If it was just 3% higher than 2022 turnout (which is how most would interpret that statement), that’s only 3.36 million more votes.
It would take 666.666 million (interesting number) voters for 3% to equal 20 million. The US only has ~343 million people, including non-citizens.

The only arrests and prosecutions I have seen lately on the scale we’re speaking of were of the J6 MAGA patriots who were drawn in by the types of Marxist politicians who are now lining up to take down America and those who supported President Trump.
The Imperial Judiciary has made it very clear that “law” can and will be ignored. The Legislative Branch will be rewriting or obliterating laws…and worse. They have broadcast their Legislative agenda early and often and have not deviated one iota from it.
And if this isn’t beaten down within the next two years and our election system thoroughly debrided of fraud and corruption, a Democrat will be installed as President.

AI Algorithms used to hack voting machines to Switch votes are the best tools to “Win” votes,…. and statistically,…. the only way to achieve these kinds of consistent election results across that many US counties. CA and TX election results bare the most need for inspection.
There are few fundamental questions in regards to this though:
Why is the election system even online? There is absolutely nothing to gain but everything to lose.
The only gain you have is you have information available almost immideatly. However the reliance of that information is questionable precisely because it is online.
Each place where people voted and these machines were present should have been a closed system. No outside communication from the machines (local network no outside access point). A secondary guarantee of monitoring separatly the amount of voters should have been also in place. (For instance a camera system, a gate whatever that does nothing but counts the amount of voters. To tally against the turnout.)
Once the election is over. The machines can spit out the results locally. Report the results of the local numbers via safe network or line to the state or county or whatever election HQ providing the numbers. Each ballot type having their own report.
No outside access to the election system. Easier audit as well.
All pros and almost absolutely no cons.
The online election system was perhaps the most idiotic idea ever.
(You could hack the local system as well, but in this case access monitoring is much easier so the culprit would and could be found. Also for the hack to affect the whole election system you either gain access to updates that are installed on every local system, or have a partner at every site. Whereas with an online system nothing this logistically complex is required.)
It is not that part that is worrying, but that you can actually fit it on a trend.

Thus you could make different comparisions. The first check though i would make whether in every country the eligible votes(demo+libertarian+whomever+republican)+ineligible votes together are the exact same number of those that were cast. Any kind of discrepancy with the numbers is already a bad sign.
(If there are other relevant parts to add to the above raw data those as well. I am not that well informed about your election system, ballot types and such. )

Do we all get to vent for a bit of anguish release?
