A likely link to the “okay boomer” thinking…

It is true. Communism is the ultimate level of laziness and selfishness and Karl Marx was the pefect example.
I’m certainly not a Marxist or communist. I’m making generalizations, I know there are exceptions:
The boomers raised the problem generation. Then that problem generation raised the next problem generation and so on.
The Silent Generation raised the boomers and boomers did well as a group. The boomers didn’t return the favor and screwed up the generation after them. Just acknowledge who raised them.
The boomers and Silent generation in gov’t power changed for the worse the conditions of economic prosperity from which the boomers benefitted.
Boomers give advice to younger generations that doesn’t work in the economic reality that boomers and silent generation changed for the worse.
In short, boomers and the silent generation in power created the problems through poor stewardship. Look at where we are today and look at the generations in gov’t power that created those conditions.
Expect an explosion when a Karen runs into a Boomer…
KaBoom! 🙂
My parents were part of the “silent generation,” a generation that included Beatniks.
Ever hear of them?
I have. I saw them come into our home when I was a child. I heard some of the words they spoke. I knew even as a child that they were not good people, and I know now that they were subversives living among us to tear the country down.
To burn the country down.
I clearly saw it among the “silent generation,” so your theory of it starting with boomers is full of holes.
“Every generation, blames the one before, and all of their frustrations, come beating on your door. . .”
My Mom, 1950’s on up to 1970’s, always said the COMMIES are gonna take over. I used to laugh at her. I considered myself a hippie at the time, early 1970’s …..but I did work, and raise a child. I’ve learned and experienced much in my life, and now I see, with eyes wide open….. it is happening in real time.
Your mom was/is a smart woman.
And imagine that, you’re a boomer who learned well from your mother.
I am a boomer and I was raised by the greatest generation as were all the other boomers I know.
That’s the whole point of boomers we were born right after the war when our fathers came home.
And it’s not just our parents, our elementary school teachers were all greatest generation who had lived through the depression and WWII.
I do know late boomers who were born in 1959 raised by the silent generation and they are completely different in values, attitudes, and common sense. They also tend to blow with the wind.
I’ve never ‘blown with the wind’ in my life.
Boom 1946 – 1964
18 years is a bit longer than the usual 15 years for a generation. Yes 1946 people would have had a completely different childhood and early adulthood life than a 1964 child. Vietnam didn’t loom over 1964 kids. They weren’t beatniks or hippies either. When did it change? It really depended on the parents not the parents generation.
Is 15yrs considered a generation?
I thought a generation is the time from birth do reproductive adulthood.
Like 25 years. Maybe 20.
But 15?
It’s stupid to lump all those people together. Growing up in the sixties was completely different than the 50’s. And the 70’s and 80’s were completely different still. It’s the people in power NOW that are the problem.
A 15 year old in 1965 did not cause your problems. It was LBJ and the CIA ilk who kicked the can further down into the gutter.
Thinking about “growing up”.
At my elder age I am still growing up.
Hard to put times we are all so different.
God made us that way :).
I was born in 1960, and I’ve never blown with the wind. These generalizations are ludicrous, pretending that everyone in one generation are all the same. The fact is that there are different kinds of people in all generations and frequently they don’t all agree with each other. Raven’s last sentence above says it best.
Here’s the thing about being born in 1960 – If you joined the army in 1978, right after HS graduation, you got really nothing for college, a measly $6K and that was it. If you were born in 1959 and joined the military, then you got the GI Bill, which paid for everything. So I think because of this, plus having the social security age dragged out longer, the boomer gen was until ’59.
Generations don’t stop and start they flow.
The last member of the Greatest Generation in Congress was Senator Dianne Feinstein, who served until her retirement in 2023. She was born in 1933, making her one of the last surviving members of that generation in a legislative role.
Some off the silent generation still in Congress:
Grassely 91
Pelosi 85
Hoyer 86
Waters 88
Scott 80
Clinton, GW Bush, Obama and Trump are all at the start of the Boom generation. Biden is silent.
Bill Clinton, George W. Bush, Barack Obama, and Donald Trump are all considered part of the Baby Boomer generation, which spans from 1946 to 1964. However, they are often viewed as transitional figures between the Silent Generation and the Baby Boomers due to their political influence and the timing of their presidencies.
I am 70 and my wife 66 so Boom generation, we have nothing in common with the early Boomers generationally.
The Greatest and Silent generations were in power way to long.
The first members of Generation X in Congress were elected in the 1990s, and their numbers grew significantly in the 114th Congress (2015–2017).
People after Generation X who are now in Congress belong to the Millennial and Generation Z generations. The first Gen Z member of Congress, Maxwell Frost, was elected in 2022 and took office in 2023.
It’s stupid to blame any one generation, all have contributed to the mess.
If the Communist ever win who will be blamed? We will have to wait and see. But no generation is going to blame itself
A twelve year old in 1945 contributed nothing to be included in the “greatest generation”
Senator Dianne Feinstein, who served until she died of old age in 2023
Sorry I still think Karl Marx is a big part of the problems today. He was lazy and expected other people to support him.
I don’t know who to blame for the influence he has had since the mid 19th century but he sure was a mess of human being.
I’m certainly not a Marxist or communist.
Granted. That said, one doesn’t have to “be something” to be unduly influenced, mislead, or brainwashed by something.
