Derek Chauvin was guilty of being a white police officer in 2020.
That was his crime.
He was guilty of being the catalyst for the summer of Love. The Dfl needed him or anyone like him to be the fuse and G.floyd or any minority the fuel. They needed a dem controlled state and city hence Mpls. He was just the unlucky one to start it off. Had it happened in Chicago or Philly or Detroit the outcome would have been the same. It was the plan all along. Evil doings.

This case, this is exactly why it’s not safe for people like us to even live in these deep blue states anymore- particularly their even deeper blue cities.
Derek Chauvin just woke up that morning and went to work, as he did day in and day out, having no idea that his life would wind up stolen and wrecked- his family destroyed, all that he’d done, gone.
I do not go to Massachusetts at all anymore, I live 15 minutes from MA and yet I’ve not stepped foot in that state for I’d say about 15 years now- and it was a daily part of my life but that state has gone insane.
MA has gone so far off the rails that the likelihood of becoming a victim of crime is high and if you are, you are not going to see justice at all- you’ll be lucky if YOU are not charged for the crime. In parts of that state, an outcome just like this case is a very real possibility.
This is very real.. to stay there and think you are going to vote and fight your way out of that place is delusional thinking at this point, they must be emptied out of all their wealth and allowed to collapse.
It’s sad to say and a bitter pill to swallow, but doing our part sometimes means Leaving- sometimes the most powerful thing you can do is completely remove your consent, your family and all your wealth and leave to add to the strength in the number that has left it all to collapse.
Do not leave these states an ounce of potential from your labor and that of your family.

Anyone like us that lives in a $h!thole like this and several other $h!thole cities and states (we know where they are) should leave if at all possible, if it just means moving to an adjacent state next door. This story is illustrative of my time there:
I was a Civil War reenactor. I joined a unit when I moved there in 2006. There was an event coming up, and I needed some FF black powder to roll some blank cartridges.
So, I go to Dick’s in Framingham. I asked the guy at the gun counter. He said, “Do you have an FFL? You have to have an FFL to buy black powder in Mass.”
So, I walked out and drove north to NH. I stopped at the first gun store I saw. Asked for black powder. The man said “Cash or card?”
One of many reasons why I left.

Easier said then done; sometimes a loved one is involved in the decision making and I will compromise for the sake of a valued relationship over moving to a non-existent nirvana.
NH has very high property taxes and it’s fair share of woke mob.
And as is constantly reminded, it is not clear that I would be welcome by the mere fact of having lived in Mass most of my life.
And BTW, NH has stolen elections, too.
Welp Chris, NH ranks consistently as one of the lowest taxed states in the country year after year.
The state doesn’t run for free, but overall, we collect the least amount of money possible.
We also rank as one the safest states, the most free and our education system ranks fairly high and we’ve got very generous gun laws to make sure it all stays this way.
Overall, we’re always way up at the top of the “wealthy and well run” list and on many we wind up at number one.
Yes, we do have Democrats and a woke mob, BUT the state is entirely controlled by Republicans, so obviously we’ve been very effective in keeping them under control.
Massholes here are a fact of life, all we’d love to see is some respect and assimilation into our state by those that choose to move here.

