Very interesting interview. Republican election lawyer looking into the Hong defeat in WI. It suggest the machines are a bit of a red herring The real crimes are committed in centralized tabulation. He lays it out in great detail. But in reality the process is simple. Send out ballots everywhere; parking lots, closed homeless shelters, gas stations, public storage, ect. Collect those ballots and then use the names of people of the voter registration list that they know don’t vote and then vote for them.

We are going to see this again in the midterms, and there is very little that can be done to stop it at this point. Hi – maybe some of you can help me. I have been trying to track down a lead for years about the software used in the Iowa Democratic Caucus fiasco. It was a company called Shadow, part of some nonprofit called Acronym. They were a startup formed by progressive members of former Hillary campaign folks.
I read in an article at the time by Ian Miles Cheong that there were a few key investors in that Shadow app and one of them was the Air Line Pilots Association (ALPA) – an organization I know far too well from years of researching their corrupt practices. We all know how far left they are because one year ALPA’s largest recipient of funds was John Podesta — several million per their mandated tax filings. (No pilot knows what this was for).
I have been trying to track the connection between ALPA and Shadow app for years — might have something to do with ALPA’s own allegedly rigged elections — but Ian never responded and I could not find another lead anywhere.
If anyone can help me find more info on this — please post suggested resources.

Election Day only voting must have worked well when only adult male property owners voted. Not now.
Texas uses the exact same laws, rules, guidelines and ballots during the in-person early voting period. Regularity is not degraded.
The pressure of long lines is greatly relieved which should help minimize the number of persons who drop out of line and leave. Even so, when I voted in the primary this year, the line continued to grow during the hour I was standing in line. I left after 5pm. People were walking up the steps to enter the building. Parking had become a problem.
Single day voting can contribute to decreased turnout for practical reasons. Make it harder to cheat but don’t make it harder for taxpaying citizens to vote.
Single day voting is a red herring.
Make election day a federal holiday.
A federal holiday would not fix the problems that would be created for shift workers. Hospitals run on 7a-7p and 7p-7a schedules.
There are already congestion issues at polling locations as noted above. Moving to single day voting would make matters worse.
More election workers would be needed to deal with the congestion. Since those workers would not have had the benefit of the experience of working through an early voting period, the inexperienced ones would be less prepared to work on election day.
Since in-person voting is largely accomplished by using technology, the counties would be burdened with the cost of purchasing, maintaining, storing and securing much more electronic equipment than is necessary where in-person early voting is practiced. This is taxpayer money that can be better utilized by the counties for other purposes such as roads and bridges.
Purchase of machines would not be necessary, if we got rid of the machines, and a work absentee ballot with proof of employment on that day would take care of shift workers. Small precincts serving no more than 3,000 people counting paper ballots, would not need technical training for their poll workers.
Get an absentee ballot.
I was too young and did not fit into any of the qualified classes at the time.
Don’t forget airline pilots who do not know their schedules – sometimes – until it is too late to get an absentee ballot.

So start voting at 12:00a.m. on Election Day if need be. Put more polling places in. There’s no reason whatsoever to have two weeks, or more, voting before and counting votes two weeks after Election Day. It’s ripe for all kinds of cheating. Add in mail in ballots and the system is still wide open for fraud. It should have been ended by the Safe Act and also just following federal laws on the books already, like, oh you know, NO non citizen can vote, etc. The republicans made sure NOT to pass anything for these midterms to help PTrump continue his restoring America for the next two years. We must get out and vote and make sure he gets to keep control in the Senate and House, for his full term.
Two short years left folks. That’s all the window we have left with him in charge. Think about that and get people out to vote who understand what we will lose if those two years aren’t productive. The enemy is counting on just delaying long enough to wait out those two years and then all bets are off as to what we face without PDJT in charge. They proved that by not taking action on fixing our fraud ridden election system and that is now on the Senate republicans full force. Worked plenty of shift work for a lot of years, it’s doable. Funny how none of this was a problem prior to 2020.
It has been a problem for a lot of working moms who work long shifts, me included in the 1990’s. Not everyone can get a flexible schedule.
You would be surprised how many jobs are 24/7 365. Police, Paper mill workers, power plant workers, larger water plant workers, larger waste water plant workers, steel plant workers. Also Correctional officers, nursing-home staff, Airport operations and air-traffic control, Railroad dispatchers, signal operators, Port, shipping, and cargo-terminal workers, Oil-refinery and petrochemical workers, Natural-gas processing and pipeline-control operators, Mining operations, especially underground mines, Cement, glass, and chemical-plant workers, Security guards at critical infrastructure, Hotel and resort front-desk, maintenance, and security staff and there are more. There are ones like fire fighters and EMT’s that are on duty and get to sleep, but have to be ready for immediate response.
Many factories like steel and paper-mills make it shutting down starting up and the resulting upsets economically prohibitive for even weekly shutdown. They only shut down for scheduled maintenance on a yearly or longer basis.
Us sole proprietor business owners do not get paid holidays, FYI.