I’m making generalizations, I know there are exceptions:
Based on what you have written, you are mostly talking about exceptions (a small percentage) and treating them as generalizations (casting them upon the vast majority).
The boomers raised the problem generation.
“The problem generation” – Gen X? Why are they (or anyone) “the problem generation”? What do you perceive that you cast them with such a view?
Then that problem generation raised the next problem generation and so on.
So, according to your hypothesis ALL generations that came after boomers – including your own – are “problem generations”? Now THAT is indeed generalization and casting blame on an exceptional wide swath of the populace.
The Silent Generation raised the boomers and boomers did well as a group. The boomers didn’t return the favor and screwed up the generation after them. Just acknowledge who raised them.
What is it you perceive that “boomers” didn’t do – what favor(s) didn’t they return? What is their “crime” in your view? How did they “screw them up”?
The boomers and Silent generation in gov’t power changed for the worse the conditions of economic prosperity from which the boomers benefitted.
Ah, now we get more to the exceptions – “those in power” – which is vastly different than entire generations of people.
You blame “the boomers” – and even toss in “the silent generation” – and completely ignore truth and history. Yet neither of those two groups were adults – or in the case of “the boomers” even a glimmer in their parents’ eyes when income tax was instituted, or the Federal Reserve was created, or when the eugenicists like Sanger or communists started their long march through society, or when the Fabian society began its plans that have effected not just the UK, but all of western civilization,, or when the likes of the Rockefellers, Rothschilds, and their ilk began their work towards globalism and subjugation. Another of “the greatest generation” – born before the generations you blame – who had very negative effects upon our nation was LBJ and his great society which has destroyed untold families and lives.
Instead, SOME of those generations were influenced, mislead, or brainwashed – just as segments of society today are. One such example are SOME of younger generations like millennials and younger who have been afflicted by those from before the generations you blame via the “education system” and the propaganda arm of the media to the point THEY are the ones electing socialists, communists, and fighting for mass immigration, Islam, and other severely detrimental aspects of our society today.
Boomers give advice to younger generations that doesn’t work in the economic reality that boomers and silent generation changed for the worse.
What advice do you think is given that isn’t applicable in today’s world? Self sufficiency? Working hard? Developing skills that are in demand? Trying to get others to understand that life is a struggle and that even under the best conditions failure is possible – multiple times – until one gets it right? That spending significant portions of one’s income on what can only be described as luxuries is detrimental to financial growth and well being?
In short, boomers and the silent generation in power created the problems through poor stewardship.
Poor stewardship of what? Would note once again that you return focus to “those in power” – not the majority or entire generations with some “exceptions.”
Look at where we are today and look at the generations in gov’t power that created those conditions.
It’s hardly restricted to “those in gov’t power” (which most definitely isn’t inclusive of entire generations and today in fact includes ALL generations, including AOC’s) and is at least, if not more, a result of those NOT in gov’t power such as NGO’s and globalist business leaders and the ones that operate in the shadows. Too, it’s we the people as a whole, across generations, that have allowed ourselves to be divided into groups – first “generations”, then ever smaller groups (by color, creed, sexual preference, etc) until the “groups” become individuals.
One last thing – regardless of what one’s parents do or do not teach their children, once someone grows up and becomes an adult their choices and actions become one the largest determining factors in one’s path through life. Many have come from nothing to do great things, maybe a majority.
Self education, the casting aside of bad ideas and embracing the good ones. Searching for both inner and outer truth. Being honest with oneself and learning from mistakes. Determination, perseverance, and making the choice to accept responsibility for the path forward. Setting goals and being willing to sacrifice to reach them. Also quite important is realizing we the people are all in this together against the darkness and that division is the greatest weapon they have ever forged against us.
You may dismiss it all, but you do yourself a grave injustice to toss it aside without deep consideration.
A bazillion up-votes.
Excellent response, Harrison! Thank you….
…once someone grows up and becomes an adult their choices and actions become the determining factor in their path through life.
Mommy and daddy and all the big bad people out there are not responsible for the idiotic decisions made by someone who fully claims to be an adult.
Great response.
To your point.
Boomers abandoned two key principles.
Discipline and shame.
Speak for yourself!
Yes, of course. All boomers abandoned discipline and shame. They’re all clones of each other. /s
Mindless.
Thank you for that, Harrison.
Well stated.
The Noticing™️ continues.
There is a big difference between causing something and allowing it to happen. What boomers as a generation can be faulted for is the latter, but at large they should not be faulted for the former. It is the micro-elements of the population that we rightfully rail about every day that gave us the malaise we have – the left side of the political spectrum, the globalists with their agenda, and the foreign influences that have had as their agenda the rotting of this country from the inside out, after two centuries of failing to destroy us with a frontal attack.