Derek Chauvin Seeks Dismissal of All Charges in Bombshell Petition
Alleging ‘Entire Trial Was a Fraud’ › American Greatness:
“… “Hennepin County District Court Judge Peter Cahill presided over a year-long due process violation by failing to convene a grand jury to consider the State’s evidence at any point between the moment he was assigned to the case, and the verdict. He lacked jurisdiction over the charges, as this Court does, because they were never lawfully brought,” the filing states.
“The grand jury is essential, it’s fundamental, and this case was never submitted to a grand jury,” Joseph said. “This is a state constitutional violation and it’s a federal constitutional violation,” he added.
Joseph argued that Walz’s decision to transfer the case to Ellison was itself unlawful, and that Ellison improperly added second-degree murder charges to satisfy public pressure rather than following statutory boundaries.
The attorney told Collin that these violations should upend the entire case.
“If the charges themselves are illegal—as they were in this case—everything that follows from those charges is also illegal, including the trial—which was a fraud!” he said.
According to the filing, a Hennepin County prosecutor withdrew from the egregious case against the officers and “she (Amy Sweasy) also disagreed with a decision to add additional charges against Chauvin.”
“Because Hennepin County’s unlawful charges against Mr. Chauvin were not severe enough for the mob, Walz referred the case to Keith Ellison, who signed and e-filed a second unfounded complaint against Derek Chauvin that included the murder charge,” the petition states. “It is impossible to assess the trial errors in State v. Chauvin because the entire trial was a fraud; it was based on unfounded charges that were never properly before the Court.”
Asked why this argument was never made before by Chauvin’s lawyers, Joseph explained that violations this basic are not usually an issue.
“In a very short period of time there were very fundamental and basic violations of due process. And those aren’t necessarily things that defense attorneys normally look for in preparing a case like this,” he told Collin. “You take for granted that the charges are going to be brought lawfully and that the process will be adhered to—and this didn’t happen.”
“This is so basic, it’s easy to miss how basic this is, and unfortunately everyone did,” Joseph added.
The key allegations in the petition include:
• Procedural Violation: The state failed to secure an indictment via a grand jury, rendering the charges never “lawfully brought” in the first place.
• Illegitimate Authority: Walz’s appointment of Ellison to lead the prosecution was an overreach of executive authority.
• Political Pressure: The escalation to murder charges was driven by the left-wing “mob” and political fallout rather than legal merit.

Yes, the U.S. Supreme Court rejected former Minneapolis police officer Derek Chauvin’s appeal of his conviction for the second-degree murder of George Floyd.
On November 20, 2023, the justices declined to hear the case without providing a comment, leaving in place the state court rulings that affirmed Chauvin’s conviction and his 22 ½-year prison sentence.
Chauvin’s legal team had argued that pretrial publicity and concerns for juror safety deprived him of a fair trial, but these claims were previously rejected by the Minnesota Court of Appeals and the Minnesota Supreme Court.
Chauvin was unfortunate to know Floyd and be called up to protect the counterfeit ring corruption on going in the city. But yes he is not guilty of murder!

What if Chauvin was only trying to contain Floyd until Floyd could be whisked out of town or disposed of otherwise?
Floyd was obviously spiraling out and was a threat to the rest of the operation.
For all we know, Floyd never even died, given the sketchy medical examiner’s report/autopsy and all the dubious players in this saga.
Chauvin was illegally charged and it appears that his corrupt trial was nothing more than a show trial designed to promote a “bad whitey kills innocent man of color” narrative AND provide cover for the underlying criminality (counterfeiting ring).
Chauvin should be released and his placement in the minimum security prison is one step in that direction.
If the bigger players are indicted and the RICO counterfeiting trials commence, we’ll have a better idea on the depth of it all.

Hubby and I bought our first house at the tender ages of 23 and 24. It was 1979 and the interest rate on our first mortgage was 14%. We were young, we were naive, but we worked hard and had no clue about what was taking place financially around us and the world.
We were 23 and 24 and thankful we were able to buy a home of our own.
I was 23 also but had saved up enough for a down payment during my 4 year enlistment and the state VA loan made it possible. The federal VA loan did not.it was still little more than a shack, nothing like the 2500 sq ft 3 car garages the young adults all want today.

Sounds like Thune has been getting an earful. He was on Fox News making excuses about not getting the SAVE Act passed. He says the problem is too many Democrats in the Senate making it impossible for him to get 60 votes for the Act, and saying that voters need to turn out the Democrats to give him more Republican Senators. But he is also digging in on preserving the 1970s ‘zombie filibuster’, as is, and saying he doesn’t have 50 votes to doing anything to get around it just one-time. But there are more than 50 Republican Senators, so at best that means he is a poor leader.
He is doing nothing but making excuses. He will not make any changes to the rules or do anything to pass the Act. With him as leader, what difference would it make replacing some of the Democrats with Republicans? He will still find excuses not to pass the Act or do anything else to support the President’s agenda. Thune needs to be replaced as Majority Leader at the earliest.