So lengthen the hours, add more voting locations— in addition circumstances could still allow LIMITED mail in ballots.
I worked for over 50 years and was able to vote in person wherever I lived. I mailed ballots when I worked outside of the country.

Voting on election day is usually at the voter’s home precinct. I think Texas recently changed that because the poll books are electronic now. In the past, I’ve seen people miss their chance to vote because of drive time.
The number of voting locations is limited to the number of precincts.
I always vote in person. There have been plenty of elections in which I did not vote because of my work schedule and child care constraints.
Those are easy fixes. Everyone can vote in person by using early voting and Election Day voting. It’s not more difficult now than 45 years ago and we managed to get out to vote in person when no early voting existed. I’m not saying some people didn’t have difficulty, but this supposed inability to be able to vote has been deliberately exaggerated by the left and when Covid gave them the gift that keeps on giving-mail in balloting with little oversight-they took it to the max. The emergency is long over with yet mail in ballots have not been stopped as they should be.
Every LEGAL AMERICAN CITIZEN has the right to vote and their votes should count. End the distortion and mockery our elections have turned into. Voter ID proof of citizenship, single day voting in person, paper ballots, counts done immediately after close of polls, decisions known right after. NO LATE BALLOTS ALLOWED TO BE COUNTED.

In Alabama, we have one day in-person voting with absentee ballots available for specific circumstances. No lines no issues.

When I first started to vote, it was a single day, you voted in your precinct, Minimal waiting in line. Moms and Dads had their kids with them. Kids learned the art of being quiet. Kids got a lollipop when they left.
BTW – there was usually voting in the elementary schools so that parents could vote as they drop kids off or pick them up.
This current practice of voting for everyone at the mall is not very efficient. You have congestion and waiting in lines. Total chaos.
Schools are generally locked down these days when kids are present, at least in my area. Mall voting for my prior location came after the wait in line at individual precincts was over 3 hours long.

I was turned away on Election Day in 2022. The other precincts within 10 or 15 miles were shut down too. There was only one opened and that was where the Democrats live- a small, older village in the middle of a Republican area. The line was terribly long and everyone was angry. The poll workers who all looked LGTBQ+ were so hostile my elderly neighbor threw her ballot in some box and never knew if it got counted.

Voting integrity is a simple straightforward transaction. Far easier to protect than the trillions of banking transaction which are processed everyday without fraud. Break the transaction one place, any place, and you can control elections.
Out of ignorance and self-imposed guilt-of-privilege, Americans have allowed the simple transaction to be manipulated, intentionally, in multiple places.
(1) No requirement to prove citizenship to get on voter roll (e.g. motor-voter)
(2) No requirement to regularly renew voter eligibility.
(3) No requirement to purge voter rolls of those who do not renew
(4) No requirement to issue ballots with auditable serial numbers.
(5) No requirement to record that a serialized ballot was handed , in person, in a secure polling facility, on a single voting day, to an eligible voter checked against voter roll.
(6) No requirement to record the serialized ballot being scanned and placed in secure container in same secure facility.
(7) No requirement to create an auditable subtotal of votes collected at each secure location.
(8) No requirement to total votes from secure voting locations, in a traceable secure location, with an audit trail. (we even total digitized votes overseas).
One citizen, one paper ballot, one day. Anything else is voter fraud.