To me, it seems the unstated problem with the boomer generation is how during this period courts, particularly family courts became increasingly hostile towards men, particularly fathers. Father’s were regularly excluded from their children’s lives. Children raised without fathers do not do as well as children raised with fathers. Yet, little is made of this by the media or elsewhere.
This generational thing is so stupid. Which generation stuck us with FDR? Which generation stuck us with the Federal Reserve?
“Great Society” President Lyndon Johnson was born in 1908.
Let’s open up to China and trade President Richard Nixon, born 1913.
Brown v Board of Education, Chief Justice (53-69) Earl Warren, 1891
Roe v Wade, Chief Justice (69-86) Warren Burger, 1907
By the time someone is 20 years old, they are responsible for themselves. Isn’t it strange that in each generation their are winners and high achievers that accomplish their dreams, no matter what the generation before them did or did not do? History show’s it’s so. Also, there are in each generation, children of Envy. Envy is one of the sins God addresses in the ten commandments. They live in resentment and envy because they have not accomplished what the achievers of their own generation ( and achievers of older generations) have—success without excuses. You can lump all Boomers together. They are a divided generation and have been since the Viet Nam war and the 1960’s Sexual Revolution. One part of the Generation went the way of the Clintons and another became transformed by the Jesus movement in the 70’s and James Dobson in the 80’s.
The conservative Christian Boomers passed on stronger Christian and moral virtures to their Children than they had gotten from their own parents. At the end of their lives you can clearly see the Boomers that are at peace and those who are living the misery of their 1960’s choices.
Many Boomers worked very hard, got educated, or learned trades, started businesses, and some became very successful–but not all of them, only about 10-20%. They took advantage of the foundation laid by prior generations going all the way back to the founding of this wonderful country.
As a Boomer that started my own business –and did well— I have now mentored over a dozen high achieving , winning, innovative successful young people to help them start their own business and am thrilled watching their continuing success. In every case, not one of these fine young men or women blamed other generations or their own up brining for their challenges. No. They took 100% responsibility for their own future and success. And they did not wait around for generational hand outs—they went out a created their own opportunity. That what winners in each generation of America do. Achievers pay the price for their success—in every generation.
“The conservative Christian Boomers passed on stronger Christian and moral virtures to their Children than they had gotten from their own parents. At the end of their lives you can clearly see the Boomers that are at peace and those who are living the misery of their 1960’s choices.”
Wonderful words, donovanstrigger.
Making generalizations about any generation is weak thinking. As if the entire generation is exactly the same. There aren’t “exceptions,” there are just many different types of people in every generation.
“Boomers give advice to younger generations that doesn’t work in the economic reality that boomers and silent generation changed for the worse.”
This is just silly talk, as if the boomers and silent generation are a monolith. This kind of talk is not to be taken seriously.
Marx was broke and had to hide from his creditors. His wife Jenney pawned his pants to get money to buy food.
He begged for money from everyone. When his mother gave him some, he partied. He refused to get a job. He was a slob. A couple of his children starved to death. His daughter and son-in-law committed suicide.
He was an immature selfish adult who believed he was a genius.
yes..Fridrich Engels ..kept him on ” payroll” all his miserable life……
Under Communism and Nazi Germany, the scum rose to the top. We now have a lot of scum at the top of our nation too. Whether we have reached the point of no return will be made evident shortly.
The boomer bashing is growing and it’s completely ridiculous. Signed: A Proud Boomer.
agreed, Lindy
labels are tools used to foster division
old/young, rich/poor, color, gender, etc
by using them, one furthers the division
there’s just two labels of consequence in today’s world
good/evil
we must push back against the divide to conquer strategy, not enable it
Amen, Budalysis, amen.
Boomers mostly got us to where we are today.
I am excited and optimistic that the next gen of voters will pull us out of it. My three kids look at current Republicans as the Black Plague.
That is because you are a commie moron.
🎯
That’s because their father is a raging loony.
You mean us Boomers provided your dumb ass with the greatest Country the world has ever known so you can give it away to invaders and communists welcomed by the dumbest generation(s) the world has ever known?
Guilty as charged.
You’re one of those parents who are raising commies. YOU are the problem.
Well, I have three kids also and none of them believe like yours. So, I guess we cancel each other out.
I don’t mind the bashing at all. The boomers already collected what the rest will never have. Jealosy abounds.
Most of us 1945-55 boomers put into the system like no body else…bill
How? All of this generalization garbage is idiotic. Every generation has greats and utter garbage humans. What you have was no more than what I have given.
Yes, we just “collected” it. We didn’t spend all those years working our asses off. /s
agreed.
that said, there is nothing inherently sacred about the opinions of a previous generation. questioning everything is the BENEFIT of youth, even if ultimately many come back around and accept.
lol! The “benefit”. Hahahaha
I get your point that it’s good to take a fresh look and youth does that. All good.
However the spaces under the freeway overpasses, the strip clubs, the destitute, the broke, the single moms, the fatherless children, and all manner of ner’do wells are all beneficiaries of “the benefit” of ignoring the advice of successful and well adjusted elders.
Just as Islam is a complete inversion of Christianity with an unforgiving god who demands you die for him, so is Marxism the complete inversion of the Founder’s divinely inspired vision of limited government in a free Republic under God.