What I didn’t mention in my post is that those latest videos my sister sent me were after numerous requests by me that she not send me anything political because our beliefs are so diametrically opposed that it will only cause hard feelings. I think the rage she feels at not being able to change my politics overwhelms her so she can’t seem to help lashing out.

Good Morning again Treepers,
Yesterday I posted a comment that both, referred back to a post the previous day which began an interesting thread and included a link to my website. Nothing violated the comment guidelines, but in the more civil responses I was informed that it was traditionally frowned upon, so I am trying something else today.
My motivation is simply to find a way to apply MAGA’s greatest asset, second only to President Trump, to the problem that our government and corporations have been coopted by the bankers; the asset that I speak of is our numbers. We outnumber them significantly, the need for them to cheat in every way possible proves that beyond a reasonable doubt.
The object of promotion is not the website–it is only the tool, a way to present the documents and the plan that it is based on. It is not commercialized, I am not selling merchandise, or making money in any way. My savings are relatively meager, but I have gone all in on this, travelled all the way across the country to DC to film a few videos and call out the pretenders, because as I know through my main passion, the study of politics and history since I was six years old, that the engine of the world runs on power, that We the People have had our power completely usurped, and that if we don’t fix this now, right now, prepare for your chains because bad is coming. I know this beyond a reasonable doubt, just as I knew the 2020 election was stolen eight months before it happened.
I promise you, you ain’t never seen a gulag like the one we’re fixing to have!
So today I am posting my introductory rumble video and putting forward two requests:
1) Watch it and judge my sincerity and whether the basic outline of the problem I state is correct, but please do not visit the website, until I can post again, in order to explain the strategy behind my solution in greater detail. This will most likely be tomorrow morning, as I am going to catch the Metro into DC shortly to try to get some more videos, and to once again call out the pretenders of the Senate; its pro forma session day again.
2) Spend some time today contemplating the possibility of how much power 8 million (1 out of 10 Trump voters) united voices would possess, focusing like a laser only on the primary issue of electoral reform, and its supporting issues of citizenship and illegal alien deportation. I beg you, truly consider that possibility, because I believe to the core of my being, that with a firm reliance on the protection of Divine Providence, the united American people is a force to be reckoned with and cannot be defeated.

If they require your information to just watch the video, that’s no good; did they ask you for it when you clicked on it? I had to sign up to be able to post videos, so the video just opens and plays for me when I click on it. There has got to be a way for me to post a video where you can just click and watch, but I’m not very good at this new technology. I tried setting up you tube as most of the videos here work well, but you had to have google for that, and I can’t stand google.

While the pledge itself is voluntary, the administration has pushed for its principles to be codified. The House Energy and Commerce Committee has approved a bipartisan bill that would legally require data centers to bear the costs of grid upgrades. It’s up to the domestic terrorist organization a.k.a. Congress to do their part.
Additionally, Executive Orders issued in 2025 streamlined permitting for these projects on the condition that they internalize their energy costs.

My guess is that Apple long ago “repaid” that debt by letting the CIA comb through people’s phones and the data that they all hold.
The debt hawks are fighting a losing battle. About $11.5 trillion of the current $40 trillion gross national debt has accumulated of President Trump’s watch.
Yes, Congress and the courts stopped all-but a piddling $9 billion of waste-cutting identified by DOGE. But President Trump has been spending heavily on defense and would NEVER cut SSI or Medicare. After all, we paid into it. And I support him on it.

I would add to Fund’s commentary that their desperation is the same situation the progressive left finds themselves in with the supply of racism – when there is not enough to meet their needs, they simply manufacture it.

Every election cycle the legacy news media and the “new” social media gives democrat candidates hundreds of billions of dollars in campaign support 100% for free. Yes, if you actually had to pay the fees for the advertising and endless support at market rates, the total would easily be in the hundreds of billions nationally for democrats from local races through national.
Just like election fraud, if no one does anything about this, it will just expand and get much worse (as it has and we all watched).