Italian elections are paper ballot hand counted in public at the comune voting location. Out of country mail in voting is also paper ballot and handled by the designated consulate. You have to be currently officially registered at the consulate. National elections results are usually determined by the end of election night.
Shouldn’t the United States Postal Service handle those large numbers of ballots delivered to empty parking lots and closed business?!?! Why would they deliver them to those types of addresses?

Agreed, that is why hand marked and counted ballots under full live video at small precincts with no electronic software applied at the precinct, and all votes tallied and certified, before the votes leave the facility, where the actual marks on the ballot can be witnessed live from the overhead camera and stored for anyone to view and count for the whole 22 month federal retention period.

There is no raising of funds, people are so cynical today–and rightfully so–and demoralized, that its already extremely difficult to convince them, I know it’s that way for me too. What you can’t help but notice is that, despite the burgeoning debt, every candidate for every national office still brags about the moolah they’ve brought to their area, that seems to be the priority: How much can I get?
The other thing one notices is that discussions of the national debt bring out the leftists who think we should cut our defense spending, one of the very, very, few specific required national requirements per the Constitution.
Those of us who are conservatives realize that all of the wholly un-Constitutional spending, the social welfare programs, could be cut, or at least evaluated, but no one can agree to it.
Then DOGE happens. Not only can the defense spending not be cut, and the welfare programs cannot be cut, but the left objects to even cutting the vast amounts of waste/fraud/abuse of these programs!!!!!

It can install and run software without our knowledge or acceptance. We have agreed to let the Big Tech companies behind it all to sell/give our information to whoever they want for any reason – even US and foreign governments.
However there is also a fundamental difference: With cellphones we surrender our 4th Amendment rights. With flock cameras, the government intentionally violates our 4th Amendment rights.
With these devices, we have at sometime clicked “I Agree”. without even reading the terms of the agreement. We have (likely unknowingly) even agreed to bind ourselves to future privacy agreements – with terms that do not yet exist.
In turn, cellphones violate the 4th Amendment rights of people around the owner of the phone – bystanders whose voices and images are captured and whose locations are coordinated with owner’s.

Airplane mode turns off the phone’s radio frequency transmitters (e.g. bluetooth, wifi, 4G/5G). It does not turn off the GPS location receiver, camera or microphone. All such data can be stored and then transmitted once the radios are turned back on.

Bessent is correct in saying we can’t tax our way out of debt. Only grow and SPENDING CUTS has any hope of bringing down the debt. I doubt Congress can cut one cent.
The stark fact is simple: BOTH political parties are totally uninterested in doing anything about annual deficits and the overall debt.
The debt problem is critical because there is too much spending.
The spending is out of control because most of it is mandatory and on autopilot — Social Security, Medicare, interest on the debt, other welfare, Federal employment and pensions.
The largest discretionary program is Defense — which overall is the 3rd most expensive spending area after SS and Medicare.
The brutal fact is that any meaningful reduction in spending in ANY of the 5 most expensive Federal spending areas will NEVER….EVER….happen because to do so would get the proponents of any reductions electorally drawn and quartered.
Nothing is ever going to be done. Eventually, interest on the debt — already over $1T a year — will crater the economy as it consumes an ever larger % of available revenues. So the borrowing will explode to pay interest on the already too big borrowing from the past.

Indian citizen charged in fraud scheme targeting elderly victims
BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — A citizen of India was arrested for allegedly defrauding elderly victims in a multimillion-dollar scheme, the U.S. Attorney’s Office said Thursday.
According to a criminal complaint, the IRS Criminal Investigation Division discovered an internet and telephone-based fraud scheme in January that targeted elderly victims throughout the Western District of New York and other parts of the country.
Officials said nine victims lost about $7,559,185.
The scheme convinced victims that their bank accounts were threatened, and they were told to liquidate their assets in the form of cash, gold, or gift cards.
