AI Datacenters make perfect sense for every contract entered into with the Local Cities, Local Counties, Medium to Large Size Cities, States and the Federal Government – to wit the AI Datacenter company will provide some percentage (north of 51%) of the electricity and waste water they consume. If they make more than 100% of what they use, they can sell the excess to the government at a discount.
AI Datacenters are are big warehouses filled with computers and networking and security equipment that require a minimal amount of work on site – most will be performed by the AI Datacenters’ Customers. If you have ever been in one of them you know what a mean. Once all the technology is in place and working they virtually run themselves with minimal oversight.