Devine Providence is what our Founders recognized in the establishment of America! And we no longer need His help it seems?
And we no longer need His help it seems?
Any who thinks that is a fool – and I know you aren’t a fool.
If you no longer believe in our need for divine assistance you are not only very misinformed, but wholly wrong.
I’m not misinformed or wrong! The country has been drifting away from God since the banning of school prayer! The country has a desperate need for God, for Divine Providence but it doesn’t seem to know it! Certainly doesn’t want to admit it!
Watched a movie once about the effects of Nazis. One of the things they stressed the most was hating the parents and turning on them. Guess now its any older person will do as well.
It was the same in the Soviet Union.
And in US schools and colleges.
And in Mao’s Cultural Revolution. The Red Guard was turned against the elders and the educated.

Will WNBA Allow NBA Players to Join? | Frontpage Mag:
“… Everyone knows how this would go which is why the WNBA is playing coy. They can’t allow NBA players to join. Even a mediocre ex-NBA player would be unstoppable. But they can’t be seen as being politically ‘wrong’ either. And so there’s a statement full of DEI gibberish. …
Translation: collective bargaining means that there’s no way the WNBA will allow NBA players to join. The WNBA is barely comfortable with white players. But the whole thing needs a lot of ChatGPT prompts about diversity.
Too late.” …….
Didn’t know about the WNBA before Caitlin then the way they did her and now this…
They are dead in the water to us.
Might watch for commercials to see who to boycott.
It might boost their attendance if it became the retired NBA league.
Their Kamala harris word salad won’t help them reach their goals.
Transgender people do NOT exist. They are an impossibility.
True, but then they exist in their own minds. They are mentally ill people who need help, but our mental health system has been largely destroyed and perverted by the left-wing loons.
Not enough is said about the far-left loon sports press that want people to believe men paying in women’s sports is a good thing. It’s not, it’s very unfair to women and it should never be allowed.
In an effort to distract myself from the “Day Ending In -Y” chaos, uncertainty and sheer madness, I am offering an extremely unscientific poll of brothers and sisters in the Tree…
Which??
Left?
Right?
Or the “Third Way”…
(Not to influence the choice, but be warned..the ” Third Way” would require a warehouse filled with AquaNet 😎)
Some men have handsome heads and God covers the rest of them so as not to offend.
DJT is fighting baldness rather than embracing.
I see this as an error.
In my case during my dating years my son badgered me into shaving my head and I must say it was very well received by the ladies I was dating. 😉
You’ve outed my preference, mycroft.
Comb overs are not manly. And so should it come to that, get the buzz cutters out!
He looks fierce on the right…
Well done you, listening to your son. As a fully fledged member of a still existent but declining wing of the feminine sex, I can assure you he was correct. The proof is in the pudding, and it seems your bowl was overflowing.
(Once long ago, I was standing in Neiman *Markups” food hall in Dallas when I turned to see Yul Brenner not three feet away. Tried not to stare and drool at the same time…but it was haaaard…
Hubba hubba!!.😉😂)
Yet another reason to love our Betsy!
President Trump looks more intimidating, strong and athletic in the bald pic.
I vote for go bald.
It’s the eyes…they bore a holeright through you.
…is he tall as orig. 6’3″ ???Mrs.Sunshine ?????if soo I vote for bald too…
The beard helps too!
Yul Brenner . He walks like a mountain lion.
I see them in my neighborhood and that’s what I think of when I see them walk.
He was shorter than I imagined. But none the less all man for it. Piercing eyes, confident in his carriage. I agree with your description.
No way, Bets!!! Yul Brenner.
He looked even better with hair.
I thought that was Dr Phil on the right.
Yes, Truli. It took me a couple of seconds. I had forgotten until you reminded me that I’d seen him with hair in photos.
But for me impressive enough without.
But I think President Trump’s ability to be in on the joke that is his hair has become a masterpiece of marketing. His might be the only comb-over that people don’t generally find ridiculous!!
I saw a short video of someone showing him. He laughed. I’d expect nothing less.
(He’s not to the comb over stage yet 😎)
I have always preferred an honest bald head to a comb over. My advice to Mr. Trump: If you are going bald, shave it and rock it, laddie!
But President Trump is not going bald as so many claim.
He has shown on more than one occasion where his hair is growing all the way up to what would be his natural hair line. He has hair growing.
The “problem,” if we would call it that, is that President Trump has very thin hair.
I know lots of people with super thin, almost scrawny blonde hair and they can never make it look “right.”
I like right but it’s not so easy to make a dramatic change of style at 80.
I think he’s earned the right to do what he wants with his hair.
Waiting for some impudent judicial imperialist to rule the choice on the right “unconstitutional ” and order him to grow it back.
LOL 😂
Ha!
PDJT has never changed his hairstyle and likely never will, even though the bald with beard makeover makes him more real, or normal, like everyday people.
It’s his symbol. He can’t lose it. It’s what makes him famous.
It is hair. Will grow back.
Totally agree!
laughing ..
thanks Betsy 🙂
*mission accomplished* 😊
🤣🤣🤣#3
Joking…in the 80’s this is the look to have.
Is it Flock of Seagulls?
Nope, sis…
A LION’s MANE!! 💕 🇺🇸
Perfect Sis ❤️🇺🇸🦅
Dear Betsy,
You are a wild woman.
Thanks for taking us away from this world of demons, if only for a few seconds.
(and I like our President exactly as-is)
A few seconds of diversion is what I’d hoped for, dear Raven, and all I had in mind..
In truth, his hair as is is his trademark. There’s no getting away from that.
One does not mess with a name brand. Ask Budweiser, Cracker Barrel, Coca-Cola (long ago with “New” Coke), and other American icons which abandoned the familiar and comforting in favour of “re-imagined” in the name of “progress”.
Speaking Coca Cola Betsy, did you happen to see where they have some sort of an online thingy where people can suggest slogans to put on their tins,.
The allowed all sort of demonic blasphemy types, like maxist and moo slime ones, but none mentioning Jesus.
Another boycott in the making. I am getting to like that old Irish Captain Boycott.
Evening (in your part of the world),Patrick….
Oh yes I did. It turned my stomach. Hardly believable, but then the world as it is now is one I know longer recognize.
As LP Hartley wrote (and I am forever posting), “The past is a foreign country”.
I think there are many of us who feel we may be in it, but certainly not of it, dear friend. I’m positive you do, too.
If a wig is necessary, I would prefer Dr. Johnson to Daryl Hall.
It is hair for heavens sake. Not worth a bit of time.
Betsy, the bald, bearded President Trump looks very mensch-like!
I’d prefer him accepting his baldness and go with that. The combover just seems hokey to me.

