shot dead after he took a break from watching NBA All-Star game television coverage to walk 10 minutes to a convenience store to buy snacks including Skittles candy requested by his 13-year-old brother, Chad, the family’s lawyer Ben Crump said. (more…)
