Camera did a brief scan of cabinet members in the front as President Trump was speaking. There was a very brief capture of VP at one point and I was surprised to see a look of disapproval on his face. Very unpleasant to see.
I didn’t catch that. It was a long speech and I watch it on 2x speed. We need a Congress that is going to enact all of Presidents EO’s before he’s gone. The BBB didn’t apply to my family because they watered it down! We couldn’t afford brand new vehicles but we did buy American, just 2yrs older than the tax break…etc I don’t trust Vance but I’d like to hear what he said. Oz should be getting the credit for fraud because he’s been front and center before and after Vance became the czar!
He was laughing and smiling all night and his interview after with Hannity was very upbeat. Maybe he was just listening and the camera caught it.
Yes. They should have a frozen happy face on all of the time. Maybe PDJT said something that reminded him of the scumbags who stole from us including money, sovereignty, nationality, safety, and more.
Maybe Trump made a joke about Talafreako and it reminded him of the demons that surround us and, for a brief moment, he looked not happy enough for you. Maybe, he thought in that moment that displeased you, of his children and the gravity of what needs to be accomplished when they hit the ground running tomorrow.
I honestly hope that Vance doesn’t run in 2028. I’m not confident that he would be elected. I guess that depends on how things go with the upcoming elections in November.
JD gave a real barn-burner speech tonight that had the crowd on its feet and cheering.
My ideal presidential succession calendar: DJT/Vance –> (2024-2028); Vance/Rubio (2028-2036)–> Rubio/Hegseth (2036-2044)–> Hegseth/Gill (2044-2052) –> Gill/Barron Trump (2052-2060) (etc.) = 40 years!
Just got back to hotel. It was a great day today . Filled up the AA Center. They bumped Vance to tomorrow so the President could speak tonight. As always full of ad-libs and went over the allotted time. Best line was about Telifreako in Texas having a campaign slogan “beat meat”. He announced if we hold Congress every American will get a $5,000 “dividend”. His parting message was “treat 2026 as if I was on the ballot”.
Saw a lot of good candidates. You may have various opinions about Tim Scott, but that guy can give a spell winder. Paxton looked good.
Pres Trump seems to agree with what I’ve read that Iran will try to make things difficult to influence the mid-terms. No way they agree to anything before then.
Meanwhile from the RNC perspective we have money (ammunition) to fight in our key races. Also deploying election integrity ground game in the key states. Looks like 7 states on the Senate side.
Tomorrow have a breakfast where JD Vance will be speaking. Then RNC business (2028 site selection process among other things) before day 2 of the convention. Pres will wrap it up (not sure what that means).

Now it is our turn to get out the message at home.

I wonder who decided that Wednesday and Thursday were the nights to have this. The people they were trying to reach were watching the football openers….no matter what you think about football this was bad, almost like it was planned that way.

I am sure that the backstabbing RINOs (who purposely scheduled it against NFL season opener) and the dems were hoping that it would be a ratings failure so that they could talk about it how MAGA is diminishing.
Not a problem for me. I don’t watch NFL anymore. Haven’t watched it in years. Just a bunch of pampered, overpaid crybabies that aren’t qualified to do anything else with there lives.
Last night’s game was on network TV (NBC) however tonight’s game is on Netflix which many people do not subscribe to.