Weekly briefing Whitehouse ❤️🇺🇸🦅✝️
We hear about the low water levels in Lake Mead and even Lake Powell.
They’ve admitted there has been all sorts of geoengineering going on. They’ve admitted even discussing geoengineering as a weapon.
Why is it that they don’t just geoengineer some rain water over Lake Mead and Lake Powell?
Asking for the 10 million people in Los Angeles who rely on that water source.
The water is either drained from Lake Mead and Lake Powell or diverted before it reaches them. I have seen torrential rain for days over the region with flooding in Las Vegas and the lake levels don’t increase at all. It’s the same with snowfall. The lake levels are manipulated to fit a narrative.
Simply expect that … 🤷
Actually the Colorado River Basin Compact “divides” the water rights over the 7 states in the basin. It’s currently under some negotiation as all 7 are in drought status.
Also, Mexico has some rights as well. Lots of articles on the web .
We know that and all about the 7 states and the Colorado River Water Compact. That’s beside the point. We’re talking about Lake Mead and Lake Powell and their water levels.
The Compact is irrelevant to the amount of water in the lakes . You seem to be diverting the discussion for some reason.
Personally, as an Arizona resident I would rather revisit the huge amount of our water that is sold to California but it looks like there is something sketchy going on here.
perhaps “they” are mistaken?
You think there isn’t geoengineering?
Pray do tell what those stripes in the skies are, the ones that are thick and look like tic tac toe?
The US Air Force in the 1960’s famously said, “ We own the weather.”
And don’t try to say the stripes are normal contrails. They are not. At work, in a group of 62 lawyers having this same discussion I put $50 on the table for anyone who could point out a movie made before 2000 that showed these stripes in the sky or showed me a photo of the sky taken before 2000 that showed these stripes.
I still have my money.
Only God can supply rain. The .gov and Bill Gates can do all kinds of spraying but they cannot make it rain.
We didn’t invite you over here! Instead of Mex American or African American or any other nation American how about American 1st then your nation American Indians have it right! America 1st,
If you miss the old ways that much… there’s a plane on the Way back
Personally it seems to me if you adopt/accept a new nation then that nation should be the only one of which you identify. Not sure when all this double identifying came into being but its plain wrong.
Thats true!
The communists have to rewrite the language.
It used to be in the Constitution that anyone seeking citizenship had to reject their previous allegiance , then swear allegiance only to the US; ie. NO dual citizency. Does anyone recall the national vote to make that change to our Constitution?

We had Republicans in charge in 2020 who aided and abetted the cheat in Arizona.
Oh yeah, the BOS and AG did nothing and gaslit us for questioning it. We will never forget.
And the same is happening here in Minnesota, but the masses have been lulled to sleep and won’t wake up.

An anecdotal but compelling report from a doctor and his mother in law.’s cancer and this is back in 2021. These meds have been on the radar of everyone but big pharma for treating cancer. It makes perfect sense that cancer is a parasite. It follow the MO of a parasite. It is impossible, with all of the money spent on cancer research, that no one was aware of this.
as with COVID and autism and HIV, it is clear that they not only know the cause, but suppress that info.
I would also wager that psoriasis, eczema and AMD also are parasitic (or maybe fungal) are called “autoimmune disorders” because a patient cured is a customer lost.

your good news story for the day. ❤️ 😁
background:
been settled in my hometown for many years, now rated #1 American suburb in which to live.
(p.s.: the progressive increase in rating has effectively RUINED what used to be a nice, friendly,
non-ostentatious, non-usury property tax rate, small village…sigh.)
shares most of it’s border with an enclave rated 11th richest suburb in America,
long a stronghold of the 1%.
so i’m used to seeing a particular kind of 16 to 19 year old, masters of the universe
type, Ivy League bound, sporting a $350.00 artfully tousled haircut,
an enormous brand new Land Rover, and rather questionable moral character.
just went to the grocery store shared by the two suburbs,
and happened to be behind two classic examples of the above going into the store.
they were in lively conversation that i couldn’t hear as their backs were facing me.
i kind of mentally rolled my eyes expecting to hear something along the lines of
when their trust funds mature. 🤣
as we paused to let the automatic door open,
one of them turned a bit towards his friend, and i heard this VERBATIM:

Wow!
“A SINGLE dose of a newly discovered frog gut bacterium ELIMINATES 100% of cancerous tumors within just a few days in animal models.
The landmark study found that Ewingella americana selectively targets, colonizes, and TERMINATES tumors with NO detectable toxicity.
They re-introduced cancer into the cured mice… and the tumors COULD NOT GROW.”
Bacterium found, among other places, in the intestines of Japanese tree frogs. Here’s predicting someone like Gates will catch specimens and then breed them for nefarious reasons of his own.
Not to be superr-negative here, but I Am Legend comes to mind. Remember that flashback scene with Emma Thompson being interviewed? “Yes,” she says delightedly. “Yes, we’ve found the cure for cancer.”
Does that frog gut bacterium perhaps contain any di-methel sulfoxide? Asking for a friend.

The Federalist–Trump To Shut Down Birth Tourism After SCOTUS Affirmed Squatter Citizenship
Hire him, Donald.
The Federal Reserve hasn’t figured out that high interest rates and high borrowing costs create inflation across the board for both businesses and consumers!
Housing costs, car loans, business inventory, research along with property, plant and equipment costs increase. Hard to believe that the folks who are supposed to fight inflation actually are the cause of inflation? 🤔
Federal Reserve of What, actually? Answer: debt. It is a private banking cartel, not a government agency as its name implies, which is why Chief Justice Roberts (correctly) told PDJT that he can’t directly mess with it. The Fed issues debt, at interest, charged against physical assets it does not, itelf, own. The debt issued, Federal Reserve Notes, is legal tender under laws they themselves induced the corporate Congress to enact, not actual money. There is no money and no way to redeem the notes for actual money. You cannot pay any debt with Federal Resereve Notes, you can only settle the debt with more of the same legal tender issued to you “in exchange” for your labor (the actual value in the system, which they are stealing). This is not valid under the laws of commerce as there is nothing equal (equitable) about the exchange. It is a crime known as peonage.
This is why you have inflation. The Fed creates it by its very existence and “controls” it to the extent that they determine how much more they issue at any given time. Even as a voter, you have no dog in the fight. The amount of this debt never goes down since adding a negative value to another negative value can only yeild a bigger negative value.
The only way out is to end the Fed as Dr. Ron Paul has been telling us for years. Balance the books! The credits, and you can’t imagine the magin by which the credits exceed the debts, have never been applied – the “government” has multiple off-ledger accounts we never get to see. For National Security, of course. “Which nation and who’s security?” is the question. Maybe someday we’ll demand accountability.
It is entirely possible to end the Fed, balance the books, eliminate all debts, and live off the prepaid credit we have been owed for generations.
I can well believe this about Texas Republicans.

This just proves that the DoJ isn’t interested in election integrity.
All the ballot and voter roundups I’ve seen over the last decade have several factors in common – ones that any investigative agency worth its salt would key in on…
I wish I could disagree…can’t.
We need martial law or an election emergency declared.
We need same day in person voting, citizen voter identification, paper ballots, hand counting ballots, same day results, no mail in voting, and thumb prints on ballots with ink not easily removed to identify those who have already voted.

JMO.
Well, the infamous Thune may think he looks great, out and about, doing back flips off of the high board while the American people are suffering from his lack of MAGA / America First production in the Senate.
Specifically, leaving the Filibuster rule in place, not passing the Save America Act and not replacing the democrat senate parliamentarian with a MAGA / America First parliamentarian.
Thune is a disgrace ….. not only as a senate leader but also as a senator and even more disgraceful, as a pro-American citizen. He needs to be replaced, pronto with a MAGA / America First senator.
Yup, he may vision himself looking cool doing back flips off of the high board, but to Americans he just looks like that awkward fat boy who can only do belly-flops …… representative of the BIG BELLY-FLOP that the senate is under his leadership. Ugh!
MAGA / America First isn’t just our motto, it is our duty!
Just fire the Senate Parliamentarian. No need to fill the position; it’s not a Constitutionally mandated position. Democrats created it in 1935 when they had supermajorities in House and Senate and FDR was president. Got all kinds of New Deal laws that year including the Social Security Act.
South Dakota has sure foisted some losers on us, George McGovern, Tom Daschle, and now this clown Thune.

A waitress said today
that the no tax on tips ( for restaurant service )
is very helpful. : )
And the waitress said that even if a customer places the tip onto a credit card,
that the waitress does receive the tip funding. : )
So, a 2025 GOP tax policy IS helpful for waiter / waitress(s). : )

Just listened to Major Garrett interviewing El Sayed on “Takeout.”
My observation is that El Sayed is short, muscular, arrogant, and full of himself. Very pleased with himself.
His speech is not ready for prime time. He talks too fast. He has some time of speech impediment or accent or failure to enunciate that along with his pressured speech makes him difficult to listen to.
Karoline Leavitt he is not. He tries to divert and field questions but he is clumsy and awkward and in effective.
Personally, I was offended by his cultural appropriation of Ellis Island. He tried to say he is the same as the people who came through Ellis Island. I think he thinks they were all Irish. My guess is he is shockingly weak on American history and can likely be tripped up in debates, etc. (all four of my grandparents came through Ellis Island. None were Irish. And none went back to « Egypt to spend the summers as a child » as he did because they came here with less than$12 in their pockets. Their sons and grand sons were to serve as decorated Marines and yet they had humility.)
My personal feelings aside, I do not think this man is as intelligent or charismatic as Mandami.
My 2 grandparents who came thru Ellis Island were same.
Not Irish, never went back to Sweden for a visit til about 30 years later, after saving bits of $$ from working in the factories for 30 years to be able to finally afford the trip back to see their huge families.
Every summer? Most Americans couldn’t do that even now!

How in the hell did Moderna’s new mRNA flu vaccine (mFLUSIVA / mRNA-1010) ever get approved?
First, the pivotal Phase 3 trial did not compare this new mRNA vaccine against a placebo. It was tested head-to-head against an existing standard-dose inactivated flu vaccine (Fluarix).
Why would regulators accept that design as sufficient evidence of net benefit for a novel platform?
Absolute risk of “influenza-like illness” was only modestly lower: roughly 1,9% in the mRNA group versus 2.5% in the standard vaccine.
That absolute difference of about 0.7% – and it’s presented as a triumph of superiority ? What a joke
Then there are the adverse events
“Serious Adverse Events” were reported in 2.2% of those who received the mRNA vaccine versus 1.9% with the standard-dose shot.
Solicited reactions were substantially more common with the mRNA product.
In addition, injected with this latest magic potion 50–64 age group, fatigue hit 48.1%, headache 41.9%, and nausea/vomiting around 9.7% Injection-site pain, myalgia, arthralgia and chills were also markedly elevated.
To cap it off, the prescribing information states plainly: “MFLUSIVA has not been evaluated for the potential to cause carcinogenicity, genotoxicity, or impairment of male fertility in animals.”
On that data package—modest absolute reduction in lab-confirmed illness versus an existing vaccine, higher reactogenicity, and no long-term toxicology on cancer or male fertility—you would not inject it into a dog.
Yet these details receive zero critical scrutiny from outlets like the ABC or legacy media, and the usual vaccine fanatics will dutifully queue up like sheep and say “stick it in me.”

Flock cameras catch criminals that Democrats don’t want caught so they can continue committing crime. That’s the bottom line and the only reason it’s an issue now. 🙄
I don’t give a flock if they end all war and crime and spit out gold bricks to all the passersby – they are an abomination to our Constitutional rights and THAT is the reason they are and always have been an issue…
If you do nothing wrong….why worry?
What part of “an abomination to our Constitutional rights” don’t you understand Katy?
In this instance, flock cameras were responsible for putting innocent people in a potentially deadly situation…
That’s the dimocrat talking point. Flock cameras are a 4th Amendment violation, period. These cameras have no place in a free society. This is what you have in a police state like Chyna or North Korea.

Better to be safe than sorry. This actually helps the police.
Yeah, when they use it to catch cheating spouses.
Well, let’s be really safe and stick you in a jail cell so there isn’t any chance you might do something wrong…
Nonsense. Police don’t need and are not entitled to violate the Constitution. You can’t treat an entire population as if everyone is a potential criminal. Your mindset on this issue is indistinguishable from the communist mindset.
Do not trust the algorithm nor the police.

I said this way back, the bean counters do NOT want to pay the nurses what they are worth. They believe anyone can do the job. Something is up with health care, I believe on a bigger scale than just the nursing industry, that we are not yet aware of…where and why the budgets are being streamlined and since they cannot lay off nurses, without a subsequent massive outrage…there are other ways to curb salaries and HR costs.
